Hi everyone! Over the next 75 days, I will attempt to change my life.
Past few months has been a challenge for me. I've been stuck in a slump for a month now.  I eventually came to my senses and made the decision that I didn't want to live a life in which I simply woke up and be stuck on my phone for the entire day.
I wanna make a change, and the only thing that can make it happen is myself :) So, I decided to start a challenge called "75 soft challenge" inspired by Stephen Gallagher which I saw on tiktok. I've wanted to do it for a very long time, so now seemed like the perfect time!
This challenge has 6 rules:
1. Read 10 pages of book daily 2. Drink 3 liters of water 3. Do 45 minutes workout 4. Eat more protein 5. Meditate 6. Take progress picture
I did the "75 Hard Challenge" last year, but it was too unrealistic and makes me uneasy. Since it's more realistic and I want to prevent feeling overwhelmed plus it is more aligned with my class schedule, I chose this challenge. Although I struggle with consistency, I wanted so badly to push both my mental and physical capabilities. I'm so excited to re-enter this journey with you all. I'm eager to know what I'm capable of doing. Maybe after this 75 days are up, I'll try the 75 Hard Day Challenge once again.
Within 75 days of this challenge, I will post my weekly insights, tips, my meals, routines, and if possible, my progress picture here on tumblr :)
Leave a comment if you're up to do this challenge with me. Any feedback from those who have previously taken on this challenge would be greatly appreciated!

I started growing my own food, planted some trees, setting up an herb garden and a tea garden as well. Part of my healing journey I started using food as medicine and herbs and plants as medicine as well. I learned how to make herbal teas, tinctures, salves and supplements instead of taking medicines. I've never been in better health! My skin and hair are in excellent health from the soaps I make from herbs and natural things.
Hibiscus flowers are great for inflammation, lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, suppers weight loss, is an antioxidant and antibacterial and so much more. I started growing them as a part of my herbs and plants for teas and other concoctions.
I have more of how to heal mentally and physically on my new blog. Learn how to naturally fight depression, anxiety, cancer and many more chronic illnesses at www.themetanoiaway.com

CONSISTENCE OVER MOTIVATION
Hello guys! Before starting this year 2023 like every body I also made a resolution to quit one of my bad habit where I has been struck over a long period of time. But actually when the year started , I again fallen into that habit and after one month I started I don't want my another year of my life like this. So , I made a decision to track my habit everyday. Everybody feel this is hard and they don't feel to track their habit because of laziness etc. But even tracking a single habit is a growing for us.
BEST BOOKS THAT I READ TO ACHIEVE THIS:
One of the best book that helped me to track my habit is "Eat That Frog" written by Brain Tracy . He explained what are all the things that a person should do when he\she wakes up. One thing it say is do the work or develop the habit that gives 80% of your result from 20% of work. I recommend everyone to read this book.
Another book I read was "How Life Works" by Andrew Mathews. Best book to explain how life works according to a person's feeling.. Lot of Topics are covered in this book. These self improvement books correct us without clashing with our ego. They better thinking beyond other subject oriented books.
MY HABIT TRACKER:
From feb 9 , 2023 I started tracking my habit , while doing so I realized most of the time I spend in social media and other websites , adult content etc. So , I increased the friction between the triggers and me. I normally stay in hall or balcony to avoid over usage of phone on watching adult contents. Next I stopped watching WWE shows where I spend lot of time in watching even though it is nowadays looks boring and unreal. By following these on day 40 I had got lot of confidence and courage to speak before anyone boldly. My skin got glow up upon regular exercise and saying no to adult contents.
So to start one thing you don't need to wait for everything , start with what you have today it gives you tremendous results. Small daily wins is equal to big mighty wins. I will keep sharing my thoughts on self improvement through my writings and hope this will help you in any one of the way.

