Shout out to gnc genderfluid people
To genderfluid people who present very masculine when they're a girl
To genderfluid people who present very feminine when they're a guy
To genderfluid people who don't present androgynous when their gender isn't aligned
To genderfluid people whose gender is partially static too, so they present as what is gnc for that gender
To genderfluid people whose gender is heavily fluid so what's gnc for their gender changes regularly
Just. Shout out to gnc genderfluid people of all kinds

No because cis men at work literally expect all afab people to baby them and remind them to do their jobs correctly and never get frustrated at them.
I’m not the manager, I’m not your mommy, I’m a coworker. Your reminder to do your job is when you fucking clock in and are scheduled.
I’ve seen it happen in so many work spaces and retail is no exception

I just wanna burst in tears whenever I have what to wear dilemma due to me erasing gender stereotypes. I dont want to wear feminine clothes but I like little feminine clothing. I hate the constant pressure of people wanting me to conform to stereotypical clothing. I dont want to.

Another dumb headcanon XD
Solomon would get all fake offended if you called him your househusband, shaking his head and huffing out, “No, no! I am your house-wife. Get it right, MC.”

Every day I think about the fact that the primary group of young people keeping spaghetti westerns, Clint Eastwood and John Wayne characters, and obscure old west shows alive are neurodivergent, culturally diverse, and/or LGBTQ+, and god isn’t there such a delicious, satisfying irony in that

"Not like other girls" vs. "not all men" — patriarchal division
We all know the popular "not like other girls" (or "not like other women", respectively) trope.
I‘ve been thinking about it a lot recently and what really annoys me is that society teaches young girls and women that girlhood and womanhood are inherently "bad" and hence not being like other girls and women is "good" and "desirable".
While many people believe that it stems from the girls and women themselves, I‘d like to emphasize the impact of growing up in a deeply patriarchal, misogynistic society and system which ultimately influences the steps we take.
The world we live in is built on female oppression, exploitation, rivalry and division. By ensuring that girls and women believe in what the patriarchy teaches us, men ensure their power and authority as we‘re busy trying to "fit in" and prove that we‘re the "good girls/women". Girls and women are conditioned to look down on other girls and women and aspire to be different — to be validated by men that they‘re not this flawed image of girlhood and womanhood.
Once we have internalized these misogynistic beliefs, we start to make our lives revolve around them and also spread them further. That‘s a common technique used by oppressors — divide and conquer.
Now we have lots of girls and women who desperately want to be different from other girls and women, who want to be as close as possible to whatever gets them men‘s approval and highlights that they‘re actually good instead of "flawed" like the rest.
Girls and women are always either "too human" or "not human enough". Whether it‘s looks, interests, personality etc.. We‘re trained to make entire lifestyle choices based on other people’s men’s perception. We‘re forced to balance between idealized womanhood and demonized womanhood.
The solution we’re presented? Putting other girls and women down to "prove" ourselves.
And it‘s not like there aren’t any tools for this, in fact, the patriarchy provides them abundantly.
The beauty & diet industry strive to divide us.
Fun activities which are still "gendered" to this day strive to divide us.
The media, social platforms and advertisements strive to divide us.
Sexualization and objectification strive to divide us.
Relationships with men strive to divide us.
Even when men commit atrocities, they divide girls and women, not men.
On the contrary, men and boys are taught to be united. Not in a coddly way, perhaps, but in a way that gurantees solidarity and immunity when needed.
"Not like other boys/men!" isn‘t a thing, instead, we got "not all men!", a.k.a. "I‘m like other men and because I‘m not bad, they aren’t, either!".
Whilst men are more prone to violence and deliberately inflict emotional and physical pain on others on a much larger scale than women, boys and men aren’t taught that it‘s desirable to be different from other boys and men. Rather, they‘re taught that it‘s good, desirable and admirable.
Instead of aspiring to be different — to be better — their focus is on defending men as a whole and excusing or justifying their misbehavior, whereas we‘re told that we must hold each other accountable for the tiniest missteps, especially when they involve men.
Girls and women are taught that their existence (& humanity) in itself is flawed, undesirable and needs to be strictly regulated, judged and altered.
Boys and men are taught that their existence (& humanity) in itself is self-evident, desirable and worthwhile.
That‘s why I put female solidarity and sisterhood above all else.
That‘s why I proudly say that YES, I am like other girls and women. We aren’t a monolith, we‘re individually unique, and yet we share the experience of being female, and we‘re united in our mere existence as women, and we don’t need to put other women and girls above or beneath us, or allow us to be alienated from one another.

