EDIT: How do we show appreciation to the volunteers? For me reading these deep dives on OTW issues u guys apparently it's been said multiple times that one of their objective statements is to have paid staff for ao3 and there's a surplus of donations they haven't used up or the other community solutions that needs to address. For those more financially literate feel free to analyze, snipe me or add to the discussion etc. linked here by deepa. They’re cool and these yearly analysis they did aint no joke.

But Seriously what can we do for these volunteers? The probable burn out from this entire fiasco would be no joke. @ao3org

Wtf is happening with ishman fandom? When we're not being fed anything, Ishan literally on a hiatus, then istg the fanfics were SO GOOD and now? When we're being spoon fed the content? The quality of the fanfics goes down? no offence.

like y'all, as a writer, who was forced to write because of less, but good content, i can't help but be annoyed with the fandom rn. Cuz I literally wrote my ff because there was no omegaverse ishman fluff!!!?!

So the point is that the stories are very repetitive, grammar is wrong (not like I'm Shakespeare's butt hole but still, there are some limits to galat English?), there is just- Nothing new? To be excited about?

Ahh so! Here is my first attempt at animation ever! This is our first assignment for the animation class I'm taking, we had to animate a bug, any bug, any way we wanted, so I chose the deaths head hawk moth. I know there's lots of imperfections about this and isn't all that stunning in terms of craft, but I need to remind myself I'm literally a beginner in animation and I'm not going to be immediately creating masterpieces. I'll still be disappointed in myself for the things I think I should have been able to do better, but at least I recognize that it's the mean perfectionist brain talking haha. (also sorry for people who know bugs well, I know the anatomy/movement isn't quite accurate, but it's just what I was able to do)

lot of people online are arrow removing experts but apparently not arrow identifying experts because that’s wasn’t even an arrow

#she got shot with a crossbow #it was a bolt #I mean regardless I’m not sure the removal process was correct #but you gotta also take into account she was working with a much smaller and thicker shaft than an arrow #like given the length of the shaft she was working with and the fact that it didn’t seem to be in a vital area or hit an atery #I can at least see an argument for how it was dealt with #like you know the head probably didn’t go all the way through her leg and that’s why Nynaeve had to push the head through #not sure she could have broken the fletching off after that without something to actually cut it because its thicker than arrow #and harder to get a grip on and steady without putting pressure on the injury when snapping it #and ‘oh but she’ll bleed out’ its tv no she won’t #do you want Elayne to meet Rand with an arrow in her leg?#she has to look NICE when meeting her subjects #wot on prime #wot show spoilers #wheel of time
