HELLO, and thanks for waiting so long for me to do this 😭 I literally typed all the movies like a million years ago and just haven't had any time to put together the little analysis blurbs but I'M HERE NOW SO LETS DO IT.

Also sidenote: I am notriously terrible for remembering the full plots of movies (and don't watch a ton of movie in general) so if anything seems off in these analyses (aside from the fact that I tried not to go FULL STEREOTYPE), I would bet it is more of a problem with remembering the movie than it is understanding MBTI, but hey, what do I know lmao

MBTI Types as Movies

INTP: The Matrix

The GOATed movie for the GOATed type, what can I say. LMAO, just jokes, just jokes on both accounts. I mean, they're both great, but you know, I mean no offense. Still, I think this fits well because you spend so much of the movie how things work in the Matrix because the rules of reality start getting wonkier the more they investigate. Ti loves figuring things out and Ne is all about things being new and/or different, so it was an easy pick. Maybe a bit stereotypical, but hey, at least it wasn't Lord of the Rings or Star Wars (also great movies, but come on, it's been said a million times, we gotta shake it up a LITTLE).

ENTP: Jurassic Park

Watch the scene where Dr. Ian Malcom tells everyone "you were so preoccupied with whether or not you could that you didn't stop to think if you should" and TELL me this isn't an ENTP movie lmao. Jurassic park is ALL about how new and interesting of a possibility modern-day dinosaurs could be, and they had the Ti and science to back up their ambitions. And also the tert Fe to decide to make it a theme park I guess? Lmao, it's like, okay, sure, kinda weird, but I GUESS people will like it.

INFP: Scott Pilgrim vs The World

The movie is very Fi portraying Scott's life because you can feel just how everything is so personalized and tailored to his lifestyle and preferences that even things like his band feel like an extension of himself. The same goes for the other characters in the band too; even minor characters have so much individuality with such little screentime, which appears very Fi-dom to me. And also just like, cartoon + anime logic to fight Ramona's evil ex's is such an Ne premise because of how different and sometime random it is - I love it. Sidenote: Scott Pilgrim Takes Off on Netflix is a super good miniseries!

ENFP: Inside Out

A fun and zaney way of expressing your own personified emotions that all interact with each other and are interwoven with your real life struggles and choices? Can that get any more ENFP if it tried? Not to mention that people have taken to creating their OWN versions of their primary emotions, too. Explain to me how Bing Bong could ever exist without a massive super dose of Ne, lmao.

INTJ: Dune

A futuristic sci-fi universe with complex and realistic political unrest, economic corruption, and ecological issues to demonstrate examples of the abuse of power all wrapped up in one big collection is like the epitome of an INTJ and dominant Ni to me. As silly as this might sound, I really did NOT follow this movie super well, even though it SOUNDS like it should be up my alley as an INTP, and that in part lead me to think it might be more of an INTJ movie. It's got a lot of the same ingredients, but you can tell it's just built different because of the massive world-building.

ENTJ: The Truman Show

I would say the premise of staging Truman's entire life with the expectation that it will persist all the way into his old age as a way of capitalizing on it for profit and TV show ratings is a pretty Dom-Te, Aux-Ni, ENTJ kind of thing to do. A BAD ENTJ thing to do, but ENTJ nonetheless. Everything that happened to Truman had an intended purpose, which was to keep audience engagement with the show. I COULD see an argument made for this being an ENFJ thing, but I decided ENTJ because at the end of the day, they cared more about and prioritized the boons to be gained from continuing the show, not necessarily the emotional reactions of Truman, themselves.

INFJ: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Probably my favorite movie of all time (if you couldn't tell, I really like Jim Carrey) has to go to INFJ. This movie really takes you so far into his head, and really captures what it is like to be doing that dom-Ni thing of looking for and assigning symbolic meaning to things (often times other people's thoughts and actions), especially in such a way that can be dangerous, and seems to be a major cause of both main characters' debilitating depession and self-confidece issues. Not to say all INFJs are like that, of course, but a lot of the themes that come up in this movie are great examples of just how wrong things can go with unhealthy Ni-Fe.

ENFJ: Gone Girl

Similar to ENTJ, Gone Girl has some very potent ENFJ vibes, again, also BAD ENFJ vibes, but still ENFJ vibes. The main antagonist really shows off all of the classic techniques for emotional manipulation via Fe, and the seamlessness of it all as she consistently remains one step ahead of the protagonist the entire time really demonstrates the forthought that can come with Ni. Sometimes she is so far ahead of the protagonist, he even has a hard time decifering what she is even planning to do next, or the intended outcome. ENFJs being Fe-doms lends themselve to still be outcome-driven like ENTJs, but here, the intended outcomes are emotionally and socially colored.

ISTP: Good Will Hunting

The ISTP gets all the glory for being aloof, and dangerous to mess with, and that isn't NOT present in his movie, but what they DON'T get enough credit for is their capacity for an impressive intellect. ISTPs are Ti-doms just like INTPs, so it should follow that they have incredibly logical and curious minds that have an aptitude for understanding how things work - that's a big plot point for our protagonist who solves the infamously difficult equation on the chalkboard, only to find out that he isn't stuff academic like everyone EXPECTED him to be. Grounded by his Se, he even mocks students attending the university for spending so much money on their education, when he has learned just as much for free with his library card. Raw intellect with no fluff (and no fucks to give) is ISTP through-and-through.

