That chapter lowkey read like a date and like Yuuji really wanted to change his mind before the end and also get to know him more, learn more about him while baring parts of himself he never bared to anyone else (like sheesh... that's pretty deep). He was hoping for an equal exchange (I bare out my heart, you bare yours) but Sukuna wasn't giving anything (even him recognizing hydrangeas got brushed off as Megumi's memory... why is he so afraid of admitting he likes flowers smh)

It's really funny because with them every single thing works somehow? Like there's a solid basis for every interpertation regarding their relationship. Do you see them as enemies? Do you see them as reluctant friends? Do you see them as soulmates? Do you see them as two parts of a single soul? Do you see them as each other's curse? As each other's salvation? Platonically or romantically? Do you see them as lovers? Do you see them as reincarnated uncle and nephew? Do you see them as ??? aka "I don't even know"? All of those are correct interpretations because the ground work to cover all those explanations exists. That's why they're like crack cocaine to me. They are many things in a single package. Mirrors. Foils. Twins. Equals. Opposites.

Objectively— it's true that Yuuji chased Sukuna around, trapped him (frantically) in a domain so he could parade him around his hometown and get them to hang around (while Sukuna, unnaturally, obliged). It's true that Sukuna, no matter how much he claims he doesn't care, cares about him in a weird way. It's clear because he acts a lot more differently with Yuuji than he does with the rest (plus him being the only human for Sukuna who's different than the rest... you already know what canon said lol. I'll get carried away). It's undeniable that there's something very special between them. That's canon! So seeing chapter 265 as awfully romantic isn't a bad interpretation. Their relationship is just... undefined. They're weird and tied to each other, in a love-hate relationship <3

Now personally, I see them in many different aspects. I love them as a ship, platonically, romantically, as die hard enemies or whatever. Their dynamic is the highlight of jjk for me because nobody does it like them. Their chemistry is off the charts and they match each other even if they're so different from each other. Idk I'm insane.

Well, they are a bit iffy to ship to a lot of ppl because Yuuji's a minor (even tho he lived through hell and back at just fifteen and is more mature than actual adults in this manga) and because of reincarnated incest (uncle and nephew) which is invalid if you apply the logic of reincarnation– Yuuji doesn't have Sukuna's twin brother's soul, after all, (He's a completely different one. Biology doesn't equate soul sharing lol.) so it's not just about heteronomativity. After all, people have latched onto other m/m ships without problems but consider these two not shippable even if canon ties them together again and again and they embody good tropes and their relationship is 101 how you can write some damn good tragedies or redemption arcs (because their dynamic and them as characters just work so well together that it's insane).

As somebody who really doesn't care about all the problems this ship carries (because I see them as characters in a fictional world), all of that is irrelevant to me because I, like you, am rolling around in love and screaming into the void because Gege finally brought them together again. That was all that mattered to me! Now I'm excited for what's to come and am really curious how jjk will end.

Hii aahhh!! Martian is such a great ship to write for because they inhabit this twilight zone where their undeniable chemistry and the conscious, continuous choice they made to love each other after everything makes them the pinnacle of all slow-burn romances.

Yet, when looking at their Red Bull years alone they are that's compelling because they are doomed from the start, the perfect narrative foils that distill each other into their raw components of ego and need and want. They make each other painfully human and that is not a good thing in this story.

Not to hype up a wip, but maybe my favourite project I'm currently working on is a martian fic set during the 2010 season that tells the story of Mark's ego death; brought under Red bull's institutional yoke and sacrificed upon the altar of Sebastian's championship ambitions.

It's also where that snippet comes from ;) So it's very encouraging to hear that you've liked what you've read thus far.

It's an a/b/o fic with alpha!seb and omega!mark in which Mark is forcefully brought back into the world of F1 after his retirement when Sebastian discovers that since Mark left, he has been hiding the child they conceived together the night of Mark's last race.

My summary doesn't do it justice but I swear on a god that I don't believe in that everything from the world-building to the development of Mark's and Seb's relationship as they find their way back to each other through years of misunderstanding and soceital decree is simply put, spectacular.

It just gets everything right for me and no matter how many times I reread it, I am just as enthralled as I was the first time.

