'This......this isn't right.'
Was the first thought that came to him. It was shortly followed by a sense of apprehensive dread. It was the kind of dread that settled deep into your bones, the kind that weighed you down in a way that it was nearly impossible to shake it off. Fingers flying over the keys, Lupin continued to type in search results, receiving the same thing each and every time.
Headlines, featuring him and his gang greeted his eyes from the screen. Blurry images of his smirking face flashing with each click. Newspapers describing all the heists he and the gang have been on over the years displayed in full detail. Yet each one was missing something. Was missing something that was incredibly important. There was no mentions of the inspector that was assigned to him.
There was no Zenigata Koichi in sight.
Every photo, every interview with ICPO agents there was not even a peep of Pops being spoken of or acknowledged in anyway whatsoever. It was almost as if the man had disappeared without a trace. As if his existence had been forgotten by the world and all the people in it. Lupin's gang included. The only one who remembered was Lupin.
And it terrified him in a way he'd never experienced before.
'Come on, come on there's got to be something-! What the hell happened to you Pops?? What's going on???'
Lupin continued to search for any signs of the elusive detective, coming up empty handed each time. After a few hours of searching every website publishing company that he could find, he resorted to hacking into the ICPO's database. It wasn't the first time he'd done this, getting into the records he was looking for was child's play for someone like Lupin. Pulling up all the files for the search he was conducting, the thief typed in the name in the database search bar. He waited anxiously as the website loaded up, his grey eyes honed in on his computer screen. What he received made Lupin's blood freeze in his veins and the air leave his lungs.
Search results: No matching ID.
No.
No, no, no.
It was like the ground gave out beneath him, and suddenly Lupin was falling hard and fast with no safety net to catch him at the bottom. Staring at the screen Lupin felt as if the world around him had came to a stand still, as that feeling of dread finally consumed him. Like a creature that had been waiting to devour him the entire time, as he was forced to face the twisted reality before him.
Pops was gone.

Dogsred - Rou, rabid dog or wolf?
I think there’s a connection between Rou being called a “rabid dog” and the indication that he will join Oinokami in the future. The “oi” of Oinokami (狼之神) means “wolf” and the kanji can be pronounced “rou” as well. I doubt it was just a coincidence on Noda’s part.
In Chapter 1, as Rou prepares himself to perform his free skating, we see his fans realizing that he has no close person to support him. His mother is dead, and his sister “[hadn’t] come to [his] events in years”, probably since the day she had thrown away her figure skates.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Maybe that’s why he didn’t say anything when Haruna asked why he had gone berserk after he received his final score. How could he tell her that she played a part, no matter how indirect it had been, in ending his figure skating career, after she herself had given up on hers because he was the most talented of the two? That might explain why she tries so hard to get him back into the sport. Living in his shadow for so long, she perceived him quitting as an insult to her “sacrifice”.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Koichi too asked and got no answer.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I suppose Rou didn’t explain himself to him because 1. it wasn’t the latter’s business, and 2. he believed the older Genma brother wouldn’t understand since he had a sibling he could share his love of hockey with.
Rou may not like the idea of playing hockey at first, but he understands loving something and wanting to share that love with another person. The more time he played with his team, the more he learned about and connected with them.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think it’s no coincidence that the memory of his teammates’ jubilation from scoring their first and only point during their match superposes the one of him performing his last routine (without the support of anyone close to him).
Tumblr media
That happened again when Rou, provoked by his former rival’s insults (which were made up by Haruna), angrily walked to where the figure skating competition would take place.
Tumblr media
In the end, he couldn’t give up on that feeling of camaraderie. He wanted to experience it again, which is probably why he was standing with the Oinokami team (and because Koichi and Nihei were the only hockey-related people he was familiar with, making them his current connections to the sport).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(honestly, I had expected him to join them in their locker room during their break after the first period 😂😂😂)
In other words, like the wolf, Rou is a social creature and needs to connect with a group (a pack) to live. So it is probable his journey will be about transitioning from lone “rabid dog” to member of a wolfpack.

All these cursed animal facts made me wonder if Jotaro would go into weird long rants about a particular sea creature that he absolutely hates for no reason, to someone he's comfortable with (i.e. the Crusaders, his mom, Josuke & Koichi)
They never know if he's serious or just doing a bit
DRVNDNVDFNVDFNVD Y E S
He'll ramble about every and any creature, ones he loves, ones he hates, ones he thinks deserve better, all of it, and some of the time it will be completely unprompted
people definitely think it's a bit strange at first and are a tad confused, but Jotaro seems to be genuinely happy when he does this so they always do their best to listen. Koichi even does research in his own time and does his best to ask questions

All about yokai: The Raijuu
When picking a yokai to feature in my stories, there are a few ways I go about it. For the raijuu it came via a legend, which in turn inspired the story The Cry of the Raijuu. The legend tells of the samurai Tachibana Dōsetsu who was sheltering under a tree during a storm. As lightning struck, he drew his sword to stop it, and once the smoke had cleared all that was left lay a dead raijuu. From then on he renamed his sword, Chidori, Raikiri which means “lightning cutter”. When I first read this, I loved it so much and wanted to write it badly. I didn’t want to go from the samurai’s perspective though, I wanted another view, of someone seeing such a great feat. And from this I needed to do a lot of research in both Tachibana Dōsetsu and the raijuu.
So how did I pick my raijuu? First I looked into the most basic information I could find about the lightning beast.
Raijū
雷獣 - らいじゅう
Translation: Thunder beast I chose the spelling raijuu over raiju or raijū for two reasons. Firstly I was unsure how many people would understand the ū sound, as it’s not used in English. In Japanese it’s in place of an uu (and similarly the ō is in place of ou). I could have gone with the simpler raiju, however I’d love if people could pronounce the name as close to the japanese way, so I chose the full version raijuu.
Next I had to pick what type of animal the raijuu was. It is an embodiment of lightning in an animal form, though they have been likened to wolves, dogs, tanuki, and many other animals including even crustaceans. Other sources spoke of a white and blue wolf or dog wrapped in lightning, with a cry sounding like thunder.
Tumblr media
The Raijū as depicted in Ban Kōkē's Kanda-Jihitsu. I also looked in one of my favourite books Yokai by Koichi Yumoto and found this picture too.
Tumblr media
From Kaiki Denshōzushi by Motoyama Keisen, as seen in the book Yokai.
Deeper research led me also to popular culture and how they approached the raijuu or raijuu inspired creatures and that made me think of two things from my childhood (and adulthood in case of pokemon!). The pokemon Raikou and the digimon Garurumon.
Tumblr media
Raikou’s design includes a purple cloud-like mane, and it’s an electric type.
Tumblr media
Garurumon is not electric but does have the white and blue wolf shape.
Taking inspiration from it all, I ended up with my raijuu, a white wolf wrapped in blue lightning with black metallic claws which runs along the sky. I decided it can manipulate lightning, run with it, and it is drawn to the metallic nature of the claws. I imagined it’s fur to be coarse and rough, because if it was soft, the static would send mess with the fur. Beneath a coarse layer of fur would be a fluffier layer for warmth, as being high in the sky must be cold. Overall I thought it would be similar to a husky.
For the raijuu’s behaviour, I looked at my research again. It spoke of raijuu leaping around when agitated and striking trees, or creating mayhem wherever they landed. This feared creature comes across as very temperamental and uncontrollable, which fits their master well, Raijin. Raijin, the god of thunder and lightning owns raijuu as pets, and is said to awaken them during thunderstorms.
This leads to a wonderful piece of information I found and desperately wanted to add into my story, but unfortunately I couldn’t do it. Japanese superstition talks of raijuu burrowing into humans’ belly buttons to sleep or hide. And when they are woken up by Raijin, they can hurt the person, so during storms you should sleep on your stomach and/or cover your belly button when you hear thunder.
These feared creatures were quite the mystery to Japanese people, and as they could easily cause much destruction, I made sure to try and convey all that during my story. It was also said that whenever lightning struck, it was believed that a raijuu had been sent by the gods to punish them for some reason.
My poor protagonist ended up with the short straw really, as he wasn’t being punished for anything, he really didn’t do anything wrong. However he battled each challenge well, and Inari was watching with very curious eyes. She isn’t done with him yet.
---
Want to read all about the raijuu? Meet them now in my story The Cry of the Raijuu.

How Godzilla Minus One is a return to the heart of the Kaiju Genre.
The film Godzilla (1954) and the monster within it became cultural icons after its release. Many remakes and adaptations have been made of it since. One of the most recent adaptations is Godzilla Minus One.
youtube
Godzilla Minus One was released on December 1st, 2023 in the United States. It was directed, written, and vfx directed by Takashi Yamazaki. It follows a failed kamikaze pilot Koichi Shikishima as he returns home to Tokyo after World War II. The Minus One comes from the fact that Tokyo and Japan in full were already at ground zero recovering from WWII so the destruction of Godzilla puts it into Minus One territory.
This story is a return to form for the Godzilla legacy. After the success of the original film the political messaging lessened and it became more about Godzilla-like creatures than what it represented. By making the plot of the film again about the fallout of WWII and the effect it had on the survivors of the war, it refocuses the genre to its origins.
Tumblr media
Returning to WWII was not the only political messaging in the film. In an interview with The Verge director Takashi Yamazaki speaks to his pandemic inspirations for the plot of the film. He said “It was right in the middle of the pandemic when I was first writing that script. In those early first few weeks, we had the sense of, “Hey, the government’s not doing anything. This is going to be up to us.” Of course, the Japanese government eventually stepped up later, but I wanted this script to reflect the feeling of people realizing that, presented with a problem like Godzilla, they would have to rise to the occasion themselves to survive.”
Tumblr media
This film is a poignant story of loss and trying to live a life after a great tragedy. It feels like a great throughline of the human condition. 70 years after the original the ideas it embodied are still devastating especially in the face of a new mass loss.

Kamen Rider Ryuki-Crossover Ryuki Chapter 4
Tumblr media
Shinji had a checklist, he had written down every Rider he could reasonably visit. But first, he wanted to grab a few things from ORE Journal’s offices.
“Hello, again Shinji,” Tatsuya said sitting in the same spot.
“Oh..hi! I have some spare change for you this time!” Shinji said.
“I actually have something for you instead,” Tatsuya said as he reached into his torn coat pocket.
“Oh really? Thank you..! What could it be?” Shinji said smiling.
Maybe he found a winning lottery ticket and wants to split it!
But Tatsuya instead pulled out something much more surprising than a lottery ticket, it was instead a blank Advent Deck.
“An Advent Deck? You shouldn’t have that, it could be dangerous!” Shinji said.
“Ah, you don’t understand Ryuki. I’m here to help you. I’m a Rider too, or was.” Tatsuya explained.
“A Rider? I don’t remember you in the Rider War.” Shinji said.
“I was able to escape my fate, I was meant to be Ryuki. Kanzaki or Odin originally gave me the deck, but being the coward I was, I gave it to my friend Koichi Sakakibara.”
It was hard for Shinji to remember the Rider War, but he did remember how mysteriously he had found his Deck in Sakaibara’s apartment.
“I never found out what happened to Sakakibara, Ren told me he was eaten,” Shinji said.
“He was. And then it was passed onto you. I’ve lived with that guilt for years.” Tatsuya said as he stood up bowing, “I’m sorry Shinji.”
“But why do you have a blank deck?” Shinji asked.
“Shinji have you ever considered that your deck is actually quite weak compared to the others? You have no special ability cards.” Tatsuya said.
“Well..” Shinji looked at the cards in his deck, “They’re all good but outside of a fireball there’s not much.”
“You see the Ryuki deck was originally going to be the most powerful. Kanzaki assumed that being a homeless man I would fight more viciously to win so there were several extra cards created for the deck. However, I ran away from Odin and dropped these special cards.” Tatsuya said.
Tatsuya took out the cards from the blank deck. They were Copy, Freeze, Clear, and Confine.
“But those are other Riders’ cards! I remember them.” Shinji said.
“They were then found by Odin and redistributed to other Riders as ways for Kanzaki to tip the scales. It was only since a new timeline being formed I have been able to collect them. I thought that it would help me bury my guilt, but I can’t shake it. I want you to take the cards Ryuki and I hope you can forgive me.” Tatsuya said.
Shinji rubbed the back of his neck, “It’s alright. I made it out alive and stopped the Rider War. I don’t remember all of the details, but that’s what Ren told me. Really everything’s fine.”
“Stopped the war?” Tatsuya said with confusion in his voice, “Why.. Yes! You’re a great hero. Please take the cards. They’ll change to be part of your Contract once you use them.”
“Thanks! You know.. I was just thinking that I might be under-classed compared to the other Riders. These cards will surely help me with that! Thanks again, but I should be going!” Shinji said.
Shinji then emptied out his wallet to Tatsuya and waved goodbye. Tatsuya smiled back.
——————————————
Kabuto and Gatack fired their shots at a former foe. Mysteriously, the Bellcricetus Worm had reappeared. Kabuto wasn’t in the least bit surprised though, his Grandmother had taught him to expect things like this. They had gotten word of the creature and tracked it towards a stadium.
No matter how hard one tries, you cannot block out the Sun.
The sun of course referring to himself. Kabuto made a mental note to chronicle that quote down. While anyone who met him would know that he quoted the wise musings of his Grandmother, few heard the musing of Kabuto himself. So he opted to write his quotes down. They would work well in his latest cookbook.
Nevermind all of that, the Worm needs attention.
“Stop.” He told Kagami.
Kagami stopped firing as Kabuto lowered his gun. They had just spent a minute firing into the Worm and it seemed to make little difference. Clearly, this one was stronger than the previous incarnation. Kabuto suspected a greater work was at play, but they couldn’t be much of a problem if this was what they sent to block out the Sun.
“Tendou? What’s wrong?” Kagami asked.
“Someone else is here,” Kabuto said.
Just then Kamen Rider Ryuki appeared seemingly out of nowhere slashing the Worm with his Sword.
“Bet you didn’t see that coming!” Ryuki said.
The Worm offered no communicative response as Kabuto activated his Cast Off mechanisms.
“Cast Off.” He said.
“CAST OFF STAG BEETLE!” his belt said.
By then the Worm had activated Clock Up.
“Get out of the way!” Kagami shouted.
Too late. The Worm moving at super speeds smacked Ryuki sending him flying forward, fortunately, Gatack caught him.
“Clock Up,” Kabuto said.
“CLOCK UP!” his belt said.
The Worm ran off in the opposite direction as Kabuto chased after it.
——————
“Ryuki? What are you doing here? Didn’t Den-O teach you guys that we fight Worms?” Gatack asked as he put down Ryuki.
“A monster is a monster and I fight monsters. What do they do?” Ryuki asked, looking a little dizzy.
“They’re able to run at supersonic speeds! You can’t keep up!” Gatack said.
“Keep up? Sure I can! Watch me!” Ryuki said.
He then pulled out one of the cards from his belt. Gatack couldn’t see it and had no idea what was going to happen.
Ryuki is the guy with the Castle Dragon right? Gatack thought
“Freeze Bento!” said Ryuki’s Visor.
Gatack had no idea what was supposed to happen, but in the next instance, Tendou suddenly appeared flying towards them. Before a crash could occur, Tendou gracefully landed on his feet in front of them. Gatack then noticed that the Worm had been frozen solid.
“Tendou did you just trip?” he asked.
“No. I nearly tripped. There is a difference.” Tendou said.
“Hello Kabuto, I’m glad to help,” Ryuki said, holding out his hand.
Tendou ignored the gesture and pulled Gatack aside.
“Did you invite him to our city?” Tendou asked.
“No. I don’t know what he’s doing here. Maybe he just wanted to help out?” Gatack said.
“He’s ill-advised.” Tendou said.
“He froze the Worm, maybe he can be of some help?” Kagami asked.
“Fine, but I will be the one to defeat it.” Tendou said.
They turned and noticed the ice was crumbling very quickly. The Worm then rushed forward, however, the ice had made it slower.
“Final Bento!” Ryuki’s visor said.
Ryuki’s dragon then flew around him juggling the worm into the air, Ryuki jumped up and was propelled forward by a fireball towards the Worm. The resulting kick exploded the Worm as Ryuki landed on the ground.
“Ugh.” Tendou groaned.
“Did you see that? I used DragRedder to protect myself from its dash!” Ryuki said.
“Yeah! Good job Ryuki!” Gatack said.
“I don’t like him,” Tendou muttered.
—————————————————————
This is going great! These new cards really give me an edge. Shinji thought
He was driving down the street of his moped hoping to find Faiz. Some roads appeared to be blocked off with policemen guarding the area. Shinji considered this unusual since this was supposed to be the main highway. Then suddenly, he felt the ground shake. This was followed by a loud thumping sound with increased larger shakes. Shinji quickly got off of his moped.
I think something’s about to happen..
And something did happen as Kamen Rider Faiz flew down the street being chased by a massive, four-legged, grey beast.
“What the..!” Shinji said.
I shouldn’t be surprised. I’ve worked with the other riders to fight off much larger monsters but it’s still a shock to see something that big.
He immediately raced down an alleyway finding a cracked mirror.
“Henshin!” he said.
After transforming he then ran towards where they went, while pulling out his Survive card.
“Survive!” his visor said.
Changing into Survive mode, he hopped on DragRanzer as they flew towards Faiz. Faiz was ahead of the monster chasing him in his Blaster form.
“Hey, Faiz!” Ryuki said.
Faiz slightly turned his attention to an unexpected flying Ryuki allowing the monster he was fighting to headbutt him into the ground. Ryuki flew down as DragRanzer fired three fireballs at the monster. Like the other monsters, the gigantic creature was silent and did not seem to wince in pain. It turned its attention to Ryuki as it fired a horde of needles towards him. The needles knocked him off of DragRanzer, but the dragon swooped under him, breaking the fall. Ryuki jumped towards Faiz who fired his gun into the monster’s mouth.
“Ryuki..!I heard you might be making a visit..” Faiz said.
“You did?” he asked.
Faiz then ran down an alleyway as the giant monster kicked Ryuki towards him. Faiz then caught him.
“I’m not sure why you’re here, but you need to settle whatever’s going on with you,” Faiz said.
“I’m just trying to help!” Ryuki said.
“I don’t need help,” Faiz said.
“You don’t need help? You’re fighting a giant monster!” Ryuki said.
Faiz pressed a sequence of buttons on his gun, “I don’t want to see anyone else die.”
“Exceed charge.” The device said.
Faiz jumped in the air kicking towards the monster’s face. A powerful shockwave of blasts spiraled around him. Then the monster lunged forward knocking Faiz off onto the ground. Just then DragRanzer and Ryuki flew in front of Faiz. DragRanzer blew fire at the monster forcing it to step back.
“I don’t want to see anyone else die either,” Ryuki said.
Faiz contemplated and then pressed a different sequence of buttons.
“Exceed charge.” It said again.
“Then get ready..!” he said.
DragRanzer flew behind Faiz as Ryuki took out his Final Vent Card.
“Final Vent!” his visor said.
Dragranzer transformed into a bike as Ryuki drove towards the giant monster. Fireballs flew out from DragRanzer’s mouth, keeping it away from Faiz. Faiz fired his gun and the blast began piercing the monster’s skin.
KABOOM!
It then turned into ash.
Faiz then deactivated his transformation as Ryuki stood before him looking at the ash.
“I transform to fight monsters you know?” he said.
“You’re alright, but don’t throw away your life recklessly. Someone once told me, that we only have one life.” Faiz said.
Faiz removed his belt to turn his attention towards Ryuki.
“Lives are precious. That’s why I spend mine saving people.” Ryuki said as he removed his card deck.
Takumi walked away, “Good answer.” He smiled and walked off.
———————————————————
Shotaro was typing out a case.
“And so W and the Kamen Riders thwarted another army of mooks. The battle was long but relatively easy. However, I can’t help but think there’s something more afoot, but with no clues or evidence, I’m out of luck. Philip and I should stay in Futo anyway, the other Kamen Riders can handle the other parts of the world. We Riders stick to our own corners unless we’re truly needed to unite.”
Just then a young man wearing a bike helmet and blue jacket walked in clumsily knocking over a coat rack.
“Oh..sorry!” he said picking up the coat rack.
That voice..! I’ve heard it before.
Philip lifted his eyes from a book as Akiko got up from the couch to welcome their new customer.
“Narumi Detective Agency! How can we help?” she said.
“Yes..yes.. Yes.” The man said digging out something from his pocket.
He’s one of the riders I’m sure, but which?
Shotaro went through a list of Riders in his head remembering their voices.
No, not Zeronos. Definitely not Hibiki. He kind of looks like that Faiz guy, but his voice is too high.
The man then pulled out a card deck and shoved it into Shotaro’s face.
“Greetings, I’m Kamen Rider Ryuki!” he said and then bowed.
Shotaro reeled in surprise.
“Ah yes.. Well Mister Kamen Rider are you here for a case..?” Shotaro asked, taking a drink of coffee.
“No, I’m here to meet up with you guys.. Kamen Rider W!” Ryuki said.
Shotaro unnaturally swallowed his coffee to prevent doing a spit take.
“H-how did you know?” Shotaro asked.
“I read newspaper articles and compared locations to sort of guess where you would most be! Also, that bike outside is a dead giveaway!” Ryuki said.
“I told you we should hide that bike Shotaro!” Akiko said.
“But it looks so hardboiled,” Shotaro muttered.
“H-hardboiled?” Ryuki asked, raising an eyebrow.
Philip and Akiko walked towards them.
“It means he thinks he’s cool,” Akiko said.
“But we all know he’s really half-boiled,” Philip said.
Shotaro frowned.
“Ryuki.. Is there some sort of crisis again?” Shotaro asked.
Ryuki rubbed the back of his neck, “No, I was just hoping there would be though.”
“Hoping?” Shotaro asked.
Then without warning, Shotaro’s bike flew through the window. Akiko screamed as Philip grabbed her to take cover.
“My bike!” Shotaro said as he looked out the window.
It’s always bad luck to type out the case before 5:00.
It was an older enemy, the Bird Dopant.
“I was thinking something kind of like that,” Ryuki said as he transformed.
Ryuki jumped forward unseen.
“Philip let’s go!” Shotaro said taking out his Joker memory.
“Henshin!” they said.
“Cyclone! Joker!” the belt said.
“Last time we fought this Dopant, we had help,” Shotaro said.
“We’ll have to make due and hope Ryuki doesn’t get in the way,” Philip said.
Ryuki was holding the Bird Dopant but his grip loosened and It slashed him away. Shotaro took note that the Bird Dopant was in its strengthened form. Running forward, W punched the Dopant with his Cyclone half. The punch created a gust of wind that forced the bird to take flight.
“Shotaro. This bird is just a pale copy. It’s not a real person. We can go all out.” Philip said.
“Noted!” Shotaro said.
A fireball shot through the air grazing the back of the Bird Dopant. It then fell down feet first onto Ryuki. Shotaro reached out for the Trigger memory.
“Luna Trigger!” the belt said.
The Bird Dopant was knocked over inside the Detective Agency.
“Alright..let me try something!” Ryuki said pulling out a card.
“Confine Bento!” his visor said.
Suddenly W’s gun refused to work. As if it was out of bullets, which would be impossible.
“Huh?” Shotaro asked.
Ryuki turned his head towards them, “Uh oh.”
“Uh oh? What do you mean uh oh?” Shotaro asked.
“I used a card that nullifies powers. I guess it just sort of defaulted to you..Sorry!” Ryuki said.
“Great..” Shotaro said switching to HeatMetal.
“Heat! Metal!” his belt said.
Standing up the Bird Dopant slashed several strikes forward, the first strike hit Ryuki and W. The second strike W blocked with his staff, as Ryuki was hit a second time. W poked the Bird Dopant as Ryuki took out another one of his cards.
“It better be something useful this time,” Shotaro said
“I’d like to look up Advent Cards sometime,” Philip said.
“Not now Philip!” Shotaro said.
“Guardo Bento!” Ryuki’s visor said.
Arming himself with shields W watched as Ryuki charged forward only for the Bird Dopant to fly above him and kick.
“He’s not the brightest Kamen Rider..” Philip said.
“I’m still not even sure why he’s here,” Shotaro said.
“Yoshhaa! I got it.” Ryuki said.
He then took yet another card.
“You know Ryuki, we can handle this perfectly fine..” Shotaro said.
“Adobento!” his visor said.
Suddenly Ryuki’s dragon flew down swirling around the Bird Dopant. W watched from down below as the bird attempted to claw and kick its way to freedom, but the dragon’s hide was too thick.
“There! Now do something!” Ryuki said.
Shotaro grabbed the Metal memory placing it into the compartment on his staff. Both sides of the staff burned with intense flames as W jumped up forward into the vortex of the dragon.
“Metal Branding!” Philip and Shotaro said.
KABOOM!
W landed gracefully on the ground and returned back to Shotaro.
“Heh. That was pretty cool.” Shotaro said.
“Maybe even hardboiled?” Ryuki asked.
“Hardboiled means a bit more than just cool, but sure we’ll take that,” Shotaro said.
Philip and Akiko walked out of the agency.
“Shotaro get a broom!” Akiko said holding up a slipper menacingly.
Shotaro sighed, “Why can’t Philip do it?”
“He’s going crazy with curiosity..” Akiko said.
“That was amazing! Ryuki!” said Philip. “Tell me about your dragon! The Mirror World! Your cards! Everything!”
Shotaro watched as Ryuki was bombarded by Philip.
“Listen I actually gotta get going..” Ryuki said rubbing the back of his head.
Shinji left but not without first exchanging contact information with Philip for further study.

