Background: Honestly up to the person writing/drawing since I hardly ever explore the starting point of Iyu and Kaneki’s relationship, it is always just a continuous thing. I have a bit of a structure below but it’s a bit gross and I would prefer seeing what other people come up with, it’s just there in case it helps someone with the dynamic

Sometimes it branches from the idea of her making a sort of deal in her own world to go to Kaneki’s. This is specifically a timeline where he’s more isolated than before and is living on his own. She tries to be upfront about the situation and offers some special information to stop him from going to the Anteiku raid (like his suicide failing), but she omits information that would make him realize the eventual effects of that decision would make it worth it in the end. Iyu worries immensely about Kaneki leaving her for others, seeing his other friends as people she couldn’t compete with. She has a general belief that others will always be chosen before her, and in most situations will just let people slip away for someone better, but Kaneki is very different. If she fumbles this one boy she will jump off of Skytree. After somehow convincing him that it’s in his best interest to keep her around, she spends her time making gifts for Kaneki and accompanying him when he is comfortable with it. They kind of just hang out. Initially Kaneki was thinking to kill Iyu, despite the information proving useful, but he couldn’t bring himself to do that to someone who “loved him” so he put off the decision until he just adjusted to her. Sometimes he gets angry with how pathetic she can be, and her weird refusal to stop liking him when she sees him get so low, but she loves him so genuinely and he was kinda lonely before so he’s a bit attached to the attention now so now they are bros. Iyu wonders what would happen if he knew the full truth about his original future.

Garmadon: Biromantic demisexual. He/him but also doesn't really gaf I think. Goes by masc terms is as masculine presenting. And tbh I also like the trans Garm headcanon but only if he's T4T with Misako, so I'm counting it as.. I like him as both cis and trans, yeah. Also I think he should do drag. He'd look great in drag.

Misako: Pansexual. Thas all. She/her, uses fem terms and is feminine presenting, and I'm also counting her as cis here but I also do like her and Garm being T4T as I said yay.

Morro: Unlabeled sexuality but also likes any gender. And also like with Jay, the way I see him tends to fluctuate. Pronouns and gender: Any. Is used to only being called he/him or it/its, has no preference for anything. Gender is ????

What they are: Half court fae, no one knows what the other half is except his father, and me... and I'll tell you guys in the bits and pieces section.

Personality: Quiet. Soft. Doesn't really speak unless spoken to. Affectionate, agreeable, toxic levels of people pleasing if he respects or cares about someone, seems to say yes to anything. Once he trusts someone, it is unbreakable, no matter what they do to break it.

Style and appearance: Currently, he's wearing mostly Snuff's spare clothes that more or less fit. But otherwise generic training gear from the Waystone HQ, or whatever his contract holder wants him to wear. Left to his own devices, and given options, he tends to like yellows, greens, and things with a lot of pockets to put stuff he collects in. Often a few days unwashed, usually sporting mild injuries. Unglamoured appearance includes a prehensile tail with a tuft of hair at the end. Reflective eyes.

Piercings and tattoos: The crystal candle tattoo that marks a Waystone, his is on his throat. Almost always hidden by glamour. Has a few piercings, but never wears any.

Scars and distinguishing marks: Weird, ugly, and uneven, scars on both his shoulder blades. Has a fae rune carved into his chest above his heart. To those that can read them, it means self, mine, or own.

Sexuality: Yeahhh the toxic people pleasing spills over into here. Will be whatever people want and ask for. As long as they're someone he cares enough about to please. Waystone training includes a lot of things. A weird level of sub that can easily loop around to being dom if wanted. (But also, know that ooc have no plans for any thread or anything to happen where he agrees or goes against his own wants to people please in a romantic or sexual way at all, but especially not without discussion, that would be a dog shit thing to put on someone without warning.)

Abilities: Can't fast travel like most court fae, but can enter the pathways. Can ID the magical and practical purpose of basically any plant by eating it or smelling it, and this includes figuring out what's in something that was already made and combined. A knack for magical herbalism and healing. Can talk to animals and plants - although he hasn't fully figured that out yet.