I am also, as you will notice with my other recs, a major sucker for fics where Mark is one being looked after. Especially when Seb is being possessive about looking after him.

this isn’t to dig on ur anti zutara post but rather start a discussion.

in my experience, the reason we zutarians don’t like zukka is because of the animosity we get from the fandom. we analyze the subtle details we are given because practically every zuko and Katara interaction in the show is because all of them save the first have some degree of zutara in it. their chemistry- be it platonic or romantic- is undeniable.

and yet, we are told by zukkas and kataangers that we are wrong for shipping the ship. a lot of zukkas sideline the women in atla- sokka is given a lot of Katara’s qualities that are stated in the show (ie: people claiming that sokka is the team dad when he literally confessed that he saw Katara more as his mother than his actual mother), mailee is just there (majority of the mailee fics on ao3 are just them being a side couple in zukka fics), and not to mention comradekatara’s posts from back when they were lesbians4sokka about Katara being homophobic. even if it was a joke, it was something that people took seriously. a lot of the same zukkas are the ones making fun of katara for talking about her mother’s death when that literally happened three times outside of the southern raiders episode.

dont get me wrong, I know that the zutara fandom was absolutely rabid in the early 2000s and that’s where we get our bad reputation, but the only time that we’ve had issues with other people in the atla fandom was when they interacted with our content and it blew up.

I do agree that some zutirans get hate that isn't deserved. I definitely think that a lot of the fandom doesn't like zutartians, I'm part of that group as well (for the most part). I also do think they have chemistry, but more in a way that's more like family rather than lovers.

I think the over-analyzing is a bit too much, I'm overwhelmed every time I see a zutara post. Obviously, some analyzing is okay, I sometimes analyze ships, but I feel like zutartians do it sm that it feels kind of annoying?? Maybe that's just me, but I feel like you don't have to analyze things just to justify your ship. Just ship what you like

I agree with the fact that zukka shippers tend to sideline women in fics. I've def read fics where katara is sort of villanized, and I definitely don't agree with that. A lot of the time, ppl prefer MLM ships to than WLW ship, (which if you ask me, is because ppl prefer male characters to female ones (*cough* misogyny *cough*)(though i dont think most of the misogyny is purposeful))

Idk if it's bc we're in different parts of the fandom, but I've never really seen ppl say that shipping zutara is wrong?? I've seen ppl say they don't like it, and why, but they always state that they don't care if people ship zutara and that they're only stating reasons they personally don't like it.

Perhaps it's because I tend to stay away from the more toxic part of the community because if I see smth I don't like I more often than not just scroll past. But I def believe that their are zukkas who are toxic, but I think some of that is just because ppl are toxic, no matter what fandom you're in.

I can't really speak on kataangers because while I do like the ship, I'm not really in that part of the fandom, so I'm not sure if ppl are unnecessarily mean to zutarians.

A favorite type of ship dynamic? And one you don't like? (the type that would put you off reading or watching the story for example)

Analyzing my shipps, a very common dynamic is the cliché of the introverted character x extroverted character or irritated character x calm/controlled character, in which both are traumatized but demonstrate it in different ways and eventually help each other heal. I like this trope because it's very easy for the characters to complement each other, and I like this union. In addition, it often shows how differences can work. I don't know if I'd say it's my favorite (I don't even know if I have one), but it's definitely common on my ships.

Examples: an example of introvert x extrovert is Sokka x Zuko x Suki (or Sokka x Zuko. I think Suki x Sokka doesn't fit because Suki is neither exactly introverted nor extroverted in my opinion) and Shinobu X Mitsuri. An example of irritated x controlled/calm is Feng Xin x Mu Qing.

If it doesn't necessarily need to be a trope… I really like ships whose friendship is extremely important. I'm not talking about the bland "your husband/wife is your best friend" nor when the friendship clearly only serves the narrative to develop the romance, I'm talking about when the friendship is SO good that even without the characters being a couple chemistry is so good that they're undeniably a great duo with an incredible relationship. This really resonates with me as aroace, because when I think about a possible partner in the future I always think about a queerplatonic relationship, which is something I don't see being defined by either friendship or romance. This kind of dynamic also only works for me in M/M and F/F ships, because usually in M/F it's very obvious that the friendship is there for the romance (for example, I LOVE Percabeth. But the truth is that already in book 1 it was very obvious that they were going to have a romantic relationship, no matter how cute the friendship was. And if they were just friends, there would be frustration. It's not this type of dynamic I'm talking about)

Examples: Ino x Sakura, Patroclus x Achilles, Gilgamesh x Enkidu.

