If you were the wedding planner of a Luiasy wedding how would you arrange it? What would the location be? What would the theme of the wedding be? And what extras would you add towards the outfits of the bride and groom?

Aaaaahhh this took me forever to get to 😭 @kelbreyworshipper I’ll be real with you, when you sent me this ask, I was walking to my chem final, and I read your prompt and I was like “ummmmm 😳”

Buuut I think it’s safe to say I had enough time to cook, plus it was a fun challenge, so I hope you enjoy this! It's pretty long, so read at your own pace hehe

First of all, I’ve chosen this day in particular to post the becaaauuuseeee…

Today (or yesterday wherever you are) is/was the one-year anniversary of my very first Luaisy drawing! BOY how far we’ve come. Now without further ado…

= LUAISY WEDDING =

This wedding was months in the making. Peach and Mario self-appointed themselves (even though it was obvious from the get-go) to the maid of honor and best man, so they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect and better.

Each Mario lady had an essential part to play in this wedding:

Peach Maid of honor. Her role was to find the best venue for the wedding and send out invites to the Mushroom Kingdom and the other kingdoms within Sarasaland. But Peach being Peach with her overenthusiasm for weddings, carried 95% of the wedding planning and wedding day on her back. Of course, everyone gave her her flowers in the end. Mario definitely made sure she knew she was appreciated

Daisy was a 5'11" sack of nerves for her wedding, so Peach took it in her hands to calm her down, assuring her that it was completely normal to feel that way, and had to keep reminding her of how much Luigi loved her and that he wants this as much as she does. She also reminded Daisy that she should be elated because this is her special day. Peach would know all about it. ;)

Peach ran through the wedding, had multiple (maybe more than needed) rehearsals, and coordinated the wedding dinner that Daisy and Luigi would have.

Pauline Bridesmaid, wedding designer, and performer. I headcanon Pauline to be the most fluent in fashion and designing among the Mario ladies, and it was her who Peach took sewing up. Peach invited Pauline to a lot of her and Daisy's shopping trips for wedding dresses, getting her advice on what would suit her and Luigi's taste for their wedding day.

Pauline also performed at their wedding, doing solo performances, and then concluding with her band.

Rosalina Bridesmaid and vow writer. Even though Rosa is not a woman of many words, when she does have something to say, people are listening.

Out of the ladies, she's the biggest bookworm, spending time in her observatory reading and writing when she can. This makes her an amazing poet. All her close friends find it hard to believe that she doesn't have a significant other. She has shared some of her poems with her friends, and it was a wonder how none of them fell in love with her.

But Daisy called her up (or down) to help her write her vows, and Rosa was more than happy to help. She helped her organize her thoughts and feelings for Luigi and what their relationship truly meant to her. Rosa also helped to plan, outline, revise, and maybe wrote some parts of it herself.

She oversaw all parts of the writing process, yet, when Daisy recited those words back to Luigi on their wedding day, she reacted as if it were her very first time hearing it; tears in her eyes and hands clasped together. She was so proud.

Toadette Bridesmaid and master chef. And even better... free of charge! She was cooking up a storm with the help of other Toad chefs for Daisy and Luigi's special day. The two still provided her and her crew a very generous tip (Luigi is loaded here).

Mario

Best man. With Mario and Luigi, it was pretty much the same story with Peach and Daisy, except Luigi was ten times worse. It took Mario a great deal of effort and convincing Luigi to not call off the wedding, just because of the mere thought of Daisy possibly having second thoughts.

Mario did everything a typical best man would do at a wedding and more, making sure everything was in order, and not a single detail was out of place. Right before, during, and after the wedding, he used at least 3 full rolls of tissue paper.

Another thing on the performance line-up... I'm gonna go ahead and yoink @silenzahra's musician bros hc and say that Mario does a surprise performance for Luigi and Daisy. It’s a song that is a testament to his and Luigi’s bond, which obviously immediately gets Luigi choked up.

As Mario was singing and playing the guitar, it felt so wrong for Mario to be singing their song on his own, so Luigi joined him on the stage, grabbing a mic left behind from Pauline's band group and singing alongside him. Cue forehead touches, and lots of hugging, crying, and ‘I love you’s.

Wedding Location and Theme

I 100% believe that their wedding would take place outside. Daisy and Luigi wanted a large, open space with a nice landscape view with not too many manmade buildings. So uh, Brooklyn was out of the question, not that they minded. Daisy decided to make use of the Chai Kingdom (one of the four Kingdoms in Sarasaland) and its naturistic feel.

