The Mewtwo finally pauses in his rant, stock-still for just a moment before a fond look appears on his face. He levitates over an item from a shelf and holds it up.

”One of these, actually,” Mochi said, looking fond. “When I was still pretty little, I asked Ma and Uncle how Poké Balls worked. Pokémon were so much bigger than the little orbs, so how did they fit? They didn't know the specifics, so I took an empty one and… started tinkering.”

Mochi laughed. “Within a week, I'd figured out how they functioned, and after that I made some modifications… ended up turning a Poké Ball into basically an Ultra Ball with a Poké Ball shell. Then I took apart a toaster and just never stopped fiddling with tech!”

Some of the excitement returned, and Mochi retrieved a bunch of games from a nearby shelf.

“I have a whole bunch of games in my collection. What kind of games do you like?” he asked. “I’ve got Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Among Us, Kirby Star Allies, CoD… um, maybe not that last one!” Mochi said quickly, noticing the age of the asker. “I’ve got just about any genre you might want.”

Mochi slowly turned around, a smile appearing on his face as he leaned over Ume.

“Not everyone had thumbs, dummy,” Ume huffed.

“And not everyone has an attitude, but here we are,” Mochi retorted.

The two maintained their serious expressions for a few second before they both started laughing. They both clearly enjoy the banter.

Date nights with kita shinsuke are pretty chill. Usually you both are exhausted from the week and just decide to relax with each other. Oil massages, aromatherapy, and a nice, long soak in the warm water with your favourite bath bomb. Your legs intertwine with his as you bond skin to skin. Post bath, Kita princess-carries you — oh, he's a strong man — to the desk, where lay your elaborate set of skincare utilities. Kita absolutely adores the way you slap the mask on his face, rambling about all the damage the long hours under the sun does to his skin. He loves the way your eyes twinkle, reflecting the twenty or so candles he lit around the dark room since you love aesthetics so much.

His lips set into a smirk as you apply moisturizer to his torso and always get distracted by his strong muscles. He loves the part where you hand him the moisturizer and let him massage it into your skin even more. The best part of the date though, is when it's all over and you both are on the bed, your head on his chest and his arms around you. And you just bask in the presence of each other. It is nice, Kita thinks to himself. It is so, so, so nice he could do this forever. The love and adoration overcome him as he kisses your forehead and slips into the best slumber he's had that week.

Osamu loves date nights. It's his time to experiment with his favourite recipes and have a taster at the ready. He always has cutesy little onigiris and soft mochis with pink eyes and tongues ready for date nights. And you are also expected to cook something for him. You could be a Michelin star chef, or a hazard to the kitchen, or anything in between, best believe that man is getting you into the kitchen with him. The night is filled with bickering and laughter, as you both discuss ingredient proportions and the best flavours. It always ends up with silly accidents and one of you covered in flour.

Once the cuisine is ready, it's served on the previously prepared candle lit table for two on the balcony. The balcony itself is decorated elaborately with a little something from both, you and Osamu. Over dinner, sometimes you both pretend to be aristocrats, smelling and tasting the wine, using forks and knives. Other times, you both gossip, brutally tearing on anything and everything you can debate on. And most of the times, it's just staring cheesily into each other's eyes and smiling like dorks, cuz wtf, you both are so in love with each other. It's bliss, drinking in each other's features in the romantic setting and carving the memory deep into your heart.

Date nights with Atsumu are crazy. Atsumu is a very spontaneous man, and he knows how to have fun. One thing you absolutely learned from dating atsumu is that dressing comfy was the go-to with him. He could be asking you out for a movie and then halfway change his mind and take you to the amusement park, just because it looked so pretty from afar. Sometimes when you are tired, he would settle for board games, and if you're not in the mood, then a vent session for you both. And the vent sessions are so awesome. Because, however unhinged the vent could be, the responsibility of the other person is to hype the vent. So, a typical vent session would go—

"I couldn't believe that prof's audacity! I literally turned in the paper at the last second— like rh timestamp was literally there and he had the fucking audacity to say I submitted it late. That bitch!"

"YEAH!! That bitch!!! How dare he do that to youuu!!! :((("

"I KNOW RIGHT??? I hope his house burns down!"

