Both of you spend the weekends watching movies with Abby (i feel like Abby would love horror movies)

Lunch dates with Mike while Abby is in school

Mike is into praise so whenever you compliment him on something, he literally brightens up so much

Has the prettiest smile and the cutest laugh (i don't make the rules, it is what it is)

Finally talks to you about his trauma, you cry when you hear everything he went through

You get so overprotective of him after that, praising him, helping him with Abby and everything

Starts having dreams of marrying you and eventually proposes (Abby tells you about the ring beforehand)

  + Abby's the girl who says hello to everyone in the morning and will never fail to thank the people working around base. She's a sweetheart at her core and it's the reason you two got together. She's so friendly that it's almost unknown for her not to get along with someone or at least try to.

+ Definitely tries to impress you with her strength, she knows you've got a thing for her muscles so she'll be sure to show 'em off whenever she's got the chance.

+ Goes to the gym every day, she's one of those people who's hardcore dedicated to their routine. She'd love it if you visited her while she's there working out!! It would make her so happy to have you join her, she'll guide you patiently through all the new equipment so you can get a feel of what you wanna try. Definitely will use anything as an excuse to put her hands on you. She's so cute, she'll give you encouraging rubs on the back after you complete a set.

  - "You did so good, babe! Wanna keep going?"

+ Always has you over at her place, she kicks Manny out for the night so you two can be alone.

+ Basically makes you wear her clothes; after a night together at hers she'll give you one of her favorite shirts to keep. She thinks you're the cutest in her stuff because it's always a little too big on you. Having everyone in the cafeteria see you in her attire is just more incentive to the cause.

+ On occasion, she lets herself enjoy a quiet, lazy afternoon spent with you.

+ Unfortunately for you she takes enjoyment in tickling other people; specially reserved for only those she's closest with. She doesn't go all out, usually a sneak attack of a side tickle but sometimes, sometimes she goes in for the kill. She can have you under her within seconds and it's used to her advantage greatly.

+ Soft dominant. She's had to make a leader out of herself since her father's death meaning she'd rather you take the backseat while she takes care of things.

+ Abby isn't the biggest on physical touch, she wouldn't be constantly touching you like some people would. Affection from you, either alone or with friends, is always welcomed with loving arms though. She prefers expressing her love for you through quality time in your company or doing simple favors to help you out.

+ That being said, she's the kind of girlfriend who will let you take her by the arm or spontaneously grab your hand while walking up behind you.

+ Tilts your face by the chin when she kisses you. Her fingers are so blissfully light on your skin like she's trying her hardest to be as gentle as possible with you.

+ She really is so tender and delicate with you. Always giving you the lightest touches when her fingers inevitably end up tracing the curves on your body.

+ On the other hand, she can show her true strength if you want it. She can pin you down so easily; she can't resist teasing you about your weak muscles (of course she'll follow it with a kiss to avoid your pouting).

  - "See, babe, this is why you have to go to the gym more. What if I was an attacker?"

+ She will more than volunteer to teach you about self-defense, weapons, etc. Actually, if you don't know that stuff already she'll force you to attend a mini class of hers.

+ Such a good teacher, her patience makes learning from her a breeze. Comes at a cost when she’s almost always assigned to training the newbies because of this unmatched skill of hers.

+ If you're a soldier, too, she tries to convince Isaac to let you two stay on the same assignments. Nine times out of ten he says no, it'll be a rare occasion when he gives in to Abby's relentless arguing.

+ She patches you up after missions!! No one else can be trusted to tend to you. You deserve to be babied 100% and anything less than that is unacceptable in her eyes. She ends up staying with you for a couple nights checking up on you near constantly to monitor your condition. It doesn't matter if it's just a couple cuts, she's treating it like a broken leg when it comes to you.

+ With Manny's help, she begins writing you little love letters. Mostly they're innocent messages with her declaring just how cute she thinks you are and how much she loves you. Simple, yet so effective. She knows you cherish each and every one she's written.

+ A sentimentalist at heart! Aside from her coin collection, she has a stash of memorabilia from days in the past to keep the moment and the feelings associated alive. Give her a flower you casually picked from one of the bushes around the base and it'll be drying in a book under her bed so she can keep it forever.

+ When you two get into an argument, she tries to hold back her honesty but it slips out in hurtful ways more often than not. She has a problem of not working with you as a team to solve the issue; Abby views any conflict as a fight and she wants to win more than anything. When this unavoidably makes you upset, she realizes she's done wrong and takes back whatever she's said. Fortunately, arguments never last long and they without exception end with some cuddling.

  - "I'm sorry, sweetheart. I care about you so much…"

+ Very good at reading you, it's half scary and half comforting. You don't need to use a lot of words to get your point across with her, she understands you completely.

+ After you two date for awhile, she realizes how much time she spends away from home and you. She has a talk with Isaac to take shorter trips around less dangerous areas essentially taking a step down in her position.

+ Dreams of following in her father's footsteps by working in the med unit, she knows she can't be a soldier for long; not when she's got a whole future with you to live for.

Let me tell you, I have been so hesitant to talk about the Abrogon kids because I felt like it was too spoilery but you know what! THEY HAVE KIDS!

The have so many kids. Like, Aegon's all 'I need to get you pregnant. You know what they say about making the seven? That's about knocking you up.'

Look. Abby wants to be a mom. She's always wanted to be a mom. She's a girl who wants kids, and a family, and a lot of that is just her, a lot of that is in response to her childhood loss and trauma. Aegon wants that too.

Of course there are hurdles and struggles emotionally they're going to have to overcome. There's a lot of fuckery in terms of Aegon and the relationship he has with his parents, Abby and the relationship with her mother figure and the memory of hers.

Anyway yes! They end up having seven kids. A gaggle of blonde, redhead, and strawberry blonde cherub faced babies who are frankly the cutest damn babies ever.

911 Spoilers Season 2: You’ve been warned. 😅

Episode 4

I’ve really enjoyed taking notes during my rewatch, but I’m especially enjoying transcribing my notes. I’m getting a more in depth analysis on the season and my breakdown of each character. I took the most notes during Episode 4, which means my handwriting was incredibly sloppy.

Episode 4:

• We learn about Eddie & Chris’ home life. Eddie obviously an awesome dad letting Chris be as independent as possible.

The opening scene in this episode makes me melt. Both Eddie and Chris getting ready for their days together is absolutely the cutest thing to exist. We get to see Eddie fully love his boy and although wanting to do everything for him knowing that Chris is completely capable on his own.