(Usually I would've just answered your ask but I wrote out this whole thing before realizing how asks work and didn't wanna copy it jdhshs)
@aot--levi--ttd
Ahh thank you so much for the nice ask!! I usually don’t write female reader but since I hadn’t linked to my rules yet before you sent this ask I’ll make an exception! (Though to be honest, even though I've had a female reader in mind writing this, I feel like it just naturally came out gender neutral anyway... I hope that's alright!)
Jotaro, Mista & Josuke getting called late at night by their s/o whose being followed
Jotaro 🐬
Tumblr media
Jotaro had stayed up until late at night once again, getting lost in his work
It was already after midnight when he finally got up from his desk, so when he got a call from you he knew something must be wrong
"Why are you calling so late? Is everything okay?"
You told him about what happened, and though you tried to keep your voice calm so he wouldn't be overly worried, he could pick up the panic in your tone.
"Don't worry, I'm coming to pick you up. Just keep walking, and keep talking to me, alright? Tell me what you see."
He did his best to rush over to you. Luckily he knew the city you were in quite well, and thanks to your descriptions, it took less than 20 minutes before he found you.
He immediately ran towards you, even stopping time to get to you quicker, holding you in a close embrace and comforting you as best as he could.
When he spotted the man behind you, he did his best to imprint his face into his mind. What you told him made it unmistakably clear that this wasnt someone with good intentions. Part of him wanted to knock that guy down right then and there, but he decided against it. You were more important.
On the way back home he made sure to hold your hand for almost the entire drive. You were so exhausted, physically and mentally, that you couldnt help but fall asleep.
When you finally arrived Jotaro picked you up and carried you to bed, calmly tucking you in before going back to his office
He finished cleaning his desk and quickly drew a sketch of your stalker with SP's help, before going to sleep as well
When you told him the next day you felt like you'd seen this man following you a few times already, he didn't hesitate to file a police report. He took the day off to spend it with you, taking you out to brunch and a walk on the beach, making sure to distract you as much as he could by telling you his favorite little fun facts about sea creatures, and even picking up a shiny seashell he found to gift to you later.
Josuke 💜
Tumblr media
Josuke had been worried for some time now.
You told him you would make a trip into town that day and might not make it home until late at night, but it's been hours now since he started waiting for you to come back. No text, no call, nothing. This was so unlike you, and the longer time went on, the harder it got for him to stay distracted.
But finally, his phone rang - and it was you! Letting out a sigh of relief, he answered your call, only to start panicking once more.
You didn't even greet him, just let out a meek "Josuke?" You sounded scared.
"(Y/N)? I've been waiting for you to call! Where have you been?! Is everything ok? You sound worried..."
You told him you forgot time. Instead of going right home after finishing your errands you wanted to stroll through the city, but you got lost on the way. And on top of that you could swear the man behind you didn't just walk the same way by chance...
"Josuke, I'm scared..."
"Don't worry! I'm coming for you! For now, try to head somewhere with more people. I'll make some calls and then I'll immediatly call you back, ok? I won't be gone longer than five minutes."
He quickly called his friends and told them what's up, and they agreed to help. They all got on their bikes and drove to the city, splitting up to search for you, all while Josuke kept you on the phone, make sure you knew he was there for you.
Okuyasu found you first, doing his best to look even more intimidating than usual, and making it clear to everyone around that you were his friend. He texted the others and took you to their pre determined meeting spot, keeping an arm around your shoulder until the man that had been following you was finally gone.
When you reached the others tears welled in your eyes. Josuke was pacing around, worriedly, while Koichi was trying to calm down Rohan, who seemed stressed as well, and obviously annoyed by Josuke.
Seeing your friends all worried for you, and even Rohan being there... it warmed you up inside a bit.
You ran towards Josuke while calling out his name, the former immediately catching you in his arms.
"You're safe... oh god, I was so worried."
He pressed a kiss to your forehead and wiped away your tears.
"Hey, hey, no need to cry! It's alright. You're safe. You're with me."
When you commented on the fact that Rohan was there, the mangaka's smile he had whole looking at you two turned into a frown and he started at the ground.
"Well, Koichi called me, and I still owed him a favor... besides, what kind of guy wouldn't help in a situation like this?!"
He was the only one with a car, so he drove you home, where you met with Josuke again.
You spent the rest of the evening watching an episode of your favorite comfort show, cuddled up close to your boyfriend, falling asleep next to him.
"No matter what you say, next time I'll make sure to come with you..."
Mista 🔫
Tumblr media
You were out buying some new supplies for the gang. Until now you've always had someone along with you to make sure you're safe, but since nothing had happened for the past few months and you insisted on it, you went alone this time.
And of course, this was the day you should've taken someone along with you.
You'd finally gotten everything - it was a real drag to find the candy Narancia wanted for his birthday - you usually would've just gotten any other candy bar, but since it would be his birthday soon and he insisted these ones were the best, you went the literal extra mile and looked through every shop in the city you could think of.
By the time you'd finally found it the sun had already set, and when stepping out of the store and trying to make your way back, you realized you'd gotten completely lost.
You spent an hour wandering around the city, trying to find some kind of building or street you recognized, but it felt like you were running in circles. The exhaustion slowly got to you, and you wanted nothing but to lie down, yet you knew you had to stay strong.
After you arrived at the same street crossing yet again, you realized the man by the street lamp seemed more than familiar. You turned around and walked the other way, looking discreetly over your shoulder to realize you were indeed being followed.
Was it an enemy stand user? Someone who held a grudge against your boyfriend and the rest of the gang? Or just a creep who liked to follow young girls around at night? In any way, your first thought was to call your boyfriend.
"Honey bear? How are you baby? Have you eaten dinner already?"
"Huh? Oi, (y/n), what's up with the weird names?"
"Ah, so should I bring something for you? I can pick up some noodles on the way home ~"
"Hey,, you're acting kinda weird, is everything alright?"
"No, noo! It'll be just like that time two years ago. I got lost going shopping, remember? And then you picked me up and we had some noodles!"
That was enough for him. "So, you got lost and need me to pick you up, but can't say it outright, right?" "Yep!" "I'll be there in just a moment. OI, NARANCIA!"
The two ventured into town, and with Aerosmith's help they managed to find you quite quickly. They ran towards you, and you were more than relieved when you saw them come across the corner.
You rushed to his side and Mista took your hand, pointing his gun at the man following you.
Considering how quickly he ran away it must've just been some rando. Still, you were more than relieved to be with Mista again.
With how tired you were after the day, he offered to carry you on his back and you immediately accepted, holding closely onto him and burying your head on his shoulder.
You didn't refuse the opportunity and gave him a little peck on the cheek, letting you hear that laugh you so loved.
Together you three ventured home, when after some minutes something was off...
"Oi, Narancia? Weren't we supposed to go left here?" "No, I swear it's to the right!" "Hey, wait a minute, weren't we just at this lamppost?"
...you got lost again.
In the end Abbachio came to pick you three up, though not before getting annoyed by your shared idiocy.
Finally feeling at peace, you feel asleep next to Mista on the car ride. Though your life had gotten consistently more dangerous since you met him, you couldn't help but feel like whenever he was around, things were finally alright.

Cut for length!

