The wind blew through your hair as you walked home from work. The chilly fall weather was soothing, but you could feel your cheeks turning red the closer it got to sunset. You walk in the door at 6:34pm on the dot, bending down to pet your cats before tossing your keys in the dish by the front door and sliding your shoes off.
He followed you inside, his arm on your back.
You didn’t notice the girl across the street watching your every move from her garage, where she was pretending to focus on her exercises.
You just waltzed into your home, into her sight, oblivious as ever. It was kind of cute to her, how clueless you had been for the past 3 months.
You didn’t bother to wonder who could’ve been watching through your bedroom window. She saw it all. She watched your midnight dances in your tight little tank tops and matching underwear. She watched you study, enamored by the way your eyes squinted when you focused. The way you nibbled on your pen, probably so confused because your little head could only process so much. She watched you fuck him, how short and unpleasant it looked. How quick he was, how he never paid attention to you.
You never once closed the blinds, the curtain, or shied away from the window frame.
It’s like you wanted her to keep watching, she felt like you were inviting her into your home. You wanted this. You wanted her. So, she did what anyone who felt wanted would do.
She gave you want you wanted. She never stopped watching, never stopped taking mental notes on your every action, your every emotion.
So when she saw him take you upstairs, she thought she knew what she was about to watch. She mentally prepared for the 4 minutes she was about to endure.
She watched you stand on your tippy toes, your entire body in frame, as you tried to find a specific set of lingerie in your drawer. You wanted to look sexy for him.
For him? Or for her.
It almost reminded her of the first time she saw you, when you were walking home from your job at the café in the quaint little town you lived in.
You accidentally let your cat out of the house, and it climbed up into a tall bush in front of the house. She watched your struggle, your short limbs unable to reach the poor cat’s hiding spot. She watched as you looked around, wondering if anyone could help you. She watched as you skimmed over her, not even noticing the pale, black haired girl who was pretending to work out in her garage. She just kept lifting the dumbbells, wondering how dumb you were.
Silly little thing, she thought. What a silly, little girl.
She placed the dumbbells down and put her headphones onto her collarbone, wiping the sweat from under her nose before crossing the street to your house. You turned quickly, hearing the leaves rustle as someone approached you. You jumped slightly when you heard the deep yet smooth voice from behind you.
“Need a little help, babe?”
You turn over your right shoulder, seeing what you think is the most beautiful girl in the world. Her eyes pierced yours, her teeth glimmering in the sunset lighting, her skin bright and so clear. You stutter over yourself, looking up at her. Her clothes stuck to her chest with sweat, her arms glistening and her bra strap just barely hanging out of the tank top she was in.
“Y- yes please! My cat, my stupid little cat, she got stuck in this bush! I knew I shouldn’t have opened the door so wide, my music just made me completely forget about real life! I’m so stupid, I’m so sorry!” You ramble to the stranger in front of you.
“Hey, hey, shh,” she says, calming you down although now her own heart rate is through the roof. “I’ll get the poor kitty, you just go inside.”
You oblige, running in to make sure your other cat was okay. You watch through a front window as she climbs into the bush to get your scared little fuzzball, your heart swelling with appreciation. She pets Oscar’s (your cat’s) head lovingly before smiling at you through the window. You come back outside, your smile wide and your eyes bright, practically skipping to get your cat from the sweet stranger who lived across the street.
“Thank you! Thank you so much! Seriously I owe you! That could’ve really scratched you up!” You say, looking at the light red scratches on her upper arm from the twigs in the bush.
“Really, it’s no problem. I’m right across the street if you need anything. The name’s Billie.”
You smile at the girl, and although you feel bad for interrupting her workout, you believe her sentiment. You introduce yourself to her before she walks back across the street, slipping her headphones on before laying down on the bench and lifting the dumbbells again.
And that, that was the last interaction you two had.
To your knowledge, at least.
Billie, on the other hand, became obsessed with you. Watched your every move. Watched where you drove, watched when you came home, watched who you invited into your house. She was intrigued by your innocence, by your trustfulness to have people in your house without knowing what they would do. Without knowing their true intentions. Without knowing that she was watching everything.
So when she watched you pick out a little lace bra, with the cutest little bow in the front, she took a deep breath, slouching down in her chair, feeling herself get hot.
She watched you bend over, ass toward the window, as you pulled your old pair of panties off. She watched your back arch, your cute little ass right on display for her. She watched you slip on the matching thong to the bra she saw you choose, biting her thumb and taking mental photos of you. She never wanted this to end.
