General Health Made Easy: 10 Simple Tips for a Vibrant Life
In today's fast-paced world, maintaining good health is essential for leading a fulfilling life. General health encompasses various aspects of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. To achieve optimal well-being, we need to focus on adopting healthy habits, prioritizing self-care, and staying informed about the latest wellness trends. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore the key components of general health and provide practical tips to help you enhance your overall well-being.
Tumblr media
1. Understanding the Foundations of General Health General health is not just about the absence of illness; it's about feeling vibrant and energized in our daily lives. It begins with a solid foundation that includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, and sufficient rest. Proper nutrition provides our bodies with essential nutrients to function optimally, while staying physically active improves cardiovascular health and boosts mood. Ensuring an adequate amount of sleep helps in the body's recovery and rejuvenation.
2. The Importance of Mental Health Mental health is an integral part of general health. It affects how we think, feel, and act, impacting our overall well-being. Practicing mindfulness and stress management techniques can significantly reduce anxiety and improve mental clarity. Engaging in activities that bring joy and purpose to life can have a positive impact on our mental state.
3. Holistic Approach to Well-Being Taking a holistic approach means considering all aspects of health, including physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. It involves identifying and addressing the root causes of any imbalances, rather than just treating symptoms. Holistic practices, such as yoga and meditation, can help in achieving harmony and balance in our lives.
4. Building Healthy Habits Creating healthy habits is the key to sustainable well-being. Start by setting small, achievable goals and gradually incorporating them into your daily routine. Drinking plenty of water, eating fruits and vegetables, and getting regular exercise are some foundational habits that can lead to significant improvements in general health.
5. Prioritizing Self-Care In our busy lives, it's essential to prioritize self-care. This means making time for activities that recharge and rejuvenate us. Whether it's spending time in nature, reading a book, or simply taking a relaxing bath, self-care is essential for reducing stress and enhancing overall happiness.
6. The Role of Preventive Care Preventive care is crucial for maintaining general health. Regular check-ups and screenings can help identify potential health issues early on, allowing for timely interventions. Vaccinations, as part of preventive care, can protect against various diseases and boost immunity.
7. The Power of Exercise Exercise is a powerful tool for enhancing general health. It not only improves physical fitness but also has significant mental health benefits. Engaging in regular physical activity can reduce the risk of chronic diseases and improve mood and cognition.
8. Mindful Eating for Well-Being Mindful eating involves paying close attention to what and how we eat. It encourages savoring each bite and being aware of hunger and fullness cues. By practicing mindful eating, we can develop a healthier relationship with food and enjoy a more balanced diet.
9. Coping with Stress
Discover effective strategies to manage stress and improve well-being.
Stress is an inevitable part of life, but how we cope with it matters. Developing effective stress management techniques, such as deep breathing exercises and meditation, can help us handle stressors more effectively and promote better mental health.

PSA: Mammograms are not as bad as you think
I had a few concerning symptoms a while ago and ended up getting a mammogram to check them out. My mother had emphasized over and over throughout my childhood how badly mammograms sucked, so I was nervous. Like, trembling in the waiting area nervous.
Since then, I've spoken with friends who are my age (early 30s), and they all said they were also terrified of getting a mammogram when the time came. My experience may not be universal, but I thought I would share how mine went in case it encourages someone else to get important care or helps them feel less nervous.
This is a mammogram machine:
Tumblr media
The mammogram tech lowers the bottom table-ish surface (plate) to chest height, then helps you place one breast on the surface. The top plate lowers until it compresses your breast. It stays there for a moment while the tech takes images of the breast. You may be asked to hold your breath at certain moments so they can get a clear image.
(I want to say here that the compression is firm, but for me, it did not hurt, or pinch, or sting, or any of the unpleasant adjectives I've heard older people use. A lot of that probably depends on how sensitive your breasts are, but the mammogram tech reminded me to tell her if something was too uncomfortable.)
The top plate lifts, then they tilt the plates into a diagonal angle. The top plate lowers again, this time compressing your breast at an angle. More pictures.
The same thing happens with your other breast. That was literally it.
Like I said, this was one mammogram experience and it was the only one I've ever had. I'd be interested to hear how they go for other people, but frankly, I'd go through a lot worse not to die of breast cancer like so many others in my family have. This wasn't a fun or entirely pleasant experience, but not the horrible, painful, aching mess I had been led to believe it would be.
