After calming down and a movie break, you checked Jason’s social media and Red Bull’s racing account. There were the usual clips, Roy and Jason being the most popular duo.

After securing your drink, your turned around. Eyeing Jason from your side.

He waited, a soft look on his face.

“Well, are you coming?” You walked forward, small smile perfectly hidden from Jason’s view.

You had sat down in front of your TV, putting your drink on the coffee table. You grabbed the remote trying to browse through several movies.

Jason had followed you in through the front door, taking off his shoes as soon was he walked in. He slowly walked toward you, taking a good look around your apartment.

You tried not to look at him, choosing to focus on your TV screen as he surveyed your one-bedroom apartment.

As he slowly stepped, you decided to chance one look at him.

Your eyes shifted toward his tall figure, he was oddly focused on your window, set near the small dining table.

It was a last-minute decision after you realized the format of your living room and kitchen. You liked watching the outside as you ate.

“Welcome to my home. Sorry for the mess, I didn’t get the chance to clean up after you took my sprite hostage.” You leaned your head on your hand, resting yourself on the coffee table as you watched Jason.

“Don’t worry about it, also you should lock your window.” Jason spoke.

You glanced toward the object in question, the latch was undone when you opened it earlier that day. You must’ve forgotten. It was a similar bad habit as never locking your balcony door.

Who would climb through that? Well, besides Batman, you don’t expect any visitors.

“Oh, sometimes I forget. But let’s eat first.” You shrugged.

Jason set the food down next to you, you felt the warmth radiating from the bag.

“I got it, your food should be the one on top.” Jason eyed the window, walking to it, snapping the lock into place.

You gasped.

“You ordered the other meal I wanted to try!” You smiled in excitement.

Jason turned back to sit down next to you. Lazily leaning against the foot of the couch.

He raised an eyebrow at the sparkle in your eyes, a silent question obvious on your face.

“Wanna try a piece?” Jason asked, giving in to the longing look.

“Aw, thanks Mr. Todd.” You dug into the two meals in front of you.

Jason moved to sit closer to you. Your excitement over the food distracting you, delaying your nervousness and your earlier debate with yourself.

As you took a bite, happy with the combination, you clicked on a movie. Letting it play as you and Jason ate.

“I thought you were kidding when you asked me if I liked the movie Cars.” Jason said in disbelief as he watched.

After Jason gave in and continued to watch the movie with you, you had cleaned up and the two of you moved onto the actual couch.

He had taken his hoodie off, throwing it over a dining chair. Jason was clearly comfy for the night, in sweatpants and a t-shirt that hugged him nicely.

You were content letting your body relax. Watching animated cars as Jason, the fastest formula 1 driver, sat near you in your apartment.

With a full stomach and in pajamas.

Crazy how things worked out.

You smiled at your realization.

Your eyes felt heavy, the couch warm next to Jason.

Jason mindlessly watched the movie, pouting a little that he couldn’t believe that you thought of him like the red car.

Then he felt your weight on his shoulder.

He glanced to his side, seeing the top of your head. His heart raced. You had fallen asleep, a nice weight to his shoulder.

He saw your eyelashes, beautifully laid flat onto your cheeks as you gave into your sleepiness.

You felt his heartbeat through his shirt.

“Jason.” You spoke into his t-shirt.

“I was going to leave.” Jason yawned. “You fell asleep and I laid you down on the couch, but you grabbed my shirt.” He smirked, eyes closed.

“What do you mean?” You quietly asked him, clearly surprised by the current situation, but still mindful of the sleepy man.

“You wouldn’t let go of me, so I tried sitting on the edge of the couch, but your grip never loosened. Then you kept tugging, so I finally laid down.” Jason continued to explain with his eyes closed, trying to keep his fatigue. “You have a deadly drip by the way.”

“I’m sorry.” You sighed.

“Why do you always do that?” He asked confused.

“Do what?”

“You always back away every time I get closer.” Jason’s eyebrows lowered, slight frustration in his tone. He was very expressive despite his eyes still closed.

“I don’t do that.”

“You were about to.” Jason pouted.

“I’m still laying next to you, I’m not backing away.” You retorted.

