i want married! platonic stobin. i want some corporate jobs! steddie. i want a fic where steve runs a company under his familys name or smthn and eddie gets a job there and develops a crush on the office cutie and himbo boss man steve harrington, only for him to figure out that he’s married (”of course hes married”) and in a really healthy relationship with some lady named robin. i want him to meet robin at corporate party and realize “oh this is a lesbian” (because steve is bi and really good at accidentally putting up a straight persona at work, and all of steves flirthing tactics go right over this mans head, but a gay recognizing a lesbian is instant). i want eddie to derail and jump to conclusions and think that robin is just using steve as some coverup and a money bag and obviously poor heterosexual himbo steve has zero clue as to whats going on. 

i want robin and steve to invite eddie over for dinner one day only for him to see a couple of their wedding photos of them in semi formal clothing like their dressed for prom, both in suit, and max contact a hug or a kiss on the cheek. maybe one is robin sitting down with steves head in her lap. (the were half tempted for steve to wear a wedding dress, and robin to wear a tux, but decided it wasnt very subtle. i would love a fic that is just about them trying and sorta failing to have a very heteronormative wedding but they just cant help themselves, can they?)

along the way, they become friends, eddie introduces them to his best friend, chrissy, and eddie is eventually told that steve and robin married as a safe way to conceal their complete gayness from the homophobic agenda (around the same time, before or after, he figures out that robin and chrissy are totally crushing on each other. eddie and chrissy eventually marry with the arrangement that they can be safe and date their neighbors steve and robin under the guise of steve and eddie and chrissy and robin just being “bestfriends” instead of completely and totally gay for one another.

Iymril, the Oathbreaker paladin.

Yeah, I never really got comfy with being a caster, so I did this thing yesterday, remade him as a paladin, and then promptly broke my oath because well.. it fits him.

This game needs a photo mode though.. it really does, so dammed pretty.

I got all the same companions are before, I am at the druids grove, and Iymril is as you can see, not very impressed with their leader.

Hey guys! So, this blog is getting really close to 500 followers- which is crazy- and I wanted to do something a bit special in celebration. I'm not quite sure what I want to do for it yet, so I figured I'd make this poll and get y'all's opinions on what you guys think I should do.

I had a few ideas, so thought I'd share them and see what you guys would prefer.

The first idea is sort of a sick fic to do with Price's exposure to the gas in the MW3 campaign and the aftermath- from getting a medical discharge to learning to live with the permanent damage that was done to his body. It would be pretty hurt-comfort towards Price with reader as his wife/established partner reader.

The second option would be a collection of 5 (hehe, get it? 5 for 500?) smut-shots with 5 different characters- probably my usuals (141) plus König, Valeria, or others.

The other option would be some sort of request game- where I'II make a list of prompts and you'll be able to choose three in any combination to send an ask with. I kinda like this idea because I have trouble coming up with ideas sometimes, like I just need a prompt to kick start my brain into writing mode.

Of course, if you have any ideas or suggestions of your own, I would love to hear them- please do share them with me cause I'm not exactly sure how you all feel about these.

I just wanted to say I like your Cecil design. I've never really jived with a lot of the aspects of his design that earlier fandom had, so seeing art that makes me go "oh CECIL!!! CECIL MY BOY!!" is really refreshing and has given me ideas to incorporate into my own personal headcanon appearance. Your design has just given him a lot of depth and flavour that I found I was lacking so thank u for making him so neat :)

I'm glad you like him so much!! My original Cecil design (2019) was way closer to the old sexyman version and then I started listening again more recently and went "huh. I don't think that's correct actually." And then I listened to enough to realize just how weird he dresses and like. That is literally so essential. He needed am upgrade and I'm glad you like his leveled up version <3

🍉in what ways has writing helped you process trauma and/or navigate through your own life? OH BOY, this is a topical question! I often find my writing contains undercurrents of whatever trauma I'm currently being Most Affected By, occasionally on purpose but most frequently by accident.

Sometimes this is because I'm not actively aware that I am going through something traumatic, such as how the vast majority of my Ace Attorney fics from a decade ago about either generational trauma or internalised queerphobia, or occasionally, both! Other times, I'm just slow on the uptake. For example, survivor guilt is one of the running themes of my most recent Dragon Age fic, and I knew this from the outset! But it was only in hindsight that I realised it was very specifically about survivor guilt in the aftermath of a suicide, and I was writing it at the time of year that my own survivor guilt about such a situation is at its height 🥴

Or, in other words:

In terms of navigating my own life, the biggest impact of writing upon my own life (outside the aforementioned processing of trauma) is in the exploration of my queer identity: as many other people my age, I wasn't exposed to many queer characters in mainstream media, and the ones who did exist weren't relatable to me at all. It's really through fandom that I found, and later created, stories that were relatable to my own feelings and relationships. 🎈 describe your style as a writer; is it fixed? does it change?

Ya know when people told me "when you're finally safe enough that you can leave survival mode and start to let go of and process your c-ptsd/trauma things are probably going to get really, really bad before they slowly start to get better" I thought that was reasonable. I did not understand that by "things are going to get bad" they meant "you're going to find yourself in the worst mental state of your entire life, but dw, that means it's working" and tbh I simply wish someone had been more clear.

Edit: If everyone could please take a minute and think about what it must feel like to be struggling and then have multiple strangers say to your face that they find the prospect of going through what you're going through so horrifying that they'd rather kill themselves and then stop leaving comments like that I would greatly appreciate it.