But then, she saw something that she never expected to see.
She saw that man, that boy that had the luck of the draw with you, storm into your bedroom and slap you across the face. She watched as you tumbled over, your hand immediately holding the sting on your cheek. Billie shot up out of her chair, full of shock, which quickly turned into anger. She watched as he pulled his fist back again, but she quickly pulled the blinds. She wouldn’t watch anymore. She physically couldn’t.
Billie paced her room for an hour, peeking out of her front window every few minutes, checking if he was still there. If your light had shut off, if the blinds were closed, if he was gone.
Finally, at 10:12pm, she watched as he stormed out of your room. You were sitting on the bed, sobbing, with your face red from tears and your arms bruised from him. She watched you get up to turn the light off, and then she watched him exit your house.
She knew exactly what she had to do.
She couldn’t do it today, it’d be too obvious, she thought. But she started to watch him instead. She knew everything about him in the span of 24 hours.
Where he worked, his address, his parents, the name of his first pet, his license plate, his first grade teacher.
Billie found it all.
So it was no accident when she drove to the mechanic shop 2 days later. She pulled into the parking lot across the street, watching everyone leave their job for the night. But when she laid her eyes on him, her heart sped up. She was excited.
Billie was ready to kill the man that hurt you, all while you were watching a cozy show in your cute little bedroom, oblivious to it all.
She followed him to a gas station, and as he got out of his shitty little car, she pounced. The station was empty, the night was silent, and she made sure nobody would hear him scream. The hood she used around his head was full of chloroform, so his weak little body went limp in her arms in a matter of seconds. She shoved him into the backseat of her car, and sped home.
As she pulled in, she watched you dig into your bowl of popcorn in your bedroom, your eyes never leaving the screen. How ironic that the movie you were watching was Scream. How festive.
When she pulled into the garage and dragged his unconscious body into her basement, she tied him up to the chair and felt herself get excited. It had been a minute since she had been in this position, ready to kill for a girl. That’s why she had to move into your neighborhood in the first place.
She waited 2 hours, perfecting her tools on the table, waiting for him to wake up. So when he did, and he realized where he was (or realized he didn’t know where he was) the boy started to scream. He wailed and cried, looking at the knives in front of him, feeling his hands and legs tied down.
“Shut up you pussy.” Billie said, almost laughing at his pleas for her to not hurt him. “You fucking hurt my girl, so I’m gonna fucking kill you, alright?”
And so, she did exactly that.
She turned on her speaker in the basement, singing to herself some old classic rock, grabbing her favorite switchblade out of the 4 she had on her tray.
Her feet crinkled the tarp that lay underneath her and your boyfriend.
His eyes locked with hers one last time before she took the knife across his throat, watching the blood spill out of his stupid, ugly body.
Billie carved out his organs, ripping his beating heart out of his chest and holding it up in pride after an hour of torture. Holding the little bitch’s life in her hands, the little bitch that had the audacity to hurt you.
She smiled to herself, thinking of you and how happy you’d be to know he’s gone.
She saved you.
All of this happening while you snuggled up in your bed on the cozy October night, dreaming of the girl you had met that one time from across the street.
Dreaming of the girl who just murdered your boyfriend.

Weight training. One of the most annoying things ever to a certain footballer, you wanted to be out on the pitch playing with your friends, not be in a crowded weight room. It wasn’t that you weren’t strong, you were incredibly so, but it was just incredibly boring.
But, there was one thing that made the long rhythmic sessions worth it. That was being able to shamelessly stare at your girlfriend, a favorite on your part being when she was squatting. It’s been your forever favorite.
You had been caught staring at your girl so many times that you weren’t even phased by the immense teasing you got for it, no you just continued staring while nodding every once in a while.
Today though, you wouldn’t even have the opportunity to do it as Jonas had made the conscious decision to place you with all the youngins. Even he had noticed your decline in productivity when you were close to your Aussie.
This meant that you had to be supervising the youngsters and train, it was just a disaster waiting to happen.
Chatting with McCabe before the session was to start, you’re quickly pulled away by the infamous duo of Gio and Katherine, each of them tugging on one arm. You can’t do anything but mouth a ‘help me’ to the Irish woman, who just decides to laugh at you.
“Y/n/n it’s time to start!” The Brazilian drags every word in the sentence out, speaking in a sing-songy voice.