Of course, it's not necessary to be part of these dynamics for me to like the shipp. Percabeth is neither, and I like it. Kabru x Laios and Marcille x Falin don't exactly fit these tropes either, and I like them. When I read Carmilla, I liked Laura x Carmilla (although I didn't like the book itself as much).

As for a dynamic that I don't like and that discourages me… I'm going to ignore the most obvious answers and talk about dynamics that are okay, I just don't like. Starting with a specifically M/F: the man with a difficult past, who is powerful, muscular and tall, is protective and a threat to other people but is vulnerable with his girlfriend x the small woman, generally protected, unsure of herself, whose strength is kindness and which is this man's safe haven. And then there's some iconic scene of the man thinking he's a terrible person/a monster and the woman being like oh honey, don't be like that, you're amazing, you're sweet to me!! and blah blah. And in most cases her first time (sex) was with him too because she was so insecure before him. I tend to find it extremely booooring, I'm sorry!!! It's really a dynamic that made me lose interest in things I wanted to read, and I've even stopped following artists when I noticed that this was their most popular type of dynamic, because it's not my vibe.

Now one that I don't like in M/F, F/F and M/M in general… is the sexually experienced partner who is an asshole because they have traumas and then uses the inexperienced and ingenuous character, who has their heart broken because they wanted romance and are treated as just a disposable sex partner. And then after the experienced partner makes the inexperienced partner suffer for who knows how long, they end up together and everything is resolved. In M/F, the experienced 99% of the time is the man and the inexperienced 99% of the time is the woman. In same-gender couples, the roles of bottom/top are generally very restricted and the one who plays the top role is the unbearable one. I don't care enough about sex for a narrative in which sex is the main element to attract me immediately, so there has to be something more. If the "something more" is this annoying drama, I'm definitely not feeling excited to see this story.

im an aroace person and i, too, dated people who i was close with, who Everyone said "oh, you must like them romantically bc you're close, right?". a lot of people bring up heteronormative pressure but i don't think enough people consider the amatonormative pressure as well.

like... the way i personally see mike, i think he mixed up platonic attraction with romantic attraction, because Everybody was telling him it had to be that way. so at first he maybe really did think he liked her romantically - then, as things shifted and he began to face more internal issues, it became more of a desperation to force himself. like "oh, we're in a romantic relationship. she likes me romantically. i HAVE to like her romantically too." and when you consider his undeniable queer coding.... romantic and hetero norms are so deeply intertwined, you're expected to like people romantically. it's the way a boy and a girl will be friends and the instant assumption is romantic chemistry - it's that undeniable overlap that makes a lot of queer youth feel almost obligated to date (esp someone of the opposite gender), often before they discover themselves.

like! i really think they would be so much better as best friends. you can Love somebody, you can wholeheartedly adore them... that doesn't mean romantic love. i don't deny that they really love each other - but sometimes, when you love somebody, you almost feel forced to be in love with them, especially if they're of the opposite gender. it gets to the point that expressing that love, because of the romantic nature, can feel really unnerving; mike is fine being affectionate with her when it's not romantic, such as sharing the bike, but when they're doing it in a romantic context, he looks... baffled, almost disgusted. like i get you, boy!! no matter how much you love/care about someone, knowing the affection comes from a romantic nature when you Don't feel that way is so uncomfortable (especially as he may be not attracted to girls at all - double whammy of societal norms!).

i hate how some people act like these character's only have worth if they're romantically bound to another.

like, yes, i do have my own ships w these characters. ultimately my main want for these two is for people to recognise they exist beyond their current romantic relationship.

for mike? he becomes more of his own person in wills company, their platonic bond is so unbelievably strong and it's one of my absolute favourite dynamics ive ever seen. in fact, it made me really sad watching mike sideline his bond with will, though i know that's somewhat due to his internalised homophobia. but mike and will bring out the best in each other - they're best friends who just so happen to be in love with each other. they're already each others happy endings, regardless of whether it's platonic or romantic. in fact im Rooting for their romantic happy ending bc to me, that would be the biggest "fuck you" to amatonormativity and heteronormativity in one fell swoop!