can we just. stop acting like being a caretaker and a nurturing person is just a “mom” thing. please?
like… dads can be just as (if not more) caring and loving. any parent can be like that. it’s not gendered.
and if you tell me “oh but i’m saying [character] is motherly because-” stop it.
because what? those are the characteristics you associate with maternal figures? because of the gender roles and stereotypes ingrained into our heads since childhood?
idk it just makes me uncomfortable when people call parental non-female characters “motherly” or stuff along those lines
might be because my dad is more nurturing and supportive than my mom but i dunno
anyway my point is basically: just fucking say parental instead of motherly. it’s so easy. any parent can have those traits regardless of gender

I’m sorry but Viz’s writing truly just comes off as how a straight girl writes yaoi fanfiction. Even down to demonizing the female characters who “get in the way” of her gay ship

hello! i feel a little awkward sending this ask because i haven't questioned my sexuality in so long, but i've been getting a lot of hate about my identifying as sapphic recently. i have a preference for women and non-binary people, and sometimes the occasional guy will slip in, but often my partners will prefer to be called my boyfriend or masculine names or pronouns so people judge me saying that i'm not really sapphic. i feel like i shouldn't claim the label anymore. i guess i'm asking if you think it's still okay for me to identify as sapphic with all of these factors?
- JJ 🪻
You can 100% still use sapphic!
I’m sorry 😭 after reading your ask, I just want to give you a hug because, what is wrong with those people. Oh my goodness, I just got filled with so much frustration at the people who said you can’t.
Like, since when have masculine people who ARE NOT men, ever been men? Sapphic describes an attraction to women (whether bi, pan, lesbian, etc.). Women can be girlier than Barbie, or manlier than the rock, at the end of the day, they’re still women.
As such, you are Sapphic and have the right to use to term.
Someone explain this to me, does sapphic suddenly mean attraction to femmes?!?! Or are we just suddenly dictating that masculine people must now identify as men?
@josephinny I’m so so sorry you’ve been experiencing that.

