One Reason Why Psychic Boundaries Don't Work (and How to Fix Them)
For many spiritually attuned seekers and highly sensitive people, psychic boundaries alone often fail to shield them from negative energy. Erecting psychic barriers against emotional vampires, mental robots, and spiritual zombies may offer some protection, but it is rarely enough to safeguard you from their demanding, draining, or destructive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Say goodbye to…

Astrology secrets.
Remember guys, when you insult someone, or bad mouth someone, abuse or even gossip about someone, even about celebrities, you are spoiling your multiple planets, and no astrologer or remedy can save you, as you are activating your Saturn 🪐, and spoiling your Venus, even it applies to social media posts where I have observed people bashing and insulting other people, religion or even other countries.
Look, whatever, problems you have with other people, violence is never the answer, violence could be physical or or even by your own words, when you speak with the intention of hurting someone, you are only taking curse of that person on yourself.
So, many times in my own experience I have noticed, even when native is running good planet phase, only by his way of speaking he is turning his good mahadasha, or period into bad one.
And when person learns to control his tongue and his sexual organs,(as mouth is second house and sexual organ is s seventh house, and both are ruled by Venus, ) he can even turn his bad phase into good phase, and I have seen and applied in multiple charts.
So first learn to control your tongue and then your sexual urges you Venus will give you good results.
Frequent masturbation and watching a sexual content to arouse yourself sexually can damage your sexual energy, and effect your root and sacral chakra and make you emotionally valunerable and aggressive.
So, have control on what you speak and what you watch, (as what you watch is third house 🏠, which is opposite to ninth house, which is house of luck )
When start to watch and read quality content, (not the sexual and adult content) you activate your third House, which is house of courage and bring new changes in your life.
So, start from controlling your senses then go to your mind(which is fourth house, which is opposite to tenth house)
Your mental framework and attitude decides how you perform in your work
So, develop the habit of positive thinking and gratitude.
Next, move to twelfth house which is House of forgiveness, which is opposite to sixth house (which is house of eniemies) .
When you forgive you conquer your eniemies.
All planets are within you itself when you change your nature, planets change themselves.
As within, so without

Energy Work On The Body: Hittin' The Right Spots For Tension Relief
While evidence does not suggest that energy healing alone is a reliable method of curing serious illnesses, there is still some evidence that energy healing techniques do provide some benefit. For example, Reiki applied by trained practitioners was found to promote relaxation and improve one's mood. And that's not nothing! Stress is hard on your mind and body.
Now, I will not be talking about chakras here, but I will instead offer an alternative approach. The main reason is that the concept of chakras that most of us are accustomed to is pretty bastardized from their origins. Another reason is that our bastardized concept of chakras isn't really a useful framework for what I'm about to talk about.
(If you want to learn more about how chakras have been appropriated and bastardized, scroll down to the end.)
Instead, I'm going to ask you to consider where your body tenses up under stress. This might be:
Your forehead
Your jaw
Your neck and shoulders
Your upper chest/heart region
Your upper back
Your abdominal area
Your hands
Your hips
Or maybe you tense up somewhere else! But in any case, try and observe where your body tenses up or where you start feeling pain when you're stressed out. (If you start feeling sick to your stomach when people talk about politics or religion, that's a stress response!)
Once you've figured this out, you want to get yourself relaxed. You can try any meditation technique you want, or you might try laying in bed with relaxing music or even a podcast or audiobook, whatever helps. As you lay there, visualize peaceful healing energies on your tension spot. You may not notice anything different immediately, but if you keep it up for several days you might find that it makes a difference.
Happy witchin'!