Finally, if you're someone who has had mammograms (especially if you are speaking around younger people, including your kids), please be mindful of how you talk about the experience. I cannot emphasize enough how pants-shittingly terrified my friends and I all were because we had heard the horror stories from our parents. You don't want to be the reason someone puts off important preventative care.
Anyway, feel free to share this if you found it helpful! I just want to help people not go into a mammogram as blindly uninformed as I was.

Y'all do know you can't make Jason be NOT white without changing his whole character, right?
For other characters, yes, because their physical appearance are not that influential in their story, on how they are viewed by people, on their personality formation — you can have a black/asian/indigenous/arab/brown/latino/etc Nico and yes, the hate he gets will have a undertone of racism but at the same time nothing significant on his story, motivation or personality will need to change. This is also true for other characters: Clarisse risks repeating the "aggressive WoC" stereotype but the character itself doesn't change.
This isn't true for Jason, whose main character trait is how he is perceived by others and how he showcases himself to others based on that perception. (specially with how little effort Riordan put on him besides making him perfect-er Percy who's somehow also weaker and less important than him).
Let's not pretend a black, Arab, indigenous, Asian, Latin man, etc, in the USA would ever be treated with the universal reverence Jason gets from New Roma, you can't have the illusion of perfection and most of all, of invincibility they have about him when you see him suffering racism or xenophobia in the middle of a mission. Nothing in his life has ever gone wrong, that's his image, destined to be king, he is supposed to have no weakness on his peers eyes.
He is not trying to prove people wrong, he is trying to prove them right; he isn't worthy despite their prejudice, on the contrary, he only tried to make himself worthy to fulfill their expectations. He can't be a woman or an immigrant or have a visible disability or any other thing that strays him from a perfect ideal by western society standards, and be that same character.
#Different from the other white character in the series he was never questioned or doubted#There's a presumption of perfection with no exceptions that society doesn't give to us (women poc immigrants visible minorities in general)#His privilege (handsome white man with no visible disability son of Zeus etc) also prevented anyone from worrying for his well being#This illusion/expectation of him having no weakness/being untouchable pushes himself too far and clouds his judgment.#I headcanon he didn't even consider the possibility of myopia because that wouldn't fit Jason Grace Son of Jupiter so it wasn't an option#And you think it'd be the same character after facing racism? Because ain't no way he'd be praetor without going through racism#I think I'd love him nonetheless since I'm very weak to the whole golden boy tearing himself to save the world but it'd be a new character#jason grace#I know racism in USA is different from here but I know how different a “non-racist” white person treats me and treats my white friends#Also for him to not be an entirely different character if PoC would be incredibly disrespectful and racist on its own#It would fail to recognize the difference in how we are read (and written). I hate that a lot.#I remember that when Cody told Brandi “I see no color” she told him “then you don't see me” and that's so fucking striking#We ARE different. treated differently. if you act like you don't see it then you also turn a blind eye to the violence that comes from it#This is straying from my point I got a bit heated banalization of things I care about usually does that to me#Point is please don't change Jason on the very few things that man actually bothered writing about him#I actually think this is true about Octavian too. A lot of what he is allowed to do would not be possible if he weren't a white man.#Same for Rachel Elizabeth Dare. I mean you can work around making her poc but it will truly be pushing A LOT#Let's put it this way: a woc doing a street performance is perceived very differently from a white woman doing a street performance.#Specially in the eyes of cops#Pjo

Rewatching "Navidad" and noticing right now that contrary to what I remembered, Esteban wasn't the only one who wanted to celebrate a traditional Nochebuena in the palace with just their family. Francisco did too! This is the very first Navidad since their reunion and Shuriki's defeat. Esteban has been waiting 41 (!) years for this day, and he probably thought it would never come. It must have hurt so much when his wish for a traditional family Navidad was immediately shut down by Elena and Luisa and (albeit a bit more conflictedly by Isabel) or that Francisco's agreement with his idea was disregarded.
It's especially intriguing to me, because ordinarily, you would expect Esteban to be all in on the exciting new Navidad celebrations. He can be stuffy and traditional, sure, but he's also extravagant and loves grand, elaborate parties. In this case, however, he vastly prefers a quieter, more intimate Navidad than something new and elaborate and exciting. He doesn't want fireworks or or parades or massive parties; all he wants is simple quality time with the family he spent four decades longing to somehow see again.