as for el? she's already moving towards individuality, she's already trying to define her worth beyond her romantic affairs. this is why her bond with max is so so beautiful - max actively tells her "there's more to life than stupid boys" in S3, reminding her that she's more than a romantic relationship, and max encourages her to find herself. id say max is one of the best things to happen to el and they truly love eachother, which is further proven by her desperation to save max in S4. imo, el has begun to prioritize platonic and familial relationships As well as herself. idk why ppl think her romantic relationship falling apart is gonna ruin and destroy her. she's more than mikes gf 💔

but yeah. TL;DR #that ship in a romantic context feels Very amatonormative to me and some fan responses further this. i love the dynamic in a platonic sense more than ANYTHING (like. genuinely please feel free to talk to me about it) so please don't think i don't recognize their love for each other. but, as per the dictionary definition - loving somebody ≠ romantic love!!

I feel like Vi (from Arcane) is what Yang should’ve been. Vi is allowed to have a love interest, while still caring about her other relationships. Powder (or Jinx) is still her highest priority no matter what, and she even gives Echo (her friend) higher priority when the situation demands it. She doesn’t forget all her other relationships the moment she gets a love interest. She and Caitlyn actually have great chemistry and doesn’t feel forced or cringy. My only complaint is that Caitlyn is the only woman (or feminine presenting person) in Vi’s life who isn’t family or an antagonist, so striking up a relationship would feed into the stereotype that lesbians and mspec people fall for everyone we met. Of course, that’s not to say I don’t ship them, or that they wouldn’t be good rep. I can’t wait for season 2!!

vi is like... yang, if the rwby writers actually cared about consistency and high-quality writing.

well, ignoring the fact that arkos and renora both happened in the middle of big battles, caitvi blows that out of the water by basically having them have romantic moments during all the shit that's going on.

runeterra, like remnant, doesn't have queerphobia or discrimination based on things like sexuality or gender. in an interview with one of the arcane writers, amanda overton, this was said:

arcane shows that the argument that "it's too soon for blake and yang to get together" just doesn't hold water. over just the course of a few days, cait and vi were able to establish that they were at least attracted to each other. neither runeterra nor remnant have queerphobia, so what's with the fucking wait on making blake and yang official?

furthermore, how come vi is allowed to show blatant attraction to caitlyn in the "you're hot, cupcake" line but we can't get anything similar for yang and blake? like, just a reminder that rooster teeth is a fully independent studio with no networks or censors to go through regarding its LGBT+ characters, so we should expect nothing less than EXPLICIT confirmation for them regarding queer representation. RT has has no reason to make it vague or hide it!! literally zero!!

vi is just... such a great character. she's allowed to have a romance with caitlyn that takes the forefront of arcane (a big part of arcane's story is caitvi's romance, this is undeniable) but she is also allowed to have other important relationships in her life.

it feels like yang and blake are not afforded this opportunity, and that they've both been basically joined at the hip ever since volume 6.

arcane is rwby's atlas arc but better written, vi is a better yang, and caitlyn is a better weiss/blake.

Not like people care about my opinion but I just wanted to throw this out to Buddie shippers. I never ever ship two canon hetro characters with each other. I maybe straight but I love my gay and straight couples equally. But I saw how it went down in shows like OUAT and Supergirl. Then in shows when the couple becomes canon its written so fettish like on Riverdale. So I generally dont bother. But I will say for the last 2 years Buck and Eddie have been the only 2 straight people I have ever shipped. It's chemistry, its wholesome, its just perfect. Hi Nonnie! NGL, I think a lot of people have seen that shipping non-canon same-sex couples too often doesn't work out for those who are hoping they would become canon. Which when you compare to how often showrunners listen to fans' shipping preferences when it comes to straight couples, it's a little disheartening. One thing I like is that so far, neither Buck nor Eddie have been explicitly confirmed as straight. Did they love/were into female partners? Yes. But the fact that they never identified explicitly as straight makes me hopeful that the door was always left a little open for the possibility of one or both of them turning out to be bisexual. And guh, I'm so glad that you too are shipping them! Thank you for adding your POV! I feel like a lot of people who might not have expected it ended up shipping Buddie, because their chemistry is undeniable, but also, because how much they matter to each other is. The show itself obviously deeply cares about their r/s and doesn't treat it the same way it does other friendships. And when the show is so positive, diverse, humane in its treatment of minorities, shipping Buddie to me just feels different to shipping a lot of other non-canon same-sex couples that I have shipped in the past with the full knowledge that they will never go canon. Going to delete ask posts that directly linked other people's posts, based on this feedback and suggestion (which I thoroughly appreciate!), as I'm not trying to point fingers at anyone or directly tell a specific person they're wrong. I'll repost the general content, with a summary of what was asked, starting with this post.