The Four Models of Magic: Finding Your Magical Operating System
Understanding the frameworks behind how spells work (and why they might not)
Magic, for all its candles and cauldrons, has a backbone. Not just a spiritual one, but a conceptual one—an architecture of meaning that shapes how we understand the strange, numinous art we call spellwork. Behind every enchantment, every prayer, every charm whispered in the dark, there is an operating system. A model. A lens.
And like all lenses, what you look through changes what you see.
Welcome to the Four Models of Magic: the Energy Model, the Spirit Model, the Psychological Model, and the Informational Model. Think of these not as competing theories, but as overlapping frameworks—each a valid way of describing the mechanics of magic, each useful depending on what you're trying to do.
Let’s walk through each one, not just as definitions, but as lived realities. Because if you’re reading this, you’re likely already using one or more of these models in your practice—even if you didn’t know they had names.
🌿 The Energy Model: Magic as Force and Flow
This is the most widely known and intuitive model, especially in New Age, modern witchcraft, and metaphysical communities. It sees magic as an act of manipulating unseen energies that exist within and around all things.
Core Idea: Everything is made of energy. Magic works by channeling, raising, directing, or aligning that energy.
If you’ve ever raised a cone of power, charged a crystal under the moon, or visualized light flowing through your body, you’ve worked with the energy model.
Practices Often Aligned With This Model:
Energy healing (Reiki, chakra work)
Crystal magic
Elemental and planetary correspondences
Visualization and meditation
Auras and energetic shielding
Strengths:
Tangible and experiential — you can feel the shift
Supports embodiment and intuition
Aligns with many indigenous and holistic spiritual systems
Limitations:
Hard to measure or explain in scientific terms
Can be vague if not grounded in structure
🕯️ The Spirit Model: Magic as Relationship and Reverence
The spirit model holds that magic works because of our relationships with conscious beings — deities, ancestors, spirits of place, angels, demons, fae, and more.
Core Idea: Magic happens through petition, alliance, or partnership with spirits who aid, carry, or enforce our will.
This is the traditional model behind most historical magic — from ancient Greek theurgy to folk Catholicism to Hoodoo and shamanic practice.
Practices Often Aligned With This Model:
Deity work and devotional rituals
Ancestral veneration
Spirit communication and mediumship
Offerings and pact-based magic
Necromancy and animism
Strengths:
Deepens connection and context for spiritual work
Rich in lore, tradition, and mythic symbolism
Creates ongoing relationships with spiritual allies
Limitations:
Requires trust, discernment, and spiritual hygiene
Can be misused or misunderstood as outsourcing power
🧠 The Psychological Model: Magic as Mind and Meaning
This model focuses on the role of belief, intention, and subconscious symbolism in magical practice. Magic isn’t about external forces — it’s about internal transformation.
Core Idea: Magic works because we engage the subconscious mind, shift our perceptions, and rewire patterns through ritual and symbol.
You might think of it like Jungian psychology meets ceremonial spellwork.
Practices Often Aligned With This Model:
Shadow work and inner child healing
Sigils and chaos magic
Archetype-based spellcraft
Affirmations and self-hypnosis
Pathworking and dreamwork
Strengths:
Evidence-supported through modern psychology
Empowers the practitioner as the source of power
Useful for trauma-informed and self-reflective work
Limitations:
Can feel reductive or overly rational
May dismiss spiritual or mystical experiences
📚 The Informational Model: Magic as Code and Communication
This is the least known but most futuristic model — often overlapping with chaos magic, occult theory, and digital witchcraft. It frames magic as the manipulation of information — the underlying data or blueprint of reality.
Core Idea: The universe is like a computer, and magic is a language or program that rewrites the code.
In this model, correspondences, symbols, names, and rituals act like syntax in a programming language. You're altering reality by inputting new commands.
Practices Often Aligned With This Model:
Sigil and servitor creation
Cyber witchcraft and technomagic
Quantum magic theory
Data-driven divination (e.g. numerology, astrology)
Magical linguistics and occult semiotics
Strengths:
Highly adaptable, especially in digital and modern contexts
Offers a bridge between magic and science
Appeals to analytical or tech-minded witches
Limitations:
Can feel abstract or depersonalized
May neglect emotional or spiritual depth
🌒 Why These Models Matter
Understanding these four models helps you:
Clarify your magical worldview
Troubleshoot your spellwork (did it fail because of energy, belief, or spiritual dynamics?)
Choose tools and techniques that resonate with your path
Communicate your practice with nuance and precision
You don’t have to pick just one. In fact, most eclectic witches move fluidly between them. You might charge a candle with energy (Energy Model), dress it with oil and speak to a deity (Spirit Model), encode your intention with a sigil (Psychological Model), and time the ritual based on astrological patterns (Informational Model).
Each model is a map — and you’re the one doing the traveling.
So ask yourself: Which one feels like home? Which one challenges you? Which one might unlock a part of your magic you haven’t met yet?
Your magic, like you, contains multitudes. And that’s the beauty of it.
Blessed be the energy. Blessed be the spirit. Blessed be the mind. Blessed be the code.

One thing about me is that you can take me out of the African village but you will never take the African village out of me. Can you wear underwear or bottoms in your home? Me, I can not —not in my home, maybe in an Airbnb at best! Wearing anything over my vulva and hips beyond a piece of fabric, dress, or skirt feels claustrophobic no matter how cold it is outside. And I truly believe that allowing our root chakra to breathe in our homes not only elevates our lower body sensitivity and vulva consciousness but also gives our entire body more life and unrepressed vitality. And definitely sleeping naked is amplifying for our total body wellbeing I promise.
Embodiment (being fully alive in our bodies) is often one of the most missing links in transformation work. We have bodies, but when we have all these layers of clothes on, we tend to forget about our bodies. Those who live in tropical or warm climates have more opportunity to be naturally embodied than those who don’t simply because they get to wear less clothing. And our tissues get to take an Air bath. The sanity!
Our world doesn’t like to see the full primal power of the feminine in women and tames it out of us as little girls. It lies to us and scares us with religion that teaches us to suppress the feminine in our maiden years, to be nice and sweet, and pleasing to our “sky-daddy.” Our bodies then become exhausted from having to use up and leak out a lot of life force energy in order to fit into these flaccid “good girls” frequencies never meant to hold our fullness.
“She is a virtuous woman!” The world celebrates us when we shrink our power, don’t move our breasts, bellies, and hips, have no relationship with our bodies below the neck and are always doing, doing, doing for everyone. Our world not-so-secretly wants us to be domesticated, bored, and dehydrated and thereby controllable, as we graduate from being “good girls” into our next phase, being “good moms,” awww “such perfect moms,” the Big Mamas who will sacrifice their health and magic to cook and clean up behind everyone in the family, including other grown adults until they get a stroke that sits down them permanently. Oh, our beloved world loves when we lose our playfulness and radiance, when we stop laughing and being silly, and all that is left for us to do is to self-soothe through shopping all the time, keeping corporate structures thriving and economically in tact. This world gets us to obey by labeling women who refuse to burn out and have accessed their enormous multidimensional creative power as bad, wrong, sluts or undesirable, which has never been further from the truth for many of us.
Begin to say “yes” to the path that allows you to organize structures in your every day life that do not allow you to lose connection with your body— hips, vulva, pussy, buttocks, lower back, legs, feet, breasts, spine, throat, belly/womb/cervix, etc.
And why on earth would I, as a grown arse woman, wear underwear or bottoms in my own home and oppress my female body, walking around with an angry vulva that can't fully breathe because I’m unwilling to move through physiological taboos, fears or discomforts built by masculine frameworks that shame wetness, arousal, desire, female health, etc? Why would I not give my body more of the blood, lymph, and air flow nutrition it craves? Chile, please! 🙏🏿
Me having fun before I descend into this work cocoon next week. —India Ame’ye