Yandere! Giorno with a stand-user s/o that tries to escape
You were tired, so very tired. Your body felt as if it was going to give out at any moment now. You were barely able to pay attention to the young man that was standing in front of you, your mind fading in and out of consciousness. The situation you were currently in was dire and you were absolutely overwhelmed. The blond-haired man in front of you seemed to notice your stressed-out state because his brows slightly furrowed as his face showed clear concern for you as he softly grasped your right hand.
“Is something wrong caro/cara? You look unwell”, his voice carried a hint of worry as he raised your hand a bit further up while moving his head in the opposite direction, his mouth soon making contact with the skin of your hand as he placed gentle kisses on the back of it. You felt your insides squirm uncomfortably as he trailed his lips lower, peppering kisses all over it before coming to a stop at your ring finger. He then looked up to stare directly into your eyes, a look on his face one could only describe as love-struck, as he then leaned down once again to place a final kiss on the golden ring adorning your finger. Giorno, your captor, closed his eyes and let out a hum in contempt before slowly letting go of your hand once again, taking back his own hand that carried the same ring as yours. As you let your hand fall down to your side once again, it felt heavier than ever, the figurative weight of the ring almost pulling you down and on your knees. You felt a knot form in your stomach as the reality of what the ring really implied settled in once again.
“Are you feeling better now y/n? It´s not good to be this stressed out on the happiest day of your life”. After a second of silence he then added;
“OUR life. After today we will never be apart again, I promise you.”
Yes, you knew how true his statement was, after all Giorno wasn´t one to make empty promises, he was always serious about what he said.
Just a few months ago, a blond-haired stranger promised you he would do anything to ensure your safety. Now, you were in the possessive arms of your “fiancé”, almost getting crushed from the sheer force of his protectiveness. You spent most of your days in a luxurious golden cage that he liked to call your home. You were never alone here, even when Giorno had to leave because of his work. Even though he never directly told you, you knew that there were guards loyal to him, hiding in the shadows. And though you weren´t ever able to see them, you could always feel their gazes on you, silently watching you from a distance. To say it was unnerving was an understatement. And of course, you weren´t allowed to leave. Oh, how desperately you wanted to leave! Giorno had mercilessly ripped you from your previous life, from your friends and family and you wanted to go back to the people you loved so dearly. But there was no reasoning with Giorno, he insisted that he took you in to protect you and to care for you, that he would never wish any harm onto you. And that he loved you. Oh, how often he had repeated these three simple words.
“I love you.”, he had whispered before knocking you out at the front door of your home.
“I love you.”, he had said before forcefully stealing your first kiss from you.
“I love you.”, he had proclaimed before going down on one knee and proposing to you.
You had had no chance to refuse in any of these scenarios, only being able to stare at him in fear as you stood motionlessly. In all of these moments, all you wanted to do was disappear from his sight and flee, never going back to him. How you wished that he had never noticed you that one fateful day when you grabbed a scoop of ice cream from your favorite parlor. You yearned for your freedom and the outside world but he seemed intent to keep you locked up. And as the day of your supposed wedding had grown closer and closer, you too had grown more and more desperate to escape. And one day when Giorno was off to work again, something truly bizarre had happened to you.
As you were blankly staring into the bathroom mirror, tears running down your face as you contemplated your hopeless situation, you suddenly heard a high-pitched screech. Whipping your head around, you weren´t able to see the source of the noise until you heard light scratching noises from the left shelf. Carefully making your way over there, you wondered what could possibly be in there. After all it should be impossible for anyone to get in here! Standing in front of the shelf you were surprised to see what looked like…. a bat? Only it was bigger by a good amount and the fur on it´s belly was littered with little heart symbols. Okay so that was definitely not normal. What was going on here? You were tempted to take a step back but as soon as you slightly moved your feet the bat looked down and promptly fluttered it´s wings before taking flight and… oh god it was heading towards you! What were you supposed to do here?? But while you were wondering about what to do, the bat flew right at you and landed on your shoulder as it lightly started to nuzzle your face. It´s soft fur slightly tickling you, you were once again thrown for a loop as it´s shape started to rapidly shift. It´s wings stretched out and grew longer while it´s head also changed size. It had happened so fast that it took you a moment to realize that it seemed like the strange bat-like creature had wrapped itself around you like a sort of cloak. But your earlier surprise couldn´t possibly compare to the pure shock you felt when you looked back into the mirror to see…nothing. Absolutely nothing. You were able to see the wall behind you and the shelf but it was as if you had completely disappeared, as if you were…. completely………invisible. Invisible?! Was that true?! If that truly was the case then could you possibly use this to your advantage to finally escape this cage you were in and go back home? You couldn´t help your excitement at the prospect that you started to jump up and down only to notice that all of your jumping hadn´t caused any kind of sound to appear. Walking back and forth you noticed that all of your steps were completely muted. It was as if you were a ghost of some kind. Wanting to test out this new strange “ability” of yours further, you headed out of the bathroom, noticing the little sound the handle made as you pressed it down, the door opening with a little screech. Huh. So only your steps seemed to be silent, all other sounds still occurred as they normally should. That was good to know. As you ventured out further, you decided to leave your room and headed into the hallway. Looking around, you saw one of the many maids that worked here in the mansion sweeping the floor while whistling a cheery tune. It aggravated you how these people could just carry on with their normal life and pretend nothing was wrong when they all knew that you were trapped here without your consent. They knew how you suffered, how often you had sleepless nights as you cried into your pillow, the one they had to wash, and yet they seemed not to care at all. If you were honest though, deep down you knew that they weren´t the ones to blame. That damn Giorno was. He took you from your old life without any concerns and shook of your cries and complaints as if you were just being unreasonable and confused. Realistically speaking, the people working here probably didn´t have any other option, how were they supposed to defy the Don of the mafia? Deciding that there was no more time for such useless thoughts, you shook your head as you thought about what you were going to do now. Taking a gamble, you practically ran in the direction the maid was currently working in, feeling a rush of excitement as she didn´t even look up from her work as you soundlessly approached her rapidly. Coming to a stop in front of her, you waved your right hand in front of her face but she kept ignoring you. So, you truly were invisible? It´s not a dream? Right in this moment you could cry tears of joy. So there was still hope for you to escape this hell?! As you internally celebrated your small victory, you almost jumped in surprise when you suddenly saw Giorno walking through the hallway, seemingly wanting to visit you in your room. As you wondered why he had returned so early you scrambled to run back into your room, not wanting to see what might happen if he saw that you weren´t there. You didn´t want him to further restrict your freedom, then you would have no chance to get away, even with this invisibility-ability. As you came to a stop in “your” room, you then soon came to realize that you didn´t know if it was even possible for you to become visible again. And what if you weren´t able to become invisible again after this? Panic filled you but as you saw the door handle begin to move you felt a weight on your shoulders lift. The coat fell from your form, shrinking again and shifting form before turning back into the bat from before and then suddenly disappearing into thin ear. But you weren´t able to think over what happed just now as the blonde stepped into the room, a smile on his face. And as he led you somewhere else, deep in your mind the desire to escape started to take root. You knew it was possible and you had to do everything you could to plan your escape. You would use the following days to prepare for it.
Later, you found out with quick relief that you were indeed able to go invisible again, just simply wishing for it seemed to do the trick. And even when you were visible, the bat really seemed to like to being around you. The little animal spent most of it´s time hanging onto you, no matter if it was your shoulder, your back, your arm or even your head, quietly falling asleep on you in the process. You had to admit it was kind of cute and you were grateful for the company it offered, even if it wasn´t able to communicate with you. Well actually, that didn´t prove to be exactly right. You already knew bats used echolocation to coordinate and find things but it stuck you as especially particular when you found out that you were able to see abstract pictures in your head of what the bat was able to locate. You weren´t able to tell the difference between different people or anything of the sort but you could see moving, big objects in your head. You were confused as how this came to be but decided to just accept the fact that this was happening now and started to embrace this new ability. You decided to use this to your advantage in preparing your escape, sending out the little bat to scout out the mansion without having to actually leave your room and thus preventing any suspicions. As it turned out, no one except you was able to see the bat so you deemed it the safest method. Though you soon found out that you weren´t able to use the echolocation while you were invisible. You guessed that there just HAD to be some kind of restriction to your ability.
You were startled from your thoughts of the past, back into the present day as your fiancé gently grasped your cheeks and rubbed them in what you assumed was supposed to be a comforting manner as he once again had a worried look on his face.
“Y/n are you really sure you are alright? Maybe you need to rest a bit? It wouldn´t do us any good for you to be unwell on the day of our wedding. Let me grab you a glass of water.”, Giorno said as he hesitantly let go of your face to presumably get you something to drink. Looking left and right you saw that you were completely alone now. Was this your chance? After all, after you two were married against your will you didn’t think you would have any time alone anymore. Also, you wanted to prevent a “wedding night” at any costs. Just thinking about it made you shudder in disgust, a chill going down your spine. While he might be looking forward to it; in fact, he TOLD YOU that he was; you wanted anything but that. So, deciding to set your plan in motion you called out to your bat-friend, which soon appeared and settle onto your shoulder. Nodding your head, it seemed to get what you were trying to say as it hopped of your shoulder and started to fly past you and down the hallway. You soon concentrated as the abstract images started to appear in your head as your mind processed the information it was getting sent. Due to the wedding preparations, everyone was in disarray and scurrying around the place, no one was at their usual position and with absolute glee you found that someone had left the door to the outside open in a hurry to probably carry out one of Giorno´s orders. Seeing that this was the perfect chance for you, you called back your bat and as it flew past the kitchen, detecting some kind of movement in there, you mentally already celebrated your freedom. You were so close to getting your old life back, you could hardly contain yourself. Holding out your arm for the animal to settle on, you saw the ring that still adorned your hand and settled your gaze onto it with a frown. It was a symbol of Giorno´s possessiveness, something you wouldn´t need anymore after this. It was a beautiful ring but you weren´t going to accept any of the gifts he had gotten you. You were your own person and didn´t need a reminder of the dark time spent with him. So, with one quick forceful tug, you pushed the ring off of your finger and let it fall to the ground.
Clingggg
The ring made a semi-loud sound as it hit the ground but at this point you couldn´t care anymore. You felt an immense sense of relief as you saw it there, feeling as if a huge weight had just been lifted from you. Looking down at your hand you saw that the ring was now replaced by your dear bat-friend that had flown to you in the meantime and settled onto your hand. Giving it another nod, you watched as it once again started to transform, it´s wings stretching out and slowly wrapping around you, as you started to grow invisible.
Thud thud thud
You heard fast footsteps approaching you, getting closer and closer as the sounds kept growing louder. But looking at your reflection in the gem of your engagement ring on the ground, you weren´t able to see yourself anymore. The process was already over. You had won. You were free.
Not wanting to waste anymore time, you sped up and ran towards the door you previously saw in your head. You the saw who the source of the footsteps was: Giorno. He held a glass of water in his hand, just as he had promised you but there was a sense of urgency in his steps as he approached your former location. Seeing him one last time, you couldn´t help but let a grin slip on you face as you sarcastically waved at him while mouthing “Bye bye!” at him. He obviously wasn´t able to see it as he mindlessly ran by his object of obsession, but right now you just wanted to be petty.
After having to endure his presence for so long and being locked up in this golden cage, you wanted to see his reaction when he realized you were gone. You wanted to see that smug and satisfied expression turn into one of panic as he couldn´t find you. So for a moment you stopped in your tracks to see the whole thing unfold.
His fast steps slowed down as he came to the place you conversed at before, only to see that you weren´t there.
“Tesoro? Where are you dear?”, he called out, his voice slightly wavering. He then proceeded to turn in every which direction, frantically scanning his surroundings with his eyes.
“Y/n? Y/n answer me! Where are you?!” Now he sounded truly panicked and you couldn´t help but be delighted in the sound of that. All this time, Giorno had never really been too emotional with you, being annoyingly calm all of the time, even when you screamed in his face or cried your eyes out. Sure, he looked a bit concerned but he always used to tell you that there was no reason to be upset. That you were being irrational, too emotional, unreasonable. That everything was fine. But seeing him look around frantically now? Well you didn´t deem yourself a sadist but it felt you with a sense of pure satisfaction.
CLASH!!
With a slight jolt, you noticed the now shattered glass on the ground, the water spilling out on the floor in a puddle. Giorno was now kneeling down, as he shakily reached down and pulled his hand through the shards of glass, seemingly not caring about the blood that was now staining his hand. His hand then came to a stop as he grabbed at something and picked it up. Seeing the familiar golden material in his hand, you recognized it to be your engagement ring. Upon seeing the object, Giorno´s whole body started to shake as he let out heavy breaths. From where you were standing it looked like he was about to lose it, no doubt in despair thanks to realizing that you had thrown away the ring that he had so graciously given to you. You felt no regret.
Then he started to turn around and you were expecting to see pain and anguish on his face but to your great surprise, all you could see was a deranged-looking smile and huge relief reflected in his eyes. Your eyes widened even more in both surprise and confusion as he then started to laugh out of nowhere. Was he really losing it now? Thinking that you had now seen everything you needed to see, you turned around again and started to run towards the door. You didn´t need to see him completely lose his mind now. You didn´t want to feel some strange kind of guilt in your stomach for seeing him in such a state. You realized how dangerous a feeling like that was so you wanted to get away as fast as you possibly could now.
“Y/n….oh y/n. I´m deeply hurt but also so glad you threw away the ring! Don´t worry I will be with you soon. You can´t hide from me!”, you didn´t know what he meant you felt that it promised no good so you picked up the pace.
“Gold Experience!”, you heard him shout behind you and asked yourself if he was really gone now. No matter, you would soon be gone.
Looking ahead once more, you saw that you were getting closer and closer to the door. Your ticket out of this hellhole of a cage you had to live in the past few months. Away from the controlling and possessive person that Giorno proved to be. You could finally be free again. You could go back to your old life, to your friends and family. All you had to do was walk through this door and-
You felt something pull your leg back as you promptly tripped and fell onto the floor. Your whole body ached and you rubbed your head as you looked down in confusion. You were trying to see what could have possibly caused you to trip like that. You felt your entire being grow stiff as you saw that a large snake had somehow wrapped itself around your ankle. You didn´t understand how this could have happened. Where the hell did that snake come from? And how was it able to see you? I mean it had to have seen you somehow, right? How else could it have found you?
Thud thud thud
You once again heard footsteps approaching you. This time the steps were thundering, almost frantic as you saw Giorno run towards you. This was bad. You had to somehow get this snake off of you and get away. But you didn´t really know a lot about snakes. Would it bite you if you were to move your leg now? It didn´t matter too much. You would gladly take that risk if it meant getting away from here. So you started to shake around your leg while trying to get the snake off of you, but to no avail. In fact, it only seemed to cling on tighter the more you moved around. It seemed insistent on not letting you run away.
When you saw Giorno come to a stop in front of you, you felt panic well up inside of you. He wasn´t able to see you, you reasoned with yourself. He would walk right past and once this snake stops being stubborn you could still get away. But Lady Luck seemed to have something against you today because Giorno slowly kneeled down so he was at your level. He reached out his arm almost hesitantly as he reached down to the spot where the snake had caught onto you. To your dismay, you felt his hand make contact with your leg, causing you to start trembling. No way. This wasn´t happening. Not when you had been so close to getting away. You tried to desperately shake your leg once again to possibly get rid of the snake but you felt Giorno´s grip on you tighten as you did so. Anxiously looking up in his face, you saw him sigh in relief, a smile on his face that quickly turned into a frown, disappointment now clearly visible.
“Tesoro”, he began with an edge to his voice, making you shake in fear. “I can´t believe you tried to run away from me. Why would you do that? Especially today.”
You just kept quiet, not feeling like giving him a response after everything that had just happened.
“Staying silent? Please that´s not going to help you now. I´m disappointed in you. I know you´ve been very…disagreeable in the beginning and I understand that it was a drastic change for you but I thought we had grown past that by now. You were so nice and sweet to me the last few days, was all of that just an act?!”, he raised his voice a bit at the last part. It was true, you had tried to be more docile and accepting of his advances the last few days to make him lower his guard.
“I don´t understand. Don´t I provide you with anything you could ever wish for? What more could you possibly need? Why would you try to run away and endanger yourself? You´re safe here with me, do you still not understand that? I love you so much y/n, I don´t know what I would do without you. What I felt when I saw that you were missing… I don´t think I have ever felt this sense of panic before.”, at this he tightened his grip once more as if afraid that you would disappear at any moment now. Trying to compose himself once more, Giorno took a deep breath before continuing.
“This invisbility- is it part of your stand? I didn´t know you had one.”
Now you were just confused.
“What´s a stand?”, you asked before being able to stop yourself. Shit, now he knew for certain that it was you. You really weren´t going to get away now.
“Yes, your stand. It seems to grant you invisibility. I too posses a stand and only thanks to that I managed to find you again. To think that you might have been truly gone. My heart aches at the mere thought of it.”
“But no more of that. I will think of an appropriate punishment later. Maybe giving you access to the garden was too tempting for you. For now, let us go back, alright? The wedding ceremony is starting soon and we wouldn´t want to be late for that now, would we?”
With that he took your hand and pulled you off the ground. As he slipped on the ring that you had previously thrown away you couldn´t help but notice something. As if fate wanted to mock you even more for your failed attempt to regain your freedom you made a quick observation.
The ring you were wearing was now stained with the blood that spilled from Giorno´s hand.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
I hope you enjoyed this one! Probably the hardest part of this was coming up with an appropriate stand. My thought process while creating this stand was mostly like: If I was trying to escape a kidnapper, what kind of stand would I want? And I thought invisibility would be nice! I did think about a name but I didn´t think it would make sense for reader to know the name of the stand when they don´t even know what stand are to begin with.
Tho a name that was flying around in my mind was “Haunted House”! Because of the whole appearing and disappearing like ghost thingy lol
Anyway hope you liked this!

