What to say? 1. I'm happy. 2. I love them. 3. They love each other. 4. Thyjs learned baking skills (he's waaay ahead of the other boys). 5. And Ryder loves his idea of using lollipops (Thyjs has no clue about that yet what Ry usually associates with it).

I'm fine. Just melting a little. My stress about this set is gone. I live in peace now (for a few hours).

OKAY.

In reality? I had no idea what to 'gift' Ryder. For Thyjs back in July it was clear to me as day to gift him a new knife because he lost half of his equipment on the mission he came to the NUS for. But Ry? No clue. He's got everything as he got some quality standards and all the must haves. So there is nothing to gift him, other that a sweet gesture like time with his loved one … who baked a cake. The Halloween props popping up on Nexus just a few days prior finally let me do this set. Other than that I would have made just smooch pics only.

Ofc Thyjs never learned to bake a cake, but my hc is now he watched how to bake this cake, and given for a first try he did pretty well! And ofc Ryder likes it, he appreciates it all the way and this is just so sweet of him he's done that — Ry cannot express his surprisement and happiness like others do, tho, so yeah short thanks but then he shows him through a kiss how thankful he's and that he values his partner so much <3

Also yes, war machine Thyjs appears to be a real cutie in private. It's so amusing for me to look at badass VP with him and then I do these lil' stories from time to time and you just see the 'behind the scenes' of them how they truly are what my real VP pics probably never tell if you are just scrolling by. Thyjs is a Cancer who keeps his shell always on, only in private and with Ry he does show his softness.

Anyway, I talk too much. Celebrating my German Dude now! <3

Also sorry for no real Halloween themed posts because I was entirely busy to get his b-day stuff done with too less time. I totally forgot about Halloween tbh. My mind was like this: "rydersbirthdayrydersbirthdayrydersbirthday".

Seasons greetings and welcome to the first annual Fright Night City!

This is a Cyberpunk 2077 Halloween themed community event which is open to all mediums and all genres. As long as your art is CP2077 (Cyberpunk/Cyberpunk Red ttrpg is okay too) related and in the spirit of Halloween, you’re welcome here and welcome to make whatever you like! I put a trick-or-treat style prompt list together to help feed the inspiration but there’s also a free space if none of them speak to you. Feel free to pick one prompt, combine them, and/or do multiple entries for the week.

I do ask that you please try and post on the day your prompt is assigned to (if you’re doing a combination plate, just pick one of the days, please do not ping me multiple days with the same entry), although nothing bad will happen if you don’t. There are no prizes or judges for this event. We’re all just here to have some good ol’ fashioned Halloween fun. Think of this like hanging out at a giant haunted corn maze with all your fandom friends. 

You do not need to be following me or this sideblog to participate. If you’d like your work to be featured on this Tumblr blog though you do need to tag me (@fright-night-city) and use the following hashtags when you post (#fright night city and/or #fright night city 2024). You're welcome to post and host your art in other places and link it here, but Tumblr's where I'm hosting this event and the only channel I will be searching for entries.

Joshua Daniel Hartnett was born July 21, 1978 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The 46-year-old actor is best known for his roles in the films Halloween H2O: 20 Years Later, The Faculty, The Virgin Suicides, Pearl Harbor, Black Hawk Down, and 40 Days and 40 Nights. Josh played The Salesman/The Lady Killer in Sin City, Dwight "Buck" Bleichert in The Black Dahlia, Slevin Kelevra in Lucky Number Slevin, Eben Oleson in 30 Days of Night, and Ernest Lawrence in Oppenheimer. Josh also has several TV roles including Penny Dreadful, Black Mirror and The Bear. He has made apperances in the following music videos: Faith Hill's "There You'll Be", The Chicks' "Travelin Soldier" and "Pursuit of Happiness" by Kid Cudi. Josh can currently be seen in the M. Night Syyamalan psychological thriller film The Trap which premiered July 24, 2024. Josh is 6 feet and 3 inches tall.

Paint Mines Interpretive Park - Sometimes there are rocks on the prairie.

Apparently, those geological formations, the spires of rock formed by erosion, are referred to as hoodoos.

Day 1 of Spooktober: A game of chess

Context: Ava's father is a dream-eater, so she has some nightmare-inducing abilities despite being primarily a mantis fairy. She and her dad often play chess together, but it also symbolic for their complicated and unusual relationship; she often works to foil her dad's plans in recruiting powerful beings into his group, whereas he's fully aware she's doing that, and they kind of see it as just another game of chess.

....IDK if the chess piece sizes are exactly correct for this perspective, but I tried lol

(her mother is not largely involved in all of this, due to some severe trauma that has confined her mostly to mental health treatment facilities, though they both visit her regularly)

A random trip down to Orlando and a friend and I visited both theme parks. And we noticed they had the "Epic Universe" store open that had a diorama set up of how the new park will look. I love it so damn much, it's going to be frickin humongous! We all have a LOT of walking involved 🤷🏾‍♀️☺️😄 but they put a huge roller coaster in it and it looks like a super long one. I'll upload pics today. But omg this was a much needed trip I needed to get on the Incredible Hulk. I needed to be in the atmosphere and smell the food.
