PAC - WHY SHOULD YOU FOCUS ON YOURSELF INSTEAD OF YOUR FUTURE SPOUSE RIGHT NOW ?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just meditate and ask your guides/higher power to provide you insight.
Allow me to tap into your energy. 🧿
My readings are always honest and I don't sugarcoat things, pls read at your own risk. And try to have an open mind. 🙏🧿💕
Pile 1
Cards - 7 of wands, 6 of pentacles, 8 of wands
Are you in a hurry to meet them? Your future spouse? You are rushing things and trying to get ahead of your circumstances or the present reality. You know what pile 1? You still have a lot of parts unhealed of your soul. And this is not allowing you to fly freely as you should. You may feel like your fears are greater than you, but trust me they are not. You have all the power over your fears!
In the hurry of meeting them, you are forgetting your own self. You need to love yourself first before loving someone else. You should give yourself more time to think and process things. You should try to ground yourself in the present. Try to do root chakra and sacral chakra healing. Your fears have created some energy blocks which aren't helping you at all.
Don't worry, your desire of wanting to meet the one for you is being addressed by the universe. You will get what you want. But you need to heal yourself first. Clear your karma and self doubts.
Pile 2
Cards - 10 of pentacles, 7 of cups, 4 of pentacles
Pile 2 my loves, are going through a spiritual transformation or awakening right now. You can't miss any steps in the journey right? Please focus on healing yourself more.
Okay, so I can see that you are trying to manifest love and abundance in your life or you are just dreaming and visualizing about it. Let me tell you this one thing, that it definitely is working in your favour but you also need to break the walls of protection that surround you. You are scared to go outside and meet new people. Dear, please understand that you need to get out of your dreams and delusions and actually step out of your comfort zone to meet your future spouse.
Your future spouse on the other hand are too trying to heal their inner child wounds. They are saying that you need to get stable in life. You lack grounded energy and are underconfident about a lot of things. Please try to let go of any insecurities that surround you. Because they are hampering your growth, pile 2.
Pile 3
Cards : Temperance, 7 of wands, 5 of cups
Do you have this tendency to get depressed whenever you don't get any messages from the pick a card readings of? Don't be dependent for love on anyone, not even your future spouse. Love them, but stay away from unhealthy attachments. The reason of their no communication is because they are busy. They are working hard in their career right now. And you too should now focus on your career and goals.
Everything is well when taken in moderation. Balance love and career both logically and like a healthy human being please. You also have this tendency to run away from problems or sadness and indulge yourself in overworking don't do that.
Some of you could be in same sex relationships and you are thinking that things won't work out. Well, things would work out if you make them work out. Try to take bold decisions and stand for that decision.
Don't look back at the past, this is the final step to meet your fs. Just keep going.
Pile 4
Cards : Strength, 9 of cups, 4 of swords
You lack compassion for your own self. You are someone who gives everything to others but feels bad for giving it to yourself. You may connect well with plants and animals or just nature in general. Try to work on your self worth and don't critisize yourself too much.
You have many things to deal with right now. You have many parts unhealed. Try to relax and rejuvenate more physically as well as mentally and spiritually. It'll be good for your overall well being. Try to play with pets or just stroll in nature for sometime to refresh your mind.
You feel like there's so much competition somehow (?) And try to give yourself small rewards for accomplishing tasks. Try to celebrate your small successes please. You need to celebrate yourself more in order to attract the right partner for yourself.
You need to be in the energy of self love and good self worth to attract good partners who emit the same frequency. Do you understand? Lots of love to you.

