aerobic exercise  is use full for our better life.Pushing yourself a little harder on the treadmill may mean a more settled night’s sleep new research from Northwestern University in Illinois suggests that aerobic exercise, the kind that gets your heart pumping at 75% of its maximum rate, can turn around insomnia.
The researchers found that people who worked up a sweat dropped 4.8 points on the trial’s sleep quality index ( a lower score indicated better sleep ). In contrast, slower-paced tai chi resulted in just a 1.8 pont drop. Aerobic exercise dramatically improved patient’s sleep duration, compared with any other drug-free approach, says Dr Phyllis Zee a senior author of the report and director author of the report and director of the university’s sleep disorders Centre.
About 50% of middle-aged and older adults suffer from symptoms of insomnia, according to Zee: “ sleep is a barometer of health. If a person isn’t sleeping well, thery are more likely to be in poor health with hypertension or diabetes.

Kill them with success and bury them with a smile 🙂💋🔝 Apple with raspberry porridge and nuts😋🍎🍑 For the porridge I mixed 40 grams oatmeals with 100 milliliters almond milk and circa 50 grams raspberrys. At least I topped it with a bit honey. Than I cooked it fore one minute. I like to eat my porridge warm, but you can also put I into the fridge for 4 hours before eating. 😋🔝