"That's right, we're gonna burn his house down!!!"

"Yeah, but save his dog. It's a cutie."

"YAYYY, SAVE DA DAWG AND BURN DA BITCH!!!!"

Eventually, one of you would break into giggles, and soon enough, both of you would be clutching your stomachs, laughing at how absurd it all was. By the time you made it to bed, you'd be so worn out that sleep would come instantly, comforted by the sound of each other's gentle breathing. No matter how you drifted off, he would end up spooning you, his fingers softly entwined with yours.

a FANTASTIC question. here's a top ten in no particular order:

the parking lot scene. kate is not the bad guy! let's kiss under the parking lot lights! they did not go get that beer and i love that for them.

that one scene in season 3 where kate is bringing ernie mochi and lucy says that kate is looking fantastic today. something about that whole interaction just... got me. the grin on lucy's face. the way kate smiles back over her shoulder. pls tell me about your acting choices and why they made that 15 second scene endearing.

first date reenactment. those freakin dorks, i swear to god. kate's "well, i don't seem like a lot of things" lives rent-free in my head.

OF COURSE the scene in 3x04 where they have to dip into that storeroom to avoid the bad guy and they're, like, 2 inches away from each other. maybe i've watched that a few times.

the first kiss in the pilot. i'm split equally between the original airing with the smash cut kiss and the extended scene because i originally thought that lucy initiated the kiss, but finding out that kate was the one... mind-blowing.

the 2x01 episode kisses (plural!) because i love domestic kacy. i could write about that allllll day. i was not expecting lucy to straight up (ha) get into kate's lap at the outro of that episode. sigh. that was such an opening episode.

kate waiting at lucy's desk in 1x10 after the whole finger business. i just loved how kate said she was more comfortable with things at dinner and then just casually sits at lucy's desk waiting for her to come back (which is why 1x11 is so fucking crushing).

the scene in that episode in season 2 where lucy is helping Joe, the sailor with the memory problem. and joe elbows her in the jaw and lucy and kate are in the kitchen in the office and kate is snippy because she's worried. i'm not mad kate says, definitely not happy.

and speaking of lucy being beat up... the scene in 1x07 (? maybe) where lucy agrees that secrets can be fun and kate ducks her head and says something like, "want to tell me more about secerts" or whatever (i am not searching for the lingo, sorry). like, goodness. kate. relax.

the 'move in' scene where kate is so far behind on the conversation and she's just blinking as lucy explodes. i love a good "why are we fighting?" "we're not!" in shouty volumes and then the break in the tension where they realize they're definitely arguing scene. and they did this one perfectly.

okay, that was a nice little walk through my mind. now i need to go watch all these scenes (shoutout to the people who upload their scenes to youtube, they're the real ones).

Slowly coming back to Tumblr after a month break of nothing but random queued posts, so, uh, hi!

Dukexiety has me in a chokehold. So why not share some more random Dukexiety shenanigans?

Okay, so: Slime Rancher AU. Slime Rancher is this cute slime game where you're a rancher who ranches slimes. One of my favorite games, so now it's time to project.

Anyway: Remus and Virgil have separate Ranches. Remus' ranch is called the Silvera Ranch, and Virgil's ranch is called the Marcello Ranch. Named after their surnames.

Remus' specialty is mostly all the slimes that hurt you. Crystal slimes, Hunter slimes, Radiation slimes, Boom slimes, etc. He even has an Incinerator to house the Fire slimes. The only not-deadly slimes he has on his ranch are the Puddle slimes because they're fucking adorable and make cute sounds and live in a pond to help with on-hand water supply for the water tank attachment on the VacPak. He even has the full collection of the Slime Toys shop unlocked (from the 7Zee Rewards thing), and got a battery toy for his Radiation slimes. The Radiation slimes love it.

Virgil's specialty seems to be the slimes who are sensitive to light or who are pretty elusive. Like Quantum slimes, Phosphorus slimes, Hunter slimes, etc. He has the cave expansion to his ranch all decked-out. He's a bit anxious about spoiling food or running out of food, so all his farms are maxed out with all the stuff to make them grow faster or scare away stray slimes.