• Eddie obviously brought up by religious Latin family when he drops Chris off at his abuela.

Personally as a Latina that grew up in a religious’s household, Eddie’s interaction with his abuela felt familiar. Her blessing him and just how they speak to each other is just familiar. (I’m not implying religious trauma from this interaction,which I know is something heavily discussed by the fandom in relation to Eddies identity, but we aren’t there yet. This is just a scene that allows us to know religion plays an obvious role in Eddie’s life)

• Girls flirting with Buck and Eddie. Buck denies advances because of Abby. Eddie denies advances because of son. Both discuss why the denied advances. Eddie states "they weren’t my type" Buck feeling the need to state they aren’t his type either. Both walking pressed towards each other . Personally, this is the moment I originally began to ship them together.

This particular rescue was so silly and honestly a mood. I’m not going to lie, I would probably act the way these girls were acting if a bunch of hunky firefighters came to rescue my very drunk friend. But that aside, this scene was everything. Why are they pressed up so close together. Why does the interaction just scream gay. I remember watching this scene for the first time, and the realization that Buck and Eddie would make such a cute couple. Rewatching it again only solidified this for me.

• Buck joins Eddie to the hospital when abuela gets hurt. Is introduced to tia. Tia asks, who Buck is, in the same way a person asks someone if they are dating.

Go back and watch this scene and tell me that she isn’t slightly implying Buck could be more than just a coworker. I might be delusional but I’m sticking with this vantage point.

• Buck learns about Eddie’s struggles as a single father.

• Everyone in the firehouse bonds with Chris. Buck takes extra steps to make sure Chris is able to be at the firehouse. Buckley Diaz Famiy bonding starts with this episode. Chris developing a personal relationship with the Fire family.

Buck really went out of his way to make sure Chris was thought about and steps were taken were he went above and beyond for his friend. Let’s also take a moment to acknowledge the picture perfect moment where Chris slides down the pole and is caught by Eddie and Buck 😍

• Buck will not stop talking about Eddie and Chris to his sister, Maddie, who states “Does this boy crush on Eddie…” and Buck not denying having a crush.

Some may argue that Buck is just comfortable in his sexuality not to make a big deal out of that statement, but why can’t he have a crush and also not make a big deal about it. I think Buck is the type of person who would acknowledge having a crush and just not pursue a romantic relationship.

* I truly believe Buck is aware of his crush on Eddie but is more concerned over his wellbeing and building a friendship that he doesn’t pursue anything with him. And as far as Buck is aware Eddie is a straight man. His situation with Abby is still also clouding his judgement.

I think it’s important to note that my personal head cannon is that Buck is Bisexual with a preference for women. He has likely experimented in his youth with men.

• Buck is starting to process that Abby is no longer his girlfriend.

• Buck invited Eddie under false pretenses. Eddie is disappointed when he thinks Buck is trying to set him up with a woman. Buck is trying to set him up, but not romantically just with Carla, as a care taker for Chris when he’s working.

• Eddie has a look of admiration. Whatever feelings Eddie has towards Buck is justified as feelings of friendship. I believe that if Eddie was fully aware and accepting of being gay, this would have been his “oh” moment.

It’s important to know that my personal head cannon is Eddie is a closeted homosexual, who is in denial. He justifies any attraction to men and doesn’t act on it. He also does believe he’s attracted to women, but won’t truly realize that he’s not until he has his gay awakening.

* This episode alone is enough for the writers to build a friends to lovers story line for Buck and Eddie. It’s subtle enough to be a surprise to casual viewers but strong enough to be the entire foundation for their romance to begin.

chrissie cunningham and eddie munson:

Had the CUTEST SCENE IN THE ENTIRE SHOW where they flirted and he tried to sell her drugs but then SHE GOT MURDERED and it was tragic

ava silva and michael salvius:

They have some amusingly straightbaity scenes where Michael initially appears to be interested in Ava (meeting her in a bar, asking questions about her, pursuing her to get her to do things with him and inviting her to kick ass with him) but almost all of these scenes are explicitly for plot reasons or end up displaying the closeness of Ava and Beatrice (and Beatrice’s jealousy over Ava seemingly being interested in a man) instead. Michael and Ava develop a strong close relationship that feels more sibling-esque by the end of season 2 and also Michael straight up dies at the end of season 2 as well.

nina zenik and matthias helvar:

[MAJOR SPOILER] If they were truly straight Matthias wouldn’t have died (submitter also stated that nina is revealed to be bi/pan)

oscar francois de jarjayes and andre grenadier:

Oscar was afab but her father gave her a boy's name and raised her as a boy (by 18th century standards) because sexism and he had 5 daughters and decided she was going to be a son because they were a noble family and he wanted a son to become a high ranking military official because they're rich so they can just do that. Oscar joins the army and becomes Marie-Antoinette's personal guard. Her and childhood best friend Andre are very close through out the series (he supports her throughout the many scandals that she has to deal with because she works for the royal family) and at the end of the series it is revealed that they are in love, but they are both killed in the war before they can actually get together. The dying before they can be together might fall into the buried straights category but they relationship also has really queer energy because throughout the series it becomes apparent that Oscar usually Does Not Vibe with only the gender she assigned at birth. She sometimes refers to herself as a woman, sometimes refers to herself as a man, but her attitude is usually basically 'I'm a man, I'm a woman, I'm both, I'm neither, stop asking'. So I think they should count as straightbait because we find out that Oscar is nonbinary and Andre loves her no matter what her gender is (and then they die before they can get together).

jason grace and piper mclean:

So. Hera/Juno put a bunch of fake memories in Piper’s head of a months long relationship with Jason. However plot and stuff happens and they end up dating for real. Except no they didn’t. In the next series Apollo goes to them to ask for help and finds out they’ve broken up. Then there was a death prophecy that for once was actually fulfilled (RIP Jason). Finally at the end of ToA Piper was seen kissing a girl and your choice how to interpret that. Got together because a goddess shipped them. Broke up because they realised they were gay.

abbie mills and ichabod crane:

They both start out as main characters, working together since ep. 1. Next three seasons follow the regular m/f protagonist duo pattern: they need each other's help, there's chemistry going on, there are heartwrenching scenes and dramatic sacrifices, they learn they can only truly rely on each other - so the next step is to let them be together, right? Wrong. The next step is to let lt. Mills make a final sacrifice, which on top of killing the pairing insults her as a character - suddenly from the POV protagonist she started as she's demoted to secondary character who always was just there to be the main guy's support. There are some feelings acknowledged, but no confessions or promises exchanged during the final fleeting reunion. Three-seasons-worth of build-up and then she dies.