Weaknesses: Iron. He's scared of a lot of things. Mostly he can suck it up if he's working, but he's terrified of fire, dogs, water, bright lights, horses. So easily manipulated.

Bits and Pieces:

Do not let the general softness and pushover-ness fool you, this is a character who is incredibly capable of violence.

Knows he's not a full court fae, it's brought up a lot. When it comes to RP, my suggested guideline would be if your muse has a heightened sense of smell, and a familiarity enough with court fae to be able to pick up there's more going on, they're welcome to. Out of my own, both Snuff and Virgil can, but others can't.

Collects random stuff, all the time. Picks plants, cool rocks, neat bugs, old bones, feathers.

Technically, his current contract is to kill Snuff. However, it was so poorly written up (Intentionally on the Waystone's part) that it's practically useless, so he more is just crashing at Snuff's place and occasionally making a vague attempt on his life.

Used to be contracted out to Snuff - but the technical holder of the contract was the ruler of the spring court. It was broken when Snuff was fired. His job was keeping Snuff safe when out in the forests alone.

Because it's hidden by a glamour 90% of the time, his tail is a rare place of quiet personal expression. Often wrapped with fabric scraps he liked, cords with small shells or cool stones on it, worn almost like jewellery.

It takes a long time, and constant pushing, for him to learn to say no to someone. Once that happens, he might backchat a little, but it would be rare.

His given Waystone name - Gallus - doesn't have the same control over him that it should, as they were never able to learn his true name and therefore couldn't erase it. Something about him also rejected every attempt to grow wings on him, as is required by all waystones. So he had to be made biddable in other ways.

The bits of his background he doesn't know. His dad is a fae knight. Made a bargain with a hag in the wilds. It produced a child. He later went back to kill the hag and the child, but found he was unable to kill his son. Some amazing happenstance would interrupt and prevent every attempt, even those ordered and done by other's hands. So he gave up and threw the embarrassment out, magic wouldn't stop it starving. Of course, someone found the little thing, and then almost immediately sold it to a Waystone rep who saw them and made an offer. Has been with the waystones since before he could talk.

Hags in this world are a type of fae. Because they aren't court/high fae, they're usually considered wild fae, but plenty of people see them as their own separate thing. His mom lived far out in the forest, a house built into the roots of a giant tree. Acting as protector and healer of the world around her, and messing with the minds of those who tried to get close or damage it.

His actual true name is Boneset.

They are sharp and a bit narrow, fox like in shape with dowward slope, and looks a little mischievous despite Kyōya not usually being the type.

Hair:

Kyōya's hair is silver-white with the underside being a deep sapphire blue, and looks like a nebula. His hair is parted to the left with jaw length curtain bangs that fall over his face and eyes, while the rest of his hair is just past shouler length. It's mostly straight with a slight wave at the end, and is usually put up out of the way in a bun or ponytail.

Kyōya's voice is soft, but not that quiet. It's mostly monotone with a few fluctuations. He's a intelligent and analytical speaker, though also patient and puts a lot of thought into his words.

Kyōya has a sort of soft alternative style. He prefers comfy and cozy clothes and dresses in layers (due to the heat of his quirk, it's easier to dress in layers that he can take off it he gets too warm). He likes sweaters and is often seen stubbornly wearing one despite the weather, but also has an alt style taken from his brother. He has a lot of his older brother's hand-me-downs, especially from when he went through his "lets make a punk rock band" phase in Highschool. He likes to wear darker colours, especially dark reds and blues, and is often seen with well worn jeans (Kyōya HATES the "artificially ripped jeans" trend), belts with simple belt chains, and black boots. He also has a soft spot for embroidery, and tends to have a little bit of it on his sweater.

His favorite outfit to wear is a large, grey knit sweater with less obvious bishop sleeves and a wide neck. It has barbed wire and small red pentas flowers embroidered on the neckline and sleeve ends. Under that is a black, high neck long sleeve shirt, and rosewood red fingerless gloves. He has black jeans that are well warn and distressed in many places, but still comfy, and a belt with two belt chains of different chain thicknesses. His pants are cuffed, and he wears black combat boots with red laces.