Anon Ask: Some people are saying that SJM has confirmed Vassien by saying that she'd like to do retellings of firebird legends, swan lake, and Vasilisa the Beautiful, using some shots of her comments. What are your thoughts on this? And the time on facebook that Sarah said E\ain and Lucien have a lot of "tension, growth, and healing to be found (together)".

The most important thing to consider here is timeline. Both of the twitter shown were made in April of 2015. The first one is, honestly, fairly irrelevant. First of all, she's just saying fairy tales she might like to retell. And, for the record, she has also said she'd like to do a retelling of The Little Mermaid, yet often people disregard that as an argument for Gwynriel. So, either her comments on what she'd like to do a retelling of matter, or they don't.

And, if they're saying that those comments are foreshadowing a Vassa + Lucien book, then clearly The Little Mermaid comments are foreshadowing a Gwynriel book. And then...where's E\ain's?

E\ain is getting a book, so which fairy tale gets the short straw?

Or, maybe, the story won't be exactly like the fairy tale.

I do think that both of those comments are important, but Sarah said she wants to do a retelling.

That could literally mean anything. All that tells us is that she will take themes and ideas from the story. I'm not saying Vassa won't be important in a later book, but Sarah can retell the story any way. She could have Vassa betray E\ain, get Koschei to transfer the curse over to the middle Archeron, and now E\ain is the swan on the lake (cause, come on, E\ain's def. a bit swan-like), and Lucien has to rescue her. Or, maybe Jurian is the one that rescues Vassa while Lucien and E\ain deal with Koschei?

There are so many options in a retelling that to say SJM telling us she wants to do a retelling of these stories is a clear sign that Vassa + Lucien are endgame is, honestly, not a very critical analysis.

I'm going to address this tweet next:

This twitter exchange happed April 30, 2015. ACOMAF was published in May of 2016. This post can not be used as foreshadowing of Vassa + Lucien, because it happened before we found out E\ain and Lucien are mates. That "at some point further down the road" literally means "any time after book 1".

People keep using this tweet and presenting it as if Sarah's response came recently. They're spreading misinformation - it may not be purposeful, they may not have seen or noticed the date, but this twitter exchange can't be used as proof that Lucien's person has to be someone other than E\ain, because when it was made we did not know about the Lucien and E\ain possibility.

That doesn't mean it definitely is talking about E\ain, but my point is that this is not proof of Vassa + Lucien, of someone else + Lucien, because of when it was posted.

As for other comments on retellings Sarah would like to do - it's the same argument as the first one. Sarah said she wants to do a retelling of the firebird and swan like. We all know this. It's not new information. People who are saying Vassa + Lucien won't happen aren't ignorant of this fact. We're well aware, and we're also well aware of every other thing Sarah has said, mentioned, foreshadowed, and we're tying it all together. Focusing solely on stories Sarah has mentioned she'd like to retell - not confirmed she will retell - and ignoring everything else doesn't provide a solid analysis. You have to weave how those stories would fit into the grander scheme, and look at the other surrounding factors as well.

And, again, we need to remember that Sarah can do whatever the hell she wants in terms of the story and how she chooses to retell a fairy tale. I mean, how often is Little Red Riding Hood turned into a werewolf story? And sometimes even Red is the wolf?

Writers use fairy tales as a base, a foundation, but then they make it their own. No writer is going to tell the fairy tale exactly how it first was. They're going to adjust it...a lot...to make it their own story.

I'd also like to point out that both times she mentions Vasilisa, she says "Vasilisa the Beautiful". The first time she also said 'the Brave', but the second, solely 'Beautiful'. Vassa is beautiful, of course, but one of E\ain's defining characteristics is her beauty. Even in ACOSF it was again mentioned, discussed, about how her beauty made others hate her.