“Wait, where’s Vic? And the rest of the youngsters?” You ask in a confused tone, not seeing any of your younger teammates.
“Oh Viccy’s late, she’ll arrive later. For now you’re stuck with us” Katherine tells you, the two of them looking at each other mischievously when they hear your loud groan.
“Alright then, let’s do this. You two can start with whatever dumbbell you like, I presume you’ve already warmed up?” The vigorous nods you get just make you sigh, a long day before you.
Even though you couldn’t see Steph, she could definitely see you. The way your sleeves were pulled up around your shoulders made her mouth water, muscles flexing in a way that catered to her taste perfectly.
Yet, as she looks over towards you for the tenth time, Steph can’t help the uncomfortable burning feeling in her stomach.
It wasn’t like she wanted it to happen, but when she sees Gio stand behind you, her hands on your waist as you squat, she truly cannot help it.
Steph wasn’t a jealous person at all, but the thought of anyone other than her touching you like that had her infuriated.
Worst thing was that she couldn’t look away, not even if she tried. She was simply glued.
Her saving grace came in the form of a vigorous tapping to her thigh, the Aussie having completely forgotten that she was spotting a player of her own.
Picking the bar up from Caitlin’s chest, she can hear the forward grumbling absentmindedly while she looks over to you once again.
Thankfully, you’d moved on to another exercise, otherwise she might’ve combusted.
The rest of the training session goes off without a hitch, you joining your suspiciously quiet girlfriend in walking back to the locker room when you’re done.
Steph doesn’t say anything to you even as you both get out of the locker room, neither does she say anything when you get in the car or when you arrive home.
It isn’t until you’re both inside the comfort of your own home that you decide to ask her about it, the defender keeping her eyes cast downwards to the floor instead of looking you in the eye.
“What’s wrong love?” You ask her cautiously, trying to get her to look at you and not the hardwood.
“Nothing” Her thick Australian accent gives away how she really feels, and she herself knows it. Maybe that’s why she mumbles the words into her coat.
“Love, I can’t hear what you’re saying.” Placing your pointer finger directly below her jaw, you lift her head so that she’s finally looking at you. “What’s going on baby?”
“I- today when Gio was spotting you, I just felt…” She lets out a groan, the inability to express her feelings frustrating her like no other. “I can’t describe what I’m feeling”
Steph’s arms wrap around you, her face burying into your chest.
“Do you want me to help you?” The defender nods her head, arms tightening around you. “Did you feel sad?” A shake of her head. “Did you feel happy?” Another shake of her head.
It continues for another minute before you finally, in a teasing tone, get to the emotion she was feeling.
“Did you feel jealous?” The hesitant nod she gives you has a surprised chuckle escaping your mouth, genuinely shocked that she felt jealous.
“Don’t laugh at me, she was touching what’s mine. You’re all mine and no one except me should be allowed to touch you like that” The brunette looks up at you, fiery jealousy spreading like a wildfire throughout her.
“Oh, am I now? Well why don’t you show them who I belong to then my love?” The suggestive tone your voice bears is hard to miss, and Steph immediately gets the hint.
Getting up on her tiptoes, she connects your lips in a way that has your knees buckling underneath you. Her hands move up to your hair, tugging and tangling her fingers in it like it was the last thing she’d ever do.
Gasping, the defender slips her tongue into your mouth, kissing you possessively and passionately. Without letting up on the kiss, Steph starts to walk you towards the living room, your thoughts consumed by her and only her.
When the back of your knees hit the soft cushions of the couch, you break the seal of your lips, sitting down and leaning against the cushions.
Steph sits down in your lap with one leg on each side of your thighs, straddling you. She doesn’t even give you any time to settle before connecting your lips in an even more heated kiss, the defender moving your limp hands to her waist before moving her own to your hair.
In a flash, her kisses move down to your jaw and even further down your neck, sucking and biting at all parts of your neck. You can even feel the smile against your skin when she hears the sounds slipping out of your mouth, it only spurring her on more.
“Baby, you’re. All. Mine. Not Gio’s, mine.” She grumbles between kisses, the entirety of your neck filled with deep dark bruises. Pulling back, the Aussie admires her work.
Her finger grasp at the sides of your jaw, pulling your head in different directions to get a better view of all the hickies she’d left, you still panting slightly. Humming, Steph thinks for a second before she moves her hands down to the hem of your shirt, tugging on it.
“Take your shirt off baby” She whispers in your ear, kissing the spot just below it. Immediately you do as she tells you, tugging the shirt off hastily.