A black, high neck long sleeve shirt under a dark blue Formal satin shirt with thin sun and star embroidery on it, tucked into formal black pants and boots. The satin shirt was a birthday gift from his mother, who embroidered it herself.

Hero Costume -

Kyōya combines futuristic techwear with traditional japanese attire. The basic layer is a full suit that looks a lot like a plug suit from Evangelion (Kyōya loves Evangelion). It's completely black and covers everything accept his head, though it goes a little onto his jaw, and has some light gold around the hands and feet + some teal blue surrounding the chest. In the middle of the chest with the suit is a swerling, glowing area that gets brighter and bigger the more energy that Kyōya has stored. The second layer is half of a coat, the right half specifically, that almost resembles a traditional Kimono in style. It's completely black with the underside being of a blue nebula like his hair. The single sleeve has small spaced out star pattern on it, and the bottom of the coat goes to his ankles. The coat is kept close to his body via a a thick Obi belt with some golden designes on it.

His hair is in a low ponytail with his bangs moved back, and has light blue tinted cyberpunk style visor glasses.

He has a simple chain necklace with a niobium Ouroboros pendant hanging off of it, he never takes it off. It's made of Niobium because his quirk creates great heat, and Niobium has the 5th highest melting point. It also looks like a light gold.

Kyōya used to have a couple of good friends when he was younger, but after skipping grades twice and being forced into work they grew apart. Kyōya hasn't had the motivation to make friends since, though some of that desire for friendship is still there.

Kyōya's never pursued anyone romantically, though he's never felt that way about anyone. He prefers to know someone beforehand and let things happen naturally.

Kyōya is afraid of the truth, specifically his truth, getting out to the public. A lot of people he cares about were involved in this cover up and they could be locked up for a long time if the truth ever came out.

Piggy backing off of that, he's also afraid of failure. He's been given a second chance to do things right and do some good, and he really doesn't want to mess it up.

Strengths:

Kyōya considers his strengths to be his abilities to read and judge people. He's a good judge of character and has the ability to pick up on the subtle changes of an individual to know what they plan on doing or how they truly feel.

He's also quick to action when he feels its necessary to get involved, being able to be analytical, decisive, and level headed the entire time. This goes for any action, a fight, an argument, a rescue, a lie, anything.

Weaknesses:

Kyōya is someone who treats trust like a limited resource. He's very slow to give it to you, but very easily takes it away if you break it. While naturally being a polite person, he doesn't trust anyone based off of first meetings, even if they are well known and respected.

Backstory:

Kyōya's parents met when his mother, Eimi, left her home in Italy to go to school in Japan. Eimi's mother is Japanese and her father is Italian, and she'd lived in Italy her whole life until then. It was in Japan that she fell in love with Kyōya's dad, Jou, and decided to stay. She had their first child at 24, Kyōya's older brother Yukuo, and then Kyōya at 33. Their small family didn't have a lot of money, Jou was never able to hold down a job and Eimi had to turn her hobby into a side business to make ends meet. Yukuo ended up getting a job at a young age to save up for college, and decided to become a hero to get money to send back to his mom, growing bitter towards his father's attitude.

Kyōya, having grown up in a financially unstable environment, was often considered more mature and aware than the kids around him, and was pushed by his teachers a lot more. They wanted him to skip a grade, or be sent to an elite school that cost a lot of money. Initially ...... [TBA]

Motivation:

Kyōya's motivation comes from his own personal betrayal of the system, being left in a dangerous situation for "the grater good" by the hero that was supposed to save him. Initially this made him bitter, but now he channels that feeling into being the kind of hero that was never there for him.

Goals:

Kyōya wants to take down all the people his dad worked for as justice for taking advantage of a financially poor family, and many others. He also has his own personal vendetta to settle.

Kyōya is thankful for the opportunity to be at the school, and he will use it for the sake of self improvement.

