Inadvisable Dungeons & Dragons character #137: greatsword-wielding barbarian who refuses to give up their sword when entering areas where weapons of war are banned on the grounds that, owing to certain specific details of the construction of its blade and hilt, according to the laws of the land their sword is technically a pocketknife. They are willing to explain the particulars at length.

Omen

Set apart from the moment he was born and raised to lead, for his people, Omen was to be a replacement for the god that in centuries past had turned his back and abandoned them. To his elders he was a flawless avatar of the great daemon who sired his line, but those who knew him best saw the cracks- the soft nature that would inevitably bring their religion, their community, their very way of life crashing down if left unchecked.

In spite of featuring many dragons which are clearly patterned after various dinosaurs, Dungeons & Dragons has no standard dragon type patterned after a T-rex. This is a shame both in principle, and because D&D dragons are accomplished spellcasters. I want you to picture a T-rex dragon performing somatic components with those arms.