valkyrie and thor:

Like a lot of ships with a white man and a woman of color, their chemistry and history get shunted to the side by racist writers and fans who refuse to acknowledge them as anything other than friends.

buffy summers and spike:

Buffy's a vampire slayer and Spike's a vampire. Enemies to Lovers. Absolutely not intended by creators, creators treated it like a joke at first, then some of the writers/producers actively hated it even throughout their canon relationship, they don't technically get together in the end, also he dies (kind of. he's brought back in another show. and the comics. it's complicated). Very queercoded relationship despite being m/f - desire, euphoria, shame, slowburn, keeping it a secret, doesn't think anyone else will understand or accept them, wanting to change for the better.

peggy carter and daniel sousa:

She’s the best secret agent, he’s a hot as hell disabled war vet They get together, but also don’t because apparently Steve Rogers is a homewrecker Peggy moved on after losing Steve, got together with the amazing Daniel Sousa, and then got broken up because the Russos didn’t want Steve to be seen as being gay for Bucky

How did you and your fiance meet?

My friends had taken me out for dinner to celebrate my birthday and one mentioned there being a party happening that night. It was being thrown by folks who were in the science fantasy fiction guild club at our college. I tagged along bc I had just gotten out of a relationship and wanted to have fun.

When I got there, I saw the cutest guy. He had the kindest face and so I asked who he was. Once I got confirmation of his name and that he was single, I apparently turned to a friend and said "let's go make this happen!" (I was drunk).

My friend pulled the "haaaaaave ya met Abby?" Card and we began talking. We exchanged numbers before he left and went on a date a week later. Last week was our fourth anniversary :)

Chapter 11 Review - RaS - the CPC fanfic

Phew! The hardest chapter so far that I write, 6k words!

I initially didn't want to go that long, but this make another example of odd chapter to be ridiculously long while the even chapter is relatively shorter. Welp. Happens. Moving on

The first part is basically the CPC adults learning that Fred's curse is indeed similar with Nell's. Medic!Syrah btw

The second part is the hardest to write but I am satisfied with how it become. In RaS I am kinda role-swapping Gwen and Frederick, as here Fred is the protagonist instead. This make interesting possibility that the one getting confused with romantic feeling is Gwen - instead canon where she's sure about the love but preventing her own feelings because she thoughts Fred didn't wants her. In RaS, the one that sure is Fred because the whole experience at the afterlife (espc ch 2) - but I'm hinting that Fred repressing his own feelings because he didn't deserves Gwen as mainly cuz his existence just dragging Gwen anyway- this also fits with canon (we have Prince Frederick, who starts to worry if he even deserves Gwen. ). Also not Abbi bashing but I write her in extreme antagonizing to Fred that might sounds OOC to her personality-I'm deeply apologize

The third part is interesting canon divergence of "Abbi's wish" episodes mixed with "Prez' lecture". I hope the joke about Lecture VS exam test could be delivered :3

"Ahem, but you are all still need paper and pen thou in this test" - many groaning with the notion. C'mon, not a lecture day - but a sudden test? This is highly unfair, and worse.

The fifth part had so many things going on, I am not sure which part to be talk about - you guys need to read my fanfic hahaha! But without spoiling, I like to extending HC about Blaine used to be anorexic, it's mental issue that often inflicted models that make them didn't want to eat in fear their body not their desired one. Also I mentioning Isolde again, and I like the idea that even thou canonically she looks so distant, in RaS we got mention that she's fighting for the sake of her son (Blaine) to stops anorexic

The sixth part and the last, is my weird attempt to putting the title of the chapter while dumping my OCs of CPC members (basically those that appearing but never named)

well, even thou YES curses related to fairy tales, BUT not every curse - there's many curse that not related to established tales at all, or a curse that actually related to multiple tales at once (the latter, should be obvious who refers to - it's part of the mystery to know the true curse)

In fanfic we could make anything, and I really want Syrah moment teasing Gwen (which in here is jealous, and she has every right to be!) about Fred. I really like that interaction

We know that Gwen is oblivious as even without trying, she gets 3 males interested to her romantically. But I find it's interesting to make Frederick also "the oblivious". It's already hinted in ch 8 as declaring him as the cutest Plaid Prince. This obliviousness will become big later on in the RaS

If fredrick was real I'd do anything he fucking asked of me. (a simp comment, and I nearly too if isn't be GwenDerick/FredDolyn hardcore shipper hahaha)

Eight letters stared up at you. For someone in a happy, healthy, and stable relationship of nearly five years with the man you were certain you wanted to marry and have kids with, the one small word shouldn’t have scared you so much. But it did. Pregnant. 

Though you’d been together going on five years, the two of you had somehow managed to keep your relationship under wraps. Outside of work, Tom was a private person and preferred to keep things that way, which was more than okay with you, as you didn’t particularly enjoy the spotlight. But now that you were pregnant… it would be much harder to hide it all. Nausea swirled in your stomach, but you couldn’t be sure if it was the anxiety or pregnancy. Or maybe the bit of excitement that was also mixed in. While you weren’t sure the timing was right, due to Tom’s career taking off, you and Tom had talked about having kids before, so there was also a part of you that fluttered with nervous excitement. You just couldn’t help that the anxiety seemed to be talking just a bit louder; you didn’t want to jeopardize Tom’s career or your relationship with him. 

Unsure of how you were going to tell Tom, you shoved the small pregnancy test to the back of one of your bathroom drawers. You’d have to think of the perfect way to tell him, as well as swallow a bit of your fear before you could break the news. And the back of the drawer seemed like the best solution for the time being. 

Only a few days later, Tom was rummaging through each and every single one of the bathroom drawers, looking for one of the new, spare toothbrushes you always had lying around, as his had just slipped out of his hands and onto the floor. While he knew this specific drawer was usually full of your hair products, he could really never be certain where you stashed stuff and was looking in every drawer just to be safe. 

Spotting the test at the back of the drawer, but unsure of what it was, Tom pulled it out. It had been upside down, so he wasn’t exactly sure what it was until he flipped it over. Pregnant. Tom’s heart began racing, a grin breaking out on his face as he read the words again to make sure he’d read it correctly. You were pregnant. 

