i’m giving all of you who enabled me to spread my Brown Haired Wars agenda last night a little kiss on the forehead

In honor of the OVERWHELMING number of y’all who enabled me, here’s more about my headcanon:

- His hair is naturally a fairly dark brown and it’s got some curl to it, but he straightens it to the best of his ability (it still looks a bit wavy) and dyes it blond

- I headcanon he comes from a small farming village and had to force himself to adapt to city life VERY quickly when he joined the army, dyeing his hair helped him feel more like he belonged

- Another reason he dyes his hair is because of “beauty standards” and because he felt like he didn’t look enough like The Hero (most of the other great heros were all blond, same with the princesses, so he dyed his hair to fit in and feel more like he could be like them)

- He feels like he’s supposed to be this beautiful heroic figure because a WAR was started over him (HELEN OF TROY PARALLEL, SOMEONE REMIND ME TO MAKE A WHOLE POST ON THIS LATER), and he felt like if he didn’t at least LOOK the part that his men and soldiers would betray him because they wouldn’t find him worthy anymore, because he’s literally just a Nobody from Nowhere, why WOULD they follow him? (because he’s a lovable, kind idiot, that’s why, wars, they LOVE YOU-)

- I think he wears makeup for a similar reason to cover skin imperfections, freckles, scarring, and the dark shadows under his eyes

- I think by the time the journey with the other eight heroes rolls around, hes relaxed about it a bit but still dyes his hair and wears eyeliner because hes just used to it at this point and he still feels like its tied to his status as a hero

- also he’d DIE before he let the others know he’s not a born and raised city boy

At some point i need to get my crap together and draw him 🫶🫶🫶

I demand some headcanons for LU Warriors.

Wars is in my top three favs, so I have a handful for our beloved captain (also I literally just woke up so if this isn’t coherent that’s why)

First off, he’s dyslexic. Idk why, I just really feel like he is. He just gives those vibes

This man is trans ftm, I can see it in his eyes.

He actually crochets! He stopped when he became an official knight because there wasn’t much time to just do as he pleases, but I like to imagine when joining the chain, they happen across a store that sells yarn. Time and Wind, who of course remember him talking about how he did crochet, buy it for him and surprise him with it later. After that, everyone in the chain gets fun little crocheted items. (I can imagine Twilight telling him to make a crocheted bunny for Legend)

I see a lot of people say he has a big family, but I actually imagine he has a rather small family. I imagine it was just him, his father and an older brother.

On the topic of family, I have a hc for his backstory. He came from a moderately noble family, her father was someone important or something. When he was around 12-14 his father pissed some people off, and one of those people decided he wanted to get back at him. So one night, he broke into their house, and killed his older brother and father. But he was loud enough to draw the attention of some guards patrolling the town at night. He was saved by these guards but his family was gone. This moment, however, convinced him to join in the army so he could help other people too.

He subconsciously signs while he speaks, and it makes it easier for those in the chain or just around hyrule who have difficulty hearing (I.e, Wild)

He plays the piano! Occasionally Artemis will let him play for formal events such as balls or feasts (or sometimes just for fun)

He is pansexual

He LOVES all sorts of nuts. macadamia, peanuts, almonds, pecans, you name it. He’ll just snack on them casually. Legend absolutely HATES nuts. He doesn’t like the texture of most of them. They will get in arguments over wether Wild should include nuts in todays dinner or not.

Time and Wind are his baby bros. No, It doesn’t matter that Time is in his thirties and has a wife and job and pays taxes, that’s his baby bro right there and he will not hesitate to call him that out in public. Time is also Winds baby bro. They will both call him their baby brother. This greatly confuses the rest of the chain.

One time Legend lost his hat, Wars offered to crochet him a new one. Of course, before he finished it Legend found his old hat. He didn’t have the heart to tell Wars, so he just shoved it deep down in his bottomless bag and let Wars finish making it for him.

we have had aabria autumn on d20 since 2020, when she stole the show as myrtle in pirates of leviathan. you could feel her inhabiting that mermaid over a zoom screen. felt like i was watching a mermaid roll around in a life-size martini glass full of vodka with my own eyes.

then she changed the game with mismag in 2021, bringing kids on brooms, personalized props, lighting effects, and projections to the dome, after which she held it down as antiope jones. the reluctant leader, the late bloomer who is not late but merely arriving in her own time.

in 2022 she came back with kisses, with regency, with good society, with flowers and tokens and projections and a willingness to follow up on consequences that never stopped moving. wuvvy my beloved. kill me with the devotion of a life lived in service to the one you love why don’t you.

in 2023 she was the spiciest assassin. fit for the genre in fits for the genre. replacing skalds like she was born to do it. and then burrow’s end. a genre exploration with a splash of the violence of dnd and the tragicomedy of family. beautiful sets, incredible audiovisual effects, and horror both visceral and cosmic.

in 2024? she’s back with wizards baby. she’s taking a 4 episode jaunt of americans becoming wizards in britain and making an adventure of eleven episodes. planets move, the dm screen talks, and the wind is on the rise.

aabria adds such a fun, artistic, genre-bending, cinematic flavor to her time in the dome; it’s no wonder that the Q4 mid-length season is hers.