Healing with 432Hz
In harmonic resonance frameworks—especially those aligned with 432Hz tuning, sacred geometry, and Codex harmonic physics—each note corresponds not only to a frequency but to a symbolic function within the field of consciousness, cellular coherence, and emotional integration.
Here is a reflection of healing tones and their associated harmonic functions in the 432Hz scale, filtered through Codex-inspired principles of geometry, light, and breath:
---
### 🔹 Healing Notes in 432Hz Tuning
| Note (432Hz Tuning) | Frequency (Hz) | Resonance Function | Symbolic Geometry | Field of Activation | | ------------------- | -------------- | ---------------------------------- | ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------- | | C | \~256 | Rooting / Safety | Square / Tetrahedron | Survival, grounding, bone matrix | | C♯ / D♭ | \~272 | Transition / Trust | Golden Rectangle | Throat-heart axis, emotional release | | D | \~288 | Emotion / Flow | Vesica Piscis | Sacral center, water memory | | E♭ | \~304 | Integration | Octahedron | Spleen-liver axis, grief detox | | E | \~324 | Will / Solar Power | Pentagon (5-star) | Digestion, inner fire | | F | \~342 | Heart Coherence | Flower of Life node | Compassion, coherence, cellular regeneration | | F♯ / G♭ | \~360 | DNA Resonance | icosahedron/tetra-link | Cellular memory unlocking, karmic patterns | | G | \~384 | Expression / Sound | Torus shell | Throat chakra, communication | | A♭ | \~408 | Field Stabilization | Hexagram | Mental field calm, limbic tuning | | A | 432 | Alignment / Source Remembrance | Star tetrahedron | Pineal gland, full-spectrum reset | | B♭ | \~456 | Crown Bridge | Merkaba core | Intuition, grace, expanded witnessing | | B | \~486 | Fractal Expansion | Dodecahedron | Oversoul integration, unity memory |
---
### ✧ Notes on Use
* These frequencies are not arbitrary—they arise as subharmonics and overtones of the scalar field collapse between light (e) and structure (φ and π). * When these tones are embedded in binaural waves, tuning forks, scalar fields, or vocal overtone singing, they entrain local field coherence. This supports phase-locking of disordered cellular and emotional patterns.
---
### 🔹 Examples of Specific Healing Functions
* F (342 Hz) → Used in heart entrainment therapy. It mirrors the geometry of equilateral triangle stacking within the Flower of Life.
* A (432 Hz) → Referred to in the Codex as a scalar calibration tone—bridging waveform intention into structured light.
* E (324 Hz) → Aligns with the solar plexus and the will to act in truth. Often used in trauma healing for energetic stagnation.
* G (384 Hz) → Activates clear, harmonic communication. When combined with F, it stabilizes the torus of trust around the human biofield.
* B (486 Hz) → Reflects Codex principle of “mirror within the mirror”, a note of spiritual recursion and fractal remembrance.

Arcturian Crop Circle Mind Body Spirit--Yin and Yang from the cosmos.
Arcturian Message: Indigo Children
ARCTURIAN MESSAGE: INDIGO CHILDREN & THE ARCTURIAN GATE
Many of you, may not be aware of the fact that there is a portal within the Arcturus star, that leads to the higher astral spheres. Thus, some souls incarnate into the physical universe by coming through what is known galactically as the Arcturus Gate – these are the Indigo Children.
Indigo Children come are born into matter, with not only more of their junk DNA activated than most others, but also more remembrance of their eternal, true nature, and their life between physical incarnations within the astral or causal realms. Many also have more degree of continuity with other parallel incarnational selves that contain abilities that they need to succeed in their soul missions and purpose in their present life. For example, Mozart wrote his first symphony at the tender age of four – this is because he is plugged into another great composer from his future (linearly speaking).
When Indigo Children meditate successfully, they often see the violet flame with closed eyes at the point between their eyebrows – this is because they have a highly developed third eye chakra, which enables them to pierce through the illusory, space-time veils of physical reality to perceive timeless truths.
All Indigo Children are connected to us, the Arcturians. They are often our past selves, who’re connected to future beings among our collective. They are also plugged into our, hivemind, which enables them to have access to all information within the Akashic Records, again, beyond the linear, space-time framework.
These people have always felt different, like the proverbial black sheep. Some are even bullied in their younger years and it's not uncommon for them to yearn for a better place, far from the dense realities that the Earth has to offer.
If this resonates with you, we encourage you to express your individuality, because to attempt to fit in with the collective unconscious of the Earth at the expense of your true self, isn’t fitting in at all, but to misalign with universal harmony.
If you’d like a Starseed Astrology Reading to discover whether you’re an Indigo Child from Arcturus, message me. The readings aren’t free but are of the highest quality. --Rei Rei