To borrow a few lyrics from "Let Love Light the Way," Esteban needs "nothing more than those [he] adore[s]" over the holiday. And it must rankle him so much to receive the seeming confirmation that this isn't enough for the others-- and I feel it could lend itself to the inevitable conclusion that he himself isn't "enough" for the others.
Personally, I feel like Francisco's desire to have their quiet, private Nochebuena celebration comes from a slightly different place than Esteban's. He's naturally a more traditional, reserved person, so he would always prefer simple quality time with his family than a grand function. Additionally, he did not perceive any time passing during the past 41 years, as Esteban did. So this particular Navidad would have less strong of a meaning to him as it did to his grandson who was all alone for four decades. I also do not think he would be fully aware of what this end of the Dark Times means to his grandson. But unlike the others, Francisco does seem to be genuinely trying to understand what Esteban is thinking and feeling.
And even knowing that Francisco can and will never fully understand, Esteban must have felt a little tiny spark of recognition and validation when Francisco too wanted to resume their regular Navidad traditions. These--and by extension, Esteban himself--may not have been "good enough" for Luisa or Elena. But for Francisco, the traditions were more than merely "good enough," they were his first choice.
#elena of avalor#esteban flores#chancellor esteban#francisco flores#i've thought a lot before about the family's microagressions toward esteban in s1#mainly focused on this ep but also the two family vacation episodes that he doesn't appear in#but this ep hit different this time since i had forgotten/hadn't noticed#that francisco actually agreed with esteban's navidad plans#someone noticed; someone cared; someone wanted the same thing as esteban#even if the combined contrary force of the flores women prevented this wish from coming to fruitation#at least francisco and esteban get their way on the next navidad#'craig gerber please consider esteban's backstory and feelings even in funky little filler episodes' challenge#(failed yet again)#eoa salt#i mean tbf elena's and luisa's desire for something new does make sense too when you think about it#it's also the first navidad without elena's parents so a traditional navidad might have been too painful for them#but ya know what they should've done? talk this through as a family#let esteban (and francisco) talk about *why* the traditional navidad is so important to them#and then have elena and luisa explain *why* they need something different this year#if this family actually communicated; they might have come to a better compromise#like accepting christina's invite (as the first one offered)#and then coming back a little early from it and spending the rest of nochebuena with just the 5 of them doing their navidad traditions#but no; elena and luisa just decided what they were gonna do without asking for real input#and when francisco tries to question it; luisa is like 'why would you even question this? this new idea is *obviously* the better option.'#and nobody even cares a little about what esteban thinks

I know there are many bad takes about Gale on this site, but the worst takes I’ve seen on another social media site in another language are much more abhorrent than anything here tbh, the recent one I’ve seen even gets some popularity among his “fans”... They were basically saying it’s Mystra who made him the humble man he is now, without her influence on him he would be as egotistical as in his god ending, and more than a hundred of reblogs are all thanking Mystra for “training her lapdog so well” for them🤢
Did we even play the same game? Isn’t his god ending a direct result of Mystra making him think he will never be enough as he is, and he can only find his self-worth through gaining more power? Didn’t Tara say he’s not himself anymore and she would no longer be his companion in his god ending, she knew him long before Mystra made him her chosen, he was powerful enough before his relationship with Mystra, if he’s anything like god!Gale at the time wouldn’t Tara just leave him? I’d imagine he would have been more confident and had a more stable self-image if Mystra had never contacted him, therefore he didn’t even need the Gale of Waterdeep persona. He would always have been Gale Dekarios in that timeline. And people glorifying Mystra’s grooming and abuse towards him and unironically calling him “her lapdog” is just... I have no words. But what do you expect from an online space that’s infested with terfs and radfems? They just won’t recognize or acknowledge any abuse from women towards men...