She kisses you one last time on the lips before moving to place even darker marks on your collar bones, all the skin that would be visible to the public eye (and a lot that wouldn’t be visible) was covered in blackish purple marks.
Soon enough the skies are as dark as the marks littering your upper body, laying beside your girl in your shared bed.
Both of your phones having been turned off since long, neither of you being bothered with the notifications from your instagrams.
It wasn’t just your teammates who needed to know that you were hers, but the entire world too. Steph posting a picture of your hickey littered neck to her story with the caption, all mine.

🌸 5-Day Feminization Workout Routine with Swimming & Poise Exercises 🌸
Day 1: Full-Body Strength Training + Poise Exercises
• Warm-Up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio (jump rope, walking, or dancing)
• Squats (3 sets of 12-15 reps)
• Push-Ups (3 sets of 10-12 reps)
• Deadlifts (3 sets of 12-15 reps)
• Plank (3 sets, hold for 30-45 seconds)
• Poise Exercise (at Home):
• Wall Posture: Stand with your back to a wall, feet about 6 inches away, and practice standing tall with your shoulders back and chin slightly lifted for 1-2 minutes.
• Neck Rolls: Slowly roll your head in a circle, gently loosening tension and improving posture. Repeat 5 times in each direction.

Feel the stretch
Fandom: Jujutsu Kaizen GYM AU Pairing/starring: PT!Nanami Kento x fem!reader Word count: 1790 Content: Probably incorrect gym exercises, pining, unprofessional conduct, someone doesn’t follow the rules of hygiene, smut. Not betaed. A/N: Got to talk with @maladaptive-ninja-returns and we ended up bonding over the need for proper motivation when at the gym...some of us resorting to different tactics than others but that’s life. Glad to corrupt. Choice of GIF just because we all loved that moment.
Feel the stretch
Your sweat is already running down the back along your spine. Your hands are starting to slip on the grip of the dumbbell, making it hard to do the exercise right and as if on cue, you feel the light tap of Nanami’s finger on your elbow, reminding you to lift properly.
He doesn’t speak much, your personal trainer, but Nanami Kento is still very good at instructing you how to do each exercise. Back straight, arms level, knees slightly bend so as not to overstretch the joints. It’s only your third month with him, but the results have been impressive (unfathomable to yourself).
Right now, as you are nearly through the day’s session, and you couldn’t curse him any more than you already do because he’s increased the weight and your arms are sore already.
There’s a gentle tap to your lower back, reminding you to straighten.
You’re standing with a hand and a knee on the bench, lifting the dumbbell with the free arm as best as you can to get it parallel with your body. Trying not to grunt with each lift.
“Five more,” he says softly.
You aren’t sure you’ll be able to do it. Your arms is shaking, hand slippery with sweat. Up and down. Up and down.
“Three. You can do it.”
And now you have to. It’s not so much encouragement when he tells you that you’ll manage as it’s simply stating a fact because you can’t let him be wrong. He’s never been disappointed in you the few times you have tapped out too soon but...Nanami could make you do anything.
“Good!” His praise makes you grin although it does feel great to have completed the set too.
Allowing you a moment (however brief it is to prevent cooldown), he preps the next exercise for you: the back extension. There’s a machine for that at the gym, but you prefer the bench as it allows you to work your back two ways and who would Nanami be to refuse you more workout? Even at this late hour (you’re practically the last people still at the gym), he wouldn’t want to cut corners and let you escape early.
Not that you’d want to escape, really. Or maybe you do but then it’d only be to go home and think of him some more. In detail. Undressed. You bite back a sigh of yearning.
Getting in position, you lower your upper body down towards the ground and grab hold of the weight plate waiting for you to clutch it to your chest. Up and down.
With closed eyes, you concentrate on the movement but still there’s a tap to your shoulder, indicating you’re coming up crooked.
Adjusting, for a few repetitions it goes well but then the tap is there again.
“Not high enough and not straight,” Nanami curtly explains, walking around you.
Focusing, you try to adjust but you nearly drop the weight when you feel his legs on either side of you, his inner thighs brushing your hips.
“Higher,” he demands and you comply until your shoulders meet his palms and his position suddenly makes sense. Kind of.
Again and again you lift your body to find his hands, almost as if attracted to the heat of them despite your own burning.
But eventually he’s satisfied, stepping away with a brush of your ass that you know is by accident but your mind is going to later pretend was on purpose. Just because you wish it was.