If there was one thing in life that Tom was sure of, it was that you were the person he wanted to spend his life with; to get married, have kids, and grow old together. And the possibility that that could start now excited him. He wasn’t sure how long you’d known, or why you hadn’t told him yet, be he wasn’t worried. He knew you would tell him when you felt ready to. So, instead, he tucked the small test back into the back of the drawer, and thought of ways he could potentially hint to it, to let you know that it was okay. 

Over the next few days, Tom insisted that you get to bed early to get as much rest as possible, refused to let you carry anything heavy, and had even bought you some of your favorite chocolates, just when you started to crave them. And, when he had been at the store, he saw the smallest, cutest Spider-Man onesie he’d ever seen, and couldn’t resist buying it. He’d give it to you when you were ready. 

It was only a few more days later when you finally felt ready to tell Tom. Fear was still eating you up inside, but you’d sat with the secret for nearly a week, and it was killing you to keep it from Tom. You decided that after dinner was the best time, and retrieved the rest from the back of the drawer, keeping it hidden in your pocket until you were ready. 

Tom got out of his chair, scooping up his plate and yours to bring them to the kitchen, pressing a kiss to the top of your head as he walked by. Deciding it was now or never, you quickly pushed your chair back, and followed Tom into the kitchen. He had already started rinsing dishes and putting them into the dishwasher, so you took a seat at one of the stools at the counter. 

The two of you sat in comfortable silence for a few minutes, Tom humming to himself as he continued to clean up the mess made during dinner. Taking a deep breath, you clasped your hands together and finally looked up at your boyfriend, “Tom?”

“Yes, my love?” Tom replied, back still facing you. 

“I, umm… I have something to tell you. It’s important.”

This for Tom’s attention, and he quickly dried his hands on a towel, turning around, eyes wide as he quickly blurted out, “Okay, just hold that thought! I’ll be right back!”

“No, Tom, it’s really—“ 

He was already halfway up the stairs before you could finish your sentence, taking them two at a time so he could get back to you as quickly as possible. You never quite understood what was going through his head. To his credit, though, he was back in a minute, holding a small gift bag in his hands. 

“What is that?” you asked, utterly confused as to what it could be for, and why it was so important. 

“You’ll find out, darling. What did you want to tell me?”

You shook your head in amusement, and then turned on the stool to face Tom. Your heart was racing but you knew you had to do it now, “I’m pregnant, Tom.”

A huge smile broke out on Tom’s face as he closed the space between you, moving to stand between your legs. Without saying anything, he held the small bag out to you, placing one of his hands on your knee. 

Furrowing your eyebrows together, you took the bag and slowly pulled the wrapping out of it, only to find the small onesie Tom had bought. Your eyes filled with tears as your head whipped up, a smile tugging at your lips, “You knew? How?”

Tom laughed as he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you in as close as possible, “I accidentally found the test in the drawer a few days ago.” His lips pressed to the top of your head, the warm palm of his hand running over your back, “I’m so happy, darling.”

At this, you burst into tears from the relief. Your voice came out muffled against his shirt, “Y-you’re not mad?”

“Love, how could I be mad?” he questioned, pulling back just enough to cup your cheeks in his hands. He was staring at you seriously, a few tears welling in his eyes now as he looked at you, thumb brushing over your cheek to wipe away your tears. 

“I-I don’t know,” you hiccuped, leaning into his touch, “Th-that I didn’t tell you right away. Or, or maybe it’s just not the right time, the public doesn’t even know we’re together, and I—“

Tom cut off your nervous rambling with a soft kiss to your lips, “I couldn’t be mad about this. We’re having a baby. I love you so much, sweetheart, this is all I could ever want.” 

“We’re having a baby,” you repeated with a soft laugh, giving Tom another kiss, “I love you so much, Tom.” 

“This weekend, we’ll go to the store and start buying stuff, okay? Bottles, a crib, diapers—“

Y/N smiled to herself as she listened to her boyfriend’s snores echoing through the apartment, something he swore he didn’t do. She had half a mind to record it, but the win wasn’t worth the fight.

She picked his uniform off the ground of the bedroom, shaking off whatever dust she could. His undershirt was thrown across the room next to the bed. She gathered it in her arms before looking towards his sleeping face. His hair had stuck to his forehead, sweat and dirt acting as an adhesive. Her nails picked at it, brushing it away from his face, before laying a sweet kiss to his forehead where his brows were drawn up with whatever dream he was having.

It wasn’t uncommon for her to wash Steve’s uniform. While he was definitely a gentleman, who would never make her do his laundry, Y/N took pride in doing this for him whenever he had a rough mission. He could sleep off the stress while you made sure he woke up to a stress and responsibility-free environment.

She huffed, walking towards the washer, making a mental reminder to set his combat boots out to dry the mud he tried to avoid tracking in. How many pockets does a combat suit need? You don’t see Nat with this many pockets. She knew how Steve was, how he had his own knives, and tools scattered between the fabric of his uniform. Opening every pocket was more of a chore than actually doing the washing, but it was part of the process.

Her hands brushed over soft paper, different from the usual metals that she found from extra bullets to blades. No, this was soft, pliable to her working fingers. She tugged the gently folded piece from his chest pocket. Curiosity grabbed a hold of her, urging her to unfold it and inspect it carefully. It was a photo of the two of them, when they had gone out for her birthday in the last month. He had pulled them to the park, stopping by her favorite store, and then taking a stroll. Y/N had convinced him to take pictures with the self timer on her polaroid, leading to him keeping the photo.

She hadn’t expected him to hold to it like this, folded neatly into the pocket of what he wore whenever he was away from her. She smiled, remembering how he had wrapped his arms around her that day, resting his chin at the juncture of her neck. Happy looked good on him.

She set the photo down in the basket she used to keep his things together, reminding herself to ask about it later. The washer rumbled slightly as the heavy fabric sloshed in the water.

“Sweetheart?” He called through the apartment, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

“Hi sleepyhead,” she wrapped her arms around his middle. “Did you sleep okay?”

“Yeah, I think so. Where’s my-”

“In the wash, don’t worry about it.”

“Wait,” his back stiffened in panic. “Is it already running?”

“Baby, I said don’t worry I got everything out of the pockets.”

He paused again, cheeks going a little bit redder. “Everything?”

Y/N only smiled knowingly, reaching up to press a smile to his cheek. “Everything. Now what do you want for dinner?”

