guys I was in the car with my parents and the car speaker all of a sudden just played Therodynamic Laywer by Will Wood and I freaked the shit out thinking it was coming from my phone hut it was just my mom's new Halloween playlist and she didn't know that Will Wood was on there. And is was just Will Wood songs for like an hour straight.

I had a heart attack because my mom said "he sounds nice, I should follow him on Spotify"

So about that evil triplet

First of all, I feel like this was an AU I already talked to someone about at some point, but I can't remember for the life of me who and when hygtgyvgxfcbuv (I'm getting the feeling it was L but idr???)

Second of all, my thoughts so far:

There IS something fucked up about a triplet being the villain tho

Like, a completely neglected child who can't get attention from his father no matter how hard he tries

Sees that his father wants good grades, so he gets the best grades possible. Straight A+ student. Yet there's something about Kokichi, who is also misbehaving to the point where Kenzo wants to beat him, that's beating the triplet. Kokichi has some kind of potential that he doesn't have? Why? What is that potential? Why isn't he good enough?

It makes the triplet despise Kokichi, and despise Kurochi for being so close to him. Like, he wants attention and love from his brother too--why does Kokichi get all the attention? (It's because Rochi has to take care of him when he's hurt and bed bound and Kurochi and Kokichi develop serious codependency issues with one another)

And then at age ten Rochi starts getting ~special~ attention. Why is the triplet boy not getting any attention? He's barely acknowledged as a family member. Does Kenzo even remember his name? Why are his brothers seen as more worth Kenzo's time?

So the brother hates the twins more. Despises them with all of his being. Starts fights with them and tells them how much he hates them.

And then one day they're just... gone. They didn't even bother taking him with them. They just, left--so now the triplet is the only one left. And both Kokichi's and Kurochi's abuse need to go somewhere.

He goes from resenting the twins for getting the attention he wanted this whole time to resenting the twins for leaving him behind. Maybe he spat in their faces when they left and offered to take him with them. Maybe he pushed them so far away that they didn't think he was safe to even ask. It doesn't matter. They left him to this monster and they knew he was a monster and they left him there.

And with both Kurochi and Kokichi's abuse on his shoulders, he cracks. Just like Kenzo did before him, he buckles under the weight of trauma and becomes the very same kind of monster.
