The only people "taking jobs from artists" are the anti-AI people, not AI itself. I literally can't make a living off of music I'm putting shitloads of effort into creating because I used AI to make the background music, while meanwhile people like Eminem are using samples, Kanye and Drake are using a single repeating beat for an entire song, modern artists are selling a banana duct taped to a wall for several million dollars, hundreds of singers who have no talent are making millions using Autotune and stolen background music sampled from other songs.

I'm sick of it.

Musical AI isn't even stealing from existing songs like generative art AI does with art, it just basically uses Fruityloops and puts instrument packs and vocal packs on like it's fuckin Vocaloid.

Nah fuck it. Fuck all y'all defending anti-AI.

The Rainbeats Crew

As of today it is my birthday! I'm 19 now. Yippie.

These are a group of characters I started making last year, but never finished due to personal life issues. But now, with a sudden burst of motivation, I've spent the past week redrawing these guys, and now here they finally are!

Rainbeats is a temporary name, couldn't think of anything better in the moment lol.

These guys live in like a "2000s idea of the future" kind of town. Super high tech, everyone wears futuristic clothes, and wacky and unique cellphones. Together they're a group of best friends who are also in a band. I like to think they have a lot of slice of life styled adventures, both about their general lives and the band.

Blaze: He's a tough kind of guy who loves racing and racecars. He's got a liking for the extreme side of things.

VL: The group leader, she's perky and optimistic, though a bit scatterbrained.

RAV3 (pronounced as Rave): He's super energetic and loves to party, he's very hyperactive and he has a very digitized voice.

Lily: She's gentle and sweet, she loves all nature and often makes many efforts to help the environment.

Skye: He's a huge daredevil, he's cocky and reckless, a true free spirit.

Royal: He's rich, snooty, posh, and prefers to be treated like royalty. Despite coming of as condescending at times, he's generally the one with the best advice.

Estelle: She's a bit shy but very friendly when you get to know her, she likes to dream big and almost has a never-ending flow of creativity.

Also side note: the reason VL is named that is because her name was meant to be a lil joke about FL Studio (otherwise known as FruityLoops Studio) The logo always just looked like a carrot to me so I made her a Carrot. VeggieLoops. VL lol
