i love being a genderqueer trans man. i love playing with gender in ways that aren't very expected of someone with a masculine body and presentation. i love combining cutesy looks and aesthetics with a heavy beard, body hair and deep voice. i love how makeup looks on a rugged, angular face.
i love being able to wear the clothes that made me dysphoric when people saw and addressed me incorrectly. i love being able to be femme and effeminate without feeling like i want to crawl out of my skin, but rather, like i'm living my best self, and having fun while i do it.
i love being able to play with gender now, as opposed to feeling weighed down by it. i love being genderqueer. i love being a trans man.
if you find yourself questioning if you are or can be both, this is your sign that you can. people tell us that if we're effeminate that it means that we're confused girls, but that's not the case. cisgender men get to play with their appearance at times; people who approach me to compliment my appearance always assume i'm cisgender. if they can, so can we.

kabru's relationship with his eyes makes for suuuuuch a fantastic trans allegory (an aspect of your body alienating you from your community, being compelled to understand the perspective of someone who also has a complicated relationship with their body in the hopes that you'll better understand your own, people straight up misunderstanding biology) it makes me kind of insane because now I feel like I can't dig into any complicated feelings he might have about his body in relation to his gender without feeling like im just ... double dipping?? like fifjpejgh ryoko kui straight up already told that story in a way that exquisitely fucks??

It's not easy being a girly girl seeking a girly boy. I may be pan, but bottom men are such hidden treasures!

It was the dead of the night, and all was right for once in the Hazbin Hotel. Everyone was tucked away safely in their rooms, fast asleep-- and not even Keekee, the Hotel's resident cat, could be caught roaming the halls.
Unbeknownst to them all, the peace and quiet was about to come to a roaring halt.
"Pentiooous! Pennyyy!" someone wailed, shrill and sharp enough to slice through the silence like a knife put through butter. Angel Dust threw open the door of Pentious' room and bolted over to where the snake was seated. It looked like Pentious been reading a bedtime story to the Egg Boiz... and it looked like Angel Dust had seen a ghost. "Oh, th-thank heck you're up!" he gasped.
The spider practically collapsed onto him; he melted to his knees and gripped Pentious by the arms, biting back sobs.
"Please. Y-Ya gotta... gotta help me, Pen, I can't run no more. They're afta me!"
He pointed a trembling finger at the door.

Do effeminate trans men have a flag? I'm not sure if they can reclaim this word
Effeminate Man | Effeminate Woman
Effeminate Trans Man | Effeminate Trans Woman
Effeminate Trans Boy | Effeminate Trans Girl
Is effeminate even considered a slur? Ik it's sometimes used in a derogatory way but I thought it just meant "unmasculine"
Anyways, yeah there's a flag now