Vampire Nagito Komaeda x Ultimate Monster Hunter reader - Part 1 (Supernatural AU)
Request: Can I get some vampire Komaeda x reader? I loved the Kokichi one and Komaeda is my absolute fave :3 thanks <3
This will be a full series with multiple chapters, not a head-canon or short imagine. Nagito is my favorite Danganronpa character, even ahead of Kokichi.
Part 2 here
Also this will be set in the DR3 anime universe, when they are all just Ultimates at Hope’s Peak before the Tragedy
- Admin Kokichi
“When are they coming out?!” You could hear a girl roar from the crowd before you. It was your first day at Hope’s Peak Academy, and already you could tell that at least some of the crazy rumors about the school’s eccentricities were true. You’d only been walking around campus, getting your bearings before you moved into the Main Course dorms later that evening.
It was a bit odd to see a group of nearly a dozen girls from the Reserve Course waiting at the entrance to the Main Course building, waiting to watch some of the Ultimates walk to the cafeteria. I mean, being an Ultimate didn’t make one worth fan-girling over, right? But maybe you’d have seen their side of it if you weren’t an Ultimate yourself.
~
Jin Kirigiri, the school’s headmaster, was a very close childhood friend of your father’s, as was the school’s recruiter, Koichi Kizakura. It was only natural that they both insisted you go there, especially with your talent. You were the Ultimate Hunter... or... that’s what your official transcripts said anyway. Your real talent was a little more… complicated to explain to a normal society.
Your real and extended title was that of the Ultimate Monster Hunter, just like your father before you decades ago. That was your passion, your focus, but since you were also prodigious in the normal hunting of animals, that was the title Headmaster Kirigiri assigned you. Of course, Kizakura and Kirigiri knew of your family’s hunter lineage and the existence of supernatural beings, most of the higher-ups at Hopes Peak did, what with all the connections and respect the academy had garnered.
Most governments, large corporations and upper-class citizens were privy to the existence of monsters, and those sworn to protect all humans from them, so of course Kirigiri knew of such things, however, he couldn’t exactly have you honing your skills in his classrooms and training yards. The general public would either think he’d gone mad for allowing such activities - training to kill beings that did not exist - or worse, they’d wise up and take notice, revealing the secret of supernatural creatures to the world.
No, no, that couldn’t be allowed to happen, and so Kizakura and Kirigiri had you practicing your crossbow aim on animal-shaped dummies, had you doing general agility and reflex training. Your firearms were used in a high-tech shooting arena that doubled as a dojo when martial arts students arrived for their allotted lesson time.
Honestly, you didn’t even want to attend Hope’s Peak, seeing as Headmaster Kirigiri had made it very clear that you couldn’t use any of your true talent anywhere on campus or even while in uniform off-campus. You also had to hide your face with a helmet or mask of some type while hunting from now on. You couldn’t be associated with or traced back to the academy in any way, should someone see you engaged with a monster and spread word of it before being apprehended by law enforcement. This rule was only made more severe by the fact that some of your fellow students were of the very species you made a living annihilating.
That’s right, Hope’s Peak itself was host to the very rare vampire, werewolf, demon, shapeshifter or other manner of beast. Not all of them chose to be hostile or stuck out like a sore thumb, and hey, if you had the talent, you had the talent. It made you question why you should even give the academy a second thought. It felt like they were mocking you, letting inhuman creatures attend a school they personally invited you to, but your father all but forced you to enroll. He insisted it would be the best for your future, and that there’s no one he trusted more than Kirigiri and Kizakura.
“But if anything… anything at all happens to (Y/N), Jin, I swear on our friendship, I will handle it myself,” he’d said. Your father’s words rung through your mind like a constant reminder. He meant it, too. Your father was the hunter of all hunters, a king of sorts in his circle. Kirigiri knew very well that letting him down was not an option.
You stood on the very edge of the group, as far from the doors as possible but still near enough to the others that you wouldn’t look like some weird loner. You sighed, chuckling under your breath at their chittering. It was all so silly.
“Here they come!” You were startled out of your trance when one out of the whole gaggle of girls before you squealed loudly. You walked toward the front of their group, fascinated by how excited they all were. You were merely curious to see what all the fuss was about. How could they possibly be this worked up about other students their age, just walking to lunch after class? Then again, you hadn’t met any of your fellow Ultimates. Was there some kind of beauty requirement to become one? Huh, wouldn’t surprise me, you thought rather cynically to yourself. This place loves to flaunt its students and reputation.
“Look~ it’s Fuyuhiko!” One of the girls pushed roughly past you, grazing your shoulder. You could practically see hearts in her eyes as she passed.
“Jeez, okay...” you muttered sheepishly and leaned back again. You may be a monster killer, but that only worked out because of the adrenaline rush and the lack of attachment and value placed on your targets. In normal life and social situations, it felt like you were the one being killed.
Great! Now I can’t see anything! You mentally snapped at the fan-girls bumping and shuffling into you with every sporadic movement they made. You couldn't see anything, but you could certainly hear the girls get louder and louder by the second. You were now completely pushed to the side of the group as the girls grunted and hissed like rabid animals.
“And that’s the lucky one! Komaeda, I think! Man, he’s so hot…” A random brunette drooled.
Nagito Komaeda: Vampire
Status: Protected/Neutral
Classification: B
Unique Talents and Powers: A cycle of good and bad luck. All other unique traits under review.
Age: Unknown
Coven or Clan: None
You mechanically recalled little bits and details from your dad’s casework and journals on the most famous vampires in the country. Nagito... yes… you were going to stay away from this one.
The supernatural beings that could pass as human and were deemed not to be a danger to society signed contracts and treaties that allowed them to live out their lives like normal and protected them legally from hunters (much to your kind’s chagrin). They had strict rules to follow, however, and those who broke said rules were prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and taken off the protection list, making them fair game to hunters.
You really didn’t understand why they kept giving the feral savages chances. Erasing the memories of witnesses, victims (if they survived), and their families after each attack or incident was costly and just unfair to mankind.
The girls continued to shout and vie for the boys’ attention. Fuyuhiko huffed, rolling his eyes in annoyance at the fuss they were making. This only served to rile them up further, however. It seemed the tough, flippant, bad-boy yakuza persona is exactly what they wanted. They loved the way he gave them the cold shoulder.
Nagito, on the other hand, was a different case entirely. He didn’t just ignore the girls, he made an obvious show of his disgust for them. He was practically snarling, nose scrunched up as he leaned away from the crowd of them. It wasn’t annoyance at their mewling and squawking, it was something far different. Something like pure revulsion mixed with condescension. But why? It didn’t really matter, as the girls clearly didn’t pick up on his cues, shooting rapid-fire questions his way and reaching out for his sleeves. You scoffed. It was so shallow of them to only like him for his looks and title of Ultimate he held. They knew nothing about him.
What he could do to them if they got them alone. How him could kill them in an instant, and even possibly enjoy that kill.
While you were lost in the abhorrence of your thoughts, Nagito’s eyes had honed in on you, noticed that you were wearing the same uniform as him, and promptly glided over in front of you.
“Why, hello there!” Komaeda stopped right in front of you. You took a startled step back, but he grasped your hand, preventing you from moving any further away. You did everything you could to repress your fear and repugnance, but your hand still shook slightly in his cold, dead one, and you were sure he could tell. He giggled, obviously enamored with your very presence. “I don’t believe I've seen you before, but you must be in the Main Course as well! What’s your name, if I might ask? You don’t have to tell me if you don’t wanna...” Nagito grinned widely, flashing a set of pearly white teeth. The girls swooned beside you. It seemed you were the only one afraid of what those teeth could do. He was deceivingly beautiful on the outside: tall, pale, doe-eyed, and dangerous. His Class B ranking put him just below the most dangerous of vampires, the elite, the royal clans.
“(Y-Y/N). It’s my first day.” Your voice shook as you jerked your hand away roughly. It was hard to feel confident without your weapons on you, knowing there was nothing you could do to defend yourself here. Damn you, Kirigiri.
Your father would be enraged if he knew you had just touched a vampire’s hand so casually. Nagito frowned slightly. He could sense it, the way you didn't trust him, the way you didn't like him down deep inside. He knew you knew something you shouldn't, knew more than the other humans attending Hope’s Peak, and he didn't like it. His brow furrowed in a display of frustration, but that quickly melted away, and he smiled kindly, eyes crinkling at the corners. He would figure out what made you special, even among the Ultimates he revered so passionately. Something was off, and it would kill him if he didn’t figure out why.
“Well, (Y/N)” He leaned down to your height, his face inches from yours, breathing deeply. Almost as soon as he’d inhaled, he snapped back up, his spine stiff and straight. “Oh!” A look of almost painful surprise and confusion crossed his countenance.
“What?” You panicked, looking him up and down.
“Oh, uh, nothing… you smell really good, heh. Sorry, I probably shouldn’t have said that. That’s weird, huh? Wow, I’m really the worst...” he chuckled awkwardly, his hand rubbing the back of his neck in a display of innocence. Your mouth hung open, appalled. How could he be so bold about his nature in public? You knew exactly what he was smelling. The hair on your arms and the back of your neck stood up in fear and vexation. Your reaction told him all he needed to know, and in that instant, he decided he wanted to know more. Nagito was the obsessive type, and you were going to be his new fixation. Why did you know? Who told you of his... condition? “Anyway, welcome to Hope’s Peak Academy. I hope I have the honor of seeing you again.” You could hear the wave of extreme jealousy behind you. The heat of anger and envy for you was thick in the air.
“Enough, Komaeda, ya big creep…” the small but feisty boy cleared his throat before continuing.  “C’mon, if you wanna have time for lunch it’s now or never!” You sighed in relief. Fuyuhiko placed his hand on Nagito's shoulder, pulling him gently away from you.
“Sorry, sorry!” Nagito offered a warm smile to his shorter friend. “I’m coming! I apologize, Fuyuhiko” He turned to you,“See you in class, (Y/N)” He simpered, and continued to trail along behind his friend.
Not if you had anything to say about it…
You were going to avoid that boy like the plague. Just because you couldn’t kill him, doesn’t mean you had to be best friends.

Josuke sighs, eyes catching sight of some small strips of unfamiliar scales that had caught on the entryway to the den.
Honestly, that mermaid was lucky that Okuyasu had noticed the injuries covering her tail. Had they stayed untreated for even a day more, they would have been infested with all sorts of parasites, if not outright infected.
Though. . .
Josuke shoots a look at Rohan, taking in the way three of his arms subconsciously curled tighter around Koichi while the others anchored himself in place.
The cecealia hadn't been at all happy to house the mermaid, complaining that she would just be dead weight when she awoke, and would more than likely bolt. He'd even tossed out the possibility that she was a newly turned mermaid, which Koichi countered by saying that her tail was covered in scars. Ones that weren't recent, and had definitely been made years ago.
It had been an upcurrent battle with that guy, but eventually he had relented after both Koichi and Mikitaka had sided with Josuke and Okuyasu, stating that she was more than likely lost. And the shape of some of those injuries suggested that she'd been ambushed, probably by some orcas since the teeth marks were so round and broad.
Josuke sighs again, leaning into Okuyasu's chest and simply listening to him breathe.
As of now, the mermaid was with Mikitaka, who didn't necessarily need as much sleep as them. The pale cecealia was more than happy to be entrusted with something so serious, reassuring them that he had been something called an "assistant nurse" on the surface, and was more than used to dealing with wounds as bad as what she had - if not worse than hers.
"I can practically hear you thinkin', Josuke. . ." Okuyasu rumbled, his tail shifting. His voice is thick with sleep, drowsy and he yawns lazily. Josuke's fins flatten, and he turns to mumble a weak apology against the other's chest. "'S fine. . . you thinkin' 'bout the 'maid?"
Sighing, Josuke nods.
No use trying lie to the one person who knew him almost as well as he knew himself.
Almost as if reading his thoughts, Okuyasu snickers. He doesn't laugh long though, Koichi's sleepy, mumbled complaints at the sounds quickly quieting him. Rohan would kill him if Koichi was startled awake by his laughter. The cecealia had practically taken the young siren in as his own, and would be damned if the kid got upset in any capacity.
He's still grinning though, and Josuke prepares himself for Okuyasu's special brand of dumbass comforting.
"You don't have to be."
Josuke blinks.
Okuyasu yawns.
That's it?
Okuyasu seems to think so, leaning back against the nest to doze back off. Feeling his irritation and worry get the best of him, Josuke wants to jab him in the gills. . . But the longer he mulls over the simple reply, the more it makes sense.
He really shouldn't be worried.
Mikitaka had a way of making things happen when he was really invested, and well, the former human was very passionate about keeping other creatures alive. Something about his human life.
Curling back up against Okuyasu's chest - which is already lifting with light, rumbling snores - Josuke forces himself to relax and sleep, tensions still arching along his spine.
___
You hurt.
That was the first thought that filled your mind.
You hurt, a lot, and that was a terrifying thought when paired with the horrific remembrance of a massive merman tossing you around like a guppies toy.
Panicking a little bit, you force your eyes to open, immediately looking around.
You're no longer in the place you got attacked, resting in a spot that was practically choking with soft seaweed and moss. Sitting up slowly, you wince.
A quick glance down shows you just how extensive the injuries are, crisscrossing your tail and even gouging your pelvic fins nearly in half.
That look also reveals that they've been tended to. Seaweed wraps and some sort of lavender paste are pressed to each wound, small crab claws holding the deeper wounds shut. Even your missing poison spine has been patched up, the jagged wound tenderly wrapped in some sort of white kelp with a chunk of sea sponge pressed into it.
"Oh!" Your eyes snap up, going wide when you see the cecealia from earlier. He seems to have just started to pull himself in, 3 cream coloured arms helping pull the rest of him into the small space. Upon catching your eye, he flashes you a bright smile, sharp teeth purposefully hidden behind his lips. "I wasn't expecting you to be awake so soon!"
You flatten yourself against the wall, tail curling into your chest and he tuts sharply. Before you can fully fold in your tail, defensively fanning out your fins, he catches it by the dorsal, pulling it straight out again. Your mouth goes dry, face becoming paper white, which makes the gorgeous cream scales across his shoulders flush pale blue.
Like a broodmother scolding her gups, he gently chastises you, humming, "None of that now, you'll ruin the bandages."
Stammering around the lump in your throat, you wheeze wetly, "W-wh-what's it to y-you?" He blinks, dark blue eyes flashing in surprise.
"I beg your pardon?"
"I-I said: What is it to you? Why do you care what I do to myself." Your voice comes out a little louder and more aggressive than you had meant for it to, but the strange cecealia doesn't seem to mind your sudden aggression. His colours actually flush in soft pinks, with darker cream stripes wiggling on his skin, eyes squinting up into thin, amused crescents.
The long arms of his lower half pull away from his side, exposing some sort of tightly woven kelp basket, held snuggly between his clawed fingers. He flips the lid up, chiming casually, "Well, these large clams I grabbed specifically for you would certainly go to waste if your injuries killed you, now wouldn't it?"
Sure as hell, he pulls out a clam nearly twice the size of his palm, lazily peeling it open with his claws. He catches the squirming muscle between his razor like teeth, peeling it from it shell as he settles down near your right; just far enough that the very tips of his long arms barely brush your sides.
He doesn't flash you any smug looks when you finally shimmy over, reaching out with shaky hands and only now realizing just how hungry you were. He lets you snatch a clam, tilting the basket at you when you hesitate for a moment longer then he deemed necessary.
Flicking an ear - inadvertently drawing your attention to the shiny yellow metal pierced through it - the large male polishes off the clam in his hand, pushing away from you to rest onto his side, purposefully settling down so that you were, once again, just barely outside his immense reach.
The basket is left behind.
You can feel his crystalline eyes as he watches you stare down at it, calculating the risk/reward scenarios in you mind.
It would be easy to snatch up the basket and bolt, yet his unassuming and relaxed face gives you pause; makes you carefully settle down near him and begin devouring the clams by the hand full.
You eat too fast to really appreciate the healthy feeling of them. The clean shells, thick and fatty flesh, and their slightly sour taste all go unnoticed as you inhale them, swallowing large mouthful after large mouthful.
You really don't notice the absolutely soft look your host shoots you either
Something soft brushes your pelvis as you eat, very nearly touching the slight divot of your belly. You pupils contract slightly as your body jolts, and you cast a weary glance downwards, fins held up in a tense manner. The limb falls still a few centimeters short of your bandages, curling away a small amount and you flick your startled eyes towards the cecealia, noting how he keeps his leaning loose and relaxed, blue eyes still focused on the bandages but soft and round.
Sucking a bit of water, you return to eating - if not at a slightly slower pace - and the limb takes that as a silent invitation. He only uses one of his eight limbs - probably to keep you from panicking - but he's dexterous and quick with it, smoothing down the edges of the dressings, and checking the strength of each covering.
The limb doesn't linger any longer than what is strictly necessary.
He's done by the time you've finished your rather hearty meal, so you eye and tap at the cleanly wrapped dressings. They're tight, but gentle on your skin, clearly wrapped with both your comfort and health in mind.
Feeling a small stab of guilt and shame at the way you've treated him so far, you look away, muttering your name and wearily holding your hand out.
He watches your hand shake in the air, fingers struggling to stay held out straight and spasming on occasion.
After a moment, he also reaches out; slow, methodical, and calm. His hand dwarfs yours, fingers able to comfortably curl around your palm and nestle back again his own palm with room to spare, but his touch is gentle. He gives your hand a small shake, then pulls back.
"Mikitaka Hazekura. It's pleasure to meet you."