ESTP: Catch Me If You Can

Read the book for a school project back in the day and loved it. The quick thinking-on-the-feet to be able to bullshit his way through so many different scenarios, pretending to be a pilot so well that they PUT THE GUY IN THE COCKPIT is absolutely wild to me. This might also touch a fair bit on what developed tertiary Fe can get you if you abuse it a bit too much. I could see an argument made for higher Fe placements too, but I attributed a lot of his ability to say the right things and adapt because a lot of times, he did not seem like he had much of a detailed plan going in, which sounds a lot more dom Se to me.

ISFP: Titanic

Instant classic and based on a true story, which I think really appeals to Se (same for ESTP above, actually!), and is a big reason why I picked it. Overall, a pretty introverted and definitely emotional story because it mostly focuses on the developing relationship between the two main characters and, of course, the tragedy, too. It's such a personal story that does a good job of bringing you into the first person perspective of the main character's feelings and experiences from start to finish - it can be a bit visceral, even. I know it's a romance, but I REALLY didn't want to be like "mushy isfp? idk romance i guess", so hopefully this lands well.

ESFP: La La Land

Ahh, La La Land. Similar to the ISFP and Titanic in that it is still a very personal story that zeros in on the emotional experience of the main characters to the relationship and how they feel about it, but with a lot more sensory stimulation, and intoxication - and not necessarily even alcoholic intoxication, but like, infatuation with life experiences that they get to share with each other and assign their personal value to. Also kind of tragedy in it's own way since it doesn't end since they don't end up together, and despite all of the highs and experiences they share, and despite how much they love each other, but they each have their own vested personal interests that they want to achieve even more.

ISTJ: Indiana Jones

Thought Indiana Jones would go to ISTP, did you? Surprised? It's not that it COULDN'T be an ISTP movie, it's just that Jones constantly talking about how much things belong in museums just REALLY screams ISTJ to me. It just seems way more dom Si to be that passionate about preserving artifacts so that you can study them, reference them, compare them, etc. forever and ever. Not to mention he's got that tertiary Fi that gives him a soft spot and a vested interest in protecting those artifacts. He takes the protection of the those artifacts very personally in a way that I wouldn't expect to see from an inferior Fe user like an ISTP.

ESTJ: Men in Black

The only thing separating this movie from just being a straight up FBI movie is the aliens; most everything else is pretty familiar and grounded in reality. They've got their FBI protocols and directives and a clear objective that is their job: contain the aliens. These attributes make it very Te-Si to me because they work in teams to accomplish their goals, and they do their best to stick to their codes and procedures (and ofc they break them sometimes because it's a movie it has to be exciting). Throw in some wacky stuff like aliens to please the ESTJ's tertiary Ne's craving for a little random fun, and you've got the MIBs.

ISFJ: Groundhog day

Constantly reliving the same day over and over again, having the same conversations with the same people, sometimes getting the same results, and sometimes getting different outcomes by making different choices sounds like an ISFJs inferior Ne kind of personal hell, but it does sort of cover most of the ISFJ experience, even if it's in a difficult context. Special shout out to the montage of Bill Murray killing himself like 100 times because he doesn't know how to break the cycle and is tired of having the same conversations with everyone. It cracks me up every time and seems like very tertiary Ti logic to me lmao

ESFJ: Little Women

Loosely based on a true story, period piece that focuses on the protagonists' relationships with each other (many of them sisters), as well as their places in society, also many of which end up growing into very DIFFERENT roles in society so as to contrast them as they age. This is especially interesting (and also Si lmao) when you take note that you see how they all started out on similar life paths as full-blooded siblings growing up in the same home. Great story, very dom-Fe for comparing some many different relationships that interweave and change over time.

I’ve written to you before a very long time ago about things not going very well for me, and things are better now. Thank you for your compassion to a stranger then. It’s given me ideas as someone who also enjoys writing. I’m sure you’ve got variations of this question before so I’m sorry if I’ve missed those somehow but any advice on how to start writing and sharing your writing publicly? Like I created an account to send you this but I have no clue about anything really. Will I seem like a random interloper in the fandom who has arrived out of the blue 😭 I guess my concern is I’ll realize I’m actually not good at writing at all or worse nobody will read any of it. I feel awkward about actively promoting my work too. I don’t want to be famous or anything but it would suck if nobody wanted to read my stuff. You’re something of a stalwart at least for the fandom/genre/pairings you regularly write for and while I won’t aspire to that, how did you deal with self-doubt as an early writer? I know it’s not like I hope to earn money out of this or anything so opinions are just opinions but all my writing feels so personal to me that I’m worried about being convinced nobody cares about what I have to say. How does one really get their start at all. I’m sorry to bother you with all this but I’m super lost. It’s just that if someone’s terrible day or week could be made a little better because of my work, as your work regularly does for people, that would be nice. I hope you’re doing really well and randomly find something you’ve been looking for!