Diagram of a Dwarven Lodge. Situated inside a mountain, most activity occurs in the "twilight zone", which represents caves that receive some amount of sunlight, or constructed burrows that are made close enough to the surface that ventilation and lighting tunnels can easily be dug. (These tunnels are represented in yellow on this diagram.) 1. The Mountain Snowcap. Precipitation forms into snow here. 2. Precipitation falls on the windward slope of the mountain, which is collected in; 3. Snowcap Canal. This is responsible for collecting precipitation and runoff from the top of the mountain. This is a simplified model, Dwarven lodges may contain multiple canals at different elevation levels. The snowcap canal drains into; 4. The Primary Cistern. This collects and stores pure water to be diverted for different uses. 5. The Moat. This is a collection of tunnels which have been flooded with water to prevent access to the Lodge. There are often decoy tunnels carved to confused intruders, Dwarven Moats are nearly impossible to breach without preexisting knowledge, or a guide. 6. The Foyer. This is a large entrance tunnel which narrows down into the Moat. 7. The Main Burrow. A large communal space where Dwarves engage in leisure and social activities. 8. The Secondary Cistern. Water from the Primary Cistern drains into the secondary system. In many Lodges, this Cistern is home to Fish and Crustaceans, which the Dwarves farm for their flesh and waste. 9. A primitive Septic System. Waste is collected in this cistern, where anaerobic bacteria feed on it, and break it down into valuable fertilizer. 10. The Tertiary Cistern. Waste water from the Septic System and Secondary Cistern drain into here, feeding a variety of plants, which in turn purify the water. Water from this Cistern can be released through a drainage pipe (Fig. 11.), or recycled into; 12. The Warm Cistern. This Cistern is carved much lower than the rest, low enough to experience heating from Geothermal Activity. Water from the Tertiary System can be further purified here, removing bacteria. 13. Hot Spa. Allows access to hot water from the Warm Cistern. 14. Housing Burrows. These act as living space for the Dwarves. Most of them are carved within the twilight region, but some housing burrows have been observed carved into deeper regions of the mountain. Dwarves are skilled plumbers, and some colonies have been recorded having hot and cold running water directed through pipes all throughout the colony, feeding communal showers and bath houses, toilets, and decorative fountains.

The Emptiness You Left
Y/N'S P.O.V.
When you come to, you find yourself in a strange room. As you sit up, you notice a lot of plants and only one other person in the room. A man with spiky white hair sits on the opposite side of the room.
"You're awake," the man says, turning his attention away from his desk to glare across the room at you, causing the hairs on your arms to stand on edge.
"Uh, where am I?"
"You're at the butterfly estate," he explains, before standing up and making his way over to your bed. "You seem to have hit your head rather hard. What stupid thing did you do?"
"Oh, uh, Suma punched me in the face," you sigh, thinking back to it. "Who are you? Where is everyone else?"
"Sanemi Shinazugawa. Wind hashira," he answers. "You were passed out for a pretty long time. Was it really Suma's punch that did that?"
"Yeah," you nod. "I guess..."
"I would have guessed you'd have a stronger pain tolerance than that," he scoffs, rolling his eyes.
"What does that mean?" you snap.
"It means you're not as strong as I thought," Sanemi shrugs, a smug grin on his face.
"Well, if I wasn't laying in this bed, I'd wipe that stupid look off your face," you threaten, glaring at him.
"Whatever, Y/N, just don't pass out again," he sighs, walking out of the room, only to be replaced moments later by Uzui who bursts in the door.
"Are you okay?" he asks, rushing to your bedside.
"I'm fine," you nod.
"Thank goodness," he says, reaching his hand up to touch the bandages wrapped around your forehead.
You're slightly stunned by his actions. His hand rests gently on the side of your face, his thumb caressing your cheek.
"I'm sorry, Y/N," Uzui apologizes. "I didn't think she hit you that hard. Maybe you're just not read-"
"I'm fine," you insist, cutting him off. Did she really hit you that hard or were you already spiraling before that?
A moment later, Suma joins the two of you in the room and Uzui backs away from you.
"Y/N," she sobs, throwing herself at your bedside.
"You better watch it, Suma," Uzui warns her. "Don't make the same mistake twice."
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hit you that hard!" she cries.
"Suma, I'm fine," you assure her, sitting up a bit more.
"Are you sure?"
"I promise. It was probably my fault, anyway. I wasn't paying attention. I think I zoned out for a bit," you try to explain.
"Yeah, you looked pretty dead," Suma then remarks.
"Well, I'm alive now," you laugh, rubbing the back of your neck. "And it was a good fight. Thanks for sparring with me."
"You both looked like you were having a good time up 'til that point," Uzui adds.
"I could feel it," you smile up at him. "It was like the air around me was guiding the blades in my hands."
Uzui smiles down at you, his eyes shining with pride. "That's good, Y/N," he nods. "I knew you'd be a fast learner. Even if you are an idiot."
"Hey!" you whine.
"You did good today," Uzui continues. "It was the first time you've connected with the sounds of your surroundings. That's why you froze up."