And then the post-wedding dinner and performances would all take place here:

(Basically, just imagine all of this but green and orange-themed lol)

As for the theme, I feel that they’d go with a fairytale-themed wedding! That, or a forest-themed wedding; green and orange are earthy colors, so I want their wedding to reflect that.

Again, yoinking @silenzahra's Luigi the bookworm hc, I’d like to think that one of the ways Luigi and Daisy grew closer was from reading together, and the National Book Days in Sarasaland. Once Daisy got more into reading, Luigi encouraged her to venture out in her castle’s library and find some genres that she liked. They both noticed that she seemed to gravitate towards stories that were more adventure-packed, as well as fairytales, mythological, and fictional stories. Daisy has a very active imagination and loves otherworldly visuals, so Luigi was more than happy to incorporate that into their wedding theme.

The bridesmaids and maid of honor are decked in golden dresses (for ya girl), and the groomsmen and best man are decked in emerald green (for ya boy). For the wedding guests’ attire… there is not a single trace of black to be found! The wedding looked like a rainbow that threw up all the colors in the visible spectrum.

To honor Pride Month… let’s just say Rosa is looking for that special someone… right beside her ;)

Lumas

I’m adding the Lumas (plus Lumalee of course!) to be the flower children! The wedding would be decked with 75-100 lumas of all different colors and purposes. They would be the ambiance for the wedding, especially when the sun sets, and at nighttime. The wedding would still use fairy lights in case the Lumas didn't cooperate (was never an issue). But... just imagine dozens of bright moving lights with sparkles trailing behind them in the night sky.

Yeah, Wario and Waluigi were invited, as long as they promised to behave. And if not, Daisy and her family will set em straight… and Mario if they even dare think about ruining his baby brother’s day. The two weren’t so fond of the dress code at first, but they sucked it up. Eventually, emerald green grew on them.

Also, the tie Mario is wearing was handcrafted by Luigi when they were kids. ;’)

Post-Wedding

Like I said earlier, plenty of food will be provided by Toadette and her crew, and there will be endless games. They would mostly be Mario Party-styled, but there would also be some sports like tennis or mini-golf. That all happens after the newlyweds have their dance and cake. Let’s just say for an itty-bitty second of time, they recreate the dance of all dances.

After all the fun has been had, the two are driven into the moonlight by Toadsworth with a “JUST HITCHED” sign on the back of his Parade Kart from MK Double Dash. They’d be transported in this very familiar fashion.

SMB: Peach & Haru

This is an idea I had a few days ago and I could say it made it into my Super Mario AU

I can say that Peach and Haru had a relationship, but it was short-lived because Peach broke up with Haru 😔

Before Peach met the Mario brothers, Toadsworth was convincing the princess to date a prince so she could become queen and stop Bowser

At first Peach didn't agree, because she didn't want to marry anyone and she didn't feel any love for any prince, this almost made her go into depression, Daisy comforted Peach so she could try to calm down and let her heart go

Soon Haru appeared one day at a ball at Daisy's castle, he met Peach and fell in love, but the princess didn't feel anything for him, so one day Haru asked Peach to be his girlfriend, she almost didn't agree, but she remembered what Toadworth said, then answered yes

At first she thought they would have a good relationship, but it wasn't what Peach thought, the prince was petty, he told Peach what she could and couldn't, he told the princess to distance herself from Daisy, as she wasn't a good friend at all. Peach, other things

Peach soon asked for a break in her relationship with the prince, but it was then that the arrival of the brothers happened (What a good case the film would be), Peach felt love for Mario and no longer felt anything for Haru, which is why she ended her relationship with Haru

Haru keeps blaming Mario for breaking up with Peach, but the plumber refuses, the prince has a habit of making fun of Mario

I wasn't really paying much attention because all I heard was arguing. Then I heard eligah speak up"They couldn't have done it on there own that means two of us here are imposters "eligah said

Well i knew that part already as i were one of those imposters. Yeah "Is anyone sus"shiloh asks

"Well there's 3 people wearing red so let's vote them all of just to be safe"judah says

"Wait if the imposter who started his is still among us"shiloh starts to say but gets interupted by judahs laughter "Stop. So they wouldn't wanna risk being inside the castle when it went off "shiloh continues

  Then something something something then everyone votes skip .Even though I was an imposter I took a task card anyway.