Virgil has his ranch & tech & VacPak set in the purple Chroma Pack of Kanpeki. Remus has the green Chroma Pack of Tomatillo.

When Remus and Virgil meet & realize they're both on the planet of the Far, Far Range, they found out their ranches are the closest to each other. And on a faraway alien planet, you learn to make fast friends with those closest to you in distance because it can get incredibly lonely. And so their friendship begins!

They'll visit each other's ranches from time to time and help each other out. Dealing with Mochi Miles & the Quicksilver slimes stresses Virgil out, so Remus helps with that. Remus has dangerous slimes, and while it's more his style and he has the energy for it, it can still get him hurt from time to time. Virgil doesn't mind helping him making sure the slimes are fed and keeping an eye on Remus' farms. They both help each other on adventures when traveling away from their ranches, they'll sometimes watch the other's ranch if one of them is going on a longer adventure, and they help each other with all the science stuff in the Laboratory.

After a long while of being close to one another, the occasional joint adventures, all that...well, they start realizing their feelings for each other aren't entirely platonic. But they're not romantic either.

Yep, it's time for: qpp Dukexiety!

They're not sure how to define they're feelings for each other, but 'love' is the wrong word. They care a lot about each other and are fond of each other. They joke around on adventures. They help with ranch chores. They sometimes the stay the night over at each other's ranches when it starts to get too dark and neither of them want to deal with the likelihood of Tarrs.

And they have no fucking clue how to tell each other.

They don't wanna ruin what good friendship they already have! So, neither of these dorks tell the other that they care about them in a different way than friendship. Of course, because I am cliché, it all gets confessed on a joint adventure. It's dark. They're miles away from either of their ranches. They're on their way back. They're running from feral slimes and Tarrs, and the adrenaline is coursing through them. Remus is trying to find one of the start teleporters that lay around the area they're in. Virgil is holding his hand as they run so they don't lose each other. Virgil's the one blasting Tarrs with his water tank attachment thing. A Tarr pops up and attacks Remus before he can react to it. It bites him but then Virgil IMMEDIATELY shoots it with water and it explodes into little Tart bits. Remus is stunned by Virgil saving him as Virgil pulls them quickly into a safer little cave to figure out where to go next to get back to a ranch.

And then Remus confesses that he's desperately attracted to Virgil in a queerplatonic way. Virgil dismisses as an effect of the adrenaline rush, and so Remus tells him they can talk about it when they get back and it'll be the same answer. They figure out that Virgil's ranch is closest so they finally find a fucking teleporter and go to Marcello Ranch.

Once at the Ranch, Virgil tends to Remus' Tarr bite so it doesn't get infected and they talk. Remus confesses again, like he said he would. He admits he's been feeling this way for a while but didn't wanna fuck up their friendship because Virgil's important to him and he's terrified of losing him. Virgil stares at him as he finishes bandaging Remus, and then hugs him tight. Remus hugs back. Virgil confesses he's felt the same (queerplatonic) towards him but didn't know how to articulate it and also doesn't want to lose Remus. They decide to enter a qpp partnership and figure it out together.

Somewhere down the road, they decide to combine their ranches and stuff. It becomes a chaotic home to many different slimes, a mess of green and purple everywhere, and they name it the Royal Storms Ranch. They pick a name that represents a piece of both of them: Royal for Remus' nickname "Dukey" and Storm for Virgil's affinity for thunderstorms.

And yadda yadda, happy ending, qpp Dukexiety wins!

And this trait of yours got the other bonten members question your ability in the gruesome world they were involved it.

It wasn't as if they didn't trust their boss's choice but they did try not to be their "usual self around you much. Like for instance, Sanzu stopped doing drugs around you, Ran and rindo the sadistic Brothers made sure to never go anywhere near you with blood stains on them and koko kept his mouth shut even though it was mostly only to not say something to you that he would regret later. And kakucho along with Mochi tries their best to keep these dorks in line whenever something that seem to go out of place. More than often being the infamous bonten trio, Haitani brother's vs Sanzu.

Sure they were dangerous criminals who kill people for a living but oh man— they weren't inconsiderate pricks who would traumatize their sweet, innocent teammate for the rest of their lives.