You don't have to necessarily tell me your choices, you'll just have to keep them to yourselves and remember them as you go. WORD COUNT: 2.3k
Tumblr media
Once upon a time, in a kingdom... a young creature who was nothing more than a duchess/duke, was sitting in a carriage, waiting for their destiny to come. This is not about a princess/prince, no knights galloping on a noble steed, but the story of a pure, untouched creature who was sold to save their family. This was deeply illegal. This is why from the day they were born, their parents never declared their birth at the government. They were noble people, god dammit. They would have never let such a shame fall on their surname's fame, on their dynasty, on their family's reputation. So they waited, living their misery in secret. They waited until their eighteenth birthday to sell them to someone who they knew would have never aged and would have never died, in the meantime.
You had heard of this person. He was a Count, mercilessly buying people to gain pleasure from them. To be satisfied. Almost like a tribute, almost like the Minotaur myth. It sounded just like this man could never be without someone beside him, pleasuring him. But you spent eighteen years of your life with your parents by your side, reassuring you about the fact that this person would have treated you well and properly, and he would have given money to your family after every year of your life spent with him. He had never had the chance to ask for something like that before... but since your family had promised you to him since the very start, since the day you were born, he asked for them to make sure you made it to him as a virgin.
Did this mean... he wanted you to have your first time with him...? He wanted you sexually, someway? Maybe making sure you were untouched just for him? These were the questions that were bugging you all the way towards his castle. The carriage felt always colder, and you stared at the coachman, hoping he would someway reassure you. "Excuse me...? Do you know anything about the man I'm being brought to...?" as you asked, the carriage stopped, and the man turned towards you, clearing his voice. His cyan eyes looked so deep, they were cutting through you as the sharpest sword ever.
"You mean my uncle, Lord Higashikata, I figure." what a deep voice, you felt the goosebumps it caused creeping up behind your spine. Lord Higashikata? At least now you knew about his surname. The surname you maybe would have taken.
"Y/n Higashikata..." you murmured, just to hear how your name would have sounded with his surname, slightly whispering and fighting hard against the tears that were forming in your eyes. Your parents had made you use to this thought. But all you would have wanted, watching all the lovebirds flirting and kissing in the streets, you realized you would have rather chosen to slowly fall in love with someone, rather than being forcibly paired with that Count. Meet someone, make friends, spend time together... passing time making you fall in love. This is what you craved. But you would have never found it now. It was too late. Maybe.
It took waking up from your daydreaming, to notice that the coachman who was talking to you, had no body at all. Or better, he did have a body... but it was driving the carriage, while the thing that was talking to you was his head only, held up by a single hand of his instead of being on his neck. "What the heck?" you almost shouted, terrified, as you curled up against the carriage's seat. "What... what are you..." your voice broke, as the man put his head back on his driving body with a sarcastic laughter. Your eye fell on a notebook, which was right beside the coachman. It had a name on it. Probably his. "Are you possibly... Kujo Jotaro?"
"Why even bother asking. Does my head scare you, young creature?" Kujo's deep voice answered in a melancholic way, as his back relaxed against his seat. "You'll see way better shit than this, in that castle. My uncle did this to me. He's the only one who can fix me, so that I have to be loyal, if I want my reward." what? You didn't know why. But your instinct told you to investigate. The more you knew about your future husband, the better it would have been.
"Lord Higashikata did this to you...?" your soft voice asked, even if you already knew the answer. "Is he evil? Possessive?"
"Are you asking to know whether you have a choice without dying or not?" your breath hitched. Dying? What kinda man was he? And if you parents promised you to him as soon as you were born, how can he be as young as they said he looks like? Now that you thought about it... you had heard of this man wanting young boys and girls for his own pleasure during a time which was located way before your birth.
"Why hasn't he been killed yet?" when this question left your lips, you thought you were nuts. How could you let yourself ask such a thing to the Count's coachman? "How old is he...?" you immediately tried to cover up your last question with a new one, which anyways bugged you a lot as well. Jotaro shrugged.
"Nobody really remembers it precisely apart from him and his advisor. I think he's around two hundred..." No way you heard what you just heard. Were you gonna marry... an elderly man? But no, come on, two hundred years isn't even considered elderly, it's basically... dead? "You know..." Kujo continued. "...Vampire stuff." Oh. OH. So that's what it is. Vampire. Great, good to know your family had been planning to sell you to an edgy bat for eighteen years so far. Now, if possible, you were twice as terrified as before. You didn't dare to ask any more questions to the coachman, considering he sometimes even sounded pretty pissed at the thought of solving your doubts himself.
The jacket you had taken off while you were in the carriage, returned on your shoulders as it stopped in front of the scariest view ever. A castle, a giant, castle, where the only light available to make it clearer to your sight, was the moon. It wasn't even full, that night, so that there wasn't a great light to dispose of. Great. You waited for some seconds, as the coachman opened your door out, interrupting the whistle lingering in everyone's ears, when it all suddenly gets too silent. Only then, you had the occasion to notice two things. The first one, was that Kujo was ridiculously tall and muscular. The second one, way more scary, was that the carriage, since the beginning of your road, had been carried by... nothing. You swallowed, as your gaze decided not to stare at that too much. This counted for both Jotaro's muscles and the lack of horses. "Just get to the main door. Someone will be waiting for you."
His deep voice then left you, all alone, as he took his place back in the carriage, and you could swear you heard him murmur something on his way back, on the line of "This is the nth youngster that I bring for him... I feel like Charon." Seriously? Charon? Was he implying he had just brought you - and many others - to basic hell? You huffed and held back your tears, a true miracle. No need to cry now, this won't bring you back home, not that you're this much eager to see the two people who sold you to a vampire murderer. And probably an old man, too. Your feet moved, shyly, to the main, giant, iron made door. A short, smiling, reliable-looking guy, and a tall, muscular, serious-looking sentry, were waiting for you. You decided to talk to the short one first, as you noticed the white part of his right eye was black, instead. Plus, the iris of that eye was red, whereas the left one was blue.
"Uhm... hello?" you murmured, trying to smile the best you could, as your breath suddenly hitched at the feeling of the cold tip of something sharp against your neck. You didn't dare to move your face, or the blade would have wounded you. But you turned your eyes toward the taller sentry, the golden wolf decoration attached to his double-breasted jacket almost blinded you, as it reflected the moonbeams. You swallowed. The blonde, braided haired sentry didn't even think about backing off. Until...
"Keicho." the shorter guy talked, putting his hand on the sentry's. "You don't wanna slice our Lord's betrothed, do you?" he giggled. The man, Keicho, was it, backed off, and retracted the weapon from your neck. Now that you had a good sight of it, it looked like a long, heavy arrow.
Tumblr media
"No, I don't." the sentry hid the arrow behind his back, right where it probably was before, since you didn't even notice it until he attacked. "I apologize, Koichi." wait. For real? Koichi? Keicho and Koichi? Like Tweedledum and Tweedledee? Keicho and Koichi? You avoided giggling about this. The last thing you wanted was getting your head threatened to be cut off again. The little guy just nodded, and gestured you into entering the door. He would have followed and guided you. To keep on following Kujo's reference, Koichi would have been your Virgil in that hell. Keicho remained at the entrance of the castle. As a sentry, he was required there. He was, anyway, the most normal one you had met so far. Almost. ALMOST.
"So... Y/n, if I'm not mistaken?" the short one asked, his smile not abandoning him. He looked like a pacific person. You nodded. "Good, good. You're talking to Lord Higashikata's advisor. I stay by his side when he needs so, and he requested me to welcome you myself, since..." he smiled, to probably reassure you. The corridor looked neverending. "...you might have noticed Keicho isn't the most graceful man on Earth." Lord Higashikata's advisor... you're sure Kujo spent some positive words about him, previously, but you remembered none of them. You could just think you probably agreed, so far. "You're a special guest. Not like all the other people I've witnessed disappearing during my career." disappearing? Oh dear God. "You're a virgin, he mentioned that to me. Such a fresh creature never happened to him before. Higashikata Josuke wants to marry you." oh... Josuke. You now had found out his name, too.
"Do I have any hope of escap-" as you pronounced it, Koichi grabbed your arm.
Tumblr media
"Don't say it. Just don't." his voice didn't sound menacing or threatening. Just... scared. Scared or hopeless. As if his smile was just a way to hide a deep, stressful story. "Accept it the way it is. Just fall in love with him or... force yourself to do so. Or else, you'll die." the way he switched from this sentence, to a toothy smile, totally hurt your heart. Koichi was broken inside, yet you could just watch this happening and vaguely imagine your destiny beside that vampire. Old vampire. Probably. "Anyways..." he huffed. "It's all straight through this corridor, you're almost at the end. Just get the last door in the middle, at the end. The only door." Koichi bit his lip. "I'm sorry I'm leaving you like this... but I just heard some sounds... I'm afraid Keicho's fighting with the Lord's snake." oh great. Higashikata has a snake, you thought to yourself as the small guy left you alone in the corridor.
Great. Charon brought you to hell. Virgil brought you here, a step closer to Lucifer, who you saw in Josuke. What's next, a Beatrice? You almost chuckled, thinking it was so absurd you could have woken up right now back in your bed at home and be unimpressed. You felt a sudden goosebump, all of it in a single instant, but couldn't even have time to process what you felt, that you heard a loud sound of a door being angrily closed. "Guh! Shit..." what? Was there someone at the end of the corridor, now? You thought, processing the sight of someone lying on the ground, quickening your steps to get closer enough to see who it was without being suspected of something or attacked. There was, in fact, someone. It looked like a young guy, a long - almost waist long - grey braid coming from his hair, which were black on the top, was now squished to the ground, the double-breasted jacket was similar to Keicho's, as you noticed it had the same golden wolf shaped decoration on his chest. His skin, though, was much different from the usual. Flesh colored, yes, but grayer. Way grayer, as if it had no saturation at all. You saw him trying to stand up, planting a hand on the ground to lift his chest up, but he fell back down. You could notice that his right hand, the one he used to help himself, was covered by a crimson glove.
As you looked at him struggling, you knew there was only a thing to do. You would have...
a) ...helped him to stand up. You couldn't look at someone struggling without helping.
b) ...been careful and waited for him to stand up, to see if he was really harmless.

Who are the villains and the vigilantes?
After reading My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, which makes the whole worldbuilding of MHA better, even if it has a bit of slumps and it is not perfect, it has its own charm. The reason behind this can be summed up in the perspective, it isn’t about the glamorous and flashy heroes generally, but about the cases which happened in the less than affluent Naruhata neighborhood and how the restrictive regulations against quirks affects common people’s lives. We appreciate the relationship between the heroes and the vigilantes, which is possible due to the grey zone where the vigilantes are allowed to act unless there’s a big case or an extravangant enough one to require the assistance of heroes. However, the vigilantism goes beyond that, it’s the origin of heroism, and even against the efforts of the system it’s not a curious anecdote of the past, it still exists since there are many people and that fall through the cracks of the system.
In the beginnig of the quirk era, everything was chaos, the system couldn’t keep with the quirked criminals hence people decided to enforce justice on others without legal permission, these people were called vigilantes. However, any State needs to control the legal use of violence and soon these vigilantes had to be dealt with, in one way or another, and the response to that was the hero licensing system. Therefore, saving people wasn’t the priority, the goal was to recover the capacity to manage the violence and recover the order. This system was established in Rhode Island, in the United States, and at first glace it seems clear, fair and equitable, but in Vigilantes was explained in a short but thought-provoking way:
Tumblr media
There were 189 vigilantes at the time in Rhode island and only 7 were recognized as heroes and maybe there were people who were only satisfying their need for violence but it’s a bit suspicious that only a few were given the hero license. The most important question is what was the trait used to define who was a hero? It isn’t answered, and hasn’t been touched since then,  Vigilantes prtagonist, Koichi Haimawari, thought the defining factor was:
Tumblr media
It sounds sensible, nice and idealistic, but at the same time, it is naive and too optimistic, the first option, ‘respecting the law’, isn’t possible because if you are a vigilante by definition you aren’t respecting the law you’re taking the justice into your own hands, and ‘having a mind for justice’ is too vague to be useful and objetive as criterion to make a law. So if these aren’t possible, and the first villains were the vigilantes who weren’t recognized as heroes what made them different at that time? There could be personality issues but it doesn’t seem that simple.
First trait of villainy
To answer this vital question, there are hints and context  in Vigilantes and MHA and it will help create a hypothesis. In Vigilantes there’s the case of Kamayan (Kamachi Kirihito) who ended up looking as a praying mantis after he was experimented on, and Aizawa tells him something quite revealing about how society can identify a villain: ‘it’s completely normal to treat someone like you as a villain when you start rampaging’, so the main trait to identify a villain it’s the physical appearance, at first it seems too shallow, more when it comes from Aizawa. It’s good to notice many villains have certain characteristics, for example: the first villain in the manga, who has an beastly appearance, the Sludge villain, the thugs in the USJ arc, all of them have distintive non-human and/or animal-like traits and all of them are identified as a villain at first glace.
Although, if we consider Spinner’s case of discrimination in the countryside, the way even heroes as Gang Orca who is a top ranking hero, and has been ranked in ‘heroes that look like villains’, the existance of the Creature Rejection Clan who were against mutant-type quirks. etc., we get an idea of how much appearance matter in the society of the extraordinary. The heroes and society, in general, assume you are a villain if you look ‘scary’ or different enough and have a mutant-type quirk or animalistic predominant traits, what’s more if you start acting violent or agressive, you will be labeled as a villain and after the investigation you will keep the label or not.
Tumblr media
Second trait of villainy
MHA society has a deterministic way of treating people, in fact, the determinant factor in this world is: their quirks which can be heroic or villainous. Someone who has a great quirk is able to be a hero, therefore being able to gain a complete self-determination, or someone can be born with a villainous quirk and will be regarded as such. There are people like Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki and Hawks who have a promising future since they were young due to their powerful and flashy quirks, which ended up being treated as heroic quirks in universe. On the other hand, there are people who have villainous quirks like Shinso Hitoshi, Himiko Toga and Shigaraki Tomura, after all the brainwashing is obviously a mallicious quirk in universe, Himiko Toga has a fascination for blood and Shigaraki’s decay only can cause destruction for the people around him.
Tumblr media
The official concept of villainy
At first MHA established public quirk usage is illegal and it hasn’t changed since the beginning of the manga, but that doesn’t make a villain, only the repeated offenders are labeled as villains save exceptions like Himiko Toga and Pop Step (a main character in Vigilantes) who are both underage but have commited grave and flashy crimes.
To summarize, the defining criteria which can be used to separate villains from heroes are: physical appearance (nonhuman/animalistic look), a villainous quirk, and repeat offenders.
Now, the modern vigilantes are doing the same things the vigilantes of the past did: they are using constantly their quirks in public and taking the justice in their own hands. However, they are treated by the authorities with indifference (police), respect (certain heroes Eraserhead, Ingenium, Fatgum, Midnight) or most of the time they are overlooked by both of them, because they deal with little problems no one else would manage in time or aren’t flashy enough to demand the presence of a hero. Although, there are exceptions, like when the cases are big and and grave (bombing case in Vigilantes), the way the vigilantes are treated change radically, they are expected to get out of the way, to cooperate with authorities and/or be treated as villains to protect them (Tsukauchi Naomasa) or to get deal as a villain must (Endeavor). Hence, the authority always decide if the vigilante is treated with indulgence or if they get the villain treatment.