Could Vassa be Vasilisa...of course. However, I think people are a bit blinded by the similarities in names. Remember, Vasilisa the Beautiful wasn't the firebird - those are different stories. And, honestly, after doing a bit of research into the tale, I'm starting to get more and more sure of the thought that the character who would portray Vasilisa is E\ain.

I think I'm going to do a post on it...

In the later comment on retellings she'd like to do - which we know came after the first as the first came out in August 2015 and that story she's telling was given after the second set of books was confirmed - I also find it interesting that she said Vasilisa the Beautiful (specifically) and Swan Lake, subbing out the firebird.

Why would she do that? Perhaps because she's already brought in the firebird pieces she planned to bring in. We already know that retelling, and how it's come to play. Vassa is a firebird by the curse.

I'm not saying it couldn't end in a Swan Lake thing, as that is what the curse reminds me of. But, personally, I think the fact that she's saying Swan Lake now is also symbolic of something more, possibly another character getting trapped by Koschei.

As for the other piece you asked about, I don't have much to say about it, because it feels like the closest we'll come to an elucien confirmation.

That was also posted a while ago, back when ACOMAF came out. So, it's not like this is recent information Sarah is providing us. However, we know that Sarah can sometimes end up choosing endgame based on gut and things that just hit her. Cassian and Nesta - literally didn't know about them until she wrote them on the same page and was like "oh shit". So Sarah saying that she and Lucien didn't see E\ain coming...I'm sorry, but that feels almost more telling than even the next part of the sentence - where she says they have growing and healing to do together.

That's so huge. And we haven't seen that yet. We've only really seen the tension.

Sarah said this back when ACOMAF came out. And it was around writing or publishing ACOWAR that she got the okay for the second set of books (I think?). Which means she was likely thinking about the longer-term stories before that. Which would explain why we didn't get that growth and healing in ACOWAR.

Instead, she left them in a spot where it seemed like a possibility, and then for the later books has just added more tension. But that journey is still there. She's had it planned for so long. And yes, maybe she could change her mind, but we only know of two cases where she did just that:

Az and Mor

Nesta and Lucien

For Az and Mor it was because she decided to make Mor bisexual and unable to be in an emotional relationship with a male. This was due to complaints over diversity. It's the closest Sarah's probably come to 'fanservice' - except, admittedly, this is so not fanservice. Fanservice is doing something like, say, having Voldemort and Bellatrix have a secret love child despite the fact that Voldy never once came off as having any form of romantic or sexual feelings for her or anyone, ever. (Seriously, that guy was asexual and that is a hill I'll die on.)

Adjusting a character due to legitimate complaints and concerns on diversity, not just fanservice. It's more a full on social service, really, to try and provide that representation better. Yes, it wasn't done in the best way, but she did make an attempt.

The second one - Nesta and Lucien. That was her general plan, until she put Nesta and Cassian on page together. Then it all went out the window. Just like all of Nesta's thoughts when she saw Cassian. Just like Cassian's entire brain when he saw Nesta. 👀

And we get it, because we see it too.

So, while Sarah could have changed her mind about E\ain and Lucien, the only reasons she'd do that don't yet apply. She's already made a change for the diversity complaints, and I don't see her doing that with these two. As for finding out they actually belong with someone else when she sees them on page - well, that hasn't happened yet. She made the E\ain + Lucien decision after we see E\ain and Azriel interact, so clearly Az is not that for E\ain. And we've seen Lucien and Vassa on page together. There's nothing there except Lucien being pained about her curse - which, yeah, she's his friend. How often is one IC member described as looking pained for another? Or thinks about how much it hurt them to see their friend hurt?

But we know what it looks like when the chemistry is so undeniable it will adjust Sarah's plans. And if you're not sure - go back and read all the Nessian scenes in ACOMAF. And then see the one scene where Lucien and Vassa are on page together - I think you'll find there's another male there that, with Vassa, rings closer to the Nessian home.

There was no on page chemistry between Vassa and Lucien, and certainly not enough to change Sarah's mind. Which would also mean E\ain already wasn't meant for Az, which is likely why no one arguing for Vassa + Lucien seems to care as much about that, because most people who ship them are already dead set on E\ain + Azriel.