"Is it?" you hum, trying to think back to the way you felt earlier. You could sense something watching you in the shadows. Is it because you were so in tune with your surroundings?
"You were probably just nervous," Suma tells you. "Everyone gets that way. Especially with Master Tengen watching!"
"Well I'm not nervous now," you shake your head. "Can we go back and train some more?"
Uzui laughs, though you can see a bit of a surprised expression on his face. "You're too eager. And you've got to rest. We can't risk you getting hurt again," he decides.
"But I'm not even tired!"
"Don't care."
"Where'd you put my swords?" you question, looking at him.
"In my room," he answers, not taking his eyes off of you. "You need a break."
"And they're safe?"
"Yes," Uzui nods, and you can tell he's getting impatient.
"Hey, let's go out tonight, Y/N! We haven't had any fun since you've gotten here. We deserve a night out!" Suma suggests, her eyes sparkling.
"Oh yeah!" Uzui beams. "Let's have a night out. Get some drinks and have a good time. How's that sound, Y/N?"
"Like you want us drunk," you shake your head, a sinking feeling returning to your stomach.
"Hmph. Well... This is part of your training so you have to have fun!" he grins.
"How do you figure that?" you groan, leaning back into the bed a bit more.
"Because you need to learn to give yourself a break once in a while," Uzui answers. "Otherwise, you'll get stressed and anxious. And if that happens, you're going to start making stupid mistakes."
"He's right," Suma agrees, and the two of them nod.
They're right, you can only admit to yourself. Perhaps that's why your body froze. All you can think about is demons and fighting. But that's all you can think about! If you're not preparing for a battle, then what is there to do?
"Fine," you sigh. "We'll go out tonight."
"That's the spirit!" Uzui cheers, a grin spreading across his face.
You merely roll your eyes and watch as the two of them leave the room. You let out a long sigh and stare at the ceiling.
For some reason, you can't help but think back to when Uzui's hand was pressed against your face. He was gentle and kind. Something you're not otherwise used to. And the way he looked at you was different than any way he had talked to you before. Almost like he cared.
You close your eyes and try to sleep for a bit, but every time you do, all you can think about is him.
"Ugh!" you groan, tossing and turning, unable to get the image of his face out of your mind. "Can't I just relax?"
Suddenly, a voice speaks up from across the room, making you jump.
"Y/N, I don't mean to intrude, but if something is bothering you, I'd be happy to help."
You quickly sit up and see the insect hashira smiling kindly at you.
"Oh, Shinobu! When did you get back?"
"Just a few minutes ago. I wanted to check on you. You were unconscious for a long time. How are you feeling?"
"I'm alright," you answer, still a bit stunned. "Did you say you'd be happy to help me?"
"Of course," she nods. "It's my job to make sure my patients are well taken care of. So, tell me, what's the matter?"
"It's nothing, really. It's just, uh, well," you stutter, not sure whether to share or not.
"You can tell me," Shinobu assures you. "It's okay. I won't tell anyone."
"Alright," you sigh, looking down at your hands. "Well, I don't really know how to explain this. But I was thinking about, um, well, it's-"
"Is it about a guy?" she gasps. "Ooo, I just knew the two of you had something going on! He was so worried when he rushed in to see you before. Rengoku's a good man. And he really seems to care about you."
"Rengoku?" you whisper, ignoring the heat that rushes to your face at the thought of someone else being concerned for your well-being. "What are you talking about?"
"Yeah, he came in all flustered and worried. He wanted to stay by your side and make sure you were okay, but Uzui insisted you were to not be disturbed. So he waited outside... until he got called away."
"That was really nice of him," you whisper, looking down at your hands in your lap. You'll have to make sure you thank him when you get the chance.

Smallish post for the moment, to reply to some questions and comments made on prior posts :)
I've been asked a few times over the last couple of months about where I live as well as the grow seasons in my area.
I'm in a fairly populated area of the US, largely in usda grow zone 9-10.
Where I'm at in particular doesn't get snow, but further upstate does. (Those areas can't grow yr round, not without some adjustment such as greenhouses.)
Technically, I can grow almost all yr round. But once the Temps start hitting 100*f regularly it's too hot for us and most plants stop flowering or fruiting (pollen starts getting damaged at 95*f, but multiple 100*f days is bad for both plants and most pollinators) so we end up just letting what can struggle along till its cooler or we take everything up and solarise (Personally i Iet the plants that'll grow grow, keeps the soils covered, where it belongs and gives a fresh food source for my chickens that isnt trucked in everytime.)