As a doctor, you always cared for them. Everytime they got involved in a fight, you were there, wide awake in the middle of the night treating their wounds, asking them if it's okay and if they're fine or if they need any mental or physical assistance even if it was tiniest of papercut. This made the members adore you and honestly, you were just a cute little fluffball for who they would do absolutely anything— until they realized maybe you weren't all how you seemed to be?

Mikey sent you out on a mission one day along with the bonten higher-ups. And sure enough, the members were arguing with their boss for doing this? They treated you as if you're a fragile glass, spoiling you with gifts, sweets, designer outfits, rare collections, you name it. Oh‐ would you believe me if I told you even Sanzu, yes the one and only sanzu "akashi" haruchiyo went out of his way to talk against mikey this time?

Sure you said you'd be able to handle this by yourself but did they trust you? Nope. Why, you ask? Because nothing about you was scary- well, nothing except the way you often greet others by saying "yoo-hoo" after suddenly showing up next to them, often startling others.

They were still not sure about u coming along with them, afterall they never wanted to take off the precious smile you wore in your face. Eyes glistening In the sunlight. Damn— they felt too guilty for this.

The members made sure to often look for you in the middle of the fights, making sure you were always safe and not out of reach for even a second. When the fight was just about to get over, they realized something— something that they dreaded, something they hoped that never happened. You were missing. They went into full on panic mode until they spotted you standing behind some partly abolished part of the building.

"Just because you haven't been beheaded don't think that you're safe from harm. There are people like me who use poison with their swordsmanship. I may be the only one among Bonten who is unable to torture people but creating a poison that's lethal to them: that's quite impressive don't you think? Oh! Pardon me I guess you can't hear me if you're dead. Silly me!"

They couldn't believe their eyes, sure theyre heard the saying that goes.."never trust what you hear until u see it happening right in front of you" but was it really the truth? The sweet, naive little girl killing people ? Sure they couldn't believe it, but oh man, they were so damn proud after seeing you unfold right before their eyes. Sure you were charming and alluring with that sweet smile on ur face, but even with that you looked so mysterious and they finally found the reason.

Needless to say, this only strengthened the bond with the guys as they started teaching you to fight, to use guns and many more gang stuffs.

Afterall they were dangerous criminals who kill people for a living and u were an angel— but the angel isn't always one too.

Lightcannon. Jinx and Luxanna Crownguard are adorable together. It’s pretty much an entirely fandom pairing as they seldom meet in any official content. But those two are dorks and love each other.

6. Favorite Headcanon?

Azula is big into sweets, always has been. But she doesn’t eat them often so has a hard time controlling herself when she does have them. Resulting in one time at a sleep over where she ate so much Mochi that she got sick and had to have Ursa pick her up. Post war her sweet tooth becomes common knowledge to the gaang and others. So if they need her help to do something theirs usually a box of Mochi, or some other preferably cherry flavored sweet, involved.

21. Favorite Trope?

Easily by far is reconciliation, particularly when it is caught up in the bounds of familial love. It’s what got me into fandom in the first place. Wanting to see Ursa and Azula meet again and over come the forced separation and years of pain and resentment only clouded by the love and hope they still have for each other.

It’s also arguably why I’m so invested into Arcane. It’s kind of that dangling hope of the sisters understanding and reconciling that propels the emotional heart of the story. And what makes it so painful to watch as the love that they have, and desire to reconcile, does not aid them in their goal? Maybe S2 will give me some hope there, or rip out my still bleeding heart.

Shugo hated Christmas, he never liked that holiday and hardly ever celebrated it until now. You see his boyfriend, Zip was the biggest dork and loved Christmas, and Shugo could tell the other was excited. He didn’t know what his lover had planned but he knew it was something, so he decided to play along—helping with putting up the Christmas tree and decorations in their little house. He even agreed to watch 1 Christmas movie a week, 2 were if they were bored. He listened as Zip went on and on about how excited he was, and how he couldn’t wait to show Shugo his surprise.