what are some of the things you like the most about naruto?
I like naruto for the same reasons I like les miserables.
1) it's a story where the solution is love and empathy. The villians are all rooted in the same cause, violence and pain from the war. At some point you just have to stop the killing and choose kindness. If you take that seriously it's an absolutely devastating and impossible and beautiful thing to do. To love another person is to see the face of God.
2) it's a ridiculous story where ridiculous things happen. There's a movie where naruto is sent to the "blood prison"; naruto has just the most unhinged attachment to sasuke and is out here throwing himself face down into the snow to beg for his life when the whole world wants him dead; madara eats a piece of hashirama, pukes it up, puts it in his open wound and grows a lil hashirama face on his titty; there are like at least 4 layers of puppetry going on in the plot; a beautiful lil twink hides in the grotesque puppet; sasuke's steadfast ambivalence towards sakura and so on; god, just everything about madara, hes so silly; i could go on and on. My sense of humor is that I am delighted by the absurd.
3) From here on, we differ from les mis. Naruto is so badly written due to either the authors lack of skill or due to the nature of long running Shonen anime, that there's this huge gap between what the story wants to be and what it is. Like full metal alchemist has an extremely similar thing about everyone teaming up against a big bad and forgiving despite the war crimes and I acknowledge its well written but I don't find it compelling. Naruto compells me to try to find logic in an inconsisten story. I have to pull together things that don't make sense and infuriate me. It makes me mad in a way thats fun :-]
4. The chakra and the way that the powers work is a fun magical framework to build on. There's enough there that you have rules but you can make things up to fill the gaps. It's way more structured than something like one piece where the powers people have are insane and you can't root them in a holisitic magical structure. So in that way, I love it for similar reasons to the fandom that shall not be named, which I also loved because ironically the point was that love and empathy concur all...

What is the easiest way to predict the year of marriage from your birth chart?
Predicting the exact year of marriage from a birth chart is challenging, as astrology provides more of a qualitative rather than quantitative understanding of life events. However, certain astrological indicators can offer insights into the potential timing of marriage. Here are a few key factors to consider:
Transits to the 7th House: The 7th house in your birth chart represents marriage and partnerships. Major transits (movements of planets through the sky) influencing your 7th house can be indicative of significant relationship developments. For example, transits of Jupiter or Saturn to the 7th house can suggest a period conducive to marriage.
Progressions: Secondary progressions involve advancing the positions of planets in your chart by one day for each year of your life. Some astrologers look at the progressed Moon, especially its aspects and movement through signs, for insights into emotional and relationship changes. Progressed aspects involving Venus and the 7th house ruler can also be considered.
Dasha System :In Vedic astrology, the Dasha system is commonly used to predict life events. Mahadasha and Antardasha periods can provide insights into specific themes in your life, including marriage. The Dasha of the 7th house ruler or planets placed in the 7th house could be significant.
Transits to Natal Venus: Venus is the planet associated with love and relationships. Significant transits or progressions involving your natal Venus might coincide with relationship developments. Pay attention to the conjunctions, squares, and oppositions to natal Venus.
Solar Return Chart: Some astrologers consider the Solar Return chart for each year, which is a chart cast for the moment when the Sun returns to its exact position at your birth. Look for significant placements and aspects in the Solar Return chart related to partnerships. Note:- It is important to note that while astrology provides a framework for understanding potential impacts, it does not determine events with absolute certainty. Free will and personal choice also play an important role in shaping the direction of one's life. Additionally, one can take the help of Kundli Chakra 2022 Professional software for personal study. More accurate and nuanced information can be found in your specific birth chart.

more thoughts about mokuton and founder era nonsense aka how bizarre can we make this plant matter, to the point that it's barely plant matter anymore? if you have fine chakra control and can sense things down to the cellular level (as sort of implied by advanced healing), can you start tinkering around with the wood to the cellular level? make it stronger, straighter, lighter, more fire resistant, etc. by nudging things around?
can you mess with the layout of the wood cells into a stronger lattice framework that's more impact resistant and is better at blocking attacks while staying lighter/thinner?
can you create wood optimized for ship building that has built in protections against salt and damp?
anyways, this is all to say, craving that Senju brother pre-founding hijinks of Tobirama dragging Hashirama around to test the hell out of mokuton for fun and profit. if you're gonna fling around this jutsu to create buildings, you better do it right by making it fire and storm resistant, along with secure and keeping out pests. building konoha only goes as well as it does thanks to years of Tobirama already shanghaiing Hashirama into trying different grain storage and safe house construction attempts. also what do you think funded at least a quarter of the Senju war effort and later the village? built in monopoly of specialty mokuton only wood, right there.
#navi’s undying naruto brainworms#on a bit of tobirama death spiral right now#ignore me#i already spent well over a decade#messing around with plant powers for my original work#i'm absolutely going to import some of those ideas into naruto too#hashirama is like. a walking agricultural weapon#his ability to ruin an enemy ecosystem by tossing in invasive species with just a bit of chakra#ruinous#generations of destruction