In winter, we do get cold, but not too many frost days. When we do have frost days, often I can toss a few thin blankets over most crops at night and be good till the next day. If I only plant winter crops, I don't even need to do that.
I also do not follow a lot of the planting guides available. I often use them as a rough draft (like starting tomatoes in pots/grow cells in November around Thanksgiving. So their ready to be planted around valentines day).
Side note, 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌻🌻🌻 If your looking into starting gardening or farming and are in the USA, I 1000% would say check with your local county extension office or county extension ag office. Some of the larger state collages as well have offices dedicated to answering plant questions. You don't even have to be in the same state
I've asked for help with potatoes through 3 different counties (including the state I live in) each one has given valuable info, advice and several different answers. They are amazing resources if you don't have someone to buddy up with!
Sadly, I cannot give much info for such programs outside the states as im unknowledged in the possible resource shares. I believe most countries do have a similar equivalent though. 🌻🌻🌻🌱🌱🌱
Because I'm in an urban area (surrounded by neighbors and city), it does mess with the microclimate a bit. This means some crops do way better at different times than expected.
For examples, armenian cucumbers do great yr round.
Regular cucumbers? Only winter/fall. I don't grow them much, though cause they've tasted terrible.
Carrots are more a fall crop here and are much tastier and sweeter. Spring/summer carrots are hit or miss. Edible but less enjoyable.
Spinich? Haven't had any luck in either season yet. Either in ground or in raised bed or pots.
Regular potatoes? Soils too hard in the ground and the raised beds I've tried so far get too dry or too wet. :'( next try i intend to try a raised row/straw method.
Sweet potatoes? Vines grew and flourished well throughout the whole summer! I've yet to see what the spud harvest will look like yet, but I've gotten around 10 lbs of greens, plus a few pounds of vines that the chickens demolish quite eagerly. To me, that's a win, plus the vines trellis easily and can double as a nice shade structure when trained on trellis.
@oh-he-grows carrot seeds do smell fantastic! I was quite suprised how nice they smelled! Tbh I've been a little interested in collecting some umbells before they open next time and seeing if I might infuse some olive oil for a soap batch.
@tinyshe Thank you for your encouraging words! I hope as well to encourage more people to look into growing gardens, saving seeds, doing more small scale things to eventually make a positive difference for future and current generations :)
And to wrap up today a lil appearance from two of our lovely gals :)

SpaceTime -- A brief history
SpaceTime is Australia’s most popular and respected astronomy and space science news program – averaging over two million downloads every year. We’re also number five in the United States.  The show reports on the latest stories and discoveries making news in astronomy, space flight, and science.  SpaceTime features weekly interviews with leading Australian scientists about their research.  The show began life in 1995 as ‘StarStuff’ on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s (ABC) NewsRadio network.  Award winning investigative reporter Stuart Gary created the program during more than fifteen years as NewsRadio’s evening anchor and Science Editor.  Gary’s always loved science. He studied astronomy at university and was invited to undertake a PHD in astrophysics, but instead focused on his career in journalism and radio broadcasting. He worked as an announcer and music DJ in commercial radio, before becoming a journalist and eventually joining ABC News and Current Affairs. Later, Gary became part of the team that set up ABC NewsRadio and was one of its first presenters. When asked to put his science background to use, Gary developed StarStuff which he wrote, produced and hosted, consistently achieving 9 per cent of the national Australian radio audience based on the ABC’s Nielsen ratings survey figures for the five major Australian metro markets: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.  The StarStuff podcast was published on line by ABC Science -- achieving over 1.3 million downloads annually.  However, after some 20 years, the show finally wrapped up in December 2015 following ABC funding cuts, and a redirection of available finances to increase sports and horse racing coverage.  Rather than continue with the ABC, Gary resigned so that he could keep the show going independently.  StarStuff was rebranded as “SpaceTime”, with the first episode being broadcast in February 2016.  Over the years, SpaceTime has grown, more than doubling its former ABC audience numbers and expanding to include new segments such as the Science Report -- which provides a wrap of general science news, weekly skeptical science features, special reports looking at the latest computer and technology news, and Skywatch – which provides a monthly guide to the night skies. The show is published three times weekly (every Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and available from the United States National Science Foundation on Science Zone Radio, and through both i-heart Radio and Tune-In Radio.