Shugo had to admit, it was nice to see his boyfriend this happy about a holiday, wondering what his lover bought him as his present. He was willing to put in a little effort to give the hero a gift. He made sure to keep the gift hidden until he knew his boyfriend wouldn’t try and open it early. Now all he had to do was wait till Christmas.

Well, when Christmas Eve came Shugo was a little less than pleased to wake up feeling under the weather. Thankfully it didn’t seem to be that bad, just a slight achy feeling and some sniffling, nothing he couldn’t keep under wraps. However as the day went on he could tell he was getting worse, it was getting harder to hide how sniffly he was, and then the sneezing started. Luckily he was pretty good at holding back or stifling when it came down to it. Sure it left him with a major headache but it was worth it since he didn’t wanna disappoint Zip who was ecstatic to go out.

Zip was rushing his boyfriend to get dressed so they could go out to see the surprise. Shu did as asked while inquiring about it.

“Babe, where are we going?” He asked while putting on his boots, all Zip said was.

“You’ll see!” Once they were ready, Zip took Shugo by the hand and led him out of the house. They were heading for the city by the looks of the directions Zip was taking them. The daylight continued to dwindle the more they walked. The chilly air rushed through Shu’s body but he did not comment. It sure was pretty outside with the snowfall and the soft distant lights. First Zip brought them into a convenience store and bought some hot chocolate which Shugo was extremely grateful for. The warmth between his hands and the sips he took did a good job of warming him up a little. After getting their hot chocolate, and a s’more-type mochi. Zip pulled Shu along to a bench, cleared the snow, and sat down.

Shu was still confused as to why Zip brought them here and finally asked.

“Zip, what are we here for?” Zip smiled wrapped one arm around the villain’s shoulder and finally told him.

“Well I know you’ve never actually celebrated Christmas, so I wanted it to be special. The city has an annual Christmas party with cute little events, music, a parade, and not to mention an awesome light show.” Shu paused a little when the other mentioned ‘light show’, oh boy this wasn’t going to end well. Zip must’ve forgotten Shu was photic sensitive but, Shu wasn’t going to ruin his evening. Shugo wasn’t the most romantic type but he still appreciated these sorts of things. Besides how bad could it really be?

….it was bad….very bad.

Shu wasn’t dressed too heavily, he had on a sweater and long pants but besides that, he was freezing! The breeze chilled him to the bone making his nose very runny, and he didn’t have any tissues with him. So he resorted to using his sleeve which seemed to only agitate his nose more than the cold. It didn’t take long for his nose to already be a soft red color. They’d only been out for an hour maybe an hour n a half but, to Shu, it felt like forever. Sure the parade was nice, he was basically getting free candy canes, but his hot chocolate was the only thing keeping him from turning into a popsicle!

Then came the light show, and when the announcements came on for that Shu knew he was done for! The large tree in the middle of the plaza slowly lit up layer by layer to the music that played along with the smaller trees surrounding it. He could already feel his nose buzzing from just the start! The brighter the lights the more overwhelming the sensation became. He tried holding them back, sniffling back his runny nose to keep everything contained was getting difficult the longer he went. With how cold the air was it was only creator a bigger tickle.

When he thought Zip wasn’t paying attention he grabbed at his nose squashing down a small fit of sneezes into silence. Shakily exhaling afterwards he leans into Zip a little pretending to watch the light show. Though it wasn’t like he could avoid the lights for very long, they were everywhere! The next fit gave him barely any time to prepare, he accidentally let one slip out fully before stifling the others.

“Et-chiew! Et-knk! Kgnnk! Heh’knngk!” Zip turned over and pulled his boyfriend close to his chest.

“Bless you, kitten” He replied a little concerned since Shu didn’t sneeze all that often. Even if he didn’t ask, Shu reassured the white-haired man that he was alright. Or well try was a better way of thinking about it since a big flash of light brought on another fit! Zip started rubbing his shoulder and back gently asking if he was okay. Shu nodded not wanting to worry him.

“Baby it's not nothing, what’s got you sneezing so much?” Shu huffed well at least he didn’t have to admit to being sick at the very least. Still, he felt bad about this and was shy about admitting it.