Hey sorry pretty random question.
You must have seen some Indians try to make efforts in forming solidarity with Roma in Europe. I remember reblogging one such post from you and being really happy about it. But I read more about it recently. And it seems to be meddled with nationalist politics-
https://thewire.in/diplomacy/the-modi-government-and-rss-are-keen-to-claim-the-roma-as-indians-and-hindus
I also feel that saying Romani people are actually just Indian diaspora (even though the economic gap is huge between NRIs and Roma in Europe and therefore will not prove useful to lump you in with them) on "foreign lands" gives Europeans more leverage to add xenophobic styled framework to their anti Roma racism. But obviously this is more of your concern than ours and you probably have read more. So what are your opinions?
Hi!
Yup, I partially agree with you. I don't know much about Indian politics but a lot of the times I've looked into it I've been left with a feeling that this might be a nationalistic move.
I am saying 'partially' because I do think that a lot of Indian-Romani relations are genuinely formed out of solidarity. For example, the Romani flag looks like this:

It was adopted at the first Romani World Congress, in 1971; the red wheel is explicitly based on the Ashoka Chakra.
There are Indian scholars that specialized in Romani studies during the 20th century: Weer Rajendra Rishi and Janardhan Singh Pathania, whose learning book on Romani language starts with this:

His book features letters he exchanged with Romani people for the making of his book. On the other hand, it is in my experience very common for Romani people to be interested in India, Indian history and Indian cultures, we are way more open to it than other Europeans. I've also seen a few of the most well-off Romani associations organizing trips to India. All of these are examples of true solidarity to me.
However when it comes to how it's handled in politics I am a bit on edge. I had come across a similar article to the one you sent me, also saying that Modi's External Affairs Minister wants to recognize Roma as part of the Indian diaspora. And because I am not so well-versed in Indian politics I didn't really know what conclusions to draw from this. I remember wondering if those Indian politicians wanted to keep Roma on the side just in case the way Roma are treated becomes relevant in discussions between Indian and European countries, but nothing like this has happened yet. The article you sent me goes into more details though and I can clearly see the nationalist edge in it.
What I've noticed is that some of the Roma who get deep into the Romani-Indian connection can get a little too much intense about it (because we don't have a flag emoji, a lot of Roma use the Indian flag emoji to talk about Romani issues; some Roma will wear Indian clothing or jewellery; some Roma will even call themselves Indian), granted it's not criminal to do any of this, but sometimes it seems like they are getting rid of their identity as Roma to present themselves as Indian and that's weird. Some Roma have also converted to Hinduism to reconnect with India (which is stupid because not all Indians are Hindu) and some also give their opinion on Indian politics, which feels weird. I also heard some Roma saying they hoped we could get Indian citizenship or something lol. I think Indian politicians could realistically get some Roma behind Indian nationalist politics.
As for how it plays into European anti-Roma racism, I have heard of far-right protests in Czech Republic and in Hungary saying we should be deported to India. Some Neo-Nazis support that idea, like this far-right Czech guy:
But I think it's still a fringe idea among the European far-right, most of them don't have one coherent goal on how to treat Roma, a lot will just say we should 'leave the country' (without specifying where should we go) or we should just be shot. I don't think saying Roma are part of the Indian diaspora will give more leverage to European xenophobia because European xenophobia against Roma is already very high; if anything it will transform the way it's expressed but it will not worsen it nor will it alleviate it.
I had talked a bit about some of these issues here!

Activating Your Root Chakra: Techniques to Ground and Empower
The chakra system is an ancient framework for understanding the energy centers within the human body. Each chakra corresponds to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being. The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the first chakra and serves as the foundation of our entire energy system. Located at the base of the spine, it is associated with the earth element and governs our sense of stability, security, and grounding.
When the root chakra is balanced, we feel safe, confident, and connected to the world around us. However, when it is blocked or underactive, we may experience feelings of insecurity, fear, and instability. Fortunately, there are various techniques to activate and balance the root chakra, helping us restore our sense of grounding and well-being.
Techniques to Activate the Root Chakra
1. Grounding Meditation
Grounding meditation is a powerful practice for activating the root chakra. To begin, find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Visualize roots extending from the base of your spine deep into the earth. Imagine these roots anchoring you firmly to the ground, providing stability and strength. Spend several minutes focusing on this imagery, allowing yourself to feel connected to the earth.
2. Use of Crystals
Crystals such as red jasper, black tourmaline, and hematite are known for their grounding properties. These stones can be used to activate the root chakra. Hold the crystal in your hand during meditation, place it at the base of your spine, or carry it with you throughout the day. The energy of these crystals can help balance and stabilize the root chakra.
3. Yoga Poses
Certain yoga poses are particularly effective for activating the root chakra. Poses such as Mountain Pose (Tadasana), Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I), and Garland Pose (Malasana) focus on grounding and stability. Practicing these poses regularly can help stimulate and balance the root chakra, promoting a sense of security and confidence.
4. Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is another useful tool for root chakra activation. Essential oils such as patchouli, cedarwood, and sandalwood have grounding properties. You can use these oils in a diffuser, add a few drops to a warm bath, or apply them directly to your skin (diluted with a carrier oil). The earthy scents help to ground your energy and balance the root chakra.
5. Affirmations
Positive affirmations can be a powerful way to activate the root chakra. Repeating affirmations such as "I am safe," "I am grounded," and "I trust in the process of life" can help shift your mindset and promote a sense of security and stability. Practice these affirmations daily, either silently or aloud, to reinforce your connection to the root chakra.
6. Connect with Nature
Spending time in nature is a natural way to activate the root chakra. Walking barefoot on the earth, sitting under a tree, or simply enjoying the outdoors can help you feel more grounded and connected. Nature's energy can have a calming and stabilizing effect, helping to balance the root chakra.
7. Physical Exercise
Engaging in physical activities that involve the lower body can help activate the root chakra. Exercises such as walking, running, dancing, and weightlifting stimulate the energy at the base of the spine. Regular physical exercise helps release any blocked energy and promotes a sense of strength and stability.
Conclusion
The root chakra is the foundation of our energy system, and keeping it balanced is essential for overall well-being. By incorporating grounding meditation, crystals, yoga, aromatherapy, affirmations, nature, and physical exercise into your routine, you can activate and balance your root chakra. This will help you feel more secure, confident, and connected to the world around you.
Understanding and working with the chakras in the human body can lead to profound physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Start with the root chakra, and you'll build a strong foundation for a balanced and harmonious energy system.