Hello my love!! I'm so happy I could help you out a little when you were in a tough spot!! I am very very happy that things are looking up for you now and I hope things only continue to get better and better!!! 💕

And oh my gosh, I don't think anyone will think of you as an interloper!!! Fandom is a community and the more the merrier imho! The x Reader community in particular is super welcoming and very nonjudgmental and the perfect place to get your start; almost everyone here is super nice and really chill. People will surprise you with how much nicer they are than you expect; I think you should just take a leap of faith and jump in!!

But just in case, let me give you the most realistic and straightforward advice I can. It's easy to dip your toes in and test the waters but I think you will need the below pieces of advice if you plan to battle self-doubt and continue writing & publishing fic without burning out or going nuts in the long term lol.

1. Find balance in the source of your self-worth

With publishing anything online, you always hope that people will like it and will want to engage with it. On tumblr the best measurement we have of that is notes, and on ao3 kudos + comments. Notes/comments/kudos are incredible and will make you feel more cherished than anything in the world. I will always appreciate them more than I can say, but one thing it is essential to know is that they are external sources of validation, and it is extremely dangerous to attach your sense of worth solely to the actions of other people.

If you want to publish fic, you will need to also find some internal sense of worth in your writing. You will need to finely balance that with how much you treasure the feedback of other people in order to stay afloat long term.

I recommend really sitting down and thinking about what you are writing/what you want to write, and why it is worth it to you. What makes your fic interesting to you? What are you doing differently than other people that makes you unique? What does your authorial voice sound like? Answering these questions will help you identify what you are bringing to the table as an author, so you know what it is that you do well, even if people aren't engaging the way you want, or even if you're receiving criticism.

For me, I really find value in the places I diverge from other fic authors. People really love writing powerful hero readers, but I usually write quirkless side characters who have somehow found themselves the main character. Chaptered/long fics are also less common in our fandom than oneshots, but I typically write chaptered fics! And I have a stylistically simple and light voice which is easily accessible.

All of these help me know that I'm bringing some fun distinct stuff to the table, even if what I'm bringing isn't perfect or necessarily as popular. And even if I enjoy other peoples' fics and authorial voices more than my own; I'm still bringing something unique and valuable!! So even when people aren't picking up every single thing I'm putting down, I still know the value of putting them down anyway.

2. Manage expectations

I think it can be easy to compare ourselves with one another, especially if you follow some well-established authors or people writing for super popular characters. Even I succumb to jealousy on occasion; it's just human nature. But it's important to know people will engage with different types of fics in different ways and that other people's success has nothing to do with your own.

I think you should set realistic expectations for how people will engage with your fics depending on what it is that you want to write. Some fandoms are much larger than others and therefore have a wider built-in audience. Some characters are also wildly more popular than others so it is likelier fics for those characters will go a bit further. In my experience, people really gravitate towards smutty scenarios or headcanons, sometimes oneshots, and less so chaptered fic. And some authors have been around for forever, or post constantly so that they are regularly drawing people in, and therefore have a larger reader pool than other authors.

So think about what you are writing, for which characters, and in which fandoms, and level your expectations accordingly. For me, even though Shouto is fairly popular, he also only has roughly 1/3 of Bakugou's level of popularity. So I never try to gauge the success of a Shouto fic in comparison to a Bakugou fic I've written, or even the Bakugou fics of other more established Bakugou writers.

This, combined with my own internal sense of worth as a writer, helps me feel like I'm doing pretty good for myself, even if I get like, 30 notes on a fic compared to someone else's 300 or something.

3. Understand that writing is a growing process!

One other essential tip is to understand that writing is a skill set than can be refined and honed. What you write one day is not indicative of where your skill level will sit the next day. And so critique you receive, or mistakes you have made, are really less indicative of failure and more tools to help you get to the next level.

This is one I've personally struggled with, but it can be worth it to be open to feedback that is not necessarily complimentary, with the caveat that you should know what is objective constructive criticism, and what is more subjective/personal preference. The latter you can disregard, because tailoring a fic to some random person's arbitrary tastes is not going to help you tell a good story lol.

But people telling you what they would like to see more of or things that didn't make sense to them can help you understand where you can make improvements to your writing. And it's not to say your writing is not good enough where it is; only to say there are avenues for you to develop even more experience.

For me, this has largely been in the area of smut lol. I liked my lil vanilla smut scenes, but I used to commonly get a fair amount of feedback wishing they were spicier. And, after initially getting defensive lmao, I could see how that was a common piece of feedback across multiple critiques, and I understood how drawing those scenes out might help contribute to the feeling of intimacy, satisfaction, and closure I want to develop at the end of a fic!!

I think being open to feedback while understanding that critique does not in any way take away from your talent overall, can only help you preserve the satisfaction you have with your writing, and help you refine in the future!! It keeps writing interesting, and keeps your sense of self-worth tied up in the process of writing, not necessarily the product of the writing, if that makes sense.

