I fked up..AGAINi have school tom, I will have my first meal at 5:00pm AFTER I am done with my 500 cal workout. The food will be around 200 cal. I have to start water fasting on weekends if I keep on messing up, my dad bought a lot of ice cream….and I am ashamed of myself, it’s my fav food but still…I will not sacrifice my body goals for 15 min of pleasure!

I just wanna rant a little.
I’m getting to the point where I feel infuriated when I hear someone tell me healthier ways to lose weight. This is more than just “losing weight”; I hate food! I hate the way it makes me feel, I hate the guilt and anxiety I get in my stomach from feeling full. The pure panic in thinking that anything I consume is contributing to putting any kind of weight on me is diabolical. Drinking water sometimes makes me anxious because I know it’ll add on water weight.
I binged yesterday for the first time in a week of not eating, and I felt so sick. I immediately got a wave of depression once I felt my stomach was full. I know this might not be logical, but I feel like every time I put something in my mouth to eat it’s blowing me up like a balloon. I can’t do this anymore. I hate having to eat. I hate that our body needs it to have energy, I hate how it makes us look and I HATE the fact that my brain is addicted to it.

Started this diet<3 I did so well today!! I ate 682 cals and I went biking w my friend. I'll also go to dance class later for 1 hour 30 mins so I'll burn maybe around 400 cals <3