Kyōya can sense and absorb cosmic energy in the atmosphere from the sun, moon, stars, pretty much anything in space

This energy can present itself in multiple ways

1) the most basic way is as a mist/cloud. This is before the energy is condensed and appears to look like a nebula made up of a variety of blues. Since Kyōya can sense this energy, including the energy that he creates, he can use this form as an extention of himself to feel what it touches. It can also be gathered into a more tangible form that Kyōya likes to relax in, he describes it as a self heating bean bag chair.

2) Beam is the second most basic form. Kyōya condenses the energy of the cosmos, however since the enery wants to expand and shoot off, Kyōya can control the direction that this energy goes, turning it into a powerful beam of energy. These beams can very in size and power, acting more like a Lazer or torch than an energy beam. This energy is very hot while condensed, and could melt through metal if strong enough.

Beams appear as mostly black voids with white and a rainbow of colors around the edges, primarily blue and white.

3) Solar Flair is the energy when it's closest to its natural form. It looks at it sounds, as a solar flair, and Kyōya uses this form like a literal flame. It's somewhat similar to Beam in its use, but unlike beam it can be active without needing to be shot off. Because of the pure heat this form creates, Kyōya can only use this part for a little while before needing to cool down.

4) solid shape is the hardest form that this energy takes. Karasu condenses this energy into a solid shape, typically a very simple one like a sphere, Pole, disks, small and thin platforms (eventually a simple blade, but he isn't there yet). Doing this takes concentration, as the energy always wants to spill out and breaking these objects will cause them to explode. Commonly, Karasu will create a sphere of hovering energy and throw it at his enemy, throwing it Ike a grenade.

Quirk Alterations:

1) Inner Body Energy Containment.

Because of the way that Kyōya's Quirk heats up not only himself, but everything around it, this alteration is ment to keep the enery contained within his body. This manifests itself as Kyōya having the ability to use his quirk as a pseudo enhancement Quirk, empowering parts of his body with comic energy that heats up and bursts forth. The issue with this alteration is that it actually causes Kyōya's overheating to happen even faster, it may even leave burns after use. While using this, whatever part of his body is enhanced turns black with a white light outline like the Beams and Solid Objects.

2) Range

A very simple alteration that simply takes out the "middle man" aspect of his quirk. Normally the cosmic energy is ambient before being collected by Kyōya and then condensed into usable energy before being shot off. What this Range does is allow Kyōya to condense the cosmic energy around him without it having to be absorbed first. Instead of having to shoot beams off his body, he can shoot it from places around his body. Using it like this typically makes it weaker, and he only has an extended range of about 75 meters.

Quirk Strengths:

A top tier offensive Quirk with massive destructive abilities. If there was a poster child of the epitome "Quirk Singularity Theory" it would Probably be Kyōya. It can be used at any range, and can be controlled to minimize damage unlike some uncontrollable Quirks.

Quirk Weaknesses:

While it has amazing offensive abilities, Cosmos has practically no defensive abilities aside from burning/melting whatever comes close by accident.

Multiple forms of this quirk cannot be used at once, only one at a time. That means that Kyōya has to analyze a situation and choose between Mist, Beam, Flair, Solid, and Contained and try not to use it to the point of over heating in case another form needs to be used.

This quirk has amazing potential, however it's biggest flaw doesn't come from the quirk itself, but rather from Kyōya. See, the quirk singularly theory really took hold of Kyōya's family, but Kyōya simply couldn't keep up with the strength of his quirk. He can't handle the heat of it anymore, not like when he was a kid, and needs breaks between using it. He can use it for around 45 minutes to an hour continously (if he doesn't push himself), but then must break until his core temp comes back down.

Overuse can cause overheating, dehydration, lightheadedness and dizzy spells, and burns on the body.

Battle Tools:

- Weighted Chain Whip

Kyōya uses a chain whip attached to his waist while fighting as an extention of himself. It's made out of a special metal alloy with a near impossible melting point. He will typically use it with his Solar Flair technique to increase the power, and hitting things with the weighted end causes it to explode.