“You know that’s not what I meant. I can feel your negativity surrounding you.”

“Come on…I just,” You hesitated. “I just don’t want to bother you, to possibly cause a misunderstanding.”

Jason’s eyes opened, full seriousness in his gaze.

“What if I want you to bother me.” He directly told you, eyes never leaving yours.

Your faces nearly touching, the tips of your ears reddening. Curse your blood flow.

“I don’t understand.” You stammered, scared to peak into the direction this was going.

anyways i made this artwork in procreate and adobe fresco. 99.9% procreate, but the highlights in the eyes and the lines for contrast around anya were drawn in adobe fresco with the oil paint brushes.

this artwork was a huge headache. when i was almost done, i realized at some point i merged the colors and lineart after i had already colored anya and i literally was pulling my hair out i was TERRIFIED. i was able to salvage it. this file was huge it was like 130 megabytes. my ipad storage is SUFFERING.

(edit to add i usually start off with the skin hair & clothes on separate clipping layers and merge them together towards the end.. i think i forgot to say that at all here oops)

I abuse the hellll out of layer blending modes. overlay, saturation & multiply mainly, but also difference, brightness & screen. (just doodle something & try all of em out to get a feel for them honestly ik theres a Lot and they can be intimidating) for this i just wanted a more cohesive warmer tone to start with so i added a peachy overlay & a slight ombré to the hair to add a bit more interest to the character.

then just the most basic of rendering, some blush & highlights just wherever i think theyd go.

Another thing they tell you Not to do, my next step is to block out all my shading in a vaguely purpleish multiply layer!!! i cant be assed to do it any other way im sorry…. once i have the basic shading down, i lock the layer & go in with air brush eraser & also airbrush in other colors wherever I think the purple is maybe too harsh/clashing

still wasnt 100% happy with the colors so messed around with some more layer filter/modes/whatever you call them then colored in my line art! i think this is honestly the saving grace for all of my art shshsdhhf color your lines people. doesnt have to be all (i dont, i like the contrast) but it usually helps to make some at least a little less harsh

then with a little more color tweaking im done! one random sleepy dude, fully colored (by my standards)

and then if a piece needs more dramatic lighting you justttt

im so serious play around with layer settings! these are just basic multiply & add(glow), there as so many others you can abuse the shit out of & nobody will know or care in your finished piece.

I mentioned in a post about Real Life my criteria for an "iconic" teamup in the life series. My one and only rule for this category is the teamup needs to be directly referenced and acknowledged or repeated either in a later season, or in an outside series/setting.

(I want to make it clear this is my own personal criteria - you can categorise them however you want, this is just how I think about it in my head)

My current (probably incomplete) list is, in no particular order:

Desert Duo - this one is obvious, they can't stay away from each other, were paired again in Double Life, and came dangerously close to teaming again in Secret Life.

Treebark - they're so obsessed with each other. Martyn helped Ren the entirety of Last Life, then sought him out again in Double Life.

Team TIES - thank you, MCC, for letting me add this to my list.

Team BEST - I have these as two individual iconic teamups, BE (because Ethubs, both by themselves and as Clockers subcategory) and ST (because Skizz and Tango have their every season thing going on).

Clockers - they honestly had quite a lot of the vibes from this before Limited Life, LimL just strengthened it. Then, in Secret Life, they picked up where they left off, and also referenced it at least once that I can think of in Hermitcraft. (Also, that one clip in I think Cleo's video where they played TCG and Bdubs stopped gloating after Cleo threatened to use her mom voice)

Flower Husbands - unfortunately, this pair does fit into my category, even if I don't like it, because they went for it again in Empires.

Ranchers - I don't even need to explain this one, but I will, because I never have and never will pass up an opportunity to talk about Ranchers. They cannot stay away from each other. Every time they're in each other's vicinity, they gravitate to each other, they flirt, they subconsciously mimic each other's body language, they call each other "My fellow Rancher".

Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss - this is the teamup I mentioned in the post, saying they became iconic when they teamed up in Real Life.