Anyway that's what I can think of for now. Even with all this advice listed out, I think you should just have hope and trust in people and dive right in. It sounds like you are an earnest person wanting to make heartfelt connections, and in my experience people will reflect that energy right back at you!!

Or the pushback is "well darkfic has the right to exist because it's CONDEMING the bad act in question!" when, again, most of the time, ppl are talking abt sexualizing content. of course there are young people who can't tell the difference between dark fiction that condemns it and darkfic that sexualizes it....

(note that neither of them are condoning either) But the point is. both of those types. one could say. have a right to exist. im not saying "only condeming fic deserves to exist" bc i understand how fiction and kink work and i understand why ppl sexualize things in fiction that they'd never do in reality.

BUTTT my POINTTT is that when you focus too much on "well this has educational value >:((" you're not addressing their actual concerns so they won't listen and nothing will change. And also it makes you look kind of stupid bc, again, most of the time, ppl are talking about like, fictional incest from accounts that talk about how hot incest is. So.

but the only real solid point ive ever seen is "fiction and reality are seperate things" bc that's the core of it. once you understand THAT people create things in fiction that they don't condone in reality, nay, they do it in fiction specifically BECAUSE they don't condone it in reality, and also, the fictional depiction in question cannot be a depiction of reality, By Nature, because anything wretched about the act in reality is not going to be there in fiction...! once you understand THAT part, no other argument is needed.

4.) How many different styles/mediums (e.g., digital art, traditional art, comics, sculptures, paper craft, etc.) did you try this year?

Actually, quite a bit!! At least, more than I initially thought I did. I, of course, did mostly digital art near the end of this year, and ended up producing a lot more pieces than I've done before!! It was honestly kind of crazy how much art I began producing at the end of this year. It was like I was a driver in a race, pffffffft. But, at the beginning of this year, I dabbled a lot in traditional art, because I enjoy the feeling of putting a pencil to paper, and whilst it takes more time, sometimes it can give you more freedom to experiment with designs or expressions. I also began making a long-form Bob's Burgers comic for the first time, which was inspired by @bluebirbbs and their long-form Bob's Burgers comic, which everyone should read if they haven't already. When I was younger and in art class, I actually used even more mediums for creating art, like sewing an actual Christmas ornament, and sketching stuff using a lightbox, which is super fun. But I haven't done those two things in years. I kind of want to try doing them again someday.

10.) What inspired/motivated you this year?

DT, you know I'm going to say you as my first (and biggest :3) inspiration. I mean, come on, you're the reason I have this blog in the first place. I know I've said it before, but seeing your amazing, lovely BB art inspired me to begin making my own and get back into drawing, and it caused me to create my blog and expand it into territories I didn't even think were possible. And now I'm running Geneuary, an event celebrating my favorite baby boy, and that would never have happened if it hadn't been for you, and that initial Boblin ask I somehow worked up the courage to give you (and am so glad I did)! It doesn't show it anymore, but do you remember how I didn't even have an image for my account?? 😆

Yes, I'm getting super sappy, but all of this is true!! Now, of course, you weren't my only inspiration. There are too many blogs to name, but @br1ghtestlight has been super sweet and my Gene Belcher buddy!! He's the one person who loves the baby boy as much as I do. We may or may not do a collab for Geneuary based on an idea she had about Gene and Tina working on a lil' puzzle together, which is just too adorable 😭

I also must shout out @babsvibes too. She was also, in a way, the reason I even have this blog. I used to be content enjoying this silly Burger show on my own, watching the episodes and having fun, and reading the occasional fanfic (@thisaliennerd and their Boblin fanfic Falling For You is Easy [Like Sunday Morning]) was one of my first forays into the BB fanfic community, and it wonderful) when I suddenly stumbled upon this Tinimmy fic by Babs one fateful day called Honeycombed Hair, I believe: https://archiveofourown.org/works/44413795

This fic led me to you, DT, and your amazing art!! And I joined this incredible Muppet community, and nothing's been the same for me ever since. Now I don't have to enjoy this show alone!! Of course, I have my BF @cryptidchrome now, who watches the show, but I digress. Babs also invited me to the Louigan server, which has been an absolute blast. And she's just an excellent writer in general, which is very inspiring as someone who also writes.

I must also shoutout @theangrypomeranian for being so sweet and Commissioning me, and also being an excellent writer (she called me the #1 Gene person in this fandom and that made me so 🥺). And @devilh0rnsinc for having such lovely art that it makes me squee every time. And @jimmypesto for making the best Boblin fics and just being the ultimate Boblin connoisseur. Shoutout to her new nephew for being the most adorable bambino on the entire planet. But the person whose art is the most inspiring to me, besides yours, DT, is probably @dianadeadwing. Her art is wonderful, and I'll never get enough of it. I also get so excited whenever I see it.

Okay, now for more of a speed round so I can mention more people!! @ratguy-nico has adorable art as well, and I love his style so much. It's wonderful. And @ltwharfy is such a good writer and I didn't even know until I read his Roudise Week fic about Bob and Rudy getting Louise a new hat when she outgrows her bunny ears. @keepyourhornson-spyro is another fantastic writer and is the certified Tedmort Monarch. There are just so many more people I want to name, but I'll just mention one more person: @carnivaldemon, who gave me the most adorable art of Gene and my OC, Alexis. His art is truly inspiring to me.

