#danny phantom next gen

Heyyy everybody, apologies for the delay in DP Next Gen stuff (for those who've been following me for it); had this one big idea for a cute family collage piece with the Fenton's (but kept on getting sidetracked by other things here & there, as usual T-T).

Still, I had ALOT of fun getting back to my roots with detailing the lives of Lilith & Morgan's upbringing… especially in time for the 21 year anniversary of Danny Phantom itself?? 😱😱 Maaaaan, how time flies… even if I may be a tad late to the party with celebrating, I can never forget the impact this silly ghost superhero series had on me, from 10+ years back & onwards~ 💚🤍

-Aaaaand with all that said, here's some detailed info below on each memory displayed here~ x3 For those curious/new to Morgan & Lilith in-particular, here's their bios too to read on their own! 👍

1) Danny & Sam (age 15) having their first date as an "official" couple; rocking it out at their favorite band's (Dumpty Humpty) concert live. After all they've been through with ghost fights, school, and other things throughout that whole year & a half ago (aka: the events of the canon series)… its a blessing to them both to have this moment to genuinely have fun as kids, again~ :3

2) Danny & Sam (age 22) having a special reunion moment on New Year's Eve; as around highschool graduation was the time they decided to take a "break" on their relationship to pursue the college life. While they still caught up now & then, arranging visits alongside Tucker & Jazz (+their other friends)… it was still a hard-but-necessary adjustment for everyone to figure out what they wanted in life. Within a few years time, and taking time to catch up after college graduation… from there, Danny & Sam couldn't help rekindling things, all over again~ 💕

3) Fast forward a few more years, and having done alot of maturing by this point… these spooky lovebirds decided to tie the knot, at last~ 💗(Its a bit hard to see here, but Sam's bridal look is meant to be a black & white long-sleeved fitted-gown with lacy trim, something like this; along with a blackish purple rose crown & spider-web veil~ 💜 )

4) About a year or so afterward, the couple were going about life as usual (ghost fighting, protecting the town, etc.)… up until a giggly bundle of joy decided to surprise the both of 'em, Lilith~ 💙x3 With her bright blue eyes, and fluffy head of hair, Lilith was as normal as any other baby… until she'd start floating around the room, echo around, or in this instance, use some invisibility powers to sneak into some food lol. Still, as both her mom & dad come to realize… how can one stay mad at that face?~ ;p

5) After a few more years ahead of Danny & Sam settling into parenthood, and Lilith's powers getting reigned in through the infancy years… another surprise greeted them in the form of a bouncing snow-haired bab, Morgan~ 💜^w^ To say toddler!Lilith was ecstatic to get a new baby sister to was an understatement; from the moment she held her, the Fenton sister bond would be set in stone~ x3

6) As nervous as Danny and Sam admittedly were, having another (potential) super-baby in the house… to their surprise, Morgan never showed any ghostly powers on her end; with her cooing, chubby-cheeked self being much more fixated on colors, snuggle time, and her first-ever favorite thing in life… Sayonara Pussycat (aka: the in-universe Hello Kitty lol)~ :3 🩷Nothing was gonna tear away this snow bean from the TV once Sayonara popped on (even if it was just a commercial); and so naturally that became the centerpiece of Morgan's 1st birthday (to her initial-delight…. aaaand then eventual embarrassment by her older years, whenever the memory's brought up~ lol ;P).

7) As Lilith & Morgan grew up through their childhood, both of them started to share their mother's taste in DIY arts & crafts. Halloween being the most hype time for the two of 'em to get as creative as they want with their special interests; for Lilith here, she decided to go as her favorite fairy princess on the hit show "Sparx Squad" (aka: in-universe "Winx Club" ;)). And as for Morgan, she's decided to go as a caped, firefly/alien-hybrid superheroine "Bug-A-Boo"; a special make-believe persona she & Danny came up with at playtime (space nerd genes kicking in lol)~ x3

8) Entering highschool, Lilith was determined to make the best of her teen years no matter what, and that included going to her Freshman school dance with her BFF, Darryl Foley~ ^w^ Though its simply a platonic gesture for the two of 'em here, they still had loads of fun dancing their awkward teen selves through many a cheesy pop song, raiding the snack bar, and joining their other friends later for a hangout at Nasty Burger later ;P 👍. (More info on Darryl can be found here, for those curious)