“Th-the lights” At first it was almost too quiet to hear until he repeated himself. Zip paused and looked over at the light display. Of course, how could he forget about his boyfriend’s light sensitivity? One of the only things that made Shugo sneeze was the lights. With a sigh, Zip stood up and offered his boyfriend his hand.

“Come on, I don’t want you to sneeze your head off. We can see them when I find you a pair of sunglasses.” Zip didn’t sound disappointed, just concerned. Shu hesitantly stood up, and let the other walk them back home away from the light display. Shu couldn’t help but feel awful both emotionally and physically, he didn’t want to ruin Zip’s night that he was so happy for!

The bad part was even as they got away from the lights, Shut still kept sneezing. It wasn’t continuous but it was noticeable. Now Zip was worried, he wanted to get them home fast, having a feeling that Shu shouldn’t be out right now. He was relieved to see the streets weren’t too crowded just yet. He kept an arm around his lover, listening to the poor guy sniffle snort, and stifle the entire way home.

When they made it back he told Shu to go lie down on the couch while he turned up the heat and grabbed some blankets. Shugo did as told and waited for the other to come back. When he did Zip draped the blankets over him and put the tissue box in Shu’s lap before sitting behind him and placing Shugo in his lap. Zip let Shu put on a movie while they cuddled on the couch though every few minutes Shu would go into a stifled sneezing fit. This last one ended with a rough-sounding cough.

“Kitten, you sure you’re feeling alright?” Shu nodded through thick sniffles, though he didn’t sound all that convincing when he spoke.

“I’mb fide Zip, I don’t wanna ruin your christbmast adymore thad I hah haaah! Have ugh.” Zip frowned when the other mentioned ‘ruining his Christmas’. Leaning over his shoulder and wrapping his arms around Shu’s torso lovingly. He kisses his temple and protests softly.

“Baby, you didn’t ruin anything, I promise. I know we had to leave early but that's on me for being forgetful about you being photic sensitive when planning my surprise. Though I’m guessing it's more than the light sensitivity that’s got you sounding so awful.” Shugo shook his head, not wanting to admit defeat he just said he was cold and tired. Then Zip reached over and pressed his palm to Shu’s forehead. Then moving it back to cuddle Shu closer to his chest.

“You feel warm, kitten.” Shu tried to refuse this but when his nose started twitching it wasn’t like he could say much between his hitching breaths. Zip noticed this and gently encouraged the other.

“Come on baby, let them out, you’ll feel better” The sneeze seemed to be teasing him, putting him right on the edge of sneezing but not being enough for him to let it out. Taking the cuff of his sleeve, Zip raised it to Shu’s nose and softly rubbed his septum with it.

“I’ve got ya kitten, just let it out.” And he did, finally, it seemed like the god-awful tickle hit its climax from the soft fabric rubbing against his nose. Snapping forwards he ended up sneezing into the other’s sleeve.

“Et-chiiew! Et-chiew! Et-chiew! Heh! Heh’chiew!” “bless you! Goodness kitten, you done?” At first, it seemed like he was, but then another gasp came and he buried his nose into Zip’s hand as another sneeze escaped. Shu sighed and finally admitted it, knowing there was no use in hiding, besides he knew Zip would pester him about it.

“I don’t feel good,” Shu said while slumping into Zip’s body, Zip gave a smile and kiss on the top of Shu’s head.

“I know, kitten.” Shu nuzzles into Zip’s chest while pulling the blanket around himself to get warm. Grabbing a tissue to try and blow his nose with, only making his nose all red and angry. Zip couldn’t help but laugh a little and make a light-hearted joke.

“I think you might compete with Rudolf from how red your nose is, kitten” Shu glared a little at him but that was interrupted by another god-awful tickle in his nose. Turning his glare into a sneezy expression. Shu tried rubbing his palm roughly against his nose to try and make it go away but it just kept coming back. Zip pushes down his hand and lightly caresses Shu’s septum.

“Oh, kitten you need to be gentle with it” “I-ihh it's s-so iih hih! Itchy ah aaah ad tihhckly” “I know baby, just let me help, okay?” “o-okay heh hehhh s-so cl-close!” By now Shu’s nose was twitching like crazy, nostrils flaring widely, little desperate noises only adding to how badly Shu needed to sneeze. Finally, Zip kissed him on the nose and that seemed to do it. Pressing his face into Zip's chest a harsh fit erupted from him.

