I ran yesterday, I actually ran! I feel really proud of myself, I want to work on my endurance to run longer. I need to pick up more shifts at work, but I'm worried about it interfering with my workouts. I've basically made my disorder my top priority, how stupid.

I'm going to head to the nature center this afternoon. I really hope it's not too busy because I want to run again. (I'm still too anxious to run around people lol.) If there are a lot of people I'll just walk fast. Typically, I can go across the street and be fine since no one really goes on those trails.

I'm back to using a calorie-counting app instead of writing in my notes app. </3 I just got too lazy when it came to writing down what I ate. I'm hoping the process of adding things to this app will help me get better at tracking again. I'm still too scared to weigh myself after my binge weeks. I think I'll force myself to step on the scale tomorrow. Fingers crossed I'm not 130 pounds again.
