I’ve been doing fucking terrible. I feel like I’ve put on more weight and I still look fat. My arms are too big. My everything is too big. I wanna fit in a small or medium again. Not an xl. Fasting as much as I can tomorrow. Partner makes food and if I don’t eat he’ll get suspicious

30 Days to Lose 5-10kg

I need to lose weight before my birthday so here I am returning to bad habits lol. It never really leaves you hehe.

Anyways I'll keep ya'll updated on how I go, what I eat, any weigh in etc.

If you guys are wondering why I'm here. Knowing my bf f*cked my friend who weighs like 100 lbs, is enough trauma for me to want to starve myself. Finding her nudes in his phone literally made me wanna never eat again. 😭 Just thinking about that makes me lose my appetite. I hate it here...