I SAW A SET OF OBLIVIOUS ALPHA!LUMINE POSTS AND I RAISE YOU
OBLIVIOUS OMEGA!AETHER
Who’s somehow strong on his own yet whose helpful and sweet nature attracts all the alphas around.
Doesn’t get why people compliment on his scent. Is it the shampoo he uses?? What is it abt his smell that people keep sniffing and going oh wow u smell really nice. He keeps getting mildly flustered over it, and some hint that there’s a bit more to it than what they say but he isn’t sure and chooses not to overthink it and accept the praises when they come by.
People are weirdly affectionate with him but he doesn’t mind or likes it! It’s very comforting and nice to hug with friends. Except Aether does NOT realise that the point of physical contact is marking him with their scent to warn others away and poor aether keeps getting glomped everytime he meets with someone else
like after meeting with childe who was all to eager to get into an impromptu spar and tussle with him, he meets Ningguang who is absolutely irritated that the smell of that battle-crazed Fatui harbinger is all over him and aether is frantically apologising for looking messed up since Childe is childe. Ningguang has him cleaned up and get some new clothes (scented with some verrry light perfume she uses herself ha) and drags him to a fancy dinner in Liuli Pavilion.
Yae Miko is not happy to see the Head of the Yashiro Commission strolling around with Aether in the Grand Narakumi shrine, sticking a bit too close to the traveller to her liking. Ayato and Yae Miko of course exchange some snark commentary the moment they meet and hidden barbs that Aether tries his best to mediate. Unfortunately something happens that requires Ayato to leave earlier to handle, and Yae is all too smug to smirk at him while placing herself at Aether’s side just where Ayato himself was and accompanying him instead. Ayato gives her a blank polite smile with no friendliness in his eyes.
Every Alpha wants to keep him but can’t do much for now as he’s focused on looking for his sister, and they want him to be successful on that. In the meantime whenever aether comes by to hangout they show off and present themselves in a myriad of ways to signal Aether that they could be potential mates for him.
I know a lot of people like Lumine and I do too, but I like Aether equally as well. Both are pretty neat as individual characters and I like to think Aether is the more soft-spoken gentle-mannered twin compared to Lumine who’s more outspoken and headstrong. If im not wrong when you see their attack animations, Aether is more defensive while Lumine is more aggressive hence why i headcanon aether as the more passive twin and Lumine as the active twin. So essentially soft boi Aether and boss ass bitch Lumine hehe
Don’t know if it’s just me but Aether doesn’t get as much attention or appreciation because he appears to be the typical uninteresting isekai’d protagonist to most people. Also hoyoverse keeps defaulting to him in promotional materials for genshin even tho they are like either twin being Traveller are equally canon, which makes everyone feel like Lumine is neglected and focus more on her. That’s fine but i still think Aether’s cool. I actually like his design way more than Lumine’s but that’s because I greatly dislike Hoyoverse female character designs for being more fanservice than anything.
ALSO If you cant tell I really dig mixed gender harems because ANYONE can be in it. More options, more the merrier and more fun :^)

hm. i feel like I'm not unhinged enough for the past few days. here's my old-but-reworked omegaverse headcanon tier list.
#re zero#i actually was gonna look for my queer headcanon tier list but then i realised I'm bored. so.#putting my omegaverse scholar glasses on#firstly“pretends” doesnt really apply to crusch and felix. they are destroying these secondary genders with hammers i can tell you that muc#todd is an omega. fear about your Secret Identity being discovered.... classic omega archetype.#that adds to the conflict with subaru#also. subaru. raised in a shadow of his perfect alpha dad. riddled with complexes as a result.#similar deal with heinkel i think.#vincent as an asexual alpha......#emilia's alpha identity is scrutinized and stigmatized by society because satella also was an alpha#julius is the most beautiful beta subaru has ever seen. really out here slaying these stereotypes left and right#reinhard is a perfect alpha with a duty to continue the blood line of sword saints#regulus is deeply self-conscious about being an omega. stopping all bodily processes? seems very convenient#i actually haven't thought about what would their smells be like yet. hm. my mistake.#i think subaru would smell like a wet asphalt or gasoline or something else from earth and everybody would be like hey what a fuck is that#rem hates the smell of gasoline 😔😔😔#emiilia smells like frost. easy. traumatising.#julius smells like old books... or maybe steel#reinhard has a divine protection of perfect smell... every person who smells him smells their favourite scent#meanwhile reinhard adds that to his already long list with reasons for identity crisis#regulus probably smells like vanilla lmao

You know I'm not sure why we were surprised that J K Rooling was a bigoted piece of trash. It was pretty obvious
Seamus Fucking Finnegan, the one Irish character is good at blowing shit up. I mean, come on
The women that are there and are significant exist to either use the "not like other girls" trope, or to simper over or help the men, or at least aid in their development. Hermione ends the series with 0 development from where she began
The one queer character in the story is a) in love with a villain, b) morally grey, and c) not even portrayed as gay in the fucking books. A single Tweet was used to reveal this fact. She was definitely doing it to get on the hype train while it was in the station
Cho Chang. Just.... Cho Chang
The Goblins !! Anti-semitism galore
House-elves... apparently they like being slaves... HMMM... Where have I heard that before ? Oh yeah, white slave-owners said that about their black slaves
Harry becomes a cop, which is not necessarily bigoted but it is terrible writing
Once again, 0 rep for anything other than cishet white people. The ethnic character are there, and are only there, to act as background decorations. There are straight-up no openly queer people