Frontiers Unexplored AU: Alitia
The one where I cross over two of my written stories for funsies.
Alitia World Building
Basically, this section catches people up to speed on the basic world building of Alitia in case they haven’t read it. It’s very heavily abridged for the sake of being timely, and better details can be found in Alitia itself on my Archive of Our Own profile.
There are two types of people: mages and leaths. Mages have outward magical abilities that allow them to use magic (duh). Leaths have passive manifestations that give them prodigal strength in a given subject (tactics, swordplay, communication, etc.) and are stronger in that matter than any mage ever could be.
There are two types of magic: Light and Dark. Light is more focused on control and then working up to power while Dark is raw power with less control at first. Mages pick if they want to be Light or Dark when they first start coming into their magical abilities around the age of 16-18. Light has the added ability to heal others while Dark offers access to magic revolving around symbols and glyphs. After becoming particularly strong, Light mages can start using symbols while Dark mages can start healing. It takes a long time to reach this point though.
Mages and leaths fall into two categories: winged and wingless. Having wings or not changes the way one uses magic both transformed and in civilian form (different regulation of the magical core). Wings are often found in feminine people but gender is fake anybody can have them. This is a choice made at the same time as the Light/Dark decision at roughly age 16-18 and can be both passive and conscious.
There are exceptions to the binaries of wings and Light or Dark. Shapeshifters lie on the center of the spectrum involving having wings or not since they can change that at will. Shapeshifters are rare and often have a wide range of magical abilities. Light and Dark magic are opposites with Blends (mages with two types of magic rather than one) being between them. Blends are particularly rare (.01% of the population or so) and are known for being inherently powerful from birth.
There are six types of people with these factors taken into account: Mage/Wings/Light: Enchantress Mage/Wings/Dark: Witch Mage/Wingless/Light: Wizard Mage/Wingless/Dark: Cantor Leath/Wings: Heroine Leath/Wingless: Hero
The Millennium Six are schools centered around each of these types of people, and they train the next generation in matters of combat to defend their realms: Alitia: Enchantresses Sacred Heart: Witches Angelwood: Wizards Sierra: Cantors Acadia: Heroines Ridgeview: Heroes
There are two main religions: the Churches of Starlight and Moonlight, named for the creators of the world. The two gods (Starlight and Moonlight) have Keepers that act as modern proxies of their power. Keepers are reincarnated and have the power of their partnered god. Every church is led by a specific archbishop, and the churches take place on the primary planets of the gods (Starlight’s being Amity while Moonlight’s is Enmity). Starlight is essentially light magic while Moonlight is dark magic (same sort of vein as canon Digimon Frontier and Frontiers Unexplored). Keepers can grant Blessings of their power to others. The closest companions of the Keepers earn their places among the Sealed Ones, trusted fighters working for the sake of peace across the universe. Sealed Ones are twelve in number per generation and based on the twelve zodiac signs. They are selected as Sealed Ones when they confirm their resolve to their cause in a moment of immense strife either inwardly or outwardly. Markings of the zodiac signs can be found on the bodies of the Sealed Ones outwardly to show their positions.
There will be other technical details mentioned below such as planets, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there. For now, let’s get into the crap that’s specific to Frontiers Unexplored!
History
The previous Keepers and their respective team of Sealed Ones went off to battle against one of the darkest forces known to recent history: Luce. He was once a powerful sage working for both the Churches of Starlight and Moonlight to keep the peace throughout all realms, but he turned away from both of them after gaining too much power and allowing it to go to his head. He came to view living creatures as beneath him, prompting him to turn against the light and start to advocate for nothing short of complete destruction.
The Keepers and their Sealed Ones marched towards Luce, intent on killing him to save the world. In the end, the team managed to seemingly destroy Luce, but in a final blast at the hands of Luce, the team was wiped out. The Keepers and their Sealed Ones were all killed in one fell swoop, leaving behind no protectors for the universe. The Keepers were reincarnated into a new generation, and Luce was widely presumed to be dead.
The Keepers and the Sealed Ones are named after the Ancient Warriors of Frontiers Unexplored. The previous Keeper of Starlight was Garuru while the previous Keeper of Moonlight was Sphinx, for example. The final two were Wizard and Silphy of Cosmos and Energy respectively (since those two are original Digimon and only appear in FU).
Koji Minamoto: Keeper and Wizard of Starlight (Light)
Koji is the Keeper of Starlight and a Wizard originating from the planet of Amity. He’s known to be somewhat detached and bitter when it comes to addressing others. He is looked after by the archbishop of the Church of Starlight, Kousei, though the two have a volatile and difficult relationship at best due to Kousei’s emotional immaturity and focus on increasing Koji’s strength. Koji gets along much better with Satomi, a high-ranking priestess of the Church of Starlight and treats her as his confidant. He struggles to make connections with others because of how isolated he was from the world growing up, a byproduct of Kousei’s obsessive protectiveness. Rumor has it that Kousei once looked after the previous Keeper of Starlight, Garuru, as well, but their connections ended after an angry confrontation that resulted in much anguish on both sides. Garuru died shortly thereafter, hence Kousei’s difficult treatment of Koji.
Koji fights with swords in battle, something that he learned at Kousei’s instruction. He came to fight in his own style though, often combining it seamlessly with his Starlight magic. High expectations were placed on him from a young age because of his position as the Keeper, and he came to master his element as quickly as possible as a result. Koji lacks an affinity for healing unlike most other Light mages though, prompting him to be primarily involved with combat during battles.
Koji is the Sealed One of Scorpio among this generation, and his marking can be found on the back of his right hand. He came to attend Angelwood when he was of age, falling under the category of Wizard because his Starlight magic forces him under the discipline of Light. There, he met Takuya since the two were roommates at school, and despite their frequent butting of heads due to stubbornness, they came to get along well over time.
Koichi Kimura: Keeper and Cantor of Moonlight (Darkness)
Koichi is the Keeper of Moonlight and a Cantor. He grew up on Enmity and is on the quiet side, choosing to keep to himself more often than not. He was raised by Tomoko, a leath woman and the Archbishop of Moonlight. Tomoko did what she could to shield Koichi from the rest of the world and its cruelty, but because of the turmoil that followed the deaths of the previous Keepers, there was only so much that she could do, leading to Koichi becoming emotionally rundown despite his attempts to put up a facade of peace. He’s on the passive side and has a talent for talking out matters with others, making him well-liked among those that he knows, if not a bit quiet. He can be found reading a lot of the time, using fiction as a way of escaping the harsh reality that awaits just beyond the book’s pages.
Koichi uses a staff as his preferred weapon, though he tends to use magic more often than not due to being much more proficient in it. He has completely mastered his power despite the raw magic that comes with the Dark practice, and many have stated him to be a Moonlight prodigy, much to his chagrin. He is strong with symbols and glyphs with a special talent for healing as well, something unusual among Dark mages.
Koichi is the Sealed One of Aquarius. His symbol is located on the back of his left hand. He left for Sierra as per tradition of Keepers, and he met the rest of the group there through inter-school activities among the Millennium Six. He and Koji share a birthday and a common thread of appearance because their predecessors were killed on the same day, leading to them fostering a surprisingly close connection among Keepers.
Takuya Kanbara: Wizard of Fire
Takuya is the first prince of Etruna and a Wizard of Fire. The Kanbara family looks after Etruna, the world of fire and ice, from its palace on the center of the realm’s halfway mark between the two magical types. Takuya is the older of the two princes, the younger being his brother, Shinya. Despite being a prince set to take the throne one day, Takuya is headstrong and passionate regarding the topic of adventure. He loves the idea of finding a quest all his own and tends to be somewhat reckless in his search of something beyond the status quo. Takuya is a natural-born leader, and he’s close with Chihiro. Because of his role in Chihiro’s departure from Igni’s elite, Takuya is notably protective of them and would do anything to keep them safe. He is charismatic and confident, never yielding in the face of danger for better or worse while still remaining human and relatable to others.
Takuya fights with fire magic above all else, and when he does use physical weapons, he tends to rely on claw attachments to a set of small gauntlets. He prefers to get up close and personal during battle, and his recklessness shows with his proficiency in combat. He’s not the best with healing magic unless he brings the constant activity of his mind to a halt and concentrates on something that desperately requires his attention.
Takuya is the Sealed One of Leo. His mark can be found on the front of his left shoulder. Takuya roomed with Koji when the two went to Angelwood, and while it took a while for their relationship to iron out its issues, they became rather close. Takuya and Chihiro have remained best friends despite attending different schools among the Millennium Six.
Tomoki Himi: Wizard of Ice
Tomoki is a Wizard of Ice born on Etruna as a commoner. He is the youngest son out of the Himi family with his older brother being Yutaka. Tomoki’s brother saw few restrictions growing up due to his prodigal status as an ice mage, leading to high expectations being heaped onto Tomoki’s shoulders. On top of that, Yutaka took the power he possessed to be a reason to pick on Tomoki for being inferior, leading to an imbalance of power that had Tomoki abused by his brother throughout his youth. This caused Tomoki to grow up as a sensitive and easily-frightened individual as he struggled to escape the bloodied shadow that his older brother left behind for him. Yutaka’s prodigal status gave him the chance to escape all consequences for his wrongdoing, and while Tomoki’s parents were aware of what Yutaka was doing, they were unable to stand up to him either due to not having magic as strong as his, making them likely targets of Yutaka’s ultimately volatile temper. All of this caused Tomoki to be fragile emotionally, easily overwhelmed and introverted.
Tomoki’s magic is based in ice, and he has an incredible proficiency over it because of how much he’s pushed himself to practice. He uses axes as well, his way of setting himself apart from Yutaka’s strength in lances and swords. Tomoki is a decent healer as well because of his heavy bias towards using magic in battle.
Tomoki is the Sealed One of Pisces, and his symbol can be found on his lower back. He tends to hide it where possible because he fears the reaction his brother would have. He and Yumiko became fast friends due to their similar sense of distrust for the world. He’s a year below Takuya and Koji, and he came to admire them both from afar within Angelwood.
Izumi Orimoto: Enchantress of Wind
Izumi is the oldest princess of Hiloft and an Enchantress with dominion over wind magic. She has come to be idealized as a perfect figure by her people and those who surround her, causing her to develop a strong persona through acting. She is kind and caring but seems to lack any depth, often throwing on a mask to keep people from finding out about how insecure and self-loathing she truly is. Izumi’s younger sister, Masae, looks up to her immensely, and Izumi is incredibly protective of her, coming to look after her sister after their mother’s death by assassination. Their father is distant due to his work as the king of the realm, causing Izumi and Masae to be heavily dependent on one another. Despite how close they are, Izumi refuses to yield with her practiced mask even around her sister, wanting to be a good role model no matter how much it hurts her in the process.
Izumi’s weapons of choice are claws similar to what Takuya uses, though she has a heavy bias for her magic. She is a strong healer, though nowhere near as much so as Yumiko or Hinoka. Izumi is a potent fighter and knows how to defend herself, though she hates battle simply for the sake of battle and does it mostly out of a sense of obligation towards those she cares for.
Izumi is the Sealed One of Cancer with her mark being on her right forearm. She is a student at Alitia who, much like Yumiko, has the potential to be well-liked and popular, though she keeps to herself instead. She is part of the Keepers’ year.
Junpei Shibayama: Cantor of Thunder
Junpei is a Cantor with the ability to manipulate electricity. He was born on Millennia and grew up there as well. His parents are well-known mages and teachers at the Millennium Six (with his mother teaching at Sacred Heart while his father is part of the Ridgeview staff). Junpei was often bullied throughout his childhood, particularly at the hands of students at the Millennium Six who looked down on him with scorn for struggling with his developing magic. He started to develop a fiery temper as a result, and his spite towards the rest of the world grew incredible and became part of his mindset. Even after Junpei was able to get help to make sure that this stopped, he retained this mindset for better or worse. He is a very polarizing figure in personality, being both overbearingly positive by putting on a mask of endless optimism and notably pessimistic because of his nihilistic views of the world at large.
Junpei’s fighting style revolves around his use of a pair of gauntlets that he has engineered to be able to shift into a ray gun at a moment’s notice. His magic is the most likely to go out of control as a result of his temper issues, leaving his power somewhat unstable and prone to explosion for better or worse. He is strong with glyphs and symbols contrary to what his uncontrollable magic would suggest, a talent he shares with Saki.
Junpei is the Sealed One Gemini, and his symbol is on his left bicep. He came to be unlikely friends with Saki since they were enrolled at Sierra at the same time, and he was the first person to figure out their mission before they revealed it to the rest of the group. He’s a year older than the Keepers.
Chihiro Ayumu: Cantor of Earth
Chihiro is a Cantor who was born on the planet of Igni. They have influence over the element of Earth. Their parents were high-ranking noble mages on Igni, a planet known for its discrimination against leaths. During a meeting with the royalty on another planet, Etruna, Chihiro met Takuya, the oldest prince of Etruna. The two got to know one another, and as soon as the chance came, Chihiro used the trip on Etruna to run from their parents, who treated them poorly as a result of their magic taking an unexpectedly long time to manifest in full. Chihiro returned to the palace after their parents left Etruna, and they have been living as an unofficial third sibling of the Kanbara royal line ever since then, making them notably close with both Takuya and Shinya despite their first appearances of bitter defiance towards any who dare to get close to them emotionally.
Chihiro is physically strong in many ways, resulting in them finding power with many weapons. They can use hammers, axes, and the like well, though their preferred weapon is the gauntlets. Chihiro’s physical strength is unparalleled, and when combined with the raw force that comes with their earth magic, they are a defensive and offensive terror on the battlefield to match their stubborn nature.
Chihiro is the Sealed One of Aries, and their marking can be found on the back of their left shoulder. They set out for Sierra at the same time as Takuya, and through him, they were able to become fast friends with Koji. It took a bit longer for Chihiro to fall in with Koichi despite attending the same school as him, but they eventually grew to be notably protective of him and the rest of their team.
Yumiko Mihara: Enchantress of Wood
Yumiko is an Enchantress with the power over Wood, including plant life of all breeds as well as vague abilities regarding life and death. She was born as the princess of Fortunia, a planet known for its traditionalism. Her parents were often detached from her life because of their royal endeavors, and they paired her off with a noble of the planet for an arranged marriage from a young age. Yumiko defied the wishes of her parents, though this only led to continued harassment from both her fiance and the other nobles who sought her attention and the power found in her family. She came to hold reality at arm’s length, keeping it away from her where possible. Yumiko is said to be pleasant at a first glance, a way of defending herself from the rest of the world. She holds quiet scorn towards those who have hurt her, though she masks this as a way of ensuring that she is not infringed upon again in the future. She came to attend classes at Alitia as a way of escaping the plans that her parents had laid out for her since they were dismissive of her pain at best. She left in search of a new start and hopefully companions who she could rely on to not abuse her.
Yumiko is a notably potent healer. She can patch up just about any injury out there, and her healing powers have earned her the title of a prodigy, though she often denies this in favor of fading into the background. Yumiko manipulates plants in battle, often using a magical bow and arrow to further her abilities in combat.
Yumiko is the Sealed One of Taurus with her marking falling across her chest where her collarbones meet. She is a year below the Keepers in classes, putting her in the same class as Tomoki, Mayumi, and Haroi. She tends to keep to the social circle of the rest of the Sealed Ones out of fear of being hurt by others despite her grace and ability to connect emotionally with others.
Hinoka Sakatami: Enchantress of Water
Hinoka is an Enchantress of water born on the planet of Rivergold, the realm of water. Her mother was of Loduke while her father was from Rivergold. After a messy split between her parents, leaving her mother emotionally unstable, Hinoka moved to Loduke with her mother. There, she found herself suffering because of her closest companion: a boy named Emon. He was the first to accept Hinoka following her move, reaching out to her despite her sticking out for having the notable traits of Rivergold’s people (patches of scaled skin, for example). Emon’s personality soon shifted towards hatred though, and he came to abuse Hinoka by exerting his power over her that came with being her sole source of companionship. After Hinoka and Emon dealt with a toxic relationship of three years, Hinoka was accepted into Alitia, and she went there in search of a fresh start. However, her history remains clear in her demeanor, as she is fidgety, anxious, and soft-spoken unless she feels safe around the people in her vicinity.
Hinoka fights almost exclusively with magic, and her sole weapon is a staff with a magical gem mounted to the top of it to boost her influence over water. Hinoka is an amazing healer as well, using her staff to augment her natural affinity for helping others. She has notable curiosity towards glyphs as well even if she cannot use them well with magic.
Hinoka is the Sealed One for Virgo, and her marking can be found on her left ankle. She generally avoids others under most circumstances with Izumi being her first notable friend. Hinoka is in the same year as Junpei and Saki.
Saki Fushida: Shapeshifter and Blend of Metal
Saki is a shapeshifter and Blend with specific influence over metal. Their magic is highly focused around matters of telepathy and other types of mind magic as well as influencing metal. They have incredible intuition and have been noted by others to be as shady as it gets. Saki is a master at manipulating situations to their every need, and they use this to their advantage to work under Cherubi, Seraphi, and Ophani in the search for Luce. They operate as a spy within the shadows for the sake of the three mages, ever in search of definitive proof that Luce is still alive somewhere.
Saki was born on Enmity to Wise, one of the Sealed Ones of the previous generation, and their partner. They lived in the Church of Moonlight since Wise was heavily affiliated with Sphinx and acted as the tactician of the Sealed Ones and their Keepers. Roughly one year after Saki’s birth, Wise was killed alongside the rest of the Sealed Ones in the final battle with Luce. Wise’s partner started to investigate, believing that Luce was still alive, only to be struck down during the search. Saki, left orphaned, was ultimately taken in by Cherubi in the chaos that followed. Cherubi, Seraphi, and Ophani were close friends of the Sealed Ones, and the three of them are also convinced that Luce is still alive. Saki grew up in their custody before deciding to use their unorthodox magic to become a spy in search of the truth behind the past. Later, they enroll at Sierra as a Cantor in search of clues that could lead to Luce, keeping their mission secret from all.
Saki has a varying fighting style because of the fact that they are a Blend. They shapeshift for the sake of their work but are known to take the form of either a masked vigilante known as Lyra or an unnamed dragon. They tend to use mind magic that comes with their shapeshifting abilities often in tandem with metal magic. They are strong with a rapier as well, and this is their weapon of choice. They tend to hide their shapeshifting unless they have to reveal the truth to others, masking as a regular Cantor (since they would only be outed as a Blend if their shapeshifting magic was known).
Saki is the Sealed One of Capricorn, and their mark is found within their right eye. They hide the symbol with their mask when in the form of Lyra if they aren’t outright using magic to shield it from sight. They are in the same class as Junpei and Hinoka at the Millennium Six (a year above the Keepers).
Mayumi Reiku: Witch of Energy
Mayumi is a Witch with the ability to manipulate energy. She was born as a commoner of Hiloft, a planet known for its wide variety of magical types. Her mother abandoned her and her father when she was young, something her father considers to be a good thing due to her abusive tendencies. Mayumi lived on Hiloft for many years before her father was offered a chance to research the world of N-Yx, a planet with a particularly powerful connection to Moonlight. Mayumi followed with her father, which is where her family settled down with Haroi and his mother. The four became a happy new family with Mayumi becoming notably close with her new stepbrother. Despite the dreary circumstances behind her birth, Mayumi is upbeat and cheerful, easily able to attract the admiration of others. She can be prone to mood swings at times, but her good intentions cannot be denied no matter what.
Mayumi’s magic is more volatile than most others’ because of her not having much formal training. Her lack of emotional regulation does not help in the slightest, and her mood swings can randomly drain the energy of herself and others if she is not careful. She fights with retractable claws in combat and struggles with matters of glyphs.
Mayumi is the Sealed One of Sagittarius, and her mark manifests itself on her right calf. She is close with Haroi even though they attend different schools, and she falls within the same year as him, Tomoki, and Yumiko at the Millennium Six.
Haroi Tsurumaki: Cantor of Cosmos
Haroi is a Cantor with the ability to influence the cosmos. He was born on N-Yx, a realm with heavy ties to Moonlight as a result of its many temples dedicated to magic. His mother is a priestess at one of these temples, and she raised Haroi within them after his father abandoned them. Haroi is naturally a frail young man, causing him to be somewhat secluded due to his inability to leave for long periods of time. He found admiration and whimsy in Mayumi, his stepsister, because of her endless energy and penchant for adventure. Their blended family means everything to Haroi, filling in the gaps of loneliness and yearning that he used to struggle with when growing up with only his mother and those at the temple by his side. Haroi is an introverted yet empathetic young man, highly in tune with the emotions of others despite his quiet demeanor. He is intelligent as well, loving to learn more about magic and how it manifests itself outwardly and passively in mages and leaths.
Haroi’s weapon of choice is a staff, though he rarely uses it in battle. Instead, he prefers to use his magic when given the option. Haroi’s influence over his magic is impeccable because of the fact that he was raised in an environment meant to boost such strength. He is incredibly potent with symbols and glyphs and researches them when he can.
Haroi is the Sealed One of Libra, and his symbol can be found on the back of his neck. Haroi is close friends with Mayumi due to their years of connection as siblings before they came to attend classes at the Millennium Six. He shares a year with her and is a year below the Keepers.
Boko: Hero of Tactics
Boko is an assistant to Seraphi known for his affinity in tactics due to his manifestation. Since Seraphi is a teacher at Angelwood, Boko acts as the librarian of the school. He greatly looks up to Seraphi, and his curiosity is learned from his mentor. Boko was born and raised within Millennium City on Millennia, and he is vaguely aware of Junpei since they are both connected to teachers of the Millennium Six, though the two can hardly be considered close. Boko often looks after Nee, the other assistant of Seraphi, out of obligation to ensure that his friend stays out of trouble. He lacks the ability to fight since he chose to not train in such matters out of choice, preferring to offer tactics from the back of a group of fighters.
Nee: Hero of Charisma
Nee is Seraphi’s other assistant and a close friend to Boko. His manifestation allows him to easily attract the attention of others through his words, though this is something that he struggles to channel due to how slow he can be on the uptake at times. Nee is notably emotionally intelligent despite this, and he is able to cover the bases that Boko misses in terms of communicating with others. He looks up to Seraphi just like his friend does, though his admiration is much less profound than Boko’s is. Nee is the one person who seems to know how to catch Saki by surprise, likely because of how strangely his brain seems to work in comparison to the strong majority of Saki’s targets within their line of work.
Seraphi: Wizard of Sun
Seraphi is a teacher at Angelwood and a Wizard with the ability to manipulate light. He received a Blessing of Starlight many years ago from the previous Keeper of Starlight, augmenting his power and making him a fighter to be feared. He, Ophani, and Cherubi work together to make up the Three Angels, a trio of powerful warriors who once worked as allies of the Sealed Ones. He settled down as a teacher after Luce’s supposed defeat, though he thought that Luce was still alive somewhere. From there, he took in Boko and Nee as his apprentices while carrying out secret research into what had truly happened to Luce in the aftermath of the previous conflict. Seraphi is a kind and caring man who seeks only peace, making him a strong mediator in times of turmoil.
Ophani: Enchantress of Spirit
Ophani is a teacher at Alitia and an Enchantress with the ability to channel foreign types of magic. Her powers allow her to bring in the spirits of deceased souls to temporarily contribute to her magical strength, and she uses this as a way of defending the peace alongside Seraphi and Cherubi as one of the Three Angels. She also received a Starlight Blessing many years ago from Garuru when he was the Keeper. Ophani is a charismatic woman and the unofficial leader of the Three Angels, easily able to pull in the attention of others and use it to her advantage. Her weapon of choice is a spear to contrast Seraphi’s sword and Cherubi’s bow. Ophani rarely takes nonsense from anyone, knowing how to put others in their place without going too far, and she is a terror on the battlefield.
Cherubi: Cantor of Shadow
Cherubi is a teacher at Sierra and a Cantor who can freely manipulate shadows. He is the final of the Three Angels alongside Seraphi and Ophani, but unlike the other two, he received a Blessing of Moonlight from Sphinx many years ago. While researching Luce’s fall, he learned of what happened to Saki’s parent who did the same thing, and he offered to take in the young Saki soon afterwards. Saki decided to follow in Cherubi’s footsteps to learn more about Luce as a way of avenging the deaths of both of their parents and following in the path they had left behind. Cherubi is somewhat distant and aloof at first, struggling to speak his mind the way that Serpahi and Ophani do. Deep down, he is a kind soul, if not a bit paranoid and prone to bouts of emotion, especially if he believes his protege may be in danger.
Susanoo: Wizard of Heaven
Susanoo is a figure of pure legend with their last noted appearance being years ago during the final battle against Luce. There is no way of confirming their existence beyond the rumors that have stated that they do exist in some form or another. In truth, they are the manifestation of the Sealed Ones pulling their magic together after fostering a close enough connection as a group. They are an amalgamation of all of the Sealed Ones both in personality and physical appearance, and they bear the symbols of the Sealed Ones scattered across their body in the proper places to match those who have combined to forge them. Their magic is stated simply to be ‘heavenly’ due to blending so many different types of magic, though it lacks an official title.
Luce: Blend of Heaven and Hell
Luce is a Blend with the ability to fuse both light and darkness together. His magic is polarizing as can be, coming from the far ends of the spectrum of power. His strength is difficult to harness and stated to be highly volatile when placed in the wrong hands. He once found himself in a place of influence due to his natural charisma, but he broke free of that when the power got to his head, and he started to want complete control over others. Luce would go on to try and enforce this power through sheer force, though he was stopped by the Keepers and their Sealed Ones roughly sixteen years ago. However, Luce managed to survive the attack after the Keepers died, and he retreated to restore his power until the time was right. He sought revenge against the new Keepers and Sealed Ones for their predecessors defeating him, and he used immense attacks of magic to figure out who they were before striking.

