Sonia Nevermind x Gundham Tanaka - Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair (+ general Danganronpa franchise)

I mean, I honestly don't know where to begin...

Literally everything about these two tickles the very depths of my heart. They fullfill so many tropes along the way, (weird kids in love, beauty/beast, overtly affectionate/can't handle any physical contact - JUST TO NAME A FEW)

I agree with the popular headcannon that Gundham has autism, but would also like to throw the Sonia-is-clearly-also-autistic hat into the ring. As a fellow girlie with the 'tism, I see a lot of similar traits exhibited in Sonia. So add the neurodivergent couple trope to the list guv’na!

It is heavily implied throughout SDG2 that Sonia and Gundham share a romantic interest in one another. The Japanese version even more so where Gundham refers to Sonia as 'she-cat' or 'Dark Queen', but refers to everyone else as kisama (a polite version to say 'you', or alternatively suggests contempt). It's clear that he holds Sonia with a high amount of respect; the likes of which he doesn't show to any other of his classmates (aside from Hajime and Nekomaru).

In the v3 anime (that usually shall not be named) Kazuichi scolds himself for talking up his 'romantic rival' to Sonia. Further cementing the romantic hints the SDG2 fed to us.

All in all, this my very top OTP and that is the hill I will die and be buried on.

the series is lacking a good murder-suicide or Lover's Suicide. (i mean as an individual case/trial. you could argue that all of DR1 is a murder-suicide or Lover's Suicide)

beyond that, a high-temperature complete burning-to-death that results in ashes and little Evidence, or withholding important Medication that keeps a character alive, would both be Interesting

SAKURA x HINA: after scientific evidence shows that naps have a positive effect on the human body and its growth (see DR1's School Mode), Sakura tries to get Hina to take short naps with her daily. like, 20 minutes tops. unfortunately, this rarely Works, because no one taught Hina how to sit still for longer than a half-second, but it does give them cuddle time on a busy day

FUKAWA SYSTEM x KOMARU: neither of the Fukawas ever stop lusting over Byakuya. it's just that Komaru is their wife, the love of their life, their girl, their beloved. their crush on Byakuya ends up being more, uh, purely NSFW in nature. in the end, though, the Fukawa system would rather be with Komaru, because she's Domesticity, she's Love, she's Healing, even if she won't turn them into her own personal livestock or whatever it was Toko wanted in UDG (i black out during those scenes). anyway, Komaru perfectly understands this, and really doesn't feel Threatened by it at all, because it's not like Byakuya is ever going to give the Fukawa system what they want

MAHIRU x HIYOKO: after her growth spurt, Hiyoko gets intense stretch-marks, which knocks her self esteem down a peg. thankfully, Mahiru loves her terrible banana-headed gee eff Just As Much

Nekomaru is generally asexual. he's never felt shame in it, as it allows him to Focus on his athletes better in an increasingly competitive world

in a non-despair AU, Kokichi ends up on the student council every year, inexplicably, as Treasurer. no one notices when he's lifting money from HPA because no one notices when Jin Kirigiri is doing it, either

Ibuki has been the first kiss of many-a girl at HPA

in her own way, Junko felt threatened when Mukuro was pretending to be her, both in DR1 and in Zero. this factored into Junko kebabing her, but also into Junko's obsession with putting her down in Extremely Childish Ways, as well as her insistence that Mukuro was Gross and Nasty and Could Never Be Her!!! at the end of DR1. by the Despair Twins' HPA days, Junko was too far gone to ever deal with it or admit it, but so much of her final despair centered around her identity and her sister. she may not have gone full Killing Game if not for Mukuro

Sakura has dislocated bones, sometimes during a match, and then immediately popped them right back into place without hesitation or pause. this only makes local Lesbians more in love

BONUS: the Warriors of Hope do heal in their own way as they grow, but they always have a hard time patching up the wound named "Big Sis Junko." on a fairly Objective level, she did nothing but good for them and took them out of a Bad Situation when no one else did. so: while the WoH become as content as they can be as adults, they also have an exceedingly difficult journey understanding Junko as a Very Bad Person Actually

i will only be taking certain requests. anyone can suggest any type of board that does not have media attachment, like name stimboards, animal / bug / sea creature, plant, fungi, etc stimboards, themed stimboards like kidcore, glowcore, cottagecore, etc, and only from media i am familiar with!

