we need to destroy the idea that girls should wear makeup. normalize bare faces on prom queens and flower girls and cheerleaders. no products at all instead of '7 product simple makeup routine.' no more 10 step skincare and regular facials and dermablading and gua sha just to be comfortable with yr natural face. i want to see eye bags on the funny librarian and acne on the swim coach and wrinkles on all our adult role models. i want to see a 16 year old girl that has never tried putting on eyeshadow. i want to see a 7 year old girl who doesn't have to go out and buy powder for her dance recital. i want to see trans women and girls everywhere to never have to wear makeup, regardless of how well they 'pass.' no more 'contouring to look masc' either. a post-beauty industry world is possible
reblogs are on but if you bring up the stage makeup point that i have addressed three times yr blocked on sight ☹️

i want casual, everyday autism in shows. i want autistic characters who need sensory symmetry, who casually mimic anyone's touch on one side of their bodies on the other (or who have friends who do it for them). i want a friend with flashcards or signals for when their friend loses speech. i want people on video calls and body doubling when they do jobs. i want people having conversations without eye contact. i want excited stimming. i want to see someone getting really excited about the tiniest thing thats related to a safefood or a special interest. i want casual, everyday autism.

The new job is going well for anyone who is interested in my personal life. My office is all cozy and decorated and waiting for a little writing to happen.
The downside to this place is EVERYONE leaves their doors open to chit chat and they are SO LOUD. I tried.I really did- but 45 minutes into arriving, I had to close my door. Do not talk to me, actually.

“Well ACTUALLY here’s how you’re wrong because you’re so wrong and stupid—” isn’t actually a fun response to get on your posts/fics.
Take a breath. People can be wrong. Unless they’re giving out insane or unsafe medical advice, usually you can just leave them alone.
Some people haven’t had a chance to read/watch/consume the fic/canon/materials as closely as you. Sometimes they can’t afford it, sometimes they’re just more of a casual fan. Sometimes they’ve set it aside to pursue their own interpretation.
Jumping on their post (I’ve seen a lot of this lately) and being the annoying “well ACTUALLY…” person will not create a positive experience, even if you feel better.

Cookie Curse Words/Insults
Fuck = Fudge
Crap = Crumbs
Shit = Sugar Honey Iced Tea
I also imagine saying something like "You should have burned up in the oven" would be insulting. along with calling someone "Bland" since cookies seem to take a lot of pride in their flavors.
Feel free to add or come up with your own.

the day Andrew, deadpan as usual, dropped a “I can’t I’m gay” when Kevin asked him to do something was the day Kevin excel stopped working and he genuinely had to walk away

can't believe people are still out here accusing real ass people of queerbaiting. at this point just admit you like forcing people to come out before they're ready because that's what the result of this continues to be. coming out to anyone isn't an obligation for any queer person and people shouldn't have to alter their behavior or personality or presentation just because you personally think they're cishet. that is literally your own personal problem to work on. keep it to yourself

kind of baffled by how many ppl thought "collector returns to the stars" meant "collector went to return to their family." I doubt that the only 2 things in this universe is the planet the boiling isles is on and wherever the archivists are from, and I feel like the point was very much that the collector is leaving the planet/realm he was trapped on for ages to explore the vastness of space and meet new people. Its obviously him putting his own spin on what the archivists do, to learn from all that is out there in the universe hands-on rather than kept frozen in time behind a glass.