I then see a power box and then Pauline, a smirk grows on my face I break the power Box and get a red shell

The josiah comes back "Oh where's Pauline "he wonders

Judah got thrown out and was talking with josiah "So for your leg you can either take one pill a day for 14 days or you could take this 💊 once"judah says holding a gigantic pill in his hand.

"I am not eating that"josiah says.

"Oh come on"

And to be honest I'm more concerned how that fitted in judahs pocket

So maybe the imposters lost but josiah let me celebrate with them so I say this was a win win for everyone well maybe not everyone 😅

May I enquire about the old Mario comic?

x YEAH ok so basically it was a next gen story (shocker, can you guess what kind of story I like to write) I made when I was 15 and ACTUALLY if you remember chemical x, it was really similar to that in that- so with chemical x I made the comic because I liked Ace so much that I wanted to explore his backstory, how he met Murdoc, and that turned into "let me fill in the gaps of plastic beach and elaborate on why HIM is important to Gorillaz" so it was a crossover connection right? well that mario comic was really similar because it was basically "I wanna explore Waluigi more and also connect a bunch of Nintendo properties" and I actually didn't let it run for long enough for it TO connect anything, the buildup was wayyy too long, I think I got around 100 pages done iirc. anyway where the next gen thing comes in is that it focused on a bunch of ocs I had at the time, a couple were Mario's kids (he had one with Pauline, one with Peach) and Cake was the daughter he had with Peach basically and Pietro was the son he had with Pauline, he didn't know about him though. anyway Cake was best friends with Wario's kid and some of Bowser's kids and she was really pushing for unity among the kingdoms, she hated the wars that were going on. I've been rambling about this too damn long I'm just gonna cut it there akdmmgnfnf

Colors Chapter 4: The end

The next night Waluigi didn’t show up. Pauline was the mayor and his employer she could do what she wanted. She knocked on his hotel room.

“Who is it?”

“Who do you think?”

“Go away!”

“IF you don’t show up you are not going to be paid for tonight.”

“I don’t care!”

Pauline blew out a puff of air. Fine if money wasn’t going to draw him out, she had a pretty good idea what would.

The next day a poster was slipped under his hotel door. Waluigi’s eyes bulged when he read it. He slammed the door open. Pauline, who was walking away, turned coolly at the commotion. “FINE, I’m only doing this for my adoring fans and not for you!” 

She looked at him through hooded eyes. “Perfect.” She turned and sauntered down the hall with a proud look on her face.

Poster of the upcoming Dance Show Case was everywhere! The tickets were sold out. Waluigi spend weeks practiced his most difficult dances with the Mayor. The band practiced the handpicked music, the lights were designed to be as flashy as possible. It was all coming together.

Waluigi was relaxing in the green room an hour before the biggest performance of his life. He had a black dress shirt, purple dress pants and white dress shoes. His purple sequined vest was laying next to him on the couch he was sitting on.  An assistant was behind the couch massaging his shoulders. Pauline walked into the room. She had on a silver sequined top, disco ball earrings, a red skirt that was down to her knees and black heels. She looked at the scene disappointed. “Ashely, you can leave.”

“Oh, ok Miss Mayor.” She scuttled past the mayor and out the door. She pouted at Wally. “She has more important things to do.”

“Than give the star of the night a massage!?” He crossed his arms and slouched perturbed. Pauline took the assistant’s spot. She gripped his shoulders and started to dig her thumbs into him. “Wah!” Waluigi flinched with the pressure.

She didn’t let go. “You are not going to get the knots out if you don’t work hard on them.” He grit his teeth together and let her continue. “I’m going to approve of the Casino, with only one caveat….”

“Oh?” He squeaked out.

“That you come to check up on the establishment every year.”

“AH!” he exclaimed in pain and surprise.

“Your fans would appreciate to see your face every once and a while.” She continued to dig at a knot that was next to his shoulder blade. Waluigi gripped at the chair his knuckles turned white. “With you being a partner in Wario Inc. I would rather you and not Wario come to check on it.” He squeezed his eyes closed so that tears wouldn’t leak out. “By the way, why is it called Wario Inc and not Wario and Waluigi Inc?”

“Selfish…baaaAAAHH!”

“There!” Pauline finally let go of his boney shoulders.