#rant#cw: grooming#cw: abuse#fandom critical#and I lost count of how many takes calling him an abled person on that site#they were like#I don't care that he’s suicidal depressed autistic and chronically ill#compared to a certain elf he’s an abled person and trauma-free!#yikes zero awareness of their own ableism#fuck mystra#don't want to put this in his main tags#I didn’t mean to say that every person who praised mystra here is a radfem/terf#but most people there do share essentialist view about gender and sex#they are very hostile to queer men in fandoms as well#there are anon confession blogs and most of them are males dni#and there’s almost zero content of wyll in the fandom there#racism here is already bad but it’s much worse there and no one talk about it#they liked it when larian made gale doesn’t leave when you denied him medicine#they liked it when they removed the persuasion check in the drow twins scene#it’s kind of a power trip to them#they liked it when they can bully a man they claimed to love and face no consequences#it’s not d/s it’s downright abusive#they’re really saying mystra did nothing wrong in another garbage take#they’re going to excuse a god who sexually exploited a mortal like a tool and then cast him aside because a honest mistake he made#which the said god could easily prevent it by telling him the knowledge he didn’t have about the true nature of the orb#then tell him to kill himself for forgiveness when the god can foresee the outcome which would be unleashing a illithid infestation#the power inbanlance between them is so enormous that no real life situation can be compared to it#he literally can’t say no in that relationship#they’re going to excuse all these just because the god is female presenting#women can’t cause serious harm as men do isn’t a feminist stance at all as they think

September is Suicide Awareness Month. Please go check on your friends and family. People suffer in silence on the daily. We all have, so be kind. You never know what someone’s going through. You never know when your words or actions will make an impact on someone. Being a good person is a choice. It starts with the little things. So make someone’s day, instead of trying to bring them down. Again, you have no idea what someone is going through, and they have no idea what’s going on with you. So choose to be good. Choose to be here. Choose to do better. I love you, you look so good just being here today. So thank you, thank you for being here. For being alive, if no one has told you this, you deserve it. Thank you for everything you have done thus far, there is truly not another soul out there that's as special as yours. 🖤💜

The Lost Grand Duchesses part 2: Alexandra Pavlovna
When she was born at 7:40 in the morning in 1783, the baby Grand Duchess Alexandra Pavlovna was instantly viewed as second class. Her grandmother, Catherine II ‘the Great’, wrote “I infinitely more like boys than girls”, and told her staff that she found the newborn to be very ugly. She called the baby “a very ugly creature.” This dislike of Alexandra continued into her toddler years, when Catherine continuously compared the young Alexandra to her baby sister, insisting that little Elena was much more charming and intelligent than Alexandra.
Despite this, Alexandra adored her grandmother, who wrote that the little girl would do “anything just to please me.” Alexandra and Elena were painted together as a gift to Catherine, and the two little girls lovingly hold up and caress a diamond encrusted miniature portrait of their grandmother.
Tumblr media
By the age of four, Alexandra’s education had begun, and her intelligence in languages (being fluent in four) and writing made Catherine finally pay more attention to her, but for entirely different reasons.
As soon as the little girl turned eleven, Catherine wrote that the little girl who loved to dance, draw, and play music, was now to be “considered an adult”, and be made to marry. “It is time for the older one to get married” she concluded, not even mentioning Alexandra’s name.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A long and embarassing debacle followed, in which the child was left at the alter. Catherine admitted that the young girl, not yet a teenager, often adopted a “confused look” when having to meet with potential husbands, and did not want to speak to them.
Catherine died in 1797, temporarily putting Alexandra’s fate in limbo. She returned to her daily life as an unmarried girl, and even published anonymous articles that she had translated in French under the pseudonym ‘A’. However, in 1799, the prospect of an Austrian-Russian alliance was apparently too attractive to pass on, and the thirty-year-old Archduke Joseph of Austria, the Palatine of Hungary, travelled to Russia to meet the thirteen-year-old Alexandra.
The marriage was finalised, and Alexandra was forced to leave Russia - and her family - in order to move to Hungary with her new husband. Joseph wrote a letter to his brother in which he stated he was “convinced that with this marriage my domestic bliss is assured for the entirety of my life.”
Alexandra, on the other hand, was miserable. Countess Varvara Golovina, a lady at court and potential lover of the Tsarina Elizaveta Alexeievna, wrote in her memoirs that Alexandra was sad, and did not want to be forced to leave Russia. Her father, Pavel I, constantly said that he would “not see her again” and that she was “being sacrificed.” Despite this, Pavel could have prevented the marriage at any time. A single lock of golden hair fashioned into a flower was all that she left behind.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Although Alexandra was popular in Hungary among all classes, she was deeply depressed. Her friendly and charming personality had been replaced by a new temperament which was “always serious and sad”. Alexandra especially did not get on well with her mother in law, the Empress Maria Theresa of Hungary, who was intensely jealous of the young girl’s popularity. Maria Theresa intentionally antagonised the teenager, and sought to treat her badly.
