saying this as respectfully as possible but. Do not put fandom content creators on a pedestal. We are also just fans contributing to a community just as you are. We have boundary on our own work and that’s it. What I say is not and should not be considered sth the whole fandom should listen to. I’m just a normal ass person ranting about things on my blog. If it does not have a fandom tag for others to engage in, do not make it out to be me trying to start fights or addressing the whole community. Because it’s not.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, my art, my lore talk, is biased. I’ve never tried to hide that I view Marika a certain way and will always develop my theory following that base assumption.

Aside from translation stuffs and pointing out in-game items, everything else I say you can look at it, agree or disagree, and move on to form your own opinions. Just because I draw stuffs doesn’t mean you get to saddle me with responsibilities about managing fandom expectations. What the hell? I’m a fan artist, I’m the last person who you should look at for “leaderism” (?) WHAT?

I can and will be a hater in my own space, like I know sometimes other artists will just post their stuffs and not engage too heavily with fandom, and for a while I did try to do that here (because I’m already a dramatic ass on twitter), that’s just not me though.

Everytime im on Tik Tok there's always an slide show like: "you want good female characters in media but you coudn't handle her!" And is the most annoying character ever like, Sakura or some shit like that.

Dude, i don't hate them because they have vaginas, i hate them cause they're assholes (and im not even gonna mention those characters that get the "hot girl" pass) and don't even come at me saying like "oh she have trauma" cause then im gonna bring out the "everyone got dead people" speech from Guardians of the Galaxy, i don't give a shit.

Sorry if i don't respect the trauma of this fictional character, maybe i would care if they were a bit more sympathetic but they just chose to be a jerk to everyone for no reason other than "i went trought bad stuff as a kid" like, oh yeah? Me too, half of the country did but im not a killer because of that! This is why i always liked the heroes more than the villains (most of them at least) cause despite being trought literal hell, they keep being good and doing good stuff to people

(Before you ask, yes that was directly pointed at Catra and on the "femme fatale" troupe as a whole, cause i really dislike that troupe for the sole reason that those hoes never get jumped by the protagonist at some point)

genuinely hilarious that sansa's fandom claims to love "complex feminine women who do their duty" and yet any comparisons of her to catelyn outside of being pretty and lusted after by men is treated like a hate crime 🤣🤣🤣

Like? Their whole thing is that they "love" all of these feminine women but Sansa having more in common with Catelyn than Ned is...Sansa hate? It's portraying her as an "evil little girl" somehow? They're just telling on themselves and what they really think of these characters. They care about these characters as far as they can use them as props, they don't care about them besides that. Cat is good for saying that Sansa will be prettier than her and for making "feral" comparisons between her and Arya to belittle the both of them. Ned is only good for having parallels with Sansa and pushing their "Queen in the North" agenda. That's all they care about. Not one of the people mad at my post made a logical argument or supplied any evidence from the book. They were just mad that I questioned their fanon and made a post based on the actual books.

Another thing I can think of is Six the Musical when Anne Boleyn's space buns represent how some media (like Six) portrayed her as mischievous woman rather than ambitious and confident like her irl counterpart in history

Similarly, Mrs. Lovett's space buns represent that she's mischievous woman who manipulate and make Sweeney a serial killer cannibalistic Barber and she also lie and emotional manipulated Sweeney to "love" her in sinister way