So, there you have it, my point of view/rant on those two pieces. But it's always important to look at the context of a post, and especially the "source material" people use to provide proof. It's why I tend to stick to the text where I can, and only use SJM statements that don't have an expiration date to their importance. SJM saying something about how she loves happily ever afters, for example, no expiration date. SJM telling us in 2015 that there is someone special for Lucien down the road - an expiration date after the first sign of a possible love interest for Lucien. Once E\ain was declared to be his mate, that statement became irrelevant, because regardless of whether it will be E\ain or not, you can no longer state that it's clearly hinting at someone else, since E\ain is a love interest for Lucien.

Positive Side: INFP's and INFJ's are actually known to be the "golden pair" in a friendship and romantic aspect which makes sense to ship you two together. He's one of the members that's more on the reserved side, but he's very caring and sociable when it comes to meeting new people. Whenever you're struggling with something, he would always give you his intellectual input on it and suggest coming up with the best solution for you. He's the best emotional support system for you whenever you need to rant about something and doesn't have any regrets just like you.

Negative Side: I would say there are a few issues when it comes to calming the other person down. You both are very emotional people and it's obviously shown sometimes whenever someone makes you angry about something or when someone messes with someone, you both love. Renjun sometimes mopes around whenever he's having a bad day which can be hard to brighten his day. Whenever your mad or sad about something, Renjun knows he has to give you your privacy and let you handle it on your own no matter how much he wants to help you. You two also have small arguments about borrowing each other's things whenever the other person forgets to ask permission or give it back, but it never goes to extreme levels.

Overall: With the love you have for each other, you both apologize to each other and forget about it right away. Once you've got to know each other a lot longer you know how to find ways to cheer the other person up by just getting out of the house and spending quality time together. Renjun can be surprisingly clingy too and loves to cuddle on days when he needs it the most, but obviously in private not in public.

From Stray Kids, I ship you with...Lee Know

Positive Side: Han was another good fit, but Lee Know would fit more into the boyfriend role. To start off, Lee Know has a unique sense of humor that balances well with your crackhead side so I wouldn't doubt that it would be hard for you two to open up to each other. Just like I mentioned earlier about Renjun, you two make the perfect duo friendship and romantic wise. Capricorns and Scorpios are very compatible because they value trust, communication, and emotional intimacy in a partner which is what you two can give to each other. Your both also very understanding of each other and don't judge for what big decisions the other person decides to make. Whenever your spending time together, it's always so chaotic yet romantic. I can imagine him studying with you and all of a sudden he distracts you with some crazy dance he made up with Han making you crack up off your seat. Your chemistry is also so undeniable it makes people cringe almost, but for the most part, it's adorable. Lastly, both of your love for learning new things such as languages, new facts on your favorite paintings, and even about each other's life makes you so happy that your sharing what you just learned together.

Negative Side: Your both very protective and possessive of each other which sometimes can annoy the other person depending on what level you take it. Your both also very emotional but in different ways. Lee Know would tends to get angry fast when it comes to coming across conflicts and it would be hard to help him calm down. Positive Side: Probably the best match out of the list! First of all, he's such a happy virus always spreading positivity and a social butterfly which would help you feel comfortable instantly when you're hanging out with him. It would almost seem like he's babying you at first, but he's just gushing over how cute you are. He starts crushing hard when as soon as you reveal you're funny and talented side. Just like how you're supportive of his music career, he finds the time of day to share your artwork with his members, friends, family, and even random strangers just to help you get some recognition for your hard work out in the world. Your both have so much energy building up already by yourselves, but together it easily transfers to everyone around you and just brightens everyone's day. Although he doesn't do this a lot, he's someone that you can sit down with, drink coffee, and have deep conversations about anything and everything in life. He's also a very passionate person when it comes to building relationships with people so you don't have to worry about him not being 100% committed to dating you.

Negative Side: It's very hard to find issues because you both don't argue and would understand each other emotions too well, but If I could think of a problem it would be struggling to learn how to handle each other's emotions. He's also a Scorpio just like Lee Know he can have his days where he's maybe stressed or feeling down like any other human being, but it might take an extra amount of effort to bring him back on his feet. You also have your days where you just want to be left alone and he knows it's better to give you your space no matter how hard it can be.

Rumor, rumor, rumor. Whether it's true or not doesn't matter as long as it piques the public's interest.

Celebrities travel often and most of the time away from their families due to their hectic schedules.

Obsessed fans and stalkers can pose a threat to your life.