In 1800, Alexandra fell pregnant, and was struck with health problems. Her mother-in-law ordered the hiring incompetent doctors (known to her to be incompetent) and insisted that the doctors obey her orders, rather than present their own educated solutions. Orders from Maria Theresa included cooking meals which Alexandra would not be able to eat, making her weak and frail.
In March 1801, Alexandra gave birth to a little girl, named Alexandrine of Austria. The pregnancy and labour had been incredibly difficult, and the baby sadly passed away within a few hours of birth. Alexandra, depressed at having been forcibly taken from her home and after having to endure cruel treatment by her mother-in-law, said: “Thank God that my daughter was now with the angels, without experiencing the miser that we are exposed to.”
Alexandra contracted puerperal fever. The doctors misdiagnosed her poor health after the birth several times, treating her for gastric diseases and typhoid rather than ‘childbed’ fever. She succumbed to the disease aged just seventeen years old.
Alexandra was not buried until two years after her death due to disagreements in the Catholic Austrian court over where to bury a Russian Orthodox. In 1981, thieves broke into Alexandra’s Mausoleum, looting her coffin and taking jewellery and clothing from her remains. Due to the vandalism, she was reburied with the deceased wives and children of her husband in the crypt of Buda Castle, which went against her wishes to be buried in an Orthodox Church. In 2004, she was reburied at the Üröm Mausoleum, in a small park surrounded by a moat. Inside the tomb, Orthodox icons line the walls, a reflection of Alexandra’s beloved faith, and her deep connection with Russia, which endured even after being “sacrificed”.

Do you support prison abolition /paying prisoners a living wage / making being able to vote more accessible to everyone?
I like your stances and opinions and your jokes but I'm genuinely curious on this one.
(This is inspired by some of the comments under one of your posts talking about how we should just make democracy more livable under capitalism, and while I disagree with that being the ONLY thing we need to do, it does kinda make me think about how many people think we need to get better without abolishing prisons or at least treating our prisoners better than we are treating them currently.)
hi! i'm not sure which post you're referring to but I'm actually anti-capitalist. I think we need to dismantle capitalism as a system because it is inherently inhumane, working exactly as intended and therefore cannot be "fixed" without restructuring it entirely from the ground up; the devaluation of human labor and environmental destruction for profit is not a bug, it's a feature. i could delve into the kind of economic system that i think should replace it after dismantling it, however it's more of a thought exercise and until it becomes a plausible reality, i would rather focus on how we can make capitalism livable for the time being because we have no other choice. for example we could start by lowering rent, instituting a 4-day work week, and establishing support networks for homeless people. i'm not an economist so it's not like i have all the answers but according to the results from other countries who have applied these practices, it improves quality of life and the economy significantly.
as for prisons, i'm pro-abolition. you can check out my prison abolition tag for more information, but essentially prisons exist in this day and age as an industry that profits off of slave labor. many of our laws and their enforcers unfairly target minorities and lower class people, and the denial of convicts the right to vote is just another way our government strips vulnerable communities of their political power, autonomy, and supposedly inalienable rights. aside from the conviction of innocent people and people who did commit a crime but ultimately did no harm, i don't think it's the right of any individual (or government, for that matter) to imprison others. i think people tend to forget that "criminals" are human beings and deserving of the same rights as everyone else, and it is human nature to make mistakes. the important thing is the opportunity to do better. militarist propaganda has done an incredible job of convincing us that convicts are amoral and undeserving of our sympathy, turning society in general against them and destroying any sort of safety net they might have had or needed otherwise. and people are too busy clinging to the notion that criminals are subhuman and deserving of whatever punishment is dealt that they can't see that this is a slide into fascism, and that they can just as easily become "other" should they find themselves on the receiving end of the system. we are very close to living in a surveillance state, which means any minor offense or slip-up has the potential to completely decimate your chances at getting a job, applying for college, getting a loan, receiving housing, and especially being able to have a say in elections. it also makes you more likely to be arrested again on account of "suspected illegal activity", so your record follows you around for the rest of your life.
sorry this got so long but yeah, essentially capitalism and the prison industry are inhumane and should be abolished.
