I do have some favourite headcanons -

-Syd gets Carmy into watching movies, now all her favourites are his favourites too.

-They share clothing. Carmy gets Syd into collecting vintage Levi’s. Though they don’t keep those in the oven haha.

-They move in together and rent a place nearest to the restaurant within a month of getting together.

-They keep a scrapbook together, of photos and sketches and stuff.

-Emmanuel definitely gives Carmy a hard time in the beginning, but eventually they become close enough to spend father-son time together without Syd, like going fishing or whatever.

-Syd’s feet are always cold, and she sleeps with them tucked underneath Carmy’s legs.

-They adopt a dog and name her Spaghetti

As for fics, I must admit I have a LOT more to read because that’s just how talented the authors are in this fandom and I’m constantly in awe of everyone. So much good stuff to read, so little time! We’re truly blessed in sydcarmy nation. I’ll just highlight some of my personal favourites off the top of my head -