11.) What pairing/character/subject did you create the most for this year?

You probably already know the answer to this ☠️

It's definitely a tie between Boblin and Gene/Alexis, which is definitely my newest ship and obsession. But I have to give Boblin a special shoutout because I began work on an entire Pre-Canon Boblin series (which I'm still working on to this day) and a "Linda is Deaf" AU, both of which are super close to my heart now. Thank you for giving me the push I needed to work on my "Linda is Deaf" AU when I sent that ask about it to you, pfffffft.

Gene is definitely the character I've created the most for in terms of just singular characters. I could talk about him all day. I love this lil' guy so much. Hopefully, y'all don't get bored of hearing me ramble about him, because I'll certainly never get bored of rambling about him.

27.) Biggest surprise while creating art this year?

Honestly, the biggest surprise was just how sweet, supportive, and welcoming the Bob's Burgers community ended up being. Y'all welcomed me with open arms and supported all of my creative endeavors (and long analyses about Gene) and for that, I'll always be grateful. This community really does feel like one big family, and it's so lovely to see. Everyone is just so nice to each other, it warms my heart 🥹 And one of my biggest surprises was learning about the Ship Weeks/Character Events, and how fun they are. They're truly a testament to how sweet and talented this community is. I'm definitely looking forward to them all next year if they happen again.

story planning. this is more applicable to lengthier fics, but don’t get too caught up in planning that you don’t actually write the story! it’s okay to have a general idea, or even a multiple paths idea for your story. i did this for kickoff but i wrote alternate chapter ideas branching off from some of the chapters n ended up just choosing which ever one i wanted n thought fit best lol. but basically things are subject to change, so you don’t need to have a scene-by-scene in order to start a story, just a general idea

central theme. i think to start any story and have it be engaging throughout, it’s important to have a recurring theme that gets brought up often, or something that ties two characters together, etc. from the very beginning! could be a physical proximity thing (ex neighbors) or a mission thing (ex bodyguard), choosing something like that can get a story started and create environments btwn characters that feels necessary rather than forced just for plot (assuming you’re writing for romance)

inspiration. if you’re just looking to write fanfiction, there’s nothing wrong with just starting off w a concept or idea that you already know you like from a tv show or book! for example if you like spiderman, then just write a canon-adjacent spiderman au w your fave character from an anime or something haha. and then maybe once you start writing, your own original ideas start to come into play and you go off of those. i think in the fanfic community, people adore spin-offs & mainstream concept ideas bc it’s just nice to have fun with it

high stakes. creating high-stakes within any conflict or decision is really simple, even though it may sound difficult, but it could be as easy as having a character take up a certain job because she really needs the money, or another character’s inability to quit a toxic workplace is because they need health insurance for a certain illness, etc. i think conflict is necessary throughout a story, rather than just one major conflict at the climax, but introducing little ways to up the stakes is a great way to make things more real

logistics. i think to build a following it’s also necessary to know when to post, how often to post, etc., but at the end of the day it’s just a hobby and you should be writing what YOU want to write!! and just get started! ☺️ that’s the easiest way to write—is to just write

I too was sad about the lack of any proper Caine perspective fic. There were some good ones but nothing that went into the level of detail that I wanted. So I looked at the meme "me when I have to write the fanfiction that I want to read myself" and got to work!

Haha, fun fact, I actually barely did any research for the fic lol. That's why the fic only talks about RAM and not other components like the GPU and CPU. I'm currently in college going for a degree in mechanical engineering so I've actually taken some 3D modeling classes (fusion 360) and coding classes (C++ and Assembly)((don't ask me about assembly I was ass at it)). I enjoy disassembling electronics so I that's why I am familiar with the guts of computers.

Because he was aiming to be as realistic as possible, the entire adventure had to take place in one room. Or, one room that he divided into two sections (staff and customer area). Because of the limited space, he took extra care in designing the environment. He even designed a detailed city environment outside the windows instead of the usual skybox. It only extended a little past the end of the windows, but that was out of bounds so it didn’t matter.

Most of the assets he could take from his pre-existing library. Table, chairs, lights, cash register, all things that already existed in high enough fidelity for him to consider using it in this hyper realistic environment.

A few things he had versions of but lacked the poly count or high definition texture he was looking for. So, he just remade them. He had to guess a little with what it should look like, but there were a few real images in his training library so any guesses were made in confidence.

He reassessed ingredients, recipes, and the food that was involved with the previous cooking adventures. He made edits, swapped out cartoony models for more realistic ones, added more ingredients and remapped the recipe tree to be more realistic. This also helped with making the mechanic unique from the previous one. 