You often hear people calling you names and associate your personality on something due to the nature of your work.

It's hard to trust just anyone 'coz celebrities are prone to being used.

Celebrities are expected to be perfect and flawless all the time. You can't mess up or else...

I NEVER EXPECTED THIS DRAMA TO BE SO GOOD.

Although regretful for watching it this late, I am both happy and relieved to have seen Find Me In Your Memory at this perfect timing. To me, this drama is like an oasis I found in the middle of a K-drama desert. I've no words on how much I enjoyed this♡

Maybe not expecting too much from the get-go also became a factor here, but this drama is positively shocking in all forms and angles. The poster gave me the impression that this might fall under a melodrama genre (which I hate) but thankfully, I never trusted my instincts haha. I think scenes that made me smile/laugh in this drama are more than those scenes that angered/worried me.

Find Me In Your Memory got a gripping storyline, which for me was well-written and well-paced. Also, I was very much satisfied with the casting and acting. There were lots of lovable and funny characters here to look out for. And of course, how will I ever move on from the undeniable chemistry of our main couple despite the huge age gap (to my surprise!) They look so good together and I ship them so hard!

Now that I finished this drama, I felt some sort of emptiness in my heart. Like honestly, I fell into a show hole. I don't know; it didn't occur to me that this drama will leave me with such an impact. I will certainly miss this from time to time, so I downloaded the episodes just in case I feel like rewatching my fave scenes.

Will I recommend? It's a YES for me.

P.S. The ending had me screaming. I was flabbergasted♥︎

I also have that fear that stucky will be forgotten :( I get sad because I keep on thinking that sambucky will eventually have more screen time together than stucky ever did:( and then sebastian and Mackie actively feeding that ship and the friendship they have themselves doesn't help anything, I'm excited to watch the show but at the same time I feel bad for feeling jealousy:(

I mean, I can’t tell you not to feel jealous or sad about this, because that sort of thing is often something we don’t have any control over. But I can say again that I think, despite the fact that Sam and Bucky will have more screentime than Steve and Bucky had and Seb and Mackie joking about the ship, it will never become quite as significant or carry the same weight as Stucky does, simply because they don’t have the backstory or the frankly undeniable romantic chemistry. Yes, lots of people will find them fun to ship and yes, there is maybe some shared trauma there to give that ship some depth, but in my opinion, their relationship is always going to remain a bit more buddy-ish or ‘fun’ and not have the same epic, ‘star-crossed lovers’ quality to it that Stucky does. Just to be clear, I’m not saying Stucky/shipping Stucky is better, or that there’s anything wrong with shipping Sam and Bucky, because there is no right or wrong in this case, simply what you enjoy or how you experience it. All I’m saying is that they’re two very different ships and that there will always be a fanbase who remains loyal to Stucky no matter what and that fanbase, like I’ve articulated before, isn’t just going to disappear. The two ships can coexist, and so can the people shipping them! 💜

It's taken me a long time to get over the fact that Batman and Catwoman are actually getting married in the main DC comics continuity, but now that I have come to accept it, it doesn't hurt as bad. I feel like this is what DC needs for now, but at this point they can't deny the unspoken tension between WonderBat, especially with the live action aspect of it. I just guess we will have to wait longer for what we want but hey, begers can't be choosers ;). What do you think of the BatCat wedding?

I think B*tC*t was grossly overdue to have a wedding as grandiose as this! I know that might be shocking to some fans to hear, but it is undeniable that B*tC*t deserves a happy ending after years and years of their (date I say) cat and mouse game.

Yes, WonderBat fans are heartbroken, especially after that Gentle Man storyline that had Diana and Bruce nearly kiss. But as I said then, I wouldn’t have respected Bruce (nor Diana) if they HAD done anything you know? What value would WonderBat have had, if it stemmed from the destruction of his engagement to S*l*na?

No matter what, WonderBat fans have Gal and Ben’s chemistry in the DCEU, we have the classic Justice League Unlimited series to fall back on (all while Susan Eisenberg keeps pushing for a new season!) and the moments in the comics that inspired us to love them in the first place.

There’s no doubt that we will one day get our WonderBat. Just look at Jason and Artemis, or any other pseudo-WonderBat ship! One day, we will have our own champion who will write the best WonderBat wedding for us to enjoy.
