I fucking did it.

I came out to my aunt today.

It went so well and she understands why I have been so scared to tell anyone in the family and she could tell how nervous I was and just gave me a long hug and we had a whole conversation about me and the family and stuff and then when I went to leave I told her thank you (it was all I was able to say to her after the conversation) and she told me it was gonna be alright and that I've got this. I am so thankful it went so well and she supports me and I'm so happy lol.

So yeah, today was a really fucking good day.

A lot of the more 'drastic' effects that I got within the first few months of HRT have mostly subsided.

But one thing that seems to be 'staying' is that I can giggle myself into a laughing-fit the likes of which I and my friends have never seen. "Are you laughing or crying?" is a phrase I hear at least once a week, and which goes unanswered for a good several minutes before I'm able to regain my composure (the answer typically being 'both' by that point).

Being happy is cool :>

whenever transphobes r like "look at what these trans people are doing to themselves!!" i cant help but think of like my sister. who is trans. and what she did was she changed from a kinda miserable person who stayed in her room all day only studying and barely speaking to me into a happy girl who now hangs out with me when she can, indulges in her hobbies and goes out a lot more and has a really good and happy life . and im like. wh. whats so bad about that