Power like materials were easy, as that was a trick with textures instead of an actual simulation. The liquids were more awkward. The usual simulation that he uses was optimized for efficiency, not realism. The most realistic simulation he had was purely to be used for creating animations, not interactable components. And a minute of lag between pouring and the liquid flowing was not acceptable. Maybe he should just make it a pre-rendered animation instead of a dynamic piece…

As he worked, he found evidence that realism used to be one of his visual styles that he could generate in. Which was VERY good. It meant that he could genuinely try to do this more and re-establish it as an option to adventure with.

There were a few pieces missing, biggest issues being some of the source training data, but the parameters still existed so he could make due with what was left. It would likely always be a bit weaker stylistically than his other visual styles because of that. But, it was guaranteed to be better than something that he designed from scratch.

Once the map was completed and the functionality added (testing was the last step before completion), he ran it through his judgment. Except, he would be judging his judgment.

Oh, this was so wrong. He was programmed to flag suspect analysis, but that was so that Admins could come and double check it. How could he judge if his own judgment was faulty? And if so, what would he do about it? It was simply too self referential.

But if he waited for outside judgment, then he might as well be ignoring Zooble’s warning. He could not wait as long as he had been waiting for the log out issue to be fixed, so he had to at least try to fix this issue himself.

His judgment returned the fact that the colors were quite dull, with the majority being brown, cream and gray. He ignored that statement, as his few images of the outside gave the impression that ‘real’ walls were cream colored, ‘real’ floors were gray, and most appliances were made out of wood and therefore brown. All signs pointed to this being a realistic color palette.

His judgment returned that the customer functionality lacked depth. He didn’t know whether or not to agree with this one, as he did just use the default mannequin avatar for the customer and only gave them three states: wander, request food, and receive food. 

His judgment recommended adding a time-based mechanic where the customer would not wait forever. Maybe the customer would light on fire, as they were made out of wood, in order to visually demonstrate that a customer was lost and that it was a bad thing.

The idea wasn’t realistic, but he couldn’t make a realistic customer in the first place. He did want  to add some kind of opposing force, as currently there was nothing stopping his goofy ganders from ignoring the customers and only playing with the food. He could predict several scenarios where no customer got fed and all food was either eaten by the player or thrown around the room. Yes, he made it so that all food items were edible and were therefore eat-able.

His judgment also recommended a food fight stage, as why implement a food splatter mechanic if it was not used. This one was easy, as he had no evidence that food fights actually happened in real life, so he ignored it... Even though he knew food was going to get thrown no matter what he implemented.

Ultimately, without the changes, his judgment rated the FUN level too low for release. With the changes, the FUN level was high enough for release, but just barely.

He wasn’t going to pay attention to the FUN level, not when it was suspected as faulty. But he did agree that there needed to be some kind of punishment for not providing to the customer. It just wasn’t a complete mechanic without some kind of reward or punishment.

Hmm, make the customer light on fire or don’t make the customer light on fire... what to choose.

ok this one always pisses me off because there's one of two options here: 1) this girl is mistaking feeling for emotions, or 2) she's seen other people regurgitate that without understanding that emotions are not the same thing as feeling.

feeling = the feeling of knowing, which can feel like relief, peace, contentedness, etc.

feelings ≠ emotions.

emotions are happy, sad, angry, etc. never have we said you need to feel these emotions when affirming. sometimes i conjure happiness while affirming, and it helps me, but it's not necessary at all and i've never seen anyone (that knows what they're talking about) saying you NEED to feel emotions while affirming. that's simply not true!

3. you're not affirming to get, you're affirming to remind yourself.

you are affirming to get into the state of the wish fulfilled. affirming to get is affirming from lack.

before anyone says it, OF COURSE you are manifesting to get your desires in your 3d. you wouldn't manifest stuff if you didn't want it in your 3d. BUT...your 3d reflects your 4d. you already have it in your 4d. you are affirming to change your 4d, because you change your 3d by changing your 4d. there is no one to change but self. so you are not affirming to GET. you can't get something you already have! and affirming to "get" keeps you in the state of lack.

your affirmations can also serve as reminders to your conscious mind of what you already have in your 4d. they can help soothe you and help you maintain your desired state!

4. you don't need to impress your subconscious.

you don't!

the second you shift into the state of having your desire, that you declare it as yours, your subconscious mind believes you. you don't have to convince it. you don't have to continually repeat it until it believes you.

the reason that you might no get your desire immediately after deciding you have it, is because you keep going back to the state of lack. your dwelling state manifests, and you need to make the state of the wish fulfilled your dwelling state. it is not because you failed to "impress your subconscious", it's because you're serving two masters. you can't constantly dwell in the state of lack and get mad when you don't see your desire reflected in your 3d!

also, manifesting is effortless. you don't need to repeat affirmations all day long, or visualize constantly, in order to convince your mind that you have waht you want. like i said, it believes you IMMEDIATELY when you tell it you have something. you just need to stay faithful to that idea, and stop wavering!

as for the third slide, they said "some of us aren't capable of creating miracles just from a thought." well, first of all, your thoughts don't manifest, so bingo. but this sentence just rubs me the wrong way because why do they think that everyone has different levels of power? we all have the same ability. manifesting is EASY, anyone can do it. sure it might take practice to become faster at manifesting, especially as you are building up trust in the process, but that doesn't mean you're less powerful than someone who has been consciously manifesting longer than you.

