I call this specific brand of character "Antagonistic Yet Deeply Traumatized Child With An Affinity For Robots Who Deserved Better But Has Lost Pretty Much All Traces Of Their Former Identity And Has A Specific Male Relative They Keep Trying To Kill, And If I Think About Them Too Hard For Too Long It Makes Me Cry."

The Sunnytime Crew Show Kind Of Reminds Me Of A Live Action Show From The 00's Transported To The 80's
Seriously, I have seen a lot of live action types of shows and it feels like it would be more 2000ish.

If people still remembered the show it probably could have had a revival in the 00's with a new cast and crew. And Zaira would have been of the preschoolers tuning in. And again I think this another reason why she takes to Jack because again emphasis on it reminding her of the shows she loved as a child and makes her feel comfortable. And again lets her not feel she has to be this grown woman who can't enjoy anything kiddy.

Mojo Jojo: [points to Boxman, himself and Father] You, me and Father will go and check on those Delightful Children. Which leaves red cat and HIM here. Together to go handle the Endive situation
Boxman: [laughs] Do you think pairing them up together is a good idea?
Mojo Jojo: Of course I do. These two what we see are the pure evil and same coloured villains being paired together

I think if I was running a new Superman tv series adaptation, in the second episode I'd include a scene like the one from Superman: The Animated Series where Lois is like "how do you keep scooping me" and Clark is like "cuz I'm Superman" and Lois is like "yeah right"
And then every second episode or every three episodes there's another scene where Clark says "cuz I'm Superman"
And then when Lois finally works it out she's all "how could you keep this from me" and he's all "I've been telling you all along"

i like that the pub in good omens is on 'goat gate' which is obviously a play on cowgate which is a real street in edinburgh and is the main centre for pubs and clubs at night (except goat gate looks a lot more salubrious than any part of cowgate)

so like this book is fully growing into my heart but also this entire middle section is just EXTREMELY camp
which! more things should be. to be clear. there should be more enormous novels that clearly demarcate the beginnings of thematically meaningful acid sequences, with cues for adaptation into stage musicals. earnest doorstopper fantasy that's like "by the way everyone in this scene is wearing just the most enormous feather boas & also the macguffin is a sparkly purple scarf." like. yes. please,

Me, gritting my teeth as yet another christian gets the bible wrong from a fundamental, reading comprehension standpoint: Not my circus, not my monkeys, not my CIRCUS, not my MONKEYS,
My brain wanting to debate them as an ex-christian BECAUSE of old christian tendencies that tell me I must debate them until they believe me: But what if you didn't make your own post