Waluigi gently rubbed at the spot that she had been working on. He straightened his back and moved his shoulders around. “Huh?” His shoulders actually felt better.

“Your welcome.” She smirked down at him. He gave her a stink eye. “I’m going to give the band a pep-talk before the show.” She sauntered out of the room.

The show was fantastic, sensational, electric. There was Cha-cha, Samba, Salsa, Swing, Jazz, Lindy hop, Disco and many more dances were put on display. Every trick was performed to perfection. Everyone enthusiastically applauded, cheered, and was awed at the show of expertise. Waluigi was having the time of his life! Sweat dripped down his sideburns but he hardly cared how exhausted he was. He played it up for the crowd, posing for them, and encouraging them to cheer louder for him.

At the end of the last dance, Waluigi dipped Pauline down low. She winked up at him he almost dropped her, instead he spun her up. They both bowed, and the stage was showered with roses.

Waluigi waited for the next helicopter. He had his purple polo and white shorts. His purple fedora wasn’t going to fit in his briefcase, so it sat proudly on his head with a new red rose tucked into the white band around it. He looked up to the sky and grumbled about the upcoming travel ahead of him.

“What no goodbye?” Waluigi whipped around to spot the Mayor in her red pantsuit with a purple sun hat. She got into his space and pouted in his face.

He coolly smirked at her. “Didn’t want to break my fans hearts.”

She smarmily rolled her eyes at him. “c’mere.” She opened her arms to invite a hug.

He scratched the back of his head. “Not really the hugging type.” He deflected. She yanked the front of his shirt to get him off balance and into her arms. “Wah!” he felt her put something in his back pocket. He jumped out of the embrace. “HEY! Hands off the merchandise!” He checked his back pocket. It was a check. His eyes bulged at the amount.

“Your cut of the money from the show case and from the sell of the instructional videos. More will be coming your way soon.”

He gave her a distrustful look. “My cut eh? What percentage did I get exactly?”

“50 percent.”

“Only 50? Your holding out on me toots.”

“The other 50 went to pay the band, the light and sound tech, The camera men and the editors, for distribution, the elect-.”

“I get it! I get it!” He patted the air with his hands to get her to stop her list. “You pay your people well.” He folded his arms. “If I were you, I would pocket a big lump of that.”

She crossed her arms indignantly. “I did get some of it, I was in the performance if you recall?”

He tapped his chin with his finger. “mmmm…. Can’t say that I do….” She moved to punch him in the arm he slipped out of her range, with a big grin. “All I remember was people screaming my name.”

“You Jerk!” She swung again this time contacting his shoulder.

He rubbed the throbbing spot. “Ow!”

“It’s what you deserve you scoundrel!” she balled her fists at her sides and glared at him.

He smiled and slunk closer to her. “Scoundrel, eh?” He wrapped his arms around her locking her arms to her sides “I wouldn’t have you think of me any other way.” she looked up at him with a mix of curiosity and daring. He studied her face. The wind picked up blowing Pauline’s hat off the building. They didn’t seem to notice. Caught looking at each other as their goodbyes. The wind grew stronger blowing her brunet hair back. Stronger still it blew his hat down into his eyes, effectively breaking their staring contest. Waluigi let go of the Mayor and held on to his hat, annoyed.

They both turned around to see the wind was actually coming from the approaching helicopter. It landed. He gathered his briefcase. She yelled over the drone of the blades. “See you next year!” He saluted back at her not wanting to yell over the sound. He jumped into the flying machine and was off. Pauline waved until it was a fair way off. Next year, hopefully sooner, they would see each other again.

Mario Bros. X The Boys

*More Mature Post, FYI*

Hopefully this hasn’t been done before, but what if the Mario universe was more gritty, violent, or sexual like the TV show “The Boys?” Some thoughts I have:

Luigi is a B-list hero who doesn’t give a shit about anything because no one gives a shit about him. His powers could be electricity/green thunder, but I also think it’d be interesting if he was just indestructible and didn’t actually do much in battles beyond what a regular guy could do. Or it’d be interesting if he could make any part of his own body explode and regenerate. But not actually be able to harm anyone else.

Mario is the top hero that the nation loves. Secretly an egotistical maniac with incineration powers. He sees justice as black and white, no exceptions. Mario and Peach are seen as a couple but they’re really not dating at all. Mario and Luigi don’t see each other anymore really.