He will also use it with the sphere technique to make a solid energy sphere are the end of the whip, before flicking it, causing the sphere to be thrown with great power and speed.

Fighting Style:

Kyōya prefers Mid-range combat, being far away enough to not have to resort to his condensed form, while still being close enough to use his distant attacks and his chain whip without issue.

Akum'eki Lore

This is going to be a HUGE read, so to avoid clogging people's dashes, I'll pop this under a readmore. For a basic idea of what you're getting into, here be free love psychic bugfish aliens.

Overview

The Axum’eki are an alien species, hailing from the planet Txed’umin. Upon cursory glance, they seem to be various crossbreeds between arthropods and marine animals. They are very relaxed beings, a culture of freedom and pleasures. They are well-attuned with one another and their planet, able to appreciate connections between others and nature more than nearly any other species.

The Planet of Txed’umin

Txed’umin is an astrological anomaly of a planet. Physically similar to a gas giant, the planet is entirely made of water, gravitating to a dense liquid core. There is a sun in their solar system, but their planet has no moon. There are a few landmasses here and there, outcroppings of porous floating stone similar to pumice. Trees root themselves through the stone, drinking up the planet’s water and producing delicious fruits analogous to peaches or oranges. There is no seasonal rotation, so fruit trees on Txed’umin are constantly producing; it’s just a matter of when everything is ripe. This makes up a significant portion of the main diet of the Axum’eki, in addition to a nonsapient fish species plus any imported delicacies. Txed’umin has no buildings or economy to speak of, so most imports come from off-world tourists bringing gifts to their favorite Axum’eki friends.

Axum’eki Biology

Axum’eki, as mentioned, are visually blends between arthropods and marine animals. This includes fish, marine mammals, and marine reptiles. The diversity between Axum’eki is off the charts, but they retain visual cohesion with their four eyes, four arms, tall height, and overall cooler color schemes. They all possess gills that can breathe air and water alike, and are quick to adapt to new circumstances. When in water, the cells of the Axum’eki experience accelerated growth, allowing those who venture off-planet to near-instantaneously adapt to new planets by submerging themselves in water. On average, the Axum’eki only live around 40-50 years, though other planets might cause that to fluctuate somewhat.

Axum’eki Culture

The Axum’eki live as Earthen hippie stereotypes. Most do not claim homes and sleep wherever, though a few have particular rocks or shady spots they have unofficially chosen as theirs. This is respected by other Axum’eki. They do not tend to keep time, with no real system beyond the general day and night cycle. They do not have holidays, but they will throw occasional parties and hold bonfires between themselves. During these bonfires, they hold song circles, where each individual adds their own element to a wholly unique sound. This can be rhythmic hum-like buzzing or percussive mandible clicks, and each one is unique to the specific Axum’eki. The tempo of each part aligns with the singer’s heartbeat, and is known as their heartsong, or their mont’xi. They carry their mont’xi with them through their whole lives, as a form of comfort and identity.

Axum’eki practice a form of free love, marked by deep interpersonal relationships regardless of species. Gender is not much of a concept in Axum’ekian language, with no personal pronouns existing to denote such. Sexual intimacy is a very important act for the Axum’eki, and they will share it with those they deem trustworthy as a symbol of a bond, viewing sex almost like a long hug. Sex is a constant across Txed’umin, driving tourism.  About four of every five Axum’eki are having sex at any given time. This also serves the purpose of breeding, of course, and any Axum’eki can breed with any other. The eggs laid are similar to clutches of frog eggs, hatching aquatically. Hatchlings mature quickly, in only around thirty days. Initial hatchings are celebrated, but birthdays are not kept track of.

The Axum’eki possess a slight empathetic form of telepathy. They can produce psychic signals similar to pheromones, carried and amplified across water. The outputted signals tend to indicate a desire for intimacy or company, though they could also carry the rhythms of a nearby song circle. Axum’eki tend to greet others for the first time by touching foreheads, or performing ak’alo, sharing names and basic overviews with one another in an instant and building a subtle psychic link that ensures the Axum’eki never forget anyone they’ve met. They also learn languages this way, though the learning is not perfect; Axum’ekian has very few nouns, so they may forget words frequently.