He always evaluates you while you’re doing your cooldown run. Short sentences to warn you of changes to the training regimen next time or information on how to deal with the soreness after the training. This time is no different and it’s with a certain worry that he mentions how you will have to increase the weight on the squats.

hi! i am not sure if im gnc or just enby and i have enough health related hormonal trouble so i don't want to add gender affirming hrt to the mix. do u know of exercises that can help to get an androgynous appearance for an afab? even when i dress in clothes that make me feel happy, once people comment on me/my body and how "womanly" it looks it goes away and dysphoria hits hard :( its really ruining my mental health and no amount of therapy helps so i figured i should take steps to change!
If it's the actual shape of your body that triggers your dysphoria, you could try wearing a chest binder and maybe even a hip binder. But I would, more than that, suggest considering getting some muscles. Something that triggers my own dysphoria a lot is my arms/shoulders, specifically how non-muscular they are compared to the average cis guy. And I know I feel a lot better when I am actively builing muscle and working out regularly. Not necessarily at a gym, even just using my dumbbells at home does a big difference for me. I tend to focus on bicep and tricep since they tend to be the most visible muscles, but I also work out my chest and shoulders as well since I feel that it helps with getting a more androgynous/masculine apperance both to my silhouette and to my posture.
What work-out programme and diet works best for you will be very individual, so I don't feel like I can recommend a specific one. But there are plenty of free resources online, from video tutorials on youtube to muscle building forums that can give you more personalized diet advice to help with the muscle building. Search around, see what community you feel like you fit in with. It might also take some trial and error until you find what gives you the best results, so don't give up if you don't see instant change. Keep at it.

Finished Volume 41 of Berserk, the last of Miura's work before he died, and I am unwell. I can't believe I didn't know about this series before recently!!!! I'm wrecked. It got me through the first three weeks of this night block, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to survive the last week when I'll just be perseverating on the unfinished story :(
I still have work I need to do (M&M, AROM/FSE demos, surgical skills session paperwork) but I'm just not motivated.... All I want to do is re-read Berserk, go to the gym, and roleplay Guts and Casca fucking shit up in various video games :') at least I have this weekend off, because I've worked essentially three weeks straight and I'm tired
I got my first pull-up back at the end of August but haven't been able to progress past 1-2 with "ok" form and we're mid-way through October. I pulled the trigger on a pull-up bar and am going to try and focus my gym workouts on training specific muscles used for pull-ups but not unassisted pull-ups themselves, since I think too much of my limited gym time is wasted spinning my wheels with possibly questionable form when I could just do them at home when I have a spare second. I feasibly can only make it to the gym twice per week. There's just isn't enough time in residency to get all my extracurricular work done, clean my apartment, and enjoy life/hobbies/friends if I do any more than that. Which is sad. It's like, what's the point of life? Will I look back in 10, 20 years and actually be happy with everything I've accomplished? I don't think the answer is necessarily "yes" right now because I'm lonely and overworked and not sure what the point of anything is (lol I'm doing gr8) but that's another discussion. The only thing I know is that my physique/fitness/athleticism is one of the only things even remotely in my control, even if it still feels mostly out of my control due to residency constraints (poor eating habits, no time)
And yet we struggle on (gatsu <3)
I lost my 24/7 keycard to my gym so I'm going to hit the nursing school "gym" when I get off in the morning, plan for a "pull-up supplement" routine as follows:
Elliptical warm-up x10 min
Should rolls with bar, straight arm for warm-up
Inverted rows (with rings if able, otherwise barbell)
Bench press
Seated cable row
Superset tricep dips/t-arm raise
Superset dumbbell pull-overs/y-arm raise
Straight-arm Pushdown
Wide-grip scapula pull-ups
Dead hang
Ab exercise/hollow body rocks
General things to focus on for pull-ups:
External arm rotation for scapular activation, chest up;
Generate push-up/pull-up/bench press from muscles between shoulder blades; don't pull from hands - imagine arm is upper jaw, side is lower jaw and "biting down" to close versus "pulling up" (drive from your lats)!;
Body curls - bring legs up to bar
Target wide grip because it's my weakness, can focus on lats and small shoulder blade muscles
Practice hard movements, assisted if needed, to develop neuromuscular patterns - don't break form!! Stay within ROM with good form!! High rep/volume these movements
Focus on shoulders AWAY from neck for pull-ups and push-ups; engage back