#Fear.
Our little protective mechanism that keeps us safe and right where we are. No one can hurt us here.
However, this can be so #limiting. Fear is important but it should never be the driving factor in our lives. (Except when we're being chased by a bear 🐻 )
What fears arise when you make the decision to board a plane the first time in years, get invited to attend an event with a new group of people, or get offered that new leadership role?
The root is oftentimes "I'm not good enough." "I'm not brave enough". "I don't trust myself"
Insecurity...not believing in ourselves...feeds fear.
You know what will help tackle our #insecurities? Having a little bit of courage to say yes to a new experience. Pushing ourselves just a little bit.
The very thing we're avoiding may actually boost our #confidence.
Every thought you have a thought that comes up along the lines of "For reasons, x, y and z, I shouldn't go/do that thing", challenge them. Are they legitimate? Even if it's a little uncomfortable at first, think about the good that may happen if you do say yes...
Could it be:
🌵 a new friend?
🌵 a new hobby?
🌵 a bigger salary?
🌵 a positive experience?
🌵 an opportunity to grow in some way?
Very likely.
Shift the negative thinking to what could go RIGHT? Rather than what could go WRONG? This is transformative.
I will be practicing this along with you this week as I shift my thoughts from everything I fear related to moving to a new state to thinking about what kind of joy and peace moving to a #beachtown will do for my mind and soul.
I'll keep saying "I've got this" and it'll be wonderful. With a little bit of courage, I can do anything. And so can you. 💪🏽

**✿❀ As most of us know, a plethora of depressing psychological studies show that our generation’s self esteem is completely diminished by social media, Tiktok being one of the biggest contenders. With all of the beautiful influencers, perfect work-out routines, talented singers, dancers, painters, artists, and cooks (the list goes on), how can we not be wired to compare that to ourselves? This encourages a heaping amount of self-criticism, low confidence, and poor mental health overall. You may think that saving all of those recipes, tarot card readings, and lists of good brands of beauty products to invest in is productive, but it’s actually just feeding this dreadful and inescapable loop of consumerism. And, do you really go back and check those videos you save to draw inspiration from later? Because I know I don’t.
Consuming short videos over and over again on a two dimensional screen can give you brain fog, headaches, and overall, not a very good environment for your eyes and head. I find that when I’m not staring at my phone so much, I literally see things clearer, and think more clearly.
Try deleting Tiktok, and stick to it. You will not regret it. ❀✿**

How to Change Your Habits in Incremental Time Periods
Its become apparently obvious over the past six months that we tend to write more articles during the colder winter months whilst we are trapped indoors more than when those beautiful spring days POP UP in mid-April and quickly yield into long gorgeous summer months of June, July and August. Anyone who clicks on the calendar history or searches the archives will find this statement to be true.…

I personally find interesting the effects the moon has on life, as the sun has.  So, I wanted to share some facts that I already knew and some others that I've found doing some research: 1- Veterinarians say that animals are more restless and unruly during full moon. 2- Migratory birds follow the patterns of the full moon for timing and finding their path. 3- The full moon amplifies charges in living cells. 4- Emergency rooms see more patients on full moon. 5- Ovulation and sexual desire peak during full moon. 6- Some people tend to become more impulsive and emotional (angry, excited, lustful, stubborn, etc.) nearing and during a full moon. These are just some ways in which the moon affects us and other living beings.  But there are, of course, effects produced on the actual environment around us as well.  The thing that I wanted to bring to your attention is that the moon affects our brain functioning (electric circuits/signals) and our emotional bodies (the way we feel) too, especially in the ones with less self-control who ignore this. So, it's all about knowledge of self and self-discipline.  Here are some tips that I use to ground myself: 1- Meditation:  it expands your awareness and brings harmony to your mind and body. 2- Cleanse:  it means to clean your space.  It is teaching your mind self-discipline through the everyday living, to be more healthy and to keep your personal space without clutter and looking more ordered.   3- Self-care:  create more quality time for yourself.  Study your thoughts and feelings in depth.  Don't just react to things, even to small things.  Take a bath or do something calming for yourself.  I have found that journaling is very liberating.  It's all about expressing yourself and letting more harmony spread in your body.

All actions stem from fixed ideas in the subconscious mind.
If you change those, your actions will naturally follow.