Plot
The group of twelve come to attend classes at the Millennium Six, each going to their respective schools to match their status of discipline and wing status. They meet in passing but do not get close with one another yet. After the Three Angels uncover information to reveal that Luce is truly alive, they prepare for an attack from him. Rather than being met with Luce himself, the Millennium Six are attacked by waves of magical soldiers made by Luce so that he doesn’t have to face them directly. The main cast is brought together by circumstance through these miscellaneous attacks, and they bond in an unlikely friendship based on their shared experiences. Their Sealed status is revealed along the way, allowing them to play right into Luce’s hands without even knowing that this is part of his plan. Through Saki, they meet the Three Angels, Boko, and Nee. The truth about Luce being alive is revealed, and the group begins to prepare to stop him. They train together, becoming Sealed Ones at their own paces throughout the process. Eventually, they find themselves faced with Luce himself, and in a magnificent battle, they are able to fuse their powers together to become Susanoo and defeat Luce once and for all, retaining their companionship all the way through.
And that’s about all that I’ve got! I don’t know if I’m going to be coming back to this AU at any point in the future, but for now, I absolutely love this AU. If you haven’t already, pleeeeeease read Alitia and Frontiers Unexplored; they’re both on my Archive of Our Own, and I think that they are very good (and other people do too). I’ll see you for my next big rambling post, but until then, farewell, dear readers!

You’ve lived here for all your life, even born at the local hospital. Morioh is the kind of town where everyone knew everybody and everywhere. All the famous landmarks you have remembered and memorized like the back of your own hand, like the man who lives in the tower or the strange love boulder. You acknowledge all the faces you passed by. Oh, there’s the foreign but overall a nice chef who runs one of the best restaurants in town making chitchat with the famous mangaka who happens to reside in this small town. Then you see the pretty lady who has a renowned beauty shop, talking to your fellow classmates, perhaps giving them useful love advice. You know most of your classmates by last name; Nijimura, Hirose, Yamagishi, Hazamada… and then, Higashikata.
Josuke Higashikata. He would have known by the time both of you graduated from high school, you would have been celebrating one year together. Certainly, not you.
While you’ve known him since middle school, you didn’t develop feelings for him until all these nonsensical and unexplained events began popping up. Your first real interaction with the young man was quite odd. He had attempted to approach you about a serious matter regarding the events unfolding in your hometown, particularly about a serial killer eyeing you for quite some time. However, he had fucked up and slipped and stuttered his words. Despite being aware of each other’s existence for years, Josuke had a bit of difficulty discussing with you whatever he had on his mind because… well, he realized just how pretty and gorgeous you were. But you thought he was acting strange, possibly had mistaken you for someone else. So, you had apologized, making your way back home.
Shit, Josuke thought to himself, hurrying to catch up with you. He hadn’t meant to be so flustered like that! The young boy, after investigating the home of Kira Yoshikage had realized you might have been his next victim and feared for your safety. None of them knew where he was or where he may have been hiding, what if the impulses got the better of him. Josuke bit his bottom lips, indicating his nervousness and the anxiety building in his chest. He had contemplated contacting Jotaro or finding Okuyasu somewhere around the school to help him out. However, the smaller your figure became, further away from his field of vision, the more likely you were to be on a missing person case, perhaps dead and your body dissipated. He thought about Shigekiyo, how he had disappeared without a trace.
And he couldn’t let that happen again. Without further hesitation, he went after you. And for his actions of that day, perhaps you wouldn’t be alive to see a better future. Since that fateful encounter, your heart, unbeknownst to Josuke, was his.
**
You were lucky Josuke had gone with his guts and trailed after you. While the Kira did not attack (and he never did, too frightened since the discovery of his grievous crimes by Josuke and the others), something else did. On your stroll home, the streets were vacant, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was mundane, peaceful, nothing expected to go wrong—
Thwish. Before you could turn around and see the noises from behind, there was already thunk, and your vision was clouding with blooms of white. Pain and shock seared throughout, rushing to your head as you attempted to come up with a logical explanation of what had just happened. Though you couldn’t see, an arrow had punctuated, piercing the back of your neck and hitting your larynx, penetrating through the front of your neck. Panic rose in your chest as the metallic taste of your blood was now choking you. There was nothing you could do but wait for the arms of death to take you out of your misery as your further suffocated from your own body fluids. Your peripheral vision blacked, encompassing the rest of your sight. You weren’t sure if your mind was playing tricks, rapidly losing oxygen, but you could see a photograph wisp away in the in wind.
You tried to scream for help but only the liquid horror of blood was released. While you tried your best to fight against whatever was happening, your body had already given up and accepted its fate. You saw the sun and the sky one last time before your face met the concrete beneath you. However, right before you drifted into unconsciousness, you heard the soft clacking of footsteps, calmly approaching you. Was it death? Your assailant? You weren’t sure. Eventually, you felt yourself being engulfed by overwhelming darkness.
**
You opened your heavy eyes to tranquil twilight and the radiance of another body, catching the faint smell of his cologne. Still in a daze, you reached for their face, believing yourself to be in some sort of heaven. But you felt the warm cheek flushed against your palm followed by the inquisitive concern of a male’s voice, “Y-Y/N, are you okay?”
It took a moment to register the voice, but you finally recognized it was Higashikata, since you had talked to him earlier today. You realized he was holding you up. Glancing up, you saw a blush dusting his soft features for the accidental gesture you made. Now how did you end up in the arms of this man, you wondered to yourself. You remembered that you were walking home from school and how odd Josuke had been acting before your departure. In your line of sight, there was an arrow beside you on the sidewalk. Then it clicked. Recalling the piercing pang and how it spread to your head and chest; you would never take for granted the sweetness of oxygen again, thinking back, that just a moment ago, it was hard to breathe. Instinctively, you reached for your neck, where the source of pain had started. But no wound, no scar tissue.
Then you noticed the pink humanoid with silvery-blue armor hovering above Josuke. You let out a noise of astonishment but couldn’t help but shrink back further into the boy’s strong grasp. He realized what must have triggered your reaction. It made sense that you could now see Crazy Diamond. While you didn’t seem to take notice, a light blue aura radiated around your figure and you emitted your stand. It was a small fairy creature with white skin in a cool azure attire. It had crystal-like eyes, reminding you of aquamarines. The top of its head was fluffy white, blending with the skin, similar to a cloud.
“That’s your stand,” Josuke informed, admiring just how cute and soft it was, “do you know its name?”
It rolled of your tongue naturally, as if you’ve known this being all of your life, “Blue Sky.” You looked up at Josuke again, “can you tell me more? I’m so lost right now; this is a lot to take in.”
“O-Oh! Yeah, of course. But how about tomorrow? Let me get your home safe.”
You nodded, realizing just how handsome the boy was and how comfortable you had gotten in his arms. He helped you up. And since then, you became one of Josuke’s trusted companion and became part of the effort to protect Morioh from the mysterious evil lurking in the streets of your hometown.
**
And eventually, you became Josuke’s lover. It was over a year after he had saved you by the time your boyfriend summoned up the courage to ask you out. And it took him long enough. At this point, everyone was just waiting for him to make a move. Okuyasu would tease Josuke about how he already had a babe waiting for him and Koichi would point out how oblivious he was to your feelings. But that wasn’t the case at all! Josuke knew he had admirers, he had gotten love confessions in his locker, and thought of himself as at least above average, even with his ridiculous haircut. He just felt you were too good for him! To him, you were way out of his league. So, he let things brew. He wanted to get to know you more. After Kira was no longer a problem, he had the urge to hang out with you more and more. Sometimes you with others, like Okuyasu, Koichi, or Yukako.
But after a while, once he became comfortable around you and gained a better insight into your sweet and caring personality, it was just the two of you. Sometimes, now that he reflected back, it seemed like he was borderline dating you. He would take you out to dinner, see if you wanted to see a new movie with him, or just enjoy each other’s company at the local park. Josuke, despite being such a handsome young man, never really had a partner up until he met you. So finally, after a heart-to-heart from Koichi and Okuyasu occasionally chirping in with his usual bad advice, Josuke decided to finally confess.
It was private, at the local cafe, in a secluded corner of the patio. You can tell he was nervous, since he was chewing thoughtfully at the corner of his bottom lips. Plus, the blush contrasting with his chiseled features and how he averted his blue eyes away from your gaze was a dead giveaway. But Josuke had come to learn that you were patient with him. Sure, you would tease him occasionally, but were never rude or mean about it; always reassuring him and telling him to take his time. But he couldn’t wait any longer! As soon as the server came back with glasses of water, Josuke immediately downed, as if he just came back from the deserts after being stranded for weeks. You quirked an eyebrow curiously as the boy across from you slammed his cup down and began to form coherent sentences. “S-So, Y/N… uh, how’s your day going? S-Shit, no that’s not it—“
“Hm?” you hummed, and he looked up, staring into gaze, your (e/c) eyes bringing him some sort of calm. You just looked at him so tenderly.
“Sorry! Listen, you probably know, just how uh… pretty—no, beautiful you are. And you’re so super sweet and you’re really cool and chill. Uh, basically, what I’m saying is… I like you! Like, like you that I wanna date you, so uh, if you want to—ah, I sound so not cool, I should have hit up Jotaro or something—“
“Don’t worry Josuke. I… I actually like you too,” you admitted bashfully, now a blush covered your cheekbones. He looked up and can’t believe how you became ten times prettier.
“H-Huh? You do?” he asked, his voice edging with bewilderment and disbelief. Josuke really had doubted himself. Shyly, you reached for one of his hands on the table and gave it a light squeeze. The boy before you was speechless! You were holding his hands, holy shit—
“I do. I would love to go out with you. It’s about time you confessed, Jojo,” you teased but a gentle smile plastered your lips, accentuating your features even more. God, you were just so pretty.
“W-Wow, that was… easier than I expected. S-Sorry it took so long,” Josuke admitted. His thumb rubbed against your knuckle as he became accustomed to your soft hand, and how the fingers nestled between his perfectly, it seemed. Relief has unleashed the coil of anxiety building in the pit of his stomach, accepting that this is not a cruel joke nor a dream. This is reality.
“It’s okay, I’m just happy you finally said something,” you reassured him, “so… I guess you could say this is our first official date. Let’s continue, Jojo.”
Date. Holy shit, this was a date. But he nodded and agreed, the butterflies fluttering in his stomach
“Ah, sure!”
**
It was a good thing you were so patient with your boyfriend. He needed a lot of it. You were his first after all. While you didn’t have much experience yourself, you did have a couple of partners before you had met Josuke. He wanted to take things slow; he was actually afraid of coming off too clingy for your taste since he was a love kinda guy, according to his own words. It took him two months to finally give you a kiss on the lips! It was quick, sweet, and to the point. Both of you wanted more. But you weren’t going to push your boyfriend to his limits and Josuke wasn’t going to ask for more of you. However, for his lack of experience, he made up with his thoughtfulness. Josuke knew what you liked, what were your favorites, and what to get you for special occasions. He would make a mental note if you happened to eye at a particular object and surprise you with it the next week, despite just have a simple part-time job. Dates with him were always fun. After he knew and understood you weren’t going to up and leave him, he acted like the usual Josuke you loved but now this time, he’s your boyfriend that you hold hands with and kiss when the moment was right.
However, his friends would occasionally give him hell about how your relationship progress was miserably slow. Okuyasu was nearly beat to death when he asked the simple question of when you were and Josuke going to seal the deal and do the deed. Fortunately, Koichi, the voice of reason, was there to calm the situation before Josuke can pummel his fist into his friend’s face. Jotaro and his old man would occasionally call, checking in on the younger Jojo… Jotaro was personally sickened by how love-struck the younger man was but his father would egg him to make a move (which resulted in Josuke yelling at his nearly deaf father and Jotaro simply saying “good grief” as he stepped away elsewhere). Even Tomoko would leave condoms in her son’s dresser and excuse herself to go “run errands” whenever you came over for dinner at the Higashikata residence. But Josuke wasn’t ready for that. He wanted it to be special and he certainly didn’t want it to seem he was wanting to get in your pants. You understood it clearly and kept telling the boy to figure out his own pace. With your reassurances and patience, he did.
Finally, it was the one-year anniversary. Summer had come with open arms, both of you had a bit more wisdom to share and had learned a lot but were relatively still the same. While there were some minor conflicts but both of you had figured out how to resolve issues when they arise. You felt pride swelled in your chest whenever Josuke would wrap one of his arms around the small of your back or just reach for the familiar softness of your hand when out in public. It was gratifying to see how far you and Josuke had gone. Not a lot of people can say they have been with their partner for a year and you yearned for many more years with your boyfriend to come. Tonight was a special occasion. Josuke had actually saved all of his funds to take you out somewhere a bit fancier for dinner, at least for eighteen-year-olds.
“Hey, so… ma left for the weekend. Said she needed some time with her lady friends. I was, uh, actually wondering if you wanted to spend the night?” he asked, eagerness could be heard from the tone of his voice.
You gave him a soft smile, “Sure. I’d love that actually.”
He bit the bottom of his lips but quickly erased it with a smile. “G-Great!”
You observed your boyfriend curiously. He was on to something.
**
Both of you returned later in the evening and settled on the living couch, excited to show your boyfriend the present you had bought him. When the boy had settled for a movie to play in the background, you presented him with a neatly wrapped rectangular box. Intrigued, Josuke tore off the wraps and opened the box to find a unique comb, one from 1942. It flipped out from its mahogany shell, similar to a pocketknife. After knowing your boyfriend for two years now, you knew he really liked his hair, but he has a collection of different combs. “Aw, babe… you shouldn’t have,” he commented, admiring the old antique, “Oh! I have something to give to you~ Close your eyes.”
“Oh boy, I wonder what it is,” you said teasingly, closing your eyelids despite how cheesy it may be. You could feel your boyfriend lean in close to you and your lips slightly puckered, inviting him. However, instead, you felt the cool metallic lace of a necklace wrap around your neck. After he had clasped it, you open your eyes and admired the jewel, a pear-shaped aquamarine color. For once, he had caused you to blush at the gesture, but an adorable smile spread your lips. He was watching you attentively, like a puppy dog. When he saw your gorgeous face lit up with a smile, he couldn’t help but attack your face with kisses.
“I’m glad you like it.”
“No Josuke… I love it,” you emphasized, returning the favor and locking his lips with yours. Your arms wrapped around his neck, pulling your boyfriend closer, your heart fluttering in your chest, “And I love you.”
He pulled away, mouthing I love you, too before his lips crashed on your delectable lips, tasting the faint chapstick you had applied earlier. You anchored yourself, hands clutching onto his shoulders as the kiss intensified. While both of you waited to have sex, it doesn’t mean you never have gotten into a steamy make out with Josuke. But he usually stopped himself if he felt things were going too fast. When you felt the slight push of his tongue against your mouth, you invited it, relishing in how tingly and warm you felt. The atmosphere was different than your usual evenings with your boyfriend; it was heavy, tense, and anxiety was pooling in the pit of your boyfriend’s stomach, feeling your plush breasts push up against his chest and the pliable thighs nestling on his lap. He wanted you tonight and only you. The young man pulled away from your sweet, impeccable lips and he gave you a sheepish grin, as he was attempting to search for the right words and sound cohesive.
“Hey, Y/N… I…” he gulped, collecting his composure and reach for one of your hands, “think I’m ready for the next stage.”
You fluttered your eyes at him, eager to please, “Really?”
Josuke contemplated his words before murmuring shyly, “Yeah, uh, really…”
“Well, what do you want me to do?” aching to reach for the noticeable bulge forming a tent in his trousers.
“W-Well, I want to please you. I don’t want you to just suck my dick–ah, that sounded stupid… but uh, I just wanna make you feel good, ya know?”
“Oh,” you gasped, a little bit took aback but more than pleased to hear this, “I’d love that, Jojo.”
God, he so adorable right now, you thought to yourself, considering your boyfriend’s indication; it’s endearing that he wants to focus on your pleasure rather than his own carnal desires. The hand cupping Josuke’s emitted a light blue glow, using your Blue Sky to bring a sense of calm to him, to help him relax his nerves since he was clearly fidgety. Usually, your stand could be used to lull an enemy to sleep or to alter one state of mind to a sense of empty stillness, reducing them into complacency. But it could also be used to pacify one when they are seriously injured or suffering from a panic attack. Or, for Josuke’s case, to ease them into comfort, considering he was probably wanting to make his first time with you perfect and he didn’t want to fuck that up. Your boyfriend didn’t seem to notice that it was your power, but he felt like he could express himself freely under your loving gaze. He tilted in for another peck to the corner of your mouth and he beamed. Deciding to be a bit cheesy, he scooped you up, carrying your bridal-style. You couldn’t help but giggle.
“Let’s take this to the bedroom then, shall we?”
He carried you to his bedroom, which was actually cleaned and tidied up for once. The bed was even made. He must have been planning for this particular evening. Josuke gently threw you on his bed before proceeding to hover over your body, his face nuzzling against yours. You spread open your legs, allowing his hips to settle in between your pillow thighs. His clothed erection accidentally rubbed against your inner thigh and you could tell just how excited he was just to ravish you. Your boyfriend took this moment to continue where you last left off in the room, engulfing your mouth with the warmth of his, tongue pushing against your lips. You allowed the fleshy appendage back in, now better tasting the cherry cola he had earlier while at dinner. Soft noises elicited from your boyfriend, as he whimpered against you, one hand reaching for your heated cheek as the kiss deepened. You entangled your arms around the boy, pulling his larger frame closer to yours. He pulled away, a trail of saliva connecting your mouths and breaking apart, his lips now exploring the side of your neck and feeling your quickening pulse as arousal bloomed.
You hissed in a breath as you felt the pinch from your neck; it’s not like Josuke hadn’t given you hickeys before but they were always light, not noticeable to the inattentive eye. But the marks he was giving you were darker and would certainly be noticed by your friends later. You heard him murmur sorry against you, lightly peppering your bruised love bites with apologetic kisses, before trailing down to your throat. Helping your boyfriend, one hand reached for your blouse and fumbled to unbutton, but eventually got a few off. Josuke decided to take off the rest, his anxious fingers becoming clumsy, but he managed. You wiggled out of the top and threw it into some forgotten corner of his bedroom. Your boyfriend took a moment to admire the cute bra you were wearing; he couldn’t help but burrow his head into the mounds of your chest, one hand experimentally reaching to cup one breast. He listened to your heartbeat, hammering in your chest before attempting to find the clasp of your bra.
“Here,” you whispered gently, reaching from behind and awkwardly arching your back to reach for behind, but managing to unhook your bra. Josuke slipped it off for you, letting out an audible ohhh as your breasts were finally free from their constraints, drinking in the sight of your naked chest, how you were slowly becoming bare and exposed. Tentatively, he cupped one of your mounds, feeling the perked nipple against his palm while he leaned back down to give the unattended breast a probing lick. You hummed contently, encouraging the man above you to continue with his exploration of your body. He gained more resolve from hearing your quiet noises, enclosing the nipple around his mouth while he was playfully pinching the other one in between his index finger and thumb. Josuke took his time with your breasts, wanting to understand the spots which made you moan.
After surveying every inch of your chest, Josuke decided it was time to explore what was downstairs. Sitting himself up, he pulled off the dress shirt, his body becoming hotter with each noise you made for him. He then proceeded to strip off your pants alongside your underwear in one painfully slow motion. Letting out an audible gasp as your sex was now exposed to the cool air, you spread your legs apart, not particularly shy at the notion of your boyfriend ogling at your glistening core. This wasn’t your first time. Before partnering with Josuke, you had a couple of significant others. But they were nothing compared to your lovebug; he was always considerate of your feelings and emotions, never overstepping his boundaries unless he had your permission and that, you were thankful for. It was cute, watching him over the past year, waiting for the grand moment it was time. He was truly a hopeless romantic, you pondered, but it was what made Josuke, well, Josuke. Your lover was captivated by the sight of your pussy; sure, he had seen some in those porno magazines, stealing some from Okuyasu… but never this up close. He gulped, the gears in his head making their motions, not ready to freeze and come to a halt.
“God, you’re so pretty like this. But, uh… where should I touch first, babe?” he inquired, trying not to seem lost. You retained a giggle, sitting up yourself now but your legs still fully spread and leaning yourself up against the headboard. You reached for his hand once again, bringing it to palm the heat radiating below.
“So, you know what a clit is?” Your boyfriend nodded. He kind of knew. “Well, it’s right above… uhm, the entrance. Press one of your fingers against it but not too firmly. And just rub it. But at your own pace though,” you explained. Another nod, Josuke pressed the pad of his index finger against your pink pearl and slowly, carefully started to rub at it. He noted your labored breathing, how it seemed to correlate with the pleasure escalating and how slick it made the insides of your thighs. His pace quickened, wanting to hear more of your cute whimpers and moans. “Mm, s-slow down… now, put your fingers inside of me. P-Push in one for right now, then another when I’m… ya know…” you said shyly, averting your gaze downwards. You were becoming wet, but you figured with how muscular and tall your boyfriend was… that he may have been pretty big down there. Your boyfriend readjusted himself, a digit caressing the slit, collecting the fluids you naturally lubricated, before pressing it against your entrance. Slowly, he pushed in, breaking the tension and groaning from how your tight heat seemingly swallowed his finger up. You whimpered, Josuke leaned in, planting kisses on your neck and jaw to alleviate the sudden intrusion. “N-Now, go in and out. But not too fast, okay?”
“I gotcha babe.” He may be horny, but he would never want to hurt you. Reaching further into your velvety walls, he carefully pulled his finger out before pushing it back in. He did this a few times, before experimentally curling his finger against the tight muscle. He stroked a particular spongey region of your canal, which caused you to let out the loudest moan he’s heard from you all night. He gave you a playful smirk, proud that he had pulled such a noise from your pretty lips, “Is that your g-spot, babe?” You nodded, unable to form a coherent sentence at the moment. Josuke found a method to his ministrations, and before long, he slipped his middle finger. You hissed at the stretch, reaching for Josuke’s pompadour, not really caring about the possibility of messing it up in the moment. Josuke didn’t really care either, relishing in your moans as he picked up the pace, filling you up with his thick digits and making sure to touch the sensitive spot inside you. Scissoring your insides, he pressed the pad of his thumb against your swollen clit, rubbing it with vigor in an effort to make you moan his name. Eventually, stars occupied your image as you felt yourself on the brink of orgasm, the grasp in Josuke’s hair becoming an iron grip. He messily pressed his lips against yours, as if he was drinking in your noises, while still keeping up, fingerfucking your pussy. “A-Are you enjoying yourself, babe?” he mouthed against your neck before peppering love bites.
“O-Oh, Josuke—I’m going to cum, i-if you keep that up… ahh, s-so good!” you groaned, bucking your hips against his hand and chasing after your own release. You bit down on your lips, nostrils flaring before you felt the tightness in your core uncoiled. Throwing your head back and arching your back, you whimpered your lover’s name as the walls of your pussy clenched around the thick fingers. Josuke continued to fuck you with his fingers, letting you ride out the waves of your climax. Once you had settled from your high, catching your breath and letting out small pants, he pulled out his sodden digits. Out of mere curiosity, he popped them into his mouth, tasting your love juices, the essence of you. It was an odd yet sweet flavor. Like natural honey.
“Man babe… you taste so good,” he commented. You blushed, thinking it was a bit embarrassing but if he was enjoying yourself, you were glad. Josuke realized how uncomfortable his erection felt in the tight restraints of his trousers. Gracelessly, he began to strip them off, fumbling with the belt and attempting to unbutton them a few times. However, he managed to pull it off, along with his boxer but not before reaching for a condom in his pocket. You noticed it and giggled; he definitely had this in mind all evening, but you found it endearing how prepared he was for this moment. Your eyes trailed to admire his manhood; as you figured, it was bigger than the usual, but you were sure it would fit. You settled yourself back down onto the mattress, legs opened and showing off your wetness. He tore up the aluminum package and wrapped it around his length; at least he had done some research on how to properly put on a condom. He then aligned himself to your slick entrance, rubbing the head of his cock up and down your slit, but not to tease you; Josuke was genuinely having a hard time putting it in. But you smiled at him as he gripped your hips to pull you closer. Once he was finally lined himself up, he pushed the tip inside, hissing at just how tight you felt.
“S-Sorry… b-but I don’t think I’ll last long… nngh—” he apologized in between his breaths as he sunk deeper within, the girth pleasantly stretching you out. Your legs wrapped around his waist, pushing him further in. He grunted, filling you to the hilt. Your arms reached under the pit of his arms, your hand grabbing for each of his shoulder blades. You reassured your boyfriend above him that it was okay, it was his first time, and he already brought you great pleasure by making you his first. He passionately kissed you, as he began thrusting in and out of your heat. God, it felt so good. It was like his dick molded perfectly, it was even better knowing that you loved him and he loved you. He began picking up the pace, already so close to his own release. He wished he could last longer, make you cum around his cock and bask in the compression of your pussy, to know he had the ability to reduce you to such a mess. But there would be more times together, more lovemaking. You egged on Josuke, moaning his name and raking your nails against his back; despite his inexperience, this moment felt right and natural. “C-Cum for me, Jojo—” you whimpered in his ear, your hand trailing up to grip into his black locks of hair. He gritted his teeth, feeling his white seed exploded inside, being captured into the constraints of the condom. While he spilled his hot whiteness, he smashed his lips against you.
Josuke collapsed against your smaller frame, slipping his cock out of your spent pussy. While you hadn’t achieved an orgasm, you were happy, nonetheless. Being with your boyfriend, no matter the situation, always made your heart pound in your chest. He pressed his forehead against yours, giving a light peck to your lips and a goofy grin spreading his lips. “That was amazing… god, you treat me so good.”
You rubbed small circles into his back, giving him another sweet kiss, “I love you, Jojo.
He reciprocated your kiss before he nuzzled against your chest. It was his favorite spot really. He wouldn’t mind if he was lulled to sleep, using your breasts as pillows. His lips softly ticked the center of your chest before relaxing in your arms, your fingers beginning to untangle and card through his ruined pompadour, from your doing and the sweat.
“I love you, too, Y/N, my love bug,” he murmured against you, before closing his heavy eyelids.