9) For her own high-school experience, Morgan… admittedly had it a bit rough coming to terms with her lack of ghost abilities, alongside the general fears of growing up (+feeling inadequate compared to her superpowered dad & sis :c ). At first, Morgan thought she'd be spending most of her teen years holed in her room, shying from the world… but soon, a chance for apprenticeship from Valerie's ghost hunter group gave her some hope. Valerie, tough as she is, wasn't about to let a bright young girl like Morgan lose confidence on her watch… and so came the long road ahead to train Morgan into a sleek & strong ghost hunter. The first of her missions being that of snagging down a runaway froggy ghost… which admittedly did get a bit messy, but was still a successful job, nonetheless~ 👏👏(Also a bonus for yall, this Morgan design here is a callback to her 2017 design from waaaay long ago, awkward bean vibes & all~ lol)

10) And so, from the years ahead of both Fenton sisters growing on their own accord… came the fateful day of Morgan saying goodbye to her highschool days, and onward towards the future~ 🥺💜As her mom, dad, and big sister are proud to proclaim… "Fentons Together, Fentons Forever~" 🤗💚🤍

Hidden World (starwars) AU of my characters

the ghost zone (Danny phantom) is its own planet that has a obstacle to get to it. either a force user, or certain cosmic reasons are how people get to it Anna (blonde-pink hair) gets there and eden/maddison (blond/green hair) helps her and decides to leave with her back to the republic (think SWTOR)

like a coming of age journey they’re supposed to do from 14-17 depending circumstances. the ghost zone planet increases the force, those born on it or who spend a lot of time are very adapt and usually stronger in it. some specialize in certain force abilities (no real concept of dark and light side generally. Cole had force lightning as his concept is essentially if Danny got latent storm abilities from the storm ghost)

Both Elinor and Marillyn (my Anger Management and Bad Humor’s OC child) look a lotttt like their fathers… Dan is dumbfounded, while Jazz is delighted by this.

Comic 2’s 1st panel has Dan also in a hospital bed, holding a bundled up baby to himself. He looks stressed and his hair is also down.

Dan: Nine months in my womb making me suffer…

Panel 2 has Dan holding up the baby to the air, which lets the viewer see a teary-eyed Dick beaming at the foot of the bed. Both he and the baby look almost exactly alike with beaming smiles. Dick is visibly glowing.

D: And she looks like her stupid DAD!!

I dont think anybody drew Victoria yet, which is strange since she had the most interesting story potential to me Based off @what-is-my-aesthetic 's crackship video where she went on a brief 'Nicktoons Next Gen' tangent

Me brain dumping story ideas below

Okay so- I really liked the idea of her gaining her ghost powers naturally upon turning 16 (through Danny's genetics I assume) and her having this shame/anxiety around it.

Here me out- what if prior to this, she was a teen who wanted to be a popular girl just like her mom (who she has a LOT of respect and admiration for), and part of that ambition would require her to hide her more dorky "Fenton-ness".

So of course her being half ghost would kinda put a wrench in that.

I don't think she'd have her father's instinctive heroic need-to-help, at least at first. She'd probably be more concerned with trying to be "normal", but would be dragged out to save the day. She'll come to love it over time, but for now she is Not Thrilled about it. Especially since Danny struggled with controlling his powers when he first got his- so theres no doubt her powers acting up would cause a lot of misunderstandings and quirky situations.

Also Danny is an anxious "Daddy's girl" dad whos constantly checking up on her, especially after finding out about her new powers- to contrast how kinda hands off his parents were and how they had no idea he was Phantom for the longest time (mainly due to him being too afraid to tell them).

He wants Victoria to be comfortable enough to come to him when shes having a problem- yet both of her parents are stubborn so it doesnt always work out that way.

Val herself would be a good mom, but certainly more abrasive compared to Danny who'd be far more laid back (aside from the overprotectiveness of course). She'd have a harder time knowing what to do with her daughter's half ghost status. Theres more I could brainstorm but I'll cut it off here, and if you actually read through all of this unorganized rambles you're a real one

Y’know, I always feel weird about posting WiPs for some reason (idk why exactly), buuut just to spruce up this blog’s activity atm, here’s something DxS-related I’ve been working on lately~ 👀💜💙

Part of a bigger piece I was planning to coincide with my current NG-verse, here’s a lil peek into Danny & Sam’s life in my HC (from their first date as a couple of 15 year olds, them reuniting in college (after taking a brief break apart for school/independence-reasons), and then finally tying the knot a lil later in their 20’s~ 🥰💕)

Prolonged ecto contamination can cause regenerative abilities. This is great when something important is stabbed or a limb is lost. But for other things, not so much.