“Et’chiiew! Et’chiew! Et’mph! Et’mph! Et’chiew!” Even after 5 wet sneezes, Shu’s poor nose still demanded more. Shu rubbed his nose against the heroe’s chest to try and alleviate the tingling in his sinuses but to no avail. So Zip encouraged his lover to get through them. Going back to the previous methods of gingerly rubbing the pads of his fingers against the irritated appendage. Tears building in his eyes with each gasp, Shu held onto Zip’s shirt tightly the closer he got.

“EEEH! Et’chiew! Et’chiew! Ed’sshiiew! Ed’shiiiew!” These were a lot more drawn out than the last. When Shu’s nose calmed down he slumped into his lover’s frame and snatched up a hand full of tissue to blow his stuffy nose. Zip rubbed his back through the fit comfortingly and pushed the mess of ash-blue hair from Shugo’s face.

“Ugh bmerry christmbas, Zip. Sorry, you got stuck taking c-care of bmeh heh! Et’chiew! Bme” Zip huffed and entangled his body with Shu not caring if the other was sick.

“Baby, don’t apologize, I don’t mind taking care of you, holiday or not. I love spending time with you, especially since you’re all cuddly and adorable when you’re sick” Shu raised a brow at this.

“How am’b I adorable, I’m all sdeezy, and a bmess” “Well you’re my adorable sneezy mess, and I love it.” “ugh fide, well I guess it wod’t hurt to have you open your present dnow” “Huh, really?” “yeah, I wanna see how you like it. It's the present wrapped in blue snowmen” Slowly getting up, Zip went over to the well-decorated Christmas tree and picked up the present. At first, he shook it, eliciting a small chuckle from Shu who told him to just open it. When he did his eyes lit up with excitement, darting from Shu then back down to the present. He continued to unwrap it with the biggest smile on his face. Before Shu could process he had been tackled in a hug by the bigger man. His embrace was full of happiness and ‘thank yous’.

“You like it?” “Mhm, I fucking love it Shu! How’d you get this?” “Well, I pulled some strings”

The present was a letterman jacket from Zip’s school basketball team he was on. He got someone to embroider Zip’s full name and some bat wings on the back as well as the patches that came along with it. Zip was overjoyed to see this and immediately put it on, happily shimmying around in it.

“I love it so fucking much, Shu!” Then Zip remembered his present, grabbed it from under the tree, and put it in Shu’s lap.

“Open it, I wanna see your face when you open it!” Shu giggled a little and opened the box. Inside was a headset with cat ears and a mic. At first, Shu just looked at him but he then started laughing.

“Honestly I like these” “now you’ll really be my kitten~” Zip joked Shu rolled his eyes playfully and saw a button

“Hm, what’s this do?” “Oh, they light up!” Curiously Shu presses the button and of course, as promised the headset lit up, ears and ear pieces lighting up in an LED Christmas theme. Zip mentioned he could the color from the dial on the side of the headset. Shu didn’t bother changing the color and just looked them over.

“I guess Christmas isn’t sooo bad” “Yup call all I wanted was you, kitten~” Shu rolled his eyes again and then grabbed Zip. Pulling him back onto the couch for a kiss.

“Yeah yeah yeah, merry Christmas dork~”

Because I took my adhd meds at 2pm today like a dork so now it’s midnight and I’m still wide awake.. hence why I’m finishing a drawing instead of being in bed, sleeping instead. But, I don’t work on the weekends and it’s now Sunday so it’s technically okay.. AND I have jury duty on Monday so I technically have Monday off too.

First time I’ve drawn something that wasn’t a Hades interpretation in a while. It’s been hard to draw females for some reason which is odd since that was the only thing I knew how to draw and it technically still is since I only draw Hades/blue skin.. I should attempt to take the Hades model and color it using regular skin tone and see if I can do it xD

This hair color reminds me of one I used to have when I got married last year called Mochi. I loved it.. and I miss it. Minus the blond streak, I didn’t have that.