Day 9: ghost zone
Ghostly Flora and Fauna
A guide to common plants
By Ghost Writer and Undergrowth
The various leafy plants are called Polypodiophyta, or Fernals. These are mutations of the human fern plant that found its way here through natural portals. Apart from their glow and edibility, though they are quite bitter, they don’t do much else.
On the upper left, we have the Alta Esculenta, or the Mavor plant. The center orange part is an edible fruit.  According to our interviewee, Danny Fenton, they taste “like citrusy mangos with a touch of battery acid.”
Below that we have the Nox Filicus, more commonly known as the Night Fern. This functions much like what Fenton called a ‘sea anemone’ that only allows small blob ghosts near. Any more powerful ghosts will be ‘stung’ and have to receive immediate medical attention lest they want their appearance to become unstable.
In the upper middle we have the Malum Hydriam, the Blob Catcher. As its more common name suggests, it attracts small blob ghosts which it then catches and absorbs.
The one pictured in the lower middle is the Extractus Malus, the common Shroom. This plant helps filter pollution and foreign particles out of ectoplasm.
The one on the right is the Salicum Candentis, the Glowing Willow. These plants are considered sacred and are said to be connected to the core of the Zone itself. Like the common Shroom, it also helps extract contamination. But more importantly it also produces pure ectoplasm and its blossoms can help with medical issues such as calming a ghost down from an obsession trance and helping a ghost who's lost touch with their obsession not retreat into their core.
Most importantly, they are integral to the coronation of new kings. A potion is made using the blossoms and the king to be is to drink it then walk up to the trunk where they will be obscured by the branches. If they walk out then the Zone has accepted them as king and they are imbued with knowledge of the movements of the Zone and an inner sense for navigating the ever shifting islands.
However, this plant is not without its dangers. As stated, it can have a calming effect on ghosts, but if a ghost were to be near to the tree for an extended period of time it would have a soporific effect and the ghost would fall into a deep sleep like trance. The branches would then gradually wrap around the ghost pulling them toward the trunk where it will slowly begin to absorb the ghost leaving only the ghost’s core. Recovery is possible, but will take a long time and the ghost, once emerged from its core, will be back at the strength level of the newly dead.

I am making an effort to be a more organized clueless gardener this year. I bought a planner that is separate from my work stuff where I can make notes about when to do gardening tasks. I looked up best dates based on my plant hardiness zone (7) on the almanac.com site. I have also gotten a lot of use out of the planting guide on the Urban Farmer Seeds website.
Right now the to-do list looks like:
January 25: start peppers, oregano, thyme indoors
February 8: start tomatoes indoors, start radishes outdoors (or as soon as the soil can be worked)
February 9: start marigolds (tagates) indoors
February 16: start calendula indoors
February 20: start basil and sage indoors, second chance to start tomatoes indoors
February 22: start lettuce and chard indoors, start peas outdoors any time soil can be worked until 3/16
And so on. Will I meet these deadlines? Will I figure out how to start this many seeds indoors? Probably not! But at least it’s a plan.

Growing sweet flowers is an excellent place to start your garden!
Multiple blooms grow off of a single green stem. Flowers feature a center bud with no visible stamen/pistils, with five off-white petals surrounding. Harvest when blooms are at their fullest for maximum sweetness. Sweet flowers have no preference on soil, PH levels, or humidity.

9 Ways to Reduce Indoor Air Pollution in Your Home
In an era where health and wellness have taken centre stage, the quality of the air we breathe indoors has become a pivotal concern for many. The average person spends a considerable amount of their time inside, making it imperative to ensure that our sanctuaries are comfortable with the help of air conditioning installation Sydney while making sure the air we breathe indoors is conducive to our health.
Indoor air pollution, often overshadowed by its outdoor counterpart, can be just as harmful, contributing to various health issues ranging from respiratory problems to allergic reactions. This concern is compounded by the fact that indoor air can be up to five times more polluted than outdoor air due to the concentration of pollutants in enclosed spaces.
The following guide presents practical strategies that can be implemented to achieve cleaner air within the confines of our homes. As we delve into these strategies, it's important to recognize that the responsibility for cleaner air lies not just with any single solution but with a holistic approach to lifestyle and household management.