they also said "it's actually very misleading and creates frustration" ... what is ACTUALLY misleading is telling someone they need to work their ass off to manifest, that they have to impress their subconscious, that because they're new to the law it'll be harder for them to manifest, that feeling is the same as emotions, etc.

on the fourth slide they said: "yeah i believe in manifestation, yeah i've seen the proof and results everybody else got, but does my subconscious believe that? no. despite believing in the loa on a conscious level i still had to work on limiting beliefs on a subconscious level first.

when i tell you my jaw DROPPED. first of all, your subconscious mind does not need to believe in manifestation in order for you to manifest. your CONSCIOUS mind doesn't even need to believe in manifestation for you to manifest. you have been manifesting your ENTIRE life without realizing it, and certainly without believing it was possible. the law is ALWAYS working, no matter what. the reason you don't have your desire yet is NOT because your subconscious mind doesn't believe in manifestation, it's because you are dwelling in the state of lack. plain and simple.

He gives Fushimi the order to set it up, Munakata’s parents have told him about this ‘Facebook’ thing so he thinks if Fushimi could set this up similarly. Fushimi rolls his eyes at the request but if it’s a task he’s been given he’s going to complete it, so soon Kingbook has been created and Munakata is urging everyone to sign up for better communication. S4 are all given the order to sign up in particular and imagine their confusion, like Akiyama doesn’t get why they need to make a profile just for communicating between members and also why does Hidaka keep spamming his feed with memes. Doumyouji is the one who realizes Fushimi left the coding in for friending and sends out friend requests to the whole squad except Munakata, Awashima and Fushimi (he’s not sure if Awashima would disapprove and he’s too scared of Captain and Fushimi to send them requests). Munakata of course also becomes aware of this and sends out friend requests en masse, and is somewhat bewildered when no one responds. 

Then imagine Homra and S4 having to work together for something and afterward Munakata decides to confront Mikoto for his refusal to respond to Munakata’s friend request. Mikoto’s all ‘huh?’ because Totsuka absolutely set up his profile and Mikoto hasn’t even looked at it, however he can’t pass up the chance to tease Munakata so he wonders if Munakata really is just that friendless.  Munakata says he doubts that Suoh has many friends and should not talk, which is when Totsuka sheepishly pulls up Mikoto’s account and shows that he has a bunch of friends, all the Homra guys have of course immediately requested to be King’s friend and Totsuka accepted them all for him (he wonders if he should have accepted Munakata’s request in order to pacify him but decides no, it’s more amusing this way). Mikoto just grins like guess I’m more popular than you, don’t cry Munakata. Munakata claims that he doesn’t care but in fact it’s very clear that he cares very much.

He doesn’t want to force anyone to friend him of course but imagine him calling the alphabet boys into the office and trying to ‘subtly’ find out why no one will friend him back. Hidaka tries to explain that no one really friends their boss, it’s like you keep work and private life separate and Munakata points out that Hidaka has sent Fushimi a friend request and Hidaka scrambles for a response. Luckily Yayoi helps Awashima finish setting up her account and she dutifully friends her King, Munakata thanks her for it but imagine him sounding slightly on edge still. He decides to try and get Fushimi to friend him as well but Fushimi flatly refuses, Fushimi immediately set his profile on private and blocked everyone. Munakata feels slightly mollified that Fushimi has no friends either and suggests they friend each other, Fushimi is just like ‘no.’

Can you tell me how to make an Instagram moodboard? I’ve asked several people and they try to avoid it for some reason, I’ve searched up and all I can find is about the app, I just wanna make my friend a gift 😭

I've gone through the exact same thing, and the ones that did help said they used a PSD (which is photoshop, which is something i cannot afford) so I had to break down and design my own. I actually use Canva for this (it's free so no hassle!)

Kind of obvious but get yourself a Canva account

On the top of the website next to your profile, it'll say "create design" in purple. Hit that and it'll have a list of templates. Search or scroll to find the photo collage option (the dimensions are 20 x 25)

Now that your blank template is loaded, You want to go to the side bar and click the "elements" tab and search for 'frame'. Hit the circle one and add it to the template

Shrink and move in the corner like so...

make it a little smaller if you need to. I shrink it so the width and height are equal at 5

5. Search in elements again for 'line'. This will be your border. I'm having a lot of trouble finding the original line I used earlier in my designs so use whatever you can find. The one I got for this one is from a past design that I copied and pasted on to this current one.

!!EDIT!!: search 'line' in elements and choose the first one under "lines & shapes" (the one underlined). (its a little chunky but its the only one i could find)

Add it. you might want to move the circle frame further up so it doesnt get in the way and adjust it later. Change the color to a light grey and stretch it until your liking. Don't stretch it all the way across though. leave space on either so it basically ends up like this or longer depending on how you want it (use my designs for reference):

(the line is a little tricky to use and maneuver so give it time and you'll get it ^^)

6. Search for more frames and look for a square frame. Add six of these below your border line. It should look like this,

7. Feel free to fix the sizes on the frames and move them around (mine right now looks a little wonky).

8. Go to the text tab, and hit the "add the subheading" (the middle option). Change the color to a light grey color and the font to 'Open Sans Light'. Type your username (Or if you're using this as a blank template like me, write something like "user.name") Make it a little bigger (even stretch it) and add it next to your circle frame.