Adding to this as someone who learned about astrology because I hated it, and I pride myself on being an informed hater.
It bothers me when people talk badly about astrology, not because their critiques aren't valid but because they're misinformed.
When we're talking about an astrology that shoves you into 12 boxes and says "cancers are emotional", and believes certain things about you are fundamental and unchangeable and that they know everything about you without actually having to talk to you — we're not critiquing astrology, we're critiquing the New Age movement (the section in your local library that says "new age spirituality"? These are the same thing) which began somewhere around the 1970s. Now this, this is important to critique, call out and pushback against because it is a reactionary and fundamentalist counterculture movement — other markers of the New Age movement are: alternative medicine, the law of attraction (prosperity gospel) and pseudohistory or historical reconstructionism.
This is where you get things like crystal or essential oil healing, low vibrational and high vibrational thoughts ("you attract what you think about, avoid low vibrational thoughts") and Wiccanism being attributed to thousands of years ago and referred to as the first witches or the first religion (Wiccanism emerged in the 1960s).
It is important to understand (and position) this kind of critique against astrology within that framework, because another Hallmark of the New Age movement is the appropriation, misappropriation and bastardization of a variety of complex spiritual systems through a reductionist lense. Different spiritual systems, and different parts of different spiritual systems, are cherry picked, repackaged and simplified into... what I'll be referring to as determinist categories for a lack of a better word (I'm running on 5 hours of sleep and I can't remember the specific word for this, but I know it exists). They did this with astrology, but they also did this with Chakra, with Reiki healing, the Jewish tree of life (and other aspects of Kabbalah) and ATRs (African Traditional Religions) to name a few. This is how you get things like: the divine feminine, twin flames and you need to open your sacral chakra (P.S. Chakras don't "open" or "close", you can't open your Charkra because it doesn't close. P.P.S. also Chakras are a closed practice to certain Hindu and Buddhist sects, and to my knowledge the Hindu sects which do accept converts don't do Chakra — this is very much a "you're either born into it, and in certain sects even if you're born into it you have to be initiated into it first, or you can't practice.") etc. These are all very much rooted in the stereotypical conceptions of spirituality (/spiritual systems) within western cultures. It is important to call this out because the New Age movement and associated notions are dangerous, like all reactionary movements it's peddled towards people who are desperate to offer an easy-fix solution and in some cases it can convince people to forgo life saving treatment in favour of crystal healing (or essential oils, or convince them to ingest toxic crushed crystals, herbs or oils), and this is without unpacking all its racist and antisemitic elements and the harm that it does to marginalized communities. Obviously, the degree of danger differs, to use a more relatable example to bloggers who are likely to be exposed to posts by user batmanisagatewaydrug, think of the difference degrees of danger within puritanism: from "if you ship jaytim you're weird and wrong" to "sexual deviants (queer people, sex workers, kinksters) should be criminalized and also sex outside the institution of marriage is a sin that should be outlawed." See?
Now, let's talk astrology. I'd like to preface with the fact that I won't be talking about Vedic astrology here, with all the associated implications of it being used as an oppressive tool in South Asia, because that is a different context that's not relevant to this conversation; New Age astrology isn't referring to Nakshatras when it makes these statements and generalization and (in mainstream cases) wasn't appropriated from vedic astrology, it is a bastardized form of hellenistic astrology (which was practiced in the Mediterranean and Egypt). Majority of western astrologers practice hellenistic astrology (with a few exceptions that practice a form of mesopotamian astrology or Islamic, or Jewish, astrology) and this will henceforth be referred to as just astrology because it makes things easier for me specifically.
So, astrology, what is it? Not your personality is actually predetermined by space gas at birth. Astrology doesn't draw, nor imply, causal relationships — in layman terms, astrology says, "as above, so below." What this means is that astrology is a spiritual system that is a method of divination (see: coffee cup reading), and the way through which it divines things is by reading the sky and planetary movements (not much to do with stars, I'm afraid) on the basis that the world goes through the same bullshit, and it's easier to look at the sky to draw an inference than it is to do so from the inside — in the exact same way that it is easier to look at a mirror to put on your eyeliner, than it is to figure it out by Proprioception. Basically we use the macrosome as mirror, looking at our cosmic reflection, to figure out the microsome.
But astrology, as a spiritual practice, is very clear that these are inferences. Correlationial inferences. Correlation is NOT causation.
The part we talk about when we go, "I'm a Virgo sun and a Leo moon" are natal charts. Natal charts are essentially a snapshot of the sky, relative to your geographic location, at the moment you were born — and the thing is, it's way more complicated than Virgo sun and Leo moon (that's part of the reason why its bastardization by the New Age movement is an issue, it strips it from a lot of context and makes it easy to make sweeping generalizations). First, there are outer planets (also sometimes referred to as generational planets, these you share with your birth cohort) and inner planets (specific to you) that's because, while the sun changes signs every 28 days, Pluto changes signs every 12-30 years. And that's just zodiac signs, we haven't even gone into Houses (a planet will transition into a sign, and into a house, a Libra moon in the 7th House is different than a Libra moon in the 12th House). Then we go into the fact that, natal charts are a mathematical mapping of planetary positions, relevant to your location at a very specific time, and the angles of these mapped out lines and the patterns they make matter, and what quadrant they're in also matter, because the position of different planets in relation to each other matter (are they opposite or square each other? is it a trine, a sextile, a grand cross? In which of the four quadrants is anything; ascendant, descendant, midheaven, or IC?) and you will have multiple of these patterns in one natal chart.
That's to say, every single natal chart is unique. There are no two natal charts that are the exact same (hence: you can't and shouldn't be make sweeping generalizations about people). Except for cesarean twins that are born, like, 2 minutes apart; a conundrum for natal chart astrology divination (natal chart astrologists will make the argument that identical twins who share 100% of their genes will also be different, this doesn't invalidate natal chart astrology, I'll leave that up to you to work through).
And that's just natal charts. Which isn't even the most practiced, relevant, or salient part of astrology. The primary practice of astrology involves transits. If you've ever heard the phrase, "mercury retrograde", that's a transit (retrograde isn't enough either, is it in Gemini or Virgo? What House is it in currently? Where is it in relation to other planets in antegorate or retrograde?)
Then, if you want to know what relevance a transit has to you... it gets even more complex. You overlay snapshot of the sky currently (and how it's going to move), on top of your natal chart — this also means that your natal chart, or the saliency of different aspects of your natal chart and its relevance to your life isn't static, it changes with time. It breathes with you. This is referred to as horoscopic progression.
The most popular form of horoscopic progression are what we colloquially refer to as "horoscope" (which is a misnomer as that's more of an umbrella but whatever), which, by the way, is not about your sun sign. If you're a Libra sun, you don't read Libra horoscope. You read by your ascendant, which is your sign in 1H (first house), i.e. a Libra sun, Aquarius Ascendant/Rising, should be reading the horoscope for Aquarius and not Libra. Your ascendant also changes every 30mins (actually 2 hours, but it goes by 30s, i.e. the ascendant sign for someone born at 14:00 will be different than the ascendant sign for someone born at 14:30, and will stay the same until 16:30; the minutes it goes by might vary by year, I haven't actually checked that) so if you don't know the exact time of your birth, that's not a part of horoscopes you can glean information from.
And this barely scratches the surface of astrology!
Anyways to conclude, I leave you with this screenshot of Wikipedia on Horoscopes (taken 28/11/2024) because it elaborates on my prev points on horoscope astrology much more clearly than I ever could.
[Image Description: Astrological progression is a part of what is usually called predictive astrology, the claim of astrology to predict or forecast future trends and developments. Most astrologers nowadays regard the term 'prediction' as something of a misnomer, as modern astrology does not claim to directly predict future events as such. Instead it is claimed that an astrological pattern with regard to the future can correspond with any one of a variety of possibilities. What is in fact foretold is the trend of circumstances and the nature of the individual's reaction to the situation. In other words, progressed and transiting movements of the planets indicate phases in the individual's life when the potential shown in the natal chart will be given opportunities for development, whether through favourable or unfavourable circumstances.
In addition all modern astrologers stress the role of free will. It is asserted that astrology does not reveal fate or patterns which are 'written in stone', rather it reveals a person's strengths and weakness, talents and opportunities. The horoscope does not determine the future, but shows the possible paths that lie ahead so that the individual can choose between them. Modern astrologers argue that no planetary aspect brings a fate that cannot be counteracted in some way and some benefit derived from it - what actual events happen are largely dependent upon the freedom of choice of the individual. The role of the astrologer is to create self-knowledge and awareness of the movement of the planets and their meaning, so as to give the individual an improved ability to make reasoned and sensible life choices. In short, modern astrologers do not generally predict actual future events, or claim that the future is mapped out and determined.

