Christians try to separate history from the Bible because they don’t wanna get “political”, meanwhile the Bible is literally full of history. The Old Testament isn’t just about the prophets like Isaiah, Elijah, and Elisha. It’s history. It’s even said in the Old Testament that keeping history and remembering it is important. Y’all like to pick and choose what to follow but y’all ignore the passages that completely contradict you, your beliefs, and the way you think. Then you wonder why ppl call you flip floppy. I will always stand by what I’ve been saying when it comes to this topic: y’all do not know what it is y’all believe in. Not all of the Bible is a metaphor. A lot of it is very straight forward and clear. Y’all also need to understand that Palestine has existed for thousands of years. Not the country of israel. Palestine. It was Palestine when Jesus was born and it was Palestine when David was king. Do better and actually do research. Listen to Palestinians. They know better than you and the settlers that have stolen their land.

hot take and people are probably going to hate me for this (i do not care) BUT i’m sorry there is no way felix catton is exclusively a sub/bottom in a mlm relationship,,,especially one with oliver quick. i get personal headcanons don’t have to be everyone’s cup of tea but COME ON. use some common knowledge and context clues we are given in the movie. yes, oliver is aggressive and i guess more “dominant” towards felix in some ways but…and i have seen so many people use the grave scene as their reasoning for it which i just do not get??

in MY OPINION if oliver has something to gain beyond corporeal pleasure, nothing is off-limits. this includes bathwater, menstrual blood, and grave fucking….its not about a dom/sub dynamic between felix and oliver.

like during the bathtub scene. oliver spying on felix in the tub showed just how much oliver wanted him. oliver drinking said bathwater as it drained showed how far his desire and passion for the man went, but also that his obsession knew no limits. while he didn't specifically make a move on him during that time, he lurked in the dark, hoping felix would notice him, which never happened. none of that points to oliver being this “big bad dom top” that some people portray him as. if anything he’s a power bottom or switch and felix could be a switch depending on the partner.

the grave scene simply represents oliver’s grief and obsession, highlighting his inability to handle his emotions.

sidenote: yes, yes. i know he killed felix. but despite that (and admitting to hating him in the final minutes), there were many moments when his feelings for felix were genuine to me. during one scene, he was sobbing inconsolably, showing that he had no idea how to process grief. the film showed several times that oliver didn't know how to handle his desires and emotions, and of course, his grief couldn't have been any different.

Do you know the difference between the posts on Israel and the posts on Palestine.

When I look at Israel posts they show soldiers injured or killed and unfortunate incidents caused by the ‘Palestinian Terror’, with gruesome injuries and hostages. I tell myself it’s war these things happen. And if this is what Israel is facing then it should be equal on the opposing side.

But then I look to Palestinian side of things. And there’s a clear difference.

They are in ruins.

Refugee camps everywhere.

Injuries widespread, cities in reduced to ashes.

And then I say to myself.

“Where are Israel’s ruins?

Where are their crowded bomb shelters?

Where are their crying orphaned children?

Where are the bodies crushed under rubble?

Where is their loss in this war?”

All Israel has are spoils of war and sprinkles of tragedy compared to the massacre that is Palestine right now.

It looks like the second coming of the holocaust in Palestine. No one is spared not even the harmless civilians.

I understand dead and injured soldiers. They fight and die for their country’s ideals.

But targeting civilians, harmless civilians, innocent children! That is a massacre. That is Genocide.

That is like saying when Germany occupied France in WWII they killed everyone in Paris and blew up the Eiffel Tower!

I want every Pro Israel person to look at the rubble that has become of Gaza and say out loud.

Catching up with missed asks (sorry!) and found a really weird one talking shit about my friends. They didn’t mention anyone, but the descriptions made it pretty clear who was being talked down. Having said that, if you have a problem with who I’m friends with and what posts I reblog, just leave.

Cuz what you’re not gonna do is come into my inbox and leave unwarranted anonymous hate for people I love, bemoaning about how they “make everything about racism and sexism.” If one of them called you out on your bullshit, you probably had it coming.

I've realised how much of a waste of time it is to explain the concept of qprs to allos is. Like I've been explaining in a tiktok comment section to one person, and towards the end I just gave and told them to google it, and then a second person comes around asking the same exact questions.

For one, do people not understand the concept of reading other comments/video description before asking? Two, do people not just Google if they don't understand something? I thought that was something everyone did... Is this just turning into a, why don't neurotypicals use common sense thing rather than an allos not understanding qprs thing?

On top of everything I'm pretty sure a lot of arospec people have their own specific things that defines what a qpr is to them, so why not ask person specific questions than questions you can just Google and find the answer to 😭😭😭 and even though I explain what it means to me, they like "isn't that just friendship, isn't that just fwb, etc etc" like you're not even hearing me, so why ask me in the first place if you're not interested in listening, jesus fucking christ