Interplanetary Relations

Visitors to Txed’umin are typically tourists seeking a paradise retreat. The whole planet is a warm climate perfect for mingling with the locals, whether to relax or ‘relieve stress.’ Either way, the water is always the perfect temperature, the fruit and fish are tasty, and the music is strangely harmonious to those who hear. Just make sure you’re a good swimmer, or know an Axum’eki who will romantically carry you through the waters. Even those from militant and imperial cultures can relax with the Axum’eki, as they’re simply too kind and loveable to not let yourself relax with. 

But what of the Axum’eki who venture off-world? They tend to leave with the tourists, wanting to experience other planets and cultures. Some are gifted cobbled-together travel pods from scraps of abandoned ships, and given the opportunity to find their own planets to call home. Overpopulation is quite a concern for Txed’umin, though not an immediate danger. With as many eggs laid as there are, it’s bound to become an issue at some point, so several choose to leave for new planets with less fertile inhabitants.

ahhh i have a LOT of headcanons and it feels like a lot of them vary based on which AU/story i'm working with, hc's are a lot like trying on clothes at thrift stores for me — sometimes you just wanna try a new one out for size and think 'hm!' @ the mirror, it's what makes community engagement so much fun imo !

but i will ATTEMPT to narrow down some of the constants i find when working with rymin and ones that aren't, yknow, confined to specific AUs — although i'm sure if you're familiar with paper trails, you know some of these already lmao

RYAN

HE LOVES REPTILES. You HAVE to know this about me by now but i push ryan lizard propaganda like my life DEPENDS on it!!! He loves bearded dragons in particular – his favorite girl is named Spitfire and she’s a proud lesbian (min in the bg telling ryan to stop pushing a sexuality on her, but he’s ignored). But he loves snakes too, and spiders and lizards…I imagine he names them all after musicians for funsies, spitfire just happened to break that code for me bc i liked the name too much lol

Second thing people probably know about me is how hard i push anti-beatles ryan akagi bc it’s true

He picked up a habit of smoking on the road and he’s since then quit – going cold turkey after getting abducted by a train will tend to break that habit

His sibling’s names, in order, are Alexa, Miya, Ethan, and Eikoh. Both his sisters kinda had to mother him; though he’s closest to Miya (who’s an interior design/textiles major, also engaged) bc Alexa had a severe case of eldest daughter syndrome and it made her pretty snippy – she also fled the nest the second she could and only really calls to yell into the receiver about her job and secret girlfriend

Ryan’s a Schrodinger’s Gender situation for me, so it fluctuates often just based on what story i’m telling. In the AUs/stories where he’s transmasc, ryan names himself after a homeless guy named Ryan who’d sit outside his family’s local supermarket and play a sick riff. One day baby ryan spotted him throw a banana peel at a police officer was chasing him (for dignity’s sake, he always tells friends he was just inspired by ryan roxie, the guitarist)

(also in these AUs, he has insanely intense cycles due to the cursed cocktail of anemia/endometriosis, which leads to minor complications when he’s on the road and can’t afford T/birth control anymore. It’s a whole Thing, he had to be hospitalized for it at age 13 and the doctors basically shrugged, as doctors do. I’ve wanted to explore this caveat before but never found the time, oh well)

his specific mental diagnosis is also a roulette wheel based on what story im working with, shrug. idk who said that min is adhd in an autistic way and ryan is autistic in an adhd way, but whoever said that changed my life so ty and you're right!! i also lean towards him having/on the watchlist for forming bpd - looking back on pt i believe he showed signs of bipolar disorder

Ryan’s acespec; I touch on this whenever I can, but this plays a Big role in his relationship with the music industry. Sex Drugs And Rock N’ Roll is a subculture he could never fit into for a plethora of reasons, and it was another way he felt isolated while going solo due to all the aggressive expectations. He’s sex-POSITIVE, bc it’s important to me to shed the stupid ‘asexuals are all sex-repulsed puritans’ agenda i see being spread sometimes. He thinks it’s fun, and with the right person it is!