I dont gatekeep, I found a ftu base for it online and I just insert the image on a clipping layer. it's that easy, making 6 of em takes me like 10 minutes at most (& most of that time is looking for the right images). make sure you scale the image down instead of just adding the border to an image, otherwise it'll look weird and be way too big.

I’m just…. Really confused. Because our system has changed and grown so much that we realized that we were a polyfrag system since our experiences perfectly match it, but recently uh. Our gatekeeper found a whole like … sidesystem?? It’s the only term that makes sense because it’s completely separate from the “main” system even with layers and stuff it’s a whole other headspave I guess, and it turns out they have some pyramid heirarchy with themes for each tier and a lot more detail we don’t know about.

My partner got extremely concerned and told me to ask about this because … wtf there can’t be any possible way we’ve gone through ramcoa, it just doesn’t make sense ???? Like yeah I’m shaking as I type this but it doesn’t make sense we barely ‘unlocked’ past sa trauma and even then we doubt that (despite alter patterns)

Sidesystems

Sidesystems, as in separate group of alters or multiple systems in one body, can happen to anymany. If it’s more comfortable to explore without the fear of programming, that might be better for your system right now.

Programmed or Not

Anything that happens in programmed systems can happen in nonprogrammed systems. The only difference is external control, which leads to a higher concentration of less common features. The term sidesystem in programming means the same thing, but with external control.

Some symptoms are indicative of particular traumas; flashbacks of being drugged might come with body memories of that experience, clips of cloaks or butchered animals tend to belong to RA.

But even those can be explained away, psychosomatic presentations of passive influence or detailed descriptions and photos of events.

The structuring is unusual, but not impossible. The themes are the same. Memories will be your best indicator, but those will take time and trust to get to.

Support for Healing

You don’t necessarily need a therapist during the initial stages, but we would recommend a support friend or significant other who will learn alongside you and sit with you as you go.

It’s good to have a page of hotlines you can call, and on that list add safe people for unaware system members. Carrying a phone or keeping a calendar is also helpful. Some of the newly discovered ones may be less informed or have trauma surrounding particular dates.

Supporting Your System

If you are trusted with trauma details, you should do your best to sit with the keeper like your support people would for you. Educate yourself and provide care for them, keeping in mind you may be the first in a long time (or ever) to receive this knowledge.

Some common programming environments are high-control groups, and that can mean anything from a small cult meeting in a basement to a multinational trafficking ring. You don’t have to piece together any of that now, but you cannot perpetuate the cycle of shame on your systemmates.

No matter where you come from, abuse is awful. You might come up with recollections of forced perpetration or loss, and it is crucial that you remember it was not your fault. No one is responsible for the abuse done onto them.

You should take time to sort out your own feelings and work through the consequences of knowing. You should not be blaming anyone inside. You have the opportunity to give what these selves always needed and never got. Often, you’re giving love.

Healing Both

The basics of deprogramming are the same as healing from most maltreatment; getting through everything together. You all played a role in your survival, and now you have the chance to live.

So regardless of what this ends up being, try for compassion first. You might have more steps to take, but compassion comes first and last. You can do it. Living well takes practice, but I promise you can do it.

When I was young, I started my writing career through fan fiction and it was brutal. I didn't just get hate, my stories was put on a forum called the "The Literate Union". It was a group of gatekeepers who tried to keep Fanfiction.Net a "pure" website, or whatever. To make sure everyone followed the guidelines and my stuff was reported on mass.

Un announced to them, FanFiction.Net doesn't actually do anything when you report stories so nothing happened but some of the reviews were so nasty, I legit cried. I'm actually surprised I'm still a writer. This was one of the reviews I received and keep in mind, I had to censor most of these words because this "review" would violate every possible harassment guideline on any social media website.

I'm only sharing this as a reminder, I was a child who had no idea what I was doing. Be kind to young writers, they need support not harassment. Oh, and if you want to know what fandom I was in to received this level of hate? it was the Warriors Cats fandom.