Ventilation Improvement
Enhancing the airflow in your home is a straightforward yet effective way to dilute indoor pollutants. Regularly opening windows and doors to allow fresh air exchange can significantly reduce the concentration of indoor pollutants. Consider using exhaust fans in high moisture areas like kitchens and bathrooms to prevent the buildup of mould and mildew, which are common sources of indoor air pollution.
Use of Cooking Vents
Cooking can produce a considerable amount of indoor air pollutants, including particulate matter and gases like nitrogen dioxide. Using range hoods or exhaust fans when cooking, especially on gas stoves, helps to expel harmful pollutants and reduce exposure.
Regular Cleaning Practices
Dust, pet dander, and other allergens can accumulate on surfaces and in fabrics, contributing to indoor air pollution. Regular cleaning, including vacuuming with a HEPA filter-equipped vacuum cleaner, dusting with damp cloths, and washing bedding and rugs in hot water, can significantly reduce these pollutants.
Houseplant Integration
While plants have been touted for their ability to purify air, their effectiveness in a home environment can vary. Nonetheless, having indoor plants can contribute to overall air quality by increasing humidity and producing oxygen. It's essential, however, to avoid overwatering to prevent mould growth.
Control of Humidity Levels
Maintaining indoor humidity levels between 30-50% can help reduce the presence of dust mites and mould, both of which thrive in high humidity. Dehumidifiers and humidity monitors can be effective tools in managing humidity levels, thereby contributing to better indoor air quality.
Avoidance of Synthetic Fragrances
Many air fresheners, candles, and cleaning products contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other chemicals that can pollute indoor air. Opting for natural or unscented products and using essential oils for fragrance can significantly reduce these chemical pollutants.
Smoke-Free Environment
Ensuring your home remains smoke-free is crucial. Smoke from cigarettes and other tobacco products contains a myriad of harmful chemicals that deteriorate indoor air quality. Establishing your home as a smoke-free zone can have a profound impact on air purity.
Careful Selection of Building Materials and Furniture
Many building materials, furniture, and decor can emit VOCs and other pollutants. Choosing low-emission products and materials can significantly reduce your exposure to these harmful substances.
Regular Maintenance of Home Systems
Ensuring that your home’s ventilation, heating, and cooling systems are regularly checked and maintained can prevent the circulation of dust and other particles. It's also beneficial to replace filters as recommended to ensure these systems contribute to cleaner air.
The journey to reducing indoor air pollution involves a multifaceted approach that encompasses everything from the way we clean to the products we choose for our homes. Each step, while seemingly small on its own, contributes to a larger effort to create healthier living environments. As we become more cognizant of the air quality within our homes, it's essential to remember that these efforts not only benefit our health but also enhance our overall quality of life.

What strategies can companies employ to incorporate wellness rooms into their latest office design?
Title: Designing for Well-Being: Strategies for Incorporating Wellness Rooms in the Latest Office Designs
In the ever-evolving landscape of office design, companies are increasingly prioritizing employee well-being by integrating dedicated wellness rooms into their workspaces. These sanctuaries offer employees a retreat for relaxation, meditation, and rejuvenation. In this blog post, we'll explore strategic approaches companies can employ to seamlessly incorporate wellness rooms into their latest office designs, fostering a holistic and supportive work environment.
1. Identify Wellness Needs:
Before embarking on the design process, companies should conduct surveys or engage in discussions with employees to identify specific wellness needs. Understanding the preferences and requirements of the workforce ensures that the wellness rooms cater to a diverse range of needs, from quiet meditation to relaxation exercises.
2. Optimal Space Planning:
Careful space planning is essential when incorporating wellness rooms into office designs. Consideration should be given to location, accessibility, and proximity to areas with high foot traffic. Ideally, wellness rooms should be situated in quiet zones away from noisy work areas, promoting a peaceful and serene environment.
3. Flexible Design for Multi-Functionality:
To maximize the utility of wellness rooms, companies can design spaces that accommodate various wellness activities. A flexible layout with movable furniture, adjustable lighting, and soundproofing features allows employees to personalize the space for activities such as meditation, yoga, or short naps, promoting a diverse range of wellness practices.