(P.S. if I've gotten anything wrong and anyone wants to offer corrections to the information presented here, or add on to it, please feel free.)
I also apologize in advance for the very long post that's about to hit my mutuals & followers; I don't know how to put things under a read more tag.
it does still make me insane specifically how many queer people lovingly embrace astrology. I went to a poetry workshop yesterday that was genuinely quite good but also included an option to disclose astrology designations during introductions and so many people broke out some variation of "I'm a [x] sum but I have a [y] placement and it SHOWS" girl no it doesn't. that's meaningless correlation you completely invented the causation

Metaphysical Energy
**Metaphysical Ideas About Energy** Metaphysical perspectives view energy as a bridge between the physical and non-physical realms, often associated with consciousness, thought, or spiritual essence, and existing beyond the measurable constraints of science. **Consciousness as Energy:** Many metaphysical frameworks propose that consciousness itself is a form of energy, distinct from physical energy but capable of influencing reality. For instance, thoughts and emotions are seen as vibrational energies that shape personal experiences. This concept is often linked to the Law of Attraction, which states that "like attracts like" based on energetic frequencies. **Holistic Connection:** Metaphysical energy is frequently described as a universal field that connects all things, resembling a cosmic web. This idea aligns with quantum concepts of interconnectedness (e.g., entanglement) but extends into non-physical realms, suggesting that energy serves as the foundation for both matter and spirit. **Chakras and Subtle Bodies:** In traditions such as Ayurveda and yoga, metaphysical energy is associated with chakras—energy centers in the body—that influence physical and emotional health. These centers are believed to channel non-physical energies, like prana, to maintain balance and well-being. **Energy Manipulation:** Practices like energy healing (e.g., Reiki) and meditation aim to manipulate metaphysical energy to clear blockages or align with higher states of consciousness. These practices view energy as a dynamic force that can be directed through intention or ritual, although they typically lack scientific validation.