“Daddy,” A five year old cried, “somethings wrong with mommy!”

Jason ran to his and his wifes room. He stopped by the door, taking in Jazz's tense still frame perched on the edge of their bed. She gazed at a small cylinder object cluched in her hands.

"Jazz?" Jason called.

She slowly lifted her gaze to him and turned the object around, revealing two pink lines.

"Is-is that an old one?" Jason stammered.

Jazz moved her head to side to side.

"Defective?"

"I've done ten of them, all the same."

But, but that couldn't be. Jason mentally floundered. After a failed vasectomy resulting in kid numer six and then a failed tube tying causeing baby number seven, Jazz had a hysterectomy.

Jason opened his mouth to address this but then remembered that their kids were in the room. It wouldn't be good for kids to witness their parents having a meltdown over a positive pregnancy test. Or discuss a possible lawsuit against a certain hospital and surgeon.

Switching gears, Jason called to his kids, "Come on tribe! To the living room for a movie."

"What about Mommy?" the five year old protested.

"Don't worry," Jason scooped up his kid and pecked her forehead. "Your dad got this," he said with way more confidence than he felt.

(OML I LITERALKY FUCKING ROLLED WHEN I SAW THIS ASK ASDFGHHKLLL THIS IS SO FUNNY BC IN MY ORIGINAL IDEAS ABIUT ANGER MANAGEMENT, THEY HAVE 5 KIDS)

Jazz stared at him blankly. Jason stared back. They both stared at each other. Then he admitted, “I don’t think I got this.”

Thank goodness their oldest, Elinor, was able to understand and distract all of her siblings. Now it was just Jason, Jazz, and their Ancient ghost dog alone to discuss what to do next.

Jazz continued staring at him, holding Shadow in her arms before she said, “Y’know, we could….”

“Don’t even start,” he said in exasperation. While he would always give her the choice, he knew that none of them would actually genuinely consider it.

She sighed. “I know. I want it anyways. It’s mine. It’s our baby.”

Her possessiveness was so cute. Jason reached over to hug her, squeezing her gently and placing his chin on her head. It was a bit difficult due to her height, but she hunched over to tuck herself into his arms, so it was a little easier.

“We’ll handle it. Together, like always. It’s not like we’re lacking in money anyways. And we have plenty of rooms and we can get help from our support groups. I can take another break from being Red Hood and you’ve never stopped your online therapy sessions, so I think we can do this.”

Jazz sighed, nodding before she suddenly groaned aloud and used a fist to hit Jason’s chest. Jason blinked. “What?”

“You know what my siblings call me?! They call Miss Weasley! At this rate, we’ll have a football team by the time we’re done!”

Jason tried not to laugh but a twitch must’ve alerted Jazz to his amusement because she looked up at him and glared. Shadow growled lightly on her lap. She scolded, “You’re giving the news to our families again. And I won’t stop Dan from trying to kill you this time.”

“Even if it makes you a single mother to 7 kids?” Jason asked idly.

Jazz paused and then she cursed softly. Jason snorted into her shoulder before Jazz then said, “I think after this, we’re using condoms again.”

Horrified, Jason lifted his head up and stared at her in disbelief and shocked horror. “What!”

“Jason! We have 7 kids now! Can I please get a break!”

Jason groaned, long and loud. Then he sighed, rubbing Jazz’s sides in faux sadness as he bemoaned, “Fine… since I love you so much… I’ll wear protection next time…”

Jazz pinched his cheek with a little narrowed eye stare and smile, shaking lightly but she said, “Thank you, dearest. We’ll handle this together, alright? It won’t be easy, but we’ve done this six times before, we can do this a seventh time. I think I should ask Dan how he does it…” she mumbled more plans to herself, as Jason just held her, closing his eyes.

If his past self was ever told that he’d have a wife and seven kids, he was sure that he’d probably snitch to the cops that someone was hallucinating.

Not that he’d ever trade this for the world, of course.