4. Tranquil Aesthetics and Natural Elements:
The aesthetics of wellness rooms play a crucial role in creating a calming atmosphere. Employing tranquil color schemes, incorporating natural elements like indoor plants, and choosing ergonomic and comfortable furniture contribute to a visually appealing and serene space. Biophilic design principles that connect the space with nature further enhance the overall well-being experience.
5. Acoustic Considerations:
Soundproofing is paramount in creating a peaceful sanctuary within a bustling office environment. Incorporating acoustic panels, baffles, or double-glazed windows helps minimize external noise, allowing employees to fully immerse themselves in wellness activities without distraction.
6. Comfortable and Versatile Furnishings:
Wellness rooms should feature comfortable and versatile furnishings that support a range of activities. Plush seating, meditation cushions, adjustable lighting, and adaptable furniture contribute to a welcoming environment where employees can unwind and engage in wellness practices at their own pace.
7. Mindful Lighting Design:
Integrating thoughtful lighting design is crucial for wellness rooms. Natural light is preferred whenever possible, but if that's not feasible, companies can invest in adjustable lighting solutions. Warm and dimmable lighting can create a soothing ambiance, while task lighting supports activities such as reading or focused meditation.
8. Technology-Free Zones:
Encouraging a break from digital distractions, wellness rooms can be designated as technology-free zones. Companies can implement policies that discourage the use of electronic devices within these spaces, allowing employees to disconnect, recharge, and focus on mindfulness without the interruptions of emails or notifications.
9. Accessible Amenities:
Wellness rooms should be equipped with amenities that promote relaxation. Consider incorporating amenities like essential oil diffusers, calming music options, or even simple guided meditation resources. These additions enhance the overall experience and make wellness rooms accessible to employees of all wellness backgrounds.
10. Employee Education and Promotion:
To ensure the successful adoption of wellness rooms, companies should actively promote these spaces and provide resources on their benefits. Employee education sessions, wellness program integrations, and regular communication about the availability of these rooms reinforce their purpose and encourage widespread utilization.
11. Well-Being Programs and Workshops:
To complement wellness rooms, companies can introduce well-being programs and workshops. These initiatives may include guided meditation sessions, stress management workshops, or yoga classes conducted within the dedicated space. Such programs foster a culture of well-being and encourage employees to incorporate wellness practices into their daily routines.
12. Feedback and Iterative Design:
Continuous improvement is key to the success of wellness rooms. Companies can gather feedback from employees through surveys or focus groups to understand their experiences and preferences. This feedback informs iterative design changes, ensuring that wellness rooms evolve in alignment with the evolving needs of the workforce.
In conclusion, the strategic incorporation of wellness rooms into the latest office designs requires a thoughtful and employee-centric approach. By addressing specific wellness needs, optimizing space planning, and creating multi-functional, aesthetically pleasing environments, companies can foster a workplace culture that values and prioritizes the well-being of its employees. As wellness becomes a cornerstone of modern office design, these strategically designed spaces contribute to a holistic and supportive work environment that enhances overall employee satisfaction and productivity. • Use organic fertilizers or foliar sprays to encourage plant vigor and fruiting.
7. Pest and Disease Management:
• Pay attention to the common pests like aphids, fruit flies, and mites. Control infestations using natural remedies or the suitable pesticides.
• Avoid over-watering, allow proper air circulation, and use preventive fungicides to prevent fungal diseases.
8. Support and Pruning:
• Tall chili varieties may need staking or support to prevent the plants from breaking under the weight of the fruit.
• Get rid of unhealthy parts or prune the plants to ensure proper air circulation and, thus, better growth.
9. Harvesting:
• Allow mature color development in the peppers depending on the variety, and harvest them. Avoid damaging the plant by using shears or scissors.
• Continual fruiting and the prevention of overripening or rot is promoted by regular harvesting.
10. Post-Harvest Handling:
• Sort the chilies by size and quality. Keep them in a cool and dry place to stay fresh.
• Quality for market distribution must be maintained by appropriate packaging.
11. Market and Selling:
• You can sell your produce to local markets, wholesalers, or retailers. Know how to make the right selling decisions based on market demand and prices.
12. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Ensure you are well informed about new agricultural practices, attend workshops, and socialize with fellow farmers to improve your chili farming every day.
Farming of chili in India requires traditional knowledge, modern methods and commitment. To have a bountiful harvest of chili, it is necessary to adapt to the local conditions and employ sustainable methods.