#voter suppression#prison abolition#militarism#capitalism#52018#racism#classism#1312#also before anyone brings up r/pe or other genuinely awful crimes that endanger people i have to posit the question:#how can we account for those crimes when the people arrested for them are are mainly minorities?#need i remind you that white women used to accuse black men of assault just to weaponize their white privilege?#to exert power over them out of fear or hatred? people convicted for violent crimes are disproportionately trans poor and POC#while the rest of people actually committing those crimes walk free because of the privileges of being cis/het/white/upper-class#and like. thats not to say that those crimes should go unrecognized. but the system we have and the people enforcing it are just not#capable of doing so fairly. they look for signs of abusive behavior in race. gender. sex. age. class. sexuality. religious beliefs.#very little investigation is performed and hardly any empirical data is used in ruling. if they cared about victims at all they would focus#on preventing abuse before it happens and giving us support and access to people and services who can help. as a victim and survivor#the gov did not give a shit about my abuse. we cant make a system built on suffering care about any of us.#and like. yall are so confident you'll be able to decide who is 'good' and who is 'bad' but you can't. its like the shit with amber heard.#everyone was so caught up in defending their favorite actor they disregarded a woman's account of her abuse and made her out to be crazy an#evil#and i know you think youre different and we can do it differently but it happens over and over and over again#tldr we cant use a system to prosecute the ''evil people of society'' that is built on defining those traits through a racist misogynistic#etc lens#if we could we wouldnt even be in this mess

Folks are watching home improvement – that tim allen show from like the 80s/90s or whatever it is – and like. The joke in ep one is tim allen is saying women physically can't compete at sports (including fucking Bowling, the sport this episode concerns) with men and even in the context of this v. gender essentialist and dated old tv show like. He is being mocked for this view. His wife thinks he's a fail. His blokey bowling friends kind of agree but also think he's a fail who should quit talking down to his wife bc woman or not she is better at this sport than he is. It's played for laughs and like he's more of a lovable idiot than an outright misogynist but he's still like, Not the hero of this story.
And yet there are people in the year of our lord 2023 who unironically use his 90s schoolboy argument against the inclusion of trans women in sports and then call themselves feminists :/

Metamorphosis was such a rage inducing episode my god. Fuck Gene L. Coon for real.
This time the female character who was an important diplomat on her way to PREVENT A WAR fucking dies and an alien entity takes over her body so she can be human. Because she wants to experience love. That's it. That's why the female character was there. So she could die and give her body to someone else. Nobody questions the morality of this because romantic music plays in the background. AND EVEN THO A WOMAN HAS DIED Kirk ends it with a funny bit about how "they'll find another woman somewhere to end that war". Her life meant nothing to anybody. She was just a vessel so another male character could get laid.

I know I complain about this just. So much. And I’m sorry, like even I’m starting to get annoyed with myself, but I’m just so tired of how, pretty much unless a work is SOLELY populated with ONLY female characters, when it comes to who people spend their time on in fandom, overwhelmingly without fail, they will pick a (white, conventionally attractive) man at every turn.
#what do I have to do! what do I have to do to get people to care about women!!! what do I have to do to prevent people from saying#'I want her to die violently in [obviously-gendered way]'!!!!!#like my god I'm pretty sure that the only reason a man isn't going to win my tournament is because I limited it to female characters lmao#like yeah obviously fiction isn't real life and fandom isn't activism but you still uh. carry your biases from real life into your hobbies#those biases don't magically go away just because you're doing something fun???#as evidenced by the way people treat the REAL LIFE ACTRESSES who play these supposedly Irredeemable™ characters#(or who play characters who are '''in the way''' of a man doing something)#(thinking of that one guilty feminist podcast episode where they talked about how works centered around men frequently let the men#be the 'story movers' and the women are the 'story wreckers.' in the sense that they try to dissuade the men from doing Badass (read: Cool#Morally Grey) things)'#(and then there's the shipping dimension which. the less I say about that the better"#In the Vents#like. do you know why noir only has female centric works/analysis/content/whatever? THERE ARE LITERALLY NO MEN IN THE SHOW#(not in ANYTHING resembling a major capacity anyway. not that anyone would watch an installment of something called the 'girls with#guns trilogy' if they weren't looking for female characters. but. still)#HOW ARE WE AT THE POINT WHERE THAT'S THE ONLY WAY TO AVOID THIS