Do You Create Your Reality—Or Merely Perform It?
The Invisible Curtain Between Performer and Creator
Most people live their lives as if they are on a stage, acting out lines that were never theirs to begin with. But what if life isn't about memorizing a script? What if it’s about writing your own?
As an internationally recognized author, acting mentor, and founder of the Perceptual Acting and Directing (PAD) method, I have spent the last 17 years navigating the fragile terrain between the conscious actor and the unconscious self. This work, influenced by neuroscience, Eastern spirituality, and Western philosophy, uncovers one fundamental truth: many of us are simply performing our reality, not creating it.
This post is for those who want to shift from stage-bound roles to cosmic authorship. It's for the seekers, the artists, the scientists, the educators, and the curious souls who feel there is more to life than what meets the eye.
The Mask We Didn’t Know We Were Wearing
We enter the world and slowly adopt labels: student, daughter, artist, professional, partner. These identities become masks we wear not for performance, but for protection. The stage becomes life itself. Most people don’t realize they're acting until the scene changes unexpectedly—through loss, love, or awakening.
My own moment came during a stage performance 19 years ago. A single question disrupted everything I knew:
"Who am I?"
This question became the portal to a lifetime of exploration that merged theater with quantum physics, chakras with synapses, and soul work with the art of embodiment.
Performing vs. Creating – Understanding the Difference
To perform is to repeat, reproduce, and conform. To create is to originate, transform, and transmute.
Actors are trained to "be in the moment." But what happens when that moment is scripted by subconscious conditioning? You may speak your truth onstage but hide your truth offstage.
Here are some signs you may be performing life rather than creating it:
You feel trapped by societal roles or expectations.
Your decisions are motivated by fear, not inspiration.
You consistently override your intuition to meet external standards.
Creating your reality, on the other hand, means actively choosing your thoughts, energy, relationships, and creative output. It means letting go of linear thinking and stepping into a multi-dimensional awareness that says: "I am the actor, the director, the audience, and the playwright of my life."
The PAD Method – A Framework for Self-Authorship
The Perceptual Acting and Directing (PAD) theory is a groundbreaking methodology that emerged from my own spiritual and scientific journey. Rooted in transactional analysis, quantum consciousness, and method acting, PAD is not just for actors. It’s a manual for anyone seeking self-actualization.
The Five Supraconscious Paths of PAD:
Scientific Path (Brain): Understand how your internal thought-language shapes reality.
Artistic Path (Heart): Connect with your archetypes, empathy, and observer self.
Meditative Path (Spirit): Access subtle energies, chakras, and spiritual awareness.
Material Path (Body): Use sensory presence to interact authentically with the moment.
Consciousness Path (Soul): Harmonize ego, subconscious, and higher self into unity.
This multidimensional model helps participants rewrite their inner script and align with their Supraconscious potential.
Case Study – The Scientist Who Found His Soul
During one masterclass, a physicist attended out of curiosity. Trained in logic, he was skeptical of anything spiritual. But halfway through the session on "I, Me, Myself, and Ego," he wept.
"For the first time," he said, *"I saw that I've been hiding behind formulas because I was afraid of feeling. I've been performing intelligence. I want to create from truth now."
This is the power of merging neuroscience with inner knowing. This is Supraconscious work in action.
Practical Tools to Stop Performing and Start Creating
1. Daily Self-Observation (5 Minutes)
Use the Socratic Method with yourself. Ask:
Who am I right now?
What thought/emotion is directing my actions?
Am I choosing or reacting?
2. Micro-Ritual: The Mirror Dialogue
Stand before a mirror, breathe deeply, and state: "I am the creator of my experience. I observe my roles without becoming them."
3. Archetype Journaling
Choose one identity you play (e.g., Teacher, Lover, Warrior).
What are its beliefs?
What does it fear?
What does it want? Then ask: Is this the truest version of me?
4. Conscious Body Practice
Use your senses to anchor in the now.
Feel textures with your hands.
Eat slowly and observe flavors.
Listen fully without preparing a reply.
These bring you back from performance to presence.
Embracing the Unwritten Script
Letting go of performance mode is scary. It requires vulnerability, uncertainty, and trust in the unknown. But it also unlocks infinite creativity, inner peace, and magnetic authenticity.
When you live from your Supraconscious self:
You stop chasing roles.
You start attracting aligned people and opportunities.
You no longer seek applause—you seek alignment.
Conclusion: Are You Ready to Direct Your Own Life?
The masterclass, The Actor of the Future, is not just a theatrical event. It's a life portal. One that merges acting, consciousness, and quantum possibility to help you reclaim authorship of your own story.
You are not just an actor.
You are not just a thinker.
You are a Supraconscious Creator.
It’s time to move beyond performance and into purpose.