He smiled sheepishly, following her into the kitchen.

A couple of weeks had gone by and all Y/N felt was guilt. While she knew that she was caring enough in her relationship with Steve, she had sort of underestimated her importance to him. Important enough to carry a physical photograph in his uniform.

And while he obviously had held onto something of her while he was away, Y/N had yet to find something to bring her own self any kind of comfort. Most days spent alone while Steve was on a mission were spent trying to stay busy, to keep her mind off worrying. The missions where he couldn’t communicate were the worst. The only thing to keep her feet on the ground was their apartment. The way his scent lingers on the sheets, the small stack of drawing journals in the corner of their room, the record player sitting in the living room. While they were all things uniquely him, they weren’t close enough, needing to hold more meaning.

He was gone now, hundreds of miles away, doing what he did best - be a hero. Y/N’s knee bounced as she sat back on the couch, waiting for her boyfriend to return. He had sent a message hours ago, saying he was on his way back, saying not to wait up. She knew she would stay away as long as she could though, just to see him when he returned.

She tried to relax, wearing one of his large t-shirts and listening to a soft record as she waited. Time, however, was not kind and only continued to move slowly. With a sigh, she decided to do some chores, any chores that were left, to pass the time. That is when she saw them.

While Steve had amazing leadership skills, he was, in reality, quite forgetful when he wasn’t focused on doing his patriotic deeds. That’s why when Y/N moved to the bathroom to change out the towels and saw Steve’s dog tags on the counter, she paused. Thin metal was smooth through fingers, save for the imprints of his name and service numbers that her thumb ran over gently.

It was bittersweet, honestly - holding the thing that began Steve’s entire career, and not having him there to bring any kind of comfort. She pushed away whatever sadness remained, clutching the chain to her chest as she walked back to the living room. Without thinking too much about it, she slipped the necklace over her head, letting the tags hang just under her sternum.

Suddenly, she had something. Something with much more meaning than a scent, something tangible, something close enough. Her worried adrenaline left her body, and as she settled into the couch, she was able to fall asleep with ease for the first time since he had left.

Steve was almost worried when he entered the quiet apartment. His return was usually met with some kind of fanfare - a tight hug around his neck, a body scan for any injuries, an interrogation of his mental well-being. Tonight though, the apartment remained quiet as he shuffled through the threshold of the front door. His eyes swept over what he could see, finding nothing too out of place. Of course she cleaned. His ears, those genetically modified ears, however, picking up the slight snore, something she swore she didn’t do, of her sleeping form.

His feet carried him to the living room where she laid against the cushions, wrapped in his shirt, clutching his military tags in her hand. His shoulders dropped as he took in the sight, a new kind of relief hitting his body.

He crouched down, a dirty hand gently brushing the hair away from her forehead. “Y/N?”

“Mmm?” she mumbled, brows scrunching at the vibration of his voice. “Steve? You’re home.”

“Yeah, baby,” he smiled. “Want me to carry you to bed?”

Y/N rubbed her eyes as she nodded, tags falling from her fingers. He swept her up in his arms, thanking a god he had strength in his body. Her head rested against his chest, hand trailing over his heart. His mouth pressed a kiss to her forehead, adoring the sight before him.

“You wearing my tags?” he asked softly, not wanting to disturb whatever peace she still held onto.

“‘M sorry. Was missing you.”

“Shh, baby, don’t apologize.” He set her body down in the bed, pulling the sheets up over body. “You look better in them than I do.”

He left her to take a shower, but not before she called out for him, grabby hands sent in his direction. “Steve?”

“I’m coming right back, I just gotta wash off. I’m covered in sweat.”

“Don’t care. C’mere.”

He chuckled, slipping out of his uniform and saddling up next to her under the sheets. He kissed her head again, whispering words of love and comfort as she fell back into her slumber.

He had never been happier to fall asleep in his life.

Decided to watch this one live so I’ll add my thoughts as it goes along.

As awful as it is for Sarah and Kevin, I’m actually really happy to see a plot like that on a Hallmark Channel show given that so many women/couples have to go through that type of loss.

Evan and Mandrake are very fun together. Evan picking Abby up at the airport was cute and them having chili burgers was fun too. I’m glad he asked her out.

I also like that the kids were a little hesitant to be excited about their parents getting back together. The divorce was hard on them and they’ve spent years dealing with those feelings towards their parents.

I really don’t care about Jay and Abby. He’s a great guy and they’d be good together but she’s going to be with Evan so I can’t bring myself to get invested. It just feels like wasted time that the show could spend on other plots.

I also don’t care about Megan’s plot with all this art stuff.

Abby’s wardrobe this season is not my fave. It’s like they used Jess’ wardrobe instead.

Connor and Margaret with the mini smores was so cute! And not only did they kiss -- they made out! If this wasn’t Hallmark they would’ve had sex on that couch. Best moment of the episode so far for sure.

I’m glad that Kevin told his parents. Such an emotional moment for all of them.

Of course Jess sent the email. I love her whole chaotic vibe. It’s great that it led to an important conversation and some healing with her mom.

Jay has another prospect! That’s great news.

It’s not surprising that Luke isn’t going to prison but I think it could’ve been an interesting storyline if he had and built his relationship with Bree from behind bars.

The Megan and Sarah scene was very sweet.

Less than 10 minutes to go and nothing is resolved. Cool cool cool cool.

Oh no. David’s money is gone.

And Mick’s popping pills. That’s not good. 

That was a quick trip to Boston. Papa Peck is on the run!

Trouble in paradise for Mick and Megan. Trust issues. Yikes.

How annoying that we don’t know who Abby picks.

Connor and Margaret are the absolute cutest so OF COURSE they’re gonna have him have a heart attack.

Hi, hello, greetings! I just wanted to say that I love your Maddie and Buck fic about escaping their parents, the best made plans are your open hands. It's such a nice universe where so much pain is prevented but I love that in your epilogue they still make their way to their 118 family. I'm curious if there are any headcanons about their lives that you have that didn't make it in?

hello dear! 

thank you so much!!! that fic was a ride and a half and i was only half sure of where it was going as it was pouring out of me. i’m so pleased you enjoyed it! i think in the end i was just so motivated by this idea that there could be a universe where there the buckley siblings are well adjusted and capable of boundaries and ready for healthy relationships - and all it took was fully yeeting themselves out of that parental hellscape ASAP :)

and ahhhh!!! thank you for asking for headcanons because there are some that i have that i FULLY had to delete from the epilogue because it just became maddie recounting all of their lives in a very boring list, haha. (somewhat hidden behind a cut because i.... lost control SORRY)

- SO their first apartment is only gently a hellscape, no roaches thank god but definitely some mice in the walls, so maddie figures they’re fine. it’s right above a corner store that maddie works at part time for a little while. even when they eventually move on, maddie thinks fondly of the quiet afternoons where buck sits behind the counter with her after school, doing his homework and practicing money math with the coins in the register drawer.

