Somebody has probably thought of this already, but dpxgf crossover where the casper high kids go to gravity falls for a field trip, and as soon as they get there they're setting off ford and dippers "That's not human" senses, but neither can figure out what's wrong with these kids until the class tries to leave and none of them can because of weirdness barrier- so now the entire class of liminals (+danny as a halfa) are freaking out, because they were only meant to be away for like a week and after the giw their parents will freak out if the class doesn't get home soon, shenanigans ensue with the amity parkers, but the pines family can not figure out what's wrong with these kids to save their life, because ghosts have just never appeared in gravity falls before, and it's driving dipper and ford mad trying to figure everything out while the amity parkers are actively messing with them because if their stranded here, might as well have fun, right?

Ford is hopelessly lost in an endless green void after leaping through another portal. A strange, humanoid entity greets him. It seems friendly, but he knows better than to trust it so easily. He won't let himself be hurt again.

In which a young, still paranoid Ford ends up in the Ghost Zone, and is found by a very concerned Phantom.

Ellie was just minding her own business flying through rural Oregon and checking out the weird tourist traps and spending Vlad’s money on cheesy knickknacks to send to her favorite cheesehead.

She had been trying to figure out where her next tourist was when she flew into … something. Whatever it was she couldn’t go through it, even intangibly. She tried everything she could think of, flying over it, flying under it, blasting through it. Nothing worked.

Ellie sighed. Looks like she was going to be stuck in Gravity Falls, Oregon for a while.

Phantom Transcendence

We've seen Danny Phantom in Gravity Falls.

We've seen Danny as frenemies with Bill Cipher.

Those were both in canon.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE TRANSCENDENCE AU!!!

Ghost King Phantom and Alcor the Dreambender I think would be great friends, or maybe rivals.

Two absolute chaos gremlins with near infinite power and their own dimension to control.

Danny the Infinite Realms and Alcor the Dreamscape.

Both of them terrifying eldritch entities that can be summoned with gummy worms, research notes and a redbull.

Both of them are regularly summoned by stupid cultists that harm children even though it's been recorded that child sacrifices lead to the slaughtering of the entire cult.

Both of them immortal, forced to live while their family dies and reincarnates.

Just, I want my eldritch boys to have another friend that can be there with them when their families and friends aren't around.

I think they'd get along great, both of them are too smart and sassy for their own good. Both of them nerd out about random things and absolutely they would be able to pull the other into their newest hyperfixation.

It's just, sometimes, when it's been a while since either of their people have reincarnated, they both tend to lose a grip on reality and start to talk in the language of the Ancients and their new setting for their Dungeons, Dungeons, & More Dungeons game is coming along great, now we just need people to play in it, oh, there's some nice people, let's just take them

and then Danny and Alcor have accidentally become gods of an isekai world.

What is happening

"You smell of death…" that was the first thing he said to Robbie when he met the boy from gravity falls and God's what chaos that would unfold for him…

Because through Robbie Danny met the pines twins and wasn't that a Pandora's box to open, because if Robbie smelled of death these two reeked of it

Which was concerning considering from the looks of it they couldn't be much older than he was (at least in human years) no older than 21 maybe 22.

It was one thing to smell of death, like Robbie. that was normal, he grew up in a funeral home, he was exposed to a lot of death in his short little life. But reeking of death? That created a whole new picture cause reeking of death was different and then smelling of it reeking of death means you came to him with very close calls.

That the strings that the three fates held in their aching ancient old fingers frayed a bit at the edges but never fully broke.

Coming to a realization Danny surveyed the three children (because they were children his hypocrisy be damned these kids were just fledgling birds in his mind legal drinking age? screw that!) in front of him. He came to a decision as the official god of death King of all gods of death he would no longer take orders from the fates he would no longer take souls from bodies just cause he was told to.

If frayed edges led to the deaths of children then he wouldn't follow their rule and that was when the war between fate and death began

Ford, genuinely, has no clue what is wrong with these children. He tried ignoring it, in an attempt to keep them safe from everything that still follows his family (cough cough bill) but he just. couldn't. they have glowing eyes, sharp teeth, half of them seem to blend into the shadows- It's only until they try to leave and run straight into the weirdness barrier that he realizes they must not be human- he was trying to ignore that instinct, but if they can't leave then...

Danny is freaking out, just a little. they can't leave this stupid town they got sent on for a field trip anymore, and he doesn't know whats happening over in amity anymore- are his parents safe? are the ghosts staying in the ghost zone like he asked until this all blows over? and then there's the weird man and his nephew that have been eyeing him and his classmates and watching them like a hawk the entire time they've been stuck- he thought it was just them being wary of new people at first, but considering they're barely watching the less liminal of them? danny is pretty sure he stumbled upon ghost hunters. again.

Like his ghost sense, but off in a disturbing way that tells him "hey this thing in front of you is EVIL evil watch out"

Okokok I haven’t checked any Danny Phantom x Gravity Falls sorta stuff so this is either an idea for a fic or a place for u to go “hey there’s a fic I like with this concept!” Because I have absolutely no clue what has or hasn’t been done yet askdjfjjgjg

Immediate thoughts I had after watching the show: the extra dimensional portal Stan opens malfunctions, something goes wrong.

The instant the clock reaches zero and the portal turns green, Stan knows he messed up. He knows he screwed up even more when the figure that exited the portal wasn’t his brother.

Danny didn’t know what was happening when he fell through… whatever this was. He was one moment trying to help settle a scuffle between Skulker and Walker and the next moment he was tumbling through a contraption that most certainly wasn’t his parents portal.

After lots of claims that he might be an extra dimensional demon or an evil beast, the strange old man and twins a few years younger than him calmed down and agreed to try to bring him back to his own universe. Before that though, he helps them try to bring back the person that they initially tried to bring through the portal; Stanford Pines.

Dipper continuing to research magic and traveling the world learning about local myths, legends and magics. Mabel joining him and learning different fighting styles and weaponry. Them being freelance occult specialists dealing with curses or invasive cryptids. Dipper making magic artifacts for Mabel to use. Mabel taking on the monsters while Dipper finds a way to either calm it, break the curse or otherwise deal with it. Dipper finding a summoning circle for a protector spirit whose power is likened to gods and deciding that he'd like to make a deal with it. Dipper becoming the first warlock to make a pact with the Ghost King. Immortal Danny just enjoying hanging around this funky magic nerd and his chaotic and loud sister.