please be as descriptive as possible if you have preferences for what you want to see or what you do not want to see in your request (i.e only slime, no long nails, only pink and blue for colors, slow moving gifs only, no hands, plushies, etc)

(i am also very hyperfixated on bugs right now, specifically butterflies, moths, and mantids, but i will make a board for any bug! please just include the common name and the scientific name or perhaps even a picture so i can get the correct bug, and this goes for sea creatures, plants, and fungi as well!!)

don't be scared to send in a request, regardless of what it is, but just bear in mind i will only be able to take the ones i feel i can confidently complete in a timely manner. i also will not be completing requests in the order that i receive them, because i feel that fudges with my creative process.

TEN WHOLE YEARS OF FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S!!!! how crazy is that . i still remember hunting for hints in Scott Games in the FNAF 3 teaser images .

the Marionette has always been my favorite character . i mean like , do you guys see how kany of our ocs wear Stripes? it's obvious. i wouldn't like Vinnie so much if he wasn't a spoof of the Marionette

i have found memories of the early FNAF games . specifically FNAF 2 which is my favorite in the series and the one i've played the most . unfortunately im really bad at FNAF games and not as good as when i was a kid (i still havent beat Final Night in FNAC 3 😭😭😭 AND IM TOO SCARED TO FINISH NIGHT 4 ON FNAC 1)

i remember Rebornica and their whole fnaf au that i was OBSESSED with . Hence Vincent's name (hell , Charlotte was supposed to be Vincent Bishop/Purple Guy's adoptive sister . of course everything about That had to be retconned after Silver Eyes and Sister Location came out 😭😭) .

we used to roleplay FNAF on twitter with really old ocs and stuff and the one thing i vividly remember is when the Die In A Fire song was released and everyone in the fnaf rp twitter community did "events" for their characters and there was a Freddy Fazbear who changed his name to "Freddy Fazbits" and had his pfp as the Freddy from the video getting his ass beat

i remember looking around at everh Walmart and Walgreens and Target for FNAF plushies AND I NEVER GOT THE MARIONETTE TO THIS DAY!!!!! i have a marionette mystery box chibi figure somwhere i think ? in our room somewhere maybe it it got thrown out though bsnshs i might try to look for it when i'm cleaning the room .

we have a Bonnie plushie though . one of the original ones. surprisingly we don't have much FNAF merch because we were Broke and in Middle School and our grandparents did Not like the FNAF stuff . they got us a bunch of Gravity Falls merch though so ?!?!??

i kind of lost interest in FNAF when Sister Location came out (and got into Bendy and Baldi instead 😭 then Danganronpa 🤮) but immediately read the Silver Eyes when it was released . GOD I LOVE THE SILVER EYES TIRLOGY i have so much more appreciation for it now as an adult after revisiting the lore . i just have a new appreciation for the series a s a whole

and the fnaf movie .. GOD I LOVED IT. ir was an amazing experience to see in theaters . everyone un the audience was around my age and aome had cosplay and brought FNAF plushies (i brought Bonnie!!) and EVERYONE WAS SO REACTIVE AND RESPONSIVE TO THE MOVIE AND EVERYONE GOT TO FUCKING EXCITED WHEN MATPAT SHOWED UP!!! GAAAAHH!!! AND WHEN THE LIVING TOMBTSONE STARTED PLAYING EVERYONE WAS LIKE NO FUCKING WAAAY!!!

sorry i reallt dont have anything, "Heartfelt" to say. genuinely, this series means so much to me, I GREW UP WITH IT!!!!! i've seen EVERYTHING (unfortunately). i'm so so so VERY EXCITED for the second movie !!! AND RONIN BOUGHT THE MATPAT YOUTOOZ FOR ME AND ITS ARRIVING SOON!!! YAY!!!!