- maddie spends a year or so fighting with buck’s middle school when he’s in sixth grade because even though she’s only halfway through a nursing degree, she can tell that her brother should be tested for ADHD. all her parenting books say that the transition from 5th to 6th can be rough for a lot of kids, but buck goes from loving school to feeling utter despair at having to move classes constantly and keep organized binders and a thousand other things he finds overwhelming. the testing results prove she’s right though and once she’s armed with an IEP and a free advocate who comes with her to meetings though, she cannot be stopped!!!! (she loves buck’s new teachers and they love him, obviously.)

- buck declares both mother’s and father’s day as “sister’s” and “brother’s” day and so every year he and maddie both take time off from school or work and play hooky. his favorite year was the year he was fifteen and saved up enough money to take maddie out to dinner and a movie. they snuck into two other movies after, only leaving the theater after getting chased out.

- maddie spends a lot less time than she assumed she would have to explaining that she’s buck’s sister/not mother to his high school teachers. they seem pretty used to various family members being the point person for a student and the school doesn’t blink when she tells them that their parents are dead - but they helpfully connect her to some free family counseling services through the school that she happily accepts. (buck will be the most emotionally healthy young man in the galaxy, if she has anything to say about it. she gets to sort through some stuff as well, which is nice.)

- maddie insists on dressing in paired halloween costumes for literal YEARS. basically any special interest buck has for years is fodder for the cutest DIY costumes maddie can thrift/make. (team rocket, peach & mario, harry & hermione, shaggy & velma, etc)

- buck does a little “figuring himself out” before college, but this time it comes from a place of excitement about the world and a little frustration at the whole college application process demanding that he, merely 17, decide what he wants to do for the rest of his life. he takes a gap year and maddie misses him SO much, but they IM and gchat and skype constantly. 

- buck’s relationship with abby is a good one, and good for him in a few ways, but it’s not his first serious one - he’s able to be a supportive partner for abby in her time of need and also able to see her leaving as the only goodbye he’s going to get. he writes her a letter a few months later, pointing out the one-sidedness of their relationship and she calls him and apologizes. he gets an invite to her wedding (and he goes! with eddie!)

Sambastian Bike Ride

Sam and Sebastian were hanging out in the basement, their perferred hangout spot as Jodi liked to come in unannounced quite often. They were watching whatever was on Sebasitan’s laptop, but neither were paying attention, too focused on how close they were to each other.

They weren’t ever very touchy. Lately, though, the two would gravitate towards each other. Their hands were graze each other when they walked and Sam could feel how warm Seb was when he would reach over him and try to teach him how to play pool properly.

Out of nowhere, Sebastian asks if Sam wants to go take a ride on his bike. He’d only mentioned wanting to ride it once or twice. Seb suspected he was scared of it, but he never said that.

Sam agrees almost immediately, his eyes lighting up in a way that Sebastian had grown to love. He thought Sam was annoying when he first moved in. They were both very young, with Sam’s father going off to war and Sebastian’s recently dying. They bonded over that after a couple months of Sebastian being angry at everything.

Now, though, their relationship was much better. Feelings had started to blossom years ago. Neither wanted to admit it, especially not Sebastian.

They get up from his bed, untangling themselves from the pile of blankets. Sebastian threw on one of his sweaters (which was really Sam’s, but he had stolen it), walking upstairs with Sam trailing behind.

They wave goodbye to Robin, barely getting out without an interrogation from Demetrius about where they were going and when they would come back.

Sebastian gets the bike out, taking out one of his extra helmets for Sam.

“You, uh. Might wanna do something about your hair.” Sebastian has to hold in his laughs when Sam looks confused. He makes a motion to show what Sam’s hair looks like, making them both break out in laughter. Sam pulls his hair back, tying it into a ponytail. Seb has to look away because his face is so red.

Once the helmets are on, Sebastian gets on first, followed by Sam. “If you don’t want to fall off, I suggest holding onto me.” Slowly, Sam’s arms wrap around his thin waist, holding onto it like his life depended on it. Seb doesn’t say anything, but he gives his hand a pat, giving him the reassurance it needs.

Seb starts up the bike, making his way to the top of the mountains, where he liked to hang out when he needed to clear his mind. Sam clings to him, tucking his head against his back. He can barely focus on driving, too distracted by how Sam was holding him.

Eventually, when they arrived to the summit of the mountain, they both take off the helmets. Sam is still pressed against his back, his arms wound around his waist.

Sebastian is still for a moment before he moves to get up, tugging Sam with him. “What is this place?” Sam asks. He’d never seen it before, and he lived here much longer than Sebastian did. Sebastian did always have the best hiding places when they played hide and seek as kids. Maybe this was one of them.

“It’s just the top of the mountain. Nothing special,” Sebastian says, pulling Sam towards the cliff side. There wasn’t much, like he implied, just a few trees scattered around and a broken down bench. Behind one of the trees was a ratty blanket, one he had brought up when he was younger and expertly hidden.

Seb sets it up, sitting down and patting the spot next to him. The sun had already set, leaving a sky full of stars. The stars were much clearer here than in Zuzu city. That was one thing he appreciated from living here, aside from the person sitting next to him.

Speaking of, Sam plopped down next to him, his arms behind him. “It’s nice up here. How come I’ve never seen it before?” He says it like a whine, gently shoving Sebastian.

Sebastian laughs, shoving him back. That’s how things always are between them, joking around. Like friends. That’s all they’ll ever be. The thought strikes a bit of sadness in his heart, but he ignores it. “It’s for special people.”

Sam pouts, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. “Aw, am I not special enough?” Seb pauses a beat, turning his face towards him. He’s just.. joking, right? It doesn’t feel like a joke.

Like a fool, Sebastian takes the bait. “No, you.. you are. You’re the most special person in my life, I think.” Sebastian has a soft smile on his face as he gazes up at Sam, their faces inches apart.