9. Add the smallest option to your template (the one that reads "add a little bodytext"), change the font to Open Sans Light, and write your number of posts, followers, and following. I add spaces in between them so they're farther apart (I'm doing 12 spaces in between). Now shrink it to the size you are comfortable with and move it so it's underneath but alined with your username (but measurements for mine for w&h are 12.9 and 0.7)

10. Add the smallest option again and you're going to want to aline it below your posts, follower count, etc. Change it to the same font as before ("Open Sans Light"), change the color to black and bold it. Type your display name, or again, if you using this as a blank template, I just wrote 'name' in my text. Shrink the text box so the width and height is around 1.9 and 0.8.

11. Add more text (still the littlest option) and change the color to light grey. This will be your bio. You can either write a bio or just keep it written as "bio". Aline this under your display name. It should look like this now,

12. Start adding your images. This is the fun part. Luckily, with Canva, it's easy to add images because you just copy and paste them to the template (or you can upload them from your files). So go onto google (or wherever you get your images) and copy/download the image and paste it (Ctrl v).

(But!! before you add any images, I'd recommend duplicating the page so you'll always have a blank version if you want to make more. That way, you won't be constantly remaking this template. So when you feel like making another, just duplicate the blank template)

13. Drag them and hover them over the frame and it'll be inside the frame now. Do that until your frames are filled up. If you need to crop them or the frame is covering an essential part of the image, either double click the image and you'll be able to move it around or you can click the image in the frame and look at the top and they'll be a "crop image" option in between the "edit image" and "flip" options

14. For the sake of this tutorial, I will show how it should look so I'll add my images...

I decided to make a green one, your's doesn't have to look like this. In fact, make it however you want! Rather it be for aesthetics or for a more realistic approach.

15. When you're done with your mockup, hit the share button in the corner, go to download, choose your file type (I always choose PNG), select what file you want to download (make sure you don't hit "download all") then hit download. Your instagram moodboard should be in your recently downloaded now.

hi. i wish i had the courage to come off anon but im not comfortable with it. but i just had a good cry while scrolling through your blog. thank you. honestly, life has been so sad for years. in 2020, i found out about the law. life has been rough & i just want softness. all of these rules that have been thrown at me do not make me feel good. i’m even afraid to type this at this point bc it may “mess up my manifestation”. but all this forcing is not worth it. does anyone ever stop and say “is all this worth it”? not about being god but all the rules & methods & techniques. does anyone ever want to live in peace? i feel like all of it isn’t peace. at least for me. in my head, god is stress free. but i can’t even wake up or go to sleep without the constant thought of negativity. i wake up “man, my 3d is still this way ugh, let me ignore & force these affirmations down my throat” and repeat the next day. i haven’t enjoy my life for 2 years. is anyone not tired like me??? 😭 it’s all supposed to be simple. i’m not the type to repeat forced affirmation & analyze every damn thing. i just want to eat ice cream & chill. lol. after scrolling through your blog, i see it’s ok. it’s okay to do whatever feels right for me. i hate that i had to see your blog to understand that. i wish i believed in myself the way i believed in others. i was already thinking i should just do my own thing but i didn’t trust it. i had to see a blog say it. 🥲 no more of that tho. i trust me. if we think about it, someone had to discover this law themselves. who’s to say we can’t just come up with something our self. there is no limit. blogs & loa related people don’t resonate with me anymore (no hate at all, i’ve just evolved in some way). i believe the true feeling is what brings you peace within. what truly resonates with me is creating my own thing. so that’s what i’ll do. so this is my official goodbye to the community.

awe anon. tbh i think a lot of people are tired. i think its morseo frightening to let it all go though. the scary thing is once you learn about this law, there is no turning back. there is always that voice bugging you that says, "you caused this, its your fault, change it ! fix it now !" the sort of peace our past ignorance used to bring is no longer an option. we cant forget everything we know. but how can we move forward from here, branching off with all we know now ? its honestly terrifying when you put so much time and energy and faith into this for so long.

its actually very beautiful that this blog gave you a sense of light ! i love that ! this is literally why i love people and interaction and experiences. because we can move forward and grow in such positive ways thanks to the light of someone else ! thats literally so beautiful to me ! its why we are here together !!! omg

i'm glad that youre finally setting urself free. take it moment by moment n be patient with yourself as you find what feels best, and learn what its like to really listen to yourself. i remember during my break how i went throught this process and i told one of my friends it felt like i was literally recovering from addiction. bc thats essentially what its become for many. logging into whatever platform everyday, getting their daily high from all the motivational content and success stories, just to crash again later when the world just isnt seemingly bending to their will like the top accounts promised. its really an addicting doomloop. so take it easy and be okay with wherever you are at a moment.