For the soulmate au thing how about 2: name tattooed on wrist, for Rohan. Considering how popular he is there is no where near enough content for him honestly. Anyways, I love your blog and hope you have a lovely day!
I'm suprised too, he needs some love.
I hope you have a nice day too!
Chaotically in order
(yandere Rohan X Gender Neutral Reader)
Marioh Cho was a small town but it was also a bizarre one. Not that you could remember any other to compare it to. You just woke up one day in a tree with no recollections of who you were or how you got there, the only identification you had was a bag with the name (Y/n) on it. That's when you met the group of teens that would become your closest friends. Josuke, Okuyasu and Koichi and much like them the town was also just as friendly, besides the occasional rouge stand user of course.
You had managed to get a job in a cafe and a small rental apartment within a couple of weeks and life seemed to go quite smoothly for you. Of course you wanted to figure out who you were and how you ended up in such a predicament but for now you just wanted to plant your roots and keep it steady.
Today was a beautiful Saturday, so you had decided to catch up with Josuke and Koichi at the cafe you usually were working at. You had also invited Okuyasu too but he couldn't make it. You assumed it may have something to do with his father, however despite the lack of Okuyasu you all had a good talk until you looked in you bag in search of a pen to use for a drawing you were working on when your stand Learning to fly had activated and you had ended up with several different ones.
"Hey that's my pen I've been looking for it for weeks!" Koichi exclaimed as he grabbed one of them.
"Welp at least you have it back now, my stand really has a mind of it's own I guess..." You said as you rubbed the back of your neck with your free hand before searching through the handful of pens you had for the right colour until Koichi interrupted again.
"That looks like one of Rohan's pens, don't you think so Josuke?" Koichi said as pointed to a black and gold one amongst the rest.
"Yeah" Josuke agreed as he tried to snatch it out of your hand but you stopped him.
"Wait, Rohan?" You exclaimed.
"Do you know him (Y/n)?" Koichi asked.
"Not really but I've have a tattoo with that name on my arm for as long as I can remember" you said as you pulled it out of your hand and put the rest away.
"Maybe he knows something about how you ended up here" Koichi explained before writing down something on a napkin.
"This is his address, hopefully something good comes out of it" he said as he handed it to you with a wry smile on his face.
"Be careful thou, he's a real creep" Josuke warned with an annoyed expression on his face as he fixed up his hair.
"Josuke you don't have to say something so harsh about Rohan, I'm sure you only feel the way you do about him because he said something bad about your hair" Koichi said as he looked up at the other teen. The looked like they were both years apart but surprisingly they were in the same grade.
"Hey I'm not just gonna let anyone get away with dissing my fucking hair like that, it takes me ages to get it looking like this" he argued with a huff.

You looked down at the napkin once more before nervously knocking on the door. You were anxious but also hopeful that this Rohan Kishibe knew something about how you ended here. You silently waited for a few minutes until you saw the door creak open slightly.
"I'm not expecting any visitors today, if you want an autograph then you'll just have to wait til the next issue comes out" the male said arrogantly as he peered through the door.
"I'm sorry but Koichi told me to come here" you muttered as you tried to avoid eye contact with his harsh gaze.
"Are you a friend of Koichi?" He asked.
"Yes" you replied. His expression lightened and he opened the door fully. You were able to see the male properly. He had short green hair that was held up by a zigzaged shaped headband and wore a baggy green and purple outfit.
"Well any friend of Koichi is a friend of mine, come in" he chimed as he moved aside to let you in. You quickly took of your shoes and put them aside before entering his home. It was fairly clean except for the occasional bundle of pens, pencils and erasers that littered his home. It was no suprise that he would have lost one at one stage.
"So what brings you here today?" Rohan asked as he brought you into the living room and sat down on his lounge and you followed.
"I think this belongs to you" you said as you pulled out the black and gold pen and handed it to him.
"So you just came here to give me a pen?" he asked in a sceptical tone.
"No... I also wanted to ask you something" you nervously replied.
"Oh you want to get a sneak peek at the latest chapter of Pink dark boy before it's published?" He asked.
"No, I'm afraid I don't know what that is..." You mumbled.
"Wait you haven't heard of my work before?!" He asked in absolute shock.
"No, not as I'm aware of... I can't recall much, I was here to ask you if you knew who I was?" You explained.
"You see I woke up a maybe just over a month ago in a tree with no memory of who I was or how I got there" you continued before lifting your sleeve up to show the tattoo on your wrist.
"I thought that you might be able to explain how I got this" you said.
A smile grew on the males lips as he  pulled up his sleeve to reveal (Y/n) written on it.
"So I assume you are (Y/n)?" He asked.
"Wait assume? how could you have my name tattoed on your wrist and not know who I am?" You exclaimed.
"It's a birth mark" he responded.
"And yours is quite possibly as well" he explained.
"But how could we have corresponding birthmarks?" You asked, you just couldn't wrap your head around it.
"I believe it maybe a soulmates sign, a symbol that we were meant to cross paths" he said slyly as a mischievous smirk drew on his face as he leaned closer to you, causing you to press yourself against the lounge as you felt his dark gaze violating you. This was what Josuke must of meant by calling him a creep.
"You know, I always wondered what you would be like..." He hummed as he  harshly grabbed your arm.
"Wait what are you doing?!" You screamed as you tried to get his grip off of you before he pinned you down and a creature that almost looked like a little boy appeared, he must of been a stand user. He noticed that your your attention diverted from him.
"Oh... Your a stand user too? Don't worry I just want to have a look at your memories... It won't hurt, I promise" he cooed before grabbing a pen with his free hand drawing across your face causing your face to peel back and. You hated this you felt so violated know that he was going to look through your memories, there may not be many but you still didn't want him seeing into your private life.
He hummed in delight and muttered under his breath as he read your life story like a book.
"Truely remarkable, you'd make a great character in Pink dark boy... A young person with amnisia trying to maintain an ordinary everyday life while also getting caught up in situations that could only be referred to as bizarre, a character with developmental potential... A character that couldn't be hated by the readers!" he exclaimed as he sat up and pulled you up before waving his pen in your face. You wanted to run away so badly, you would already be out the door but you just couldn't, your body was as stiff as a rock, unaware that he had already written his orders on you.
"I know you want to run but I need you to be still for a bit while I sketch you up" he said as he grabbed out his sketch book before pressing the pages on you face til it was closed.
'Oh Koichi, what the fuck did you get me into?' you mentally asked as he pushed you head lightly to the side. Fear just continued to build up in you
"Oh your such a perfect muse already... I could just draw you from every angle" he cooed.
🖋️🖋️🖋️
After all the fuss he made of drawing you he removed the writing he had wrote in earlier. You instantly ran to the door but you found yourself unable to turn the doorknob.
"Please, just please let me go!" You yelled at the male.
"No I have so much more to learn -" he said until his home phone began to ring and he picked it up.
"Oh Koichi hello... yes they're with me" he said. You quickly tried to grab the phone out of his hand but he managed push you to the floor and use his stand on you again.
"Oh (Y/n) are you alright? I'll put them on now" He said as he helped you up.
You grabbed the phone out of his hands and this time he didn't stop you.
"Hey (Y/n) how are you doing? I hope he isn't acting weird?" Koichi asked you.
"No everything's fine... I'm actually getting along with him very well" were the words that came out of your mouth which were contradictory to what you had tried to say.
"Oh that's good, I just wanted to check in on you that's all" he said
"Well good bye" he said.
"Bye..." You sheepishly replied before the phone hung up. You were mentally screaming as you realised how hopeless you were.
"You have such an interesting personality... I just want you to show it to me first hand" he said as he wrapped his arms around you from behind.