Their eyes meet for a moment, blue gazing into brown. Sebastian isn’t sure what happens next, but his eyes are closed and he feels Sam’s lips pressing against his gently. He returns the actions by wrapping his arms around his neck, his fingers tangling into his hair.

Sam’s arms coil around his waist, pulling Sebastian closer to him and leaning back to lay down with him, Sebastian on top. They pull away to smile at each other, followed by Sebastian’s head tucking in between his neck and his shoulder.

Sam laughs, squeezing the much shorter male close. “I didn’t know you thought so fondly of me, Sebby.” He laughs even more when he feels Sebastian bumps his nose against his cheek, huffing at him.

“I think more fondly of you when you don’t talk, Sammy.” He presses a kiss to his cheek, but that’s only met with another kiss from Sam. They’ll definitely need to have a talk about this later, but for now, they basked in each other presence, barely able to keep their hands off of each other.

It’s safe to say that Sebastian got a mouthful from Demetrius the next day when they come home at nearly 2 a.m, blushes on their faces and their hair messy.

They’re both happy, which is all that matters.

They start dating a few days later, telling Abby when it’s been a few weeks. They just wanted to be sure about everything, even though they’ve been sure about this since they were kids.

Robin gets told a month after, followed by Maru. She had always suspected there was something going on with them, but never wanted to make assumptions. Robin is incredibly supportive and starts treating Sam like another son. She swears to not tell Jodi until Sam and Seb say it’s okay, though.

Demetrius doesn’t ever get told. He has to figure it out when he sees Sam resting his hand in Sebastian’s back pocket. They were told to keep the touching to a minimum, but they didn’t listen to that very well.

Holy WOW I loved writing that. I don’t even care if that’s not what The People wanted, I had so much fun writing that and I literally wanna turn it into a fic now smh.

Favorite ER couple? Favorite ER character? Why?

my favorite couple (and, yes, i’m counting them even though they never actually got to be together on screen) is mark x susan because i am a masochist love their in-love-before-either-one-of-them-realizes-it, married-without-being-married, perfect-for-each-other, slow-burn, moony-best-friends vibe. 

they have such great interplay and banter, and their relationship is so well fleshed-out. while they occasionally have their differences and clash over professional issues, when they’re in sync, they work incredibly well together. susan lights up for mark like no one else. mark confides in susan more than anyone. they have the same sense of humor. they play (and prank) together. so much of their interaction is just joyful. 

their late s2 and early s3 arc is basically the world’s cutest romcom. 

honestly, the pieces were all there---it’s just that sherry stringfield left the show before we got the payoff.

though i certainly enjoy mark x elizabeth in the later seasons, i will forever wonder what might have been had susan never left chicago in s3.

i firmly believe that mark and susan were soulmates.

they just never got their timing right, is all.

as for favorite characters, i suppose it kind of depends on the era.

in the early seasons, my favorite character is carter because he’s my sweet disaster prince who loves his patients and just wants approval from his father benton and to be a good doctor. 

also, he is the biggest grad school mood™ EVER. 

in all seriousness, though, young!carter is the perfect audience surrogate, as we get to see the highs and lows of life in the er for the first time through him. he’s part clown and part angel, with many delightful comedic turns, as well as some of the best, most earnest moments of the show’s first several seasons. watching him struggle with his conscience as he negotiates between who he thinks he should be (an unemotional surgeon) versus who he really is (a bleeding heart er doc) makes for some excellent television---and especially at times when he fails, learning his lessons the hard way. 

while of course i still love him throughout the series, i will always have a sweet spot for him during his wide-eyed, hapless, heartfelt medical school days.

in the later seasons, my favorite character is abby because she is just so richly drawn---at turns funny, tragic, heroic, heartbreaking, and wonderful. she reads exactly the way she should for someone who has the history that she does, and we get to see so much of her, both when she is at her most fucked up and when she is absolutely thriving.

though i wasn’t always the biggest fan of the romantic drama that surrounded her character, abby herself was always supremely compelling and someone i found myself rooting for throughout her time on the show.

of course, maura tierney is a complete gem and nails everything the writers give her to the wall, from the wry to the shattering.

and what the writers give her is great stuff; abby has one of the best complete character arcs not just on the show but on television, filled with starts and stalls and moments of utter despair and effulgent triumph.

“the book of abby” remains one of the best farewell episodes i’ve ever seen for any character ever, and it is such a fitting tribute to who abby is as a doctor and as a person---all of the splendid parts of her.

Walker- 1x04 ~spoilers~

I know i’ve said this a dozen times...but Walker just keeps getting better and better and better! With every. single. episode. I loved everything about this episode so much and again! Jared live-tweeting it was the best!!! I watched this episode at 3 am lats night again help.

OK SO CRDIREZ BEAUTY EPISODE!!! YES! I loved loved loved loved the development of their friendship in this episode SO MUCH! 

First scene Cordirez and them badass rangers catching bad guys together YES!!! Walker trying to find out Micki’s middle name is so cute pls. 

I really enjoyed the case they worked here as well. It was both deep and emotional and that twist! YEPPPP SIGN ME UP.

THE BAR SCENE WITH WALKER AND MICKI. AGAIN THEIR FRIENDSHIP! The episode title fit so well here and I’m glad Micki and Walker have really reached a good understanding on a friend and partner level. THEY\RE THE CUTEST PLEASE I LOVE THEM.

I really adored the tiny exchange between Stella and Walker. Speaks volumes of how much they’ve progressed since the pilot. Walker and Stella’s dynamic I ADORE so seeing them at really good terms is just beautiful.

Annnddd now August is being the rebellious kid. 

I’m glad they brought up Belle’s case here as well bc i thought they’d completely overshadowed it. STELLA AND BELLE ARE SO CUTE! I WANT SO MUCH MORE OF THEM

-I love how this show is really taking the time to address the difficulties someone like Micki- A Female Latina would go through- the sexism, blatant disrespect and disregard. Micki’s character is also something that’s very well written and acted(Lindsey ily) and portrayed extremely well. One of my favorite things about Walker is how he really trusts Micki, views her as an equal, and wants to earn her trust, not demand it. It’s perfect(cordirez breakdown time). Micki is also slowly letting her fences down around him and it’s a huge and very delightful to see step. I love and adore their friendship and chemistry so much.

That last scene with Walker and his mom was so touching. Walker’s relationship with his parents is so sweet. His mom hugging him and comforting him when Walker said he missed emily so much *cries* I just wanna hold him please. 