Bowser is Mario’s rival, though he’s more focused on fame, having sex with as many people as possible (which explains all the koopalings running around), and trying to get the other top hero, Peach, to date him. Kind of Homelander vibes. Be funny if he had the exact same powers as Mario, but he was a giant dragon koopa so he was stronger than Mario. But people still loved Mario more anyways.

Kamek is Bowser’s assistant. He can do basic magic parlor tricks but not enough to get him a different job.

Peach is seen as the sweet, lovable, cute type. But secretly she’s the crime lord of an underground mafia/criminal organization of mushroom people. Her power is charming you (essentially brainwashing you) so she gets away with a whole lot of things. Could explain why Bowser’s obsessed with her: she brainwashed him.

Daisy is buff queen. Maybe she has some sort of addiction, but as far as heroes go, she’s less corrupt. Feminist icon who is often undermined in the media.

Wario and Waluigi don’t have superpowers. They run the superhero company the heroes work at and are trying to franchise as much shit as possible. They’re in it for the money.

Rosalina is a little crazy because she can hear the stars talk to her. All the time. And there’s millions of them. She tried dating one that fell to earth, to everyone’s dismay and disgust.

The Kongs were an experiment on gorillas gone wrong. They have their own secret society that’s super exclusive. The government will pay millions to get them back. Donkey Kong wants to get out there and start a casino, but he can’t figure out how to make it so people don’t see his face.

Yoshi eats people and turns them into more yoshis.

Pauline is a big figurehead in the government. She’s trying to get rid of heroes, because of all the damage they cause.

so how nerdy are we with mario kart?

okay so i have a concept for the next mario kart game:

Mario Kart X

(pronounced "mario kart cross")

X like the roman numeral because it would be the tenth mario kart game if you count tour as mainline, which i think nintendo does.

cross as in crossover because the gimmick would be the inclusion of other nintendo characters.

the roster would include:

luigi

peach

toad

yoshi

donkey kong

wario

bowser

these eight characters made up the roster of mario kart 64 and have been in every mario kart game since.

eight more quintessential mario characters. i avoided generic enemy characters like koopa troopa partially out of preference but these eight feel like the cream of the crop regardless.

i included the four non-mario characters we've already seen and added four more for an 8:8:8 ratio. i excluded second party franchises like kirby and pokemon for the sake of extreme plausibility. i initially had captain falcon but decided to replace him with olimar since that would've meant three of the four new characters were heavy. plus pikmin seems more relevant now and f-zero is already a racing game, which is another reason i didn't include kirby even if kirby air ride was one game twenty years ago.

but we could get dlc character packs in waves like the bcp. in that case i could see a kirby pack with kirby, meta knight, king dedede, and bandana waddle dee. i think it would also be fun to have a character pack with donkey kong jr., paratroopa, r.o.b., and honey queen.

as for the courses we could see a new triforce cup with different locations in hyrule like death mountain and gerudo valley. we could also have a shrunk down garden for pikmin, somewhere on zebes for metroid, etc.

we could also see new items like a metroid, weapons from splatoon, tools from animal crossing, etc.

ideally it would be a launch title for the switch 2.

Hi! Geno’s posts in Super Mario started to become very popular, but an observer asked for me what Geno would be like in my roleswap au, so I decided to put him in my au.

In this au Geno doesn’t have a very good story, as he captured 😔

-After Geno become a person, he decided to live in the Mushroom Kingdom together with Mallow, he has many friends there, he has a great relationship with Waluigi in the galaxies.

-When Geno started living in the kingdom, he ended up being captured by Bowsetta, he was thrown into her dungeons.

-After 2 weeks, Bowsetta kidnapped Mario and looked up with Geno, Mario felt scared but Geno and Mallow helped him feel better.

-Soon Mario and Geno become friends, but Geno felt love for Mario. But Bowsetta noticed this and started to get jealous.

-One day Bowsetta found Geno kissing Mario in the cell and lost her mind, threw black magic at him to hate Mario.

-Geno started to hit Mario, but the Prince and Mallow hugged him to break th spell, they did it!

-That same night, she tried to kill Geno but Peach and Daisy arrived in the time and defeated Bowsetta. They returned to the kingdom.

-After that day, Mario helped Geno feel better, Luigi was suspicious because he still believed that Geno was under a spell.

-As Geno liked Mario, he became good friends with Peach, the two love to talk about Mario. He also became friends with Pauline.
