happy halloween!! im not dressing up today since im still pretty beat from halifax (i got back late last night) but here’s all 4 of my costumes from Hal-con!! Allen Walker (D.gray-man), Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Marvel - Kevin Wada design), Reigen Arataka (Mob Psycho 100), and Jason Todd/Red Hood (DC comics - original costume from ‘Under the (Red) Hood’)

it was a lot of fun!!! allen was probably the most popular, so many people were excited to see our group ahah. i def wanna wear him again to hal-con, esp since a lot of other cons are too warm. 

it was so nice to be at con for the first time in 2019!!! it was a lot of fun to be there with friends, but we were soooo tired by sunday, so it’s great to be home.

One silver lining of the pandemic was that the martian invasion ended as soon as it began. The terrifying fighting machines crumpled and slumped over the territories they sought to dominate as the pilots had no defences against the virus.

I’d been sitting on this idea for my War of the Worlds Comes to Atlantic Canada series since the ‘rona started spreading and finally got to debut it for Hal-con this year. It features the Halifax Town Clock, a Sea King, some Mounties doing jack all but drinking tim’s, and a cameo of Aleph at bottom right. Every disaster comes with lollygaggers :P

cosplans for hal-con 2022!!! this’ll be my first con since animaritime 2019 im excited but nervous lol. i got masks for everyone that match ehehehe. this is gonna depend on weather as well, since last time i want to halcon in 2018 it was freezing one day and pretty mild the next which of course was opposite to how warm my costumes were.

anyways idk if anyone here other than like. the people going w/ me and connor+magda care but im exciiiited ill have pictures to share for sure.

I've spent the last 2 days hyperfocused on getting this done but it looks like we'll have STICKERS FOR HAL-CON!??

I went with a local place and need them in hand by Friday so Ive been talking with 3 different ppl from the place since Monday coordinating and polishing up the files (in some case making them basically from scratch because they're based on patch designs from before I was drafting things in inkscape).

I hope they're going to be popular 😭💦 Taking 2 days out of my last week of con crunch is a lot and I might not have much for zombies or dittos because of it but I desperately need some merch that isn't 100% produced by myself lol