August being worried for his father’s happiness I JUST. YOU SWEET BOY. I really think messaging Twyla was a baaaaddd move though.

WALKER AND AUGUST SELFIE. The way Walker so easily just picked his son and brought him to him, made him family photographer and that scene. THE BEST. 

I genuinely don’t think anything happened between Twyla and Walker. But we’ll have to see.

oKAY SO. Captain James??? It’s just an on and off thing. Do I trust him? Do i don’t? Why did he take those surveillance vids out??? I trust Liam with it and i’m glad he’s looking into it and all. Hopefully it doesn’t backfire badly. I have a very bad feeling that James had something to do with Emily’s death.

THAT STELLA AND BELLE INTERACTION. SO CUTE. Stella giving that jar of jame to try and make up and Belle being all cute and funny I love them. For a sec i was so scared Belle might yell at her but I’m very happy to see that they’re going strong despite all the circumstances- Belle’s parent’s deportation.

ALSO TREVOR IS SO HOT??? I like him and Stella they’re cute. Stella so obviously has a huge crush on him and they ride horses so well together. HHAHAHAH THAT DANCE STELLA DID WHEN HE FOLLOWED HER ON INSTA. SO RELATABLE.

The last Tricki scene mY HEART. ‘’you wanted a hero so you drew one. then you became one’’ Micki is going to be such an inspiration I love her. And the way they interacted, Trey getting a job!!! And Micki’s excitement, THEIR HUG!!! ‘’hugging is one of my superpowers’’ TREY BARNETT I LOVE YOU.

THAT LAST SCENE WHY LEAVE IT LIKE THIS. WHAT IS HAPPENING WHY DOES WALKER OR DUKE APPARENTLY HAVE TO GO BACK.

Anyways! As you can see the entire episode was so enjoyable and I loved it. The best part of this was definitely the Cordirez friendship development and i cannot wait to see where it goes from here!

Speculation/Thoughts for Episode 5:- So it’s for sure that Walker is going back undercover as Duke who’s a baseball...person? Idk he was wearing a baseball hat so :) Walker’s past is now very much mixed in with his present and I AM SCARED. What he’s doing is yet to be revealed but Tywla is coming back and that will just. mess. things. up. The scene in which Walker is yelling at August GOD SO NOT READY FOR THAT. It feels like him and his kids might go back to how they were before. I really don’t want that to happen. Also why am I expecting a major cliffhanger. 

HEY BUT THERE’S SHIRTLESS WALKER AND! MICKI RIDING THAT MECHANICAL HORSE IN A BAR OR SMTH AND MORE INSIGHT INTO WHAT TREY IS DOING SO IM VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT.

Hey, just wondering, I'm intrigued by 9-1-1, would you recommend it? Also, what's the deal with Buck and Eddie? Are they a thing?

I would absolutely recommend 911! Buck and Eddie are not a thing unfortunately, and I kind of still can’t figure out if they are going to be one or if I’m just fooling myself (probably the latter) but the show overall is just fantastic. 

It’s a found family (my absolute favorite show) and honestly every character has representation, and it’s representation that’s done well, accurately, and not “””forced””; it’s very natural and feels true to life and I so very much appreciate them for that. 

There’s Bobby Nash, the dad captain who is also an addict. He is the sweetest soul in the whole world, and has a Tragic Backstory that really stands out to me because you know those Tragic characters who go “it was aLL MY FAULT” and then they tell a story that obviously they couldn’t have prevented or foresaw? Yeah that’s not Bobby’s story; his is very actively his fault and it’s a real guilt he has to live with, and I love that they did that; it’s an amazing thing and shows how addiction can affect you and we actively root for his happiness amongst his guilt and I think they did that so well. 

Evan “Buck” Buckley my dumb bi boyyyyyy (but he’s actually very smart, I kid). He starts the show as a womanizer/self-diagnosed sex addict and he just. I thought I wouldn’t like him after the first episode tbh but he very quickly grew on me and he just has so much love to give. Very reactionary but he is so genuine and he breaks my heart 

Eddie Diaz, a biracial single dad, I’m Thirsty™ over him but that’s neither here nor there. Socially kind of dumb tbh and it’s my favorite thing about him. Has the cutest kid in the whole world (Christopher, who’s played by an actual disabled actor which I very much appreciate!!!) and I’d say he’s the world’s best dad but he’s gonna be in a three-way tie b/w Bobby, himself, and Michael. :’) 

Howie “Chimney” Han is fantastic! Dude has almost died like twice at this point and every time any member of the Fire Fam is hurt I’m scared but I’m going to need him especially to not get hurt. He’s a good egg, he tries hard, I love him. He has a younger brother who just showed up and I would die for him and Chimney 

Hen Wilson, iconic lesbian and wonderful mother; I’m love her. She and Chim are best friends and they’re personally one of my favorite friendships on the show. I hope they go into her personal life backstory a little bit more tbh but she’s just so so great. Her wife Karen is amazing and we deserve to see her and their son Denny (and foster kids bc that’s a new arc!) more than we do 

Maddie Buckley - Buck’s older sister and I love her sm!!! She came into the show in season 2 and sometimes new characters are iffy with me but I immediately loved her! She and Chim are also so cute and she has a very big arc about her abusive ex-husband which could definitely be triggering for people to watch jsyk, but they also have done a great job in portraying her (and her relationship with Chimney, allowing them to get into fights, talk about triggering for the both of them, etc.) Also she was a great 911 responder who I appreciated more than the last person (Abby) who was the responder in season 1

Athena Grant - she’s played by Angela Bassett, isn’t that enough? But yeah honestly she also took a while to grow on me like Buck did but she did. Her biggest thing I didn’t like was how she acted as a cop/her beliefs there, but her family actively calls her out and we get to see those differing viewpoints without any family member being painted as the bad guy or wrong and I kind of love that? Because I also tend to fall into that black and white thinking as well and it was cool getting that. Also she marries Bobby and they’re so cute and the whole family is great :’) The rest of the Grant family – May (who’s really coming into her own; I’m glad we’ve seen more of her), Harry, and Michael (Athena’s ex-husband who is also gay; he has a lot of significance and I hope he’s here until the series ends bc I love him sm) 

Anyway this show is great, my favorite ship is whichever one is currently on my screen, my favorite character is whoever is talking at the moment, and the storylines are great with a wonderful cast with amazing chemistry A++++ 10/10 would recommend