"I'm not going to sugar coat this; your 'story' is so very, very bad that I would prefer being force fed a glass full of [redacted] that has been thrown in a blender with coffee creamer and toenail clippings and made to look like a smoothie before being heavily diluted by [redacted] and [redacted] and covered in [redacted]. It is reminiscent of a kindergartner's first attempt at a story, minus the endearing spelling errors and five-year-old innocence. In fact, a [redacted] from the [redacted] could have done a better job of this.

Now that I've given you fair warning, you are free to stop reading at any time, as I'm sure your tiny little brain may have trouble understanding some of it.

This 'story' is a perfect example of how a twelve year old with a keyboard and half a brain cell can thoroughly [redacted] the English language, then laugh as it lays sobbing in its own [redacted] and [redacted]. I was fighting tears and vomit with every line, because quite frankly, this is the worst horror you could ever inflict on a person. A respectable author would have first written everything out, proofread it, realized it was shit, deleted it, tried again, and then sent it off to a Beta who would then tell the writer that it was shit, and repeat these steps until you have a story that is both readable and good. At one point I actually pulled out a screwdriver and began to take apart my computer in an attempt to destroy this plague against all works of fiction, when I realized that destroying my computer would not handle the problem efficiently. My cat's [redacted] has more creativity and format than this 'story' does, and it saddens me that no one has informed you of how extraordinarily awful this abomination is. I do hope that you'll find yourself a respectable Beta and some self-respect before you continue to ruin the eyes of whatever unfortunate soul happens upon this 'story' next.

different anon I’m sorry but in terms of compelling evidence, the bears aren’t that much better than astrology since so much of them are up to interpretation. Sure they make very explicit gay references, but the stuff fans associated with babygate especially could just as easily been flat references to a baby existing, rather than some covert exposé on how fake it was. Don't worry! I totally get what you're saying. I think for every piece of Larry evidence, there is usually wiggle room like you say. It's when you consider it all accumulatively rather than individually that you realize it's far more likely that Larry is real than not. Like, you could see that clip of Harry saying he'd like to "marry someone from another planet" while looking at Louis right after Louis said he'd like to have a "hit single on another planet", and you could brush something like that off as a joke and say it isn't enough evidence to conclusively say that there's an entire secret relationship going on there; that's actually what I did a lot as I combed through masterposts when I was first introduced to Larry. It's good to try to debunk things. That's kind of how science works anyway. You're supposed to try to prove your hypothesis wrong, and if you are unable to prove it wrong, then that means your hypothesis is probably right.

I think at the time of the bears, I had been in the fandom since around October 2014. I had read the masterposts and I'd seen everything that went down in 2014 and early 2015 in real time. I had already been fully convinced at that point.

Then when the bears started happening, they just kept making obvious Larry references, references to RBB being Harry and SBB being Louis, and then for me the real kicker was the "Love, Larry" photo frame with the bears having a wedding. But the main point definitely needs to be "were Harry and Louis behind them?", and, like I said before, there's never going to be huge evidence for them being behind it. It's not like we're going to catch a video of them dressing the bears up since naturally they would do that in private, and it's not like they'll admit to it either. That goes for pretty much everything in regards to Larry, otherwise we would have caught them kissing on camera in 4K by now (and I've said before that it isn't hard to hide a relationship, though Louis and Harry have done a not-so-great job of hiding it aside from not kissing publicly lol). You have to consider everything accumulatively and try to think of what outcome is the most likely.

In the beginning I mostly uploaded kids show clips in swedish, because no one else uploaded them in swedish so I was like "I guess I have to if no one else does???"

But on the occasion, I realized I wanted to talk about something that I felt I didn't really have to gatekeep in only swedish. Or, it was something that not necessarily any swede knew about but people internationally might know about.

And so now, I kind of decide on which language I'm doing depending on the video. If I talk about kids shows, usually I'm doing it in swedish. Especially because I grew up with most kids shows swedish dubbed, or from here in the first place, so I'm the most familiar with them that way. If I want to talk about something that I have international friends liking, but not so much swedish friends, then I'm doing it in english.

Then there's videos like my My Little Pony Runaway Rainbow review. That was in swedish - it doesn't HAVE to be in swedish, but I chose to this time. I do believe it had to do with growing up with the movie swedish dubbed, but I COULD have made it in english if I wanted to.