He's the one who gets carsick/boatsick and is terrified of flying

He's really into boozy cocktails but he'll pretend he isn’t — he likes tequila and vodka which is funny bc i picture his favorite drink to be like a hurricane or sex on the beach

He really gets into making pastries and desserts farther down the line! Depending on the timeline this could be a hobby encouraged by a therapist or just an interest he picks up naturally, with min always finding comfort in food and cooking himself

MIN-GI

His mom’s name is Soo-yeon and his dad is Tae-hyun. He visits Jeju-si in the summer since his mom has two sisters living there

Min loves helping his mom around the kitchen/folding laundry. His parents have a huge garden out back with flowers and some veggies, and he likes harvesting from there when his mom lets him (she’s very picky about who touches her flowers!)

Plants are min’s comfort item; they’re basically to him what reptiles are to ryan! He’d cover the entire van/flat with them if he could, he loves succulents in particular and he likes to sing to them

He’s a HUGE dog person!! Whenever he’d come visit the Akagi’s he’d make an IMMEDIATE beeline for the family dog; however when his mom bought a Pomeranian to cure her empty nest syndrome, he despises it (for comedic purposes he only addresses his mother's dog as The Dog)

He leans more on the side of whiskey in drinks; he also likes gin. His taste in alcohol is definitely WAY stronger than ryan’s, less diluted with flavors, but both have the same level of tolerance. he enjoys a good sazerac

Once he travels with Ryan and becomes more comfortable with his identity, I think he'd experiment with gender and appearance. while i enjoy seeing gender hc's for My Lads, for me and my writing it's nice to work with a min-gi who embarks on a gender journey and comes back deciding he likes being a cis guy just fine. not that this affects him playing with makeup or clothes lol, also if he were to wear skirts at all they'd be long and loose

Wherever I can apply it, Simon and Min are always gonna be roommates who are stuck in a perpetual loop of basically reenacting that always sunny ‘mac and dennis move to the suburbs’ episode

He looks up to Grace a lot; she’s kinda The Mentor Friend who intimidates you just enough for you to get your shit together, and outside of Kez he'd consider Jesse his closest friend

He loves cooking! He likes making hearty meals for his friends, and he especially enjoys teaching them how to cook if they’re curious

i wanted to build off of this post (long fucking post so I put it under a cut lmao)

other symptoms for us personally include: (most of these are more fictive heavy symptoms which I think applies to you) - phantom limbs/pain -- examples include; we get a limp when rocket fronts, I forget I can use my left arm a lot/my jaw is in constant pain because of the rot ihs (in headspace), Banhammer is a lot more clumsy (having two eyes has fucked with h1s depth perception a lot), when I get happy I can "feel" my tail wagging and often rock back-n-forth in place to replicate the feeling bodily - gender and name and sexuality switching . this was our first indicator (not really , but it was our earliest presenting one before we knew we were a system) . we were genderfluid, abro, and went by multiple names - memories from source . I have various source memories including but not limited to character interactions , what my room back in Blackrock looked like , ect. -- having bad reactions to said memories (though this isn't a requirement or anything , just common) . I struggle to play phighting because of the dialogue rewrite , for example . Zuka dislikes fireworks . that sort of thing - ability fluctuation / art style fluctuations if you do art . for example i have a higher pain tolerance than some of my other headmates (rotting lmao) . Scythe has better aim and is better at using our compound bow than I am . that sort of thing

If you do end up confirming ur a system (which is entirely uo to u to confirm, im not in ur head lmao), dont be surprised if members get more distinct, as once you start realizing whats going on it kinda get more obvious and also it getd easier to hear other (at least in our experience, tho it wont be the same for everyone)

This is basically what happened to us . voices started getting more distinct (they originally all sounded very similar too/exactly like the body , with a few exceptions) , it became easier to tell when something was off (when the name Subspace and his pronouns felt odd, when dysphoria could be pinpointed to not having a tail or horns instead of just our gender)
