Especially one who STILL thinks Cait and Sam are secretly married with 10 kids even after there is PROOF POSITIVE that Cait is married to Tony McGill and they have a baby boy together. They don't reside in REALITY. What she says is seen through shipper goggles.

Frankly, I'm shocked anyone who follows ME is also following Extreme Shipper blogs, let alone entertaining giving them any credence. Plus, don't you realize that if she is hinting that Cait is pregnant again...she thinks Sam is the father hahahaha. IOW, completely out of touch with reality.

And may I remind people that Cait is 44 years old. Unless she froze her eggs, the likelihood of her being pregnant naturally at age 44 is extremely low 👇

Aunque como es costumbre, no se tuvo en cuenta la versión de la persona que en esa situación, en este caso se trata de Juliën, la persona que aparece junto a louis.

A quien, luego de publicar la foto, no tardaron en lloverle los comentarios.

sometimes he makes jokes about his wounds when you're patching him up and god, does it piss you off because he's literally bleeding out. when he notices your clenched jaw and the fact that you're not laughing he frowns and apologises because he knows you're worried. "i'm sorry baby, don't be mad", "you know i always pull through"

-> you roll your eyes and cross your arms and he sits up with a smirk, wrapping his arms around your waist from behind and leaving gentle kisses on your neck and jaw. he is SO cocky when you sigh and turn around, kissing his lips. "can't stay mad at me forever, hm?"

renji with a human s/o who has him getting a little more excited when he's tasked with going to the world of the living. he immediately rushes to your home and knocks on your door. you open the door with eyebags and messy hair and chewing your fingers anxiously. your eyes widen when you see your beloved redhead boyfriend.

Oh I don't have anything about that because it's twitter speak for babygate. From what I was told it's because "gator" kinda sounds like the 'gate' in babygate. Or maybe bc they think they're "babygaters"????? I honestly don't know.

We already have the terminology for babygate. It's babygate. But fandom is reinventing the wheel periodically and coming up with more terminology for the same stuff.

Was it the mightyshield/dekugate fan stuff specifically that caused their divorce? Or was it because you have to be a certain type of person to stalk a family for two decades and that type of person is just very difficult to live with?

At first I thought the idea of the former was funny (because there has to be a point where you look at yourself and go "am I going to torpedo my relationship for fandom shipping?" and these women chose "yes") but thinking on it more... It really is just sad. As you said in the fic, it's quite similar to a cult and that can't be easy on the family. It's funny when you think of it as fandom wank, but then you realize that these people (I'm referring to the real baby gate people, not just the dekugate people) are leaning really close to cultish thinking. even if it's not a real cult, that would make any relationship outside the "cult" difficult... And that's just tragic.

But also can you imagine referring to your ex-husband, the father of your children--or even your children themselves (once they're old enough to realize their mom is kinda off her rocker)--as a "brainwashed anti-fan".... Damn I hope the other parents get at least 50/50 custody.

Short version is i don’t know, like you said i didn’t give these characters elaborate backstories. Long version is the characters’ divorce is in reference to the seemingly high rate of divorcées within conspiracy movements, and I’m not sure if they are caused by the people being too absorbed in the conspiracy specifically, or if them falling into conspiracies is just one manifestation of a certain kind of volatile personality with other faults. Or they got divorced for unrelated reasons beforehand, and the resulting stress led them to desperately seek out some form of emotional security, which conspiracies and the communities around them can provide. Very much a chicken or egg situation. I do have my own theories based on what I’ve seen, but unlike the real babygaters, I know it’s not my place to speculate on what’s going on behind the scenes in the relationships of people i don’t know. I actually cut several lines about them being divorced from the fic because at a point, it felt a little too mean-spirited.

So, basically - and this is what I think what happened - with the surge of TikTok creating hordes of new larries, and them not being 100% aware of the taboo to not talk about babygate, there was also a surge of antis, who mistakenly called no stunts / buzzing larries (not twarries who are larries that believe Freddie is Louis' son, derived from twitter larries), "babygaters" and in short 'gaters' which in turn became 'gators' and then they basically used the 🐊 symbol, which then was somewhat reclaimed by buzzings, so the gator symbol is a lesser known, newer symbol to identify yourself, just like the bee 🐝. And then, last year, just as this term got more widely used on Twitter especially, Louis started wearing Lacoste, in situations that could be interpreted as bbg signalling:
