Of you could have a dragon from httyd what one would you choose and what one would you choose for others?

Ooh good question!

I think if I could have any dragon from HTTYD it would be a Deadly Nadder 🤔 they're loyal, fierce, and quick (also I may or may not have had a crush on Astrid when I was a kid)

For the others

Price: I think something big and robust would be good for him because (my interpretation of him) he's very self-assured in his decisions, he's usually not too quick to anger, but if somebody wrongs him or the people he cares about, well...

So definitely a Boulder class dragon, like a Crimson Goregutter, or a Hot Burple, or a Gronkle

Ghost: in my current HTTYD au (Perched Unlikely) I have him with Stoker class dragon, the Hobblegrunt

I'm aware that Stoker class is meant to be hot headed or whatever, and Ghost doesn't seem like he's hot headed, but hear me out; fandom wiki says it's main abilities are A) camouflage and B) the large frill at the back of its head that allows it to sense the environment around it, as well as other dragons and their emotions

Now tell me that doesn't fit The Ghost, right?

Soap: in my au I currently have him planned as having a Sharp class dragon, the Speed Stinger

To explain, first of all they're pack dragons, and I headcanon soap with a big family so that just makes sense to me. They're very loyal to the leader, who id the protector of the pack. Then onto their abilities they're fast for one thing, and well soap is the youngest to make it into the sas. They're smart and accurate, soap has to be smart and accurate to be demolition specialist and a sergent. And then the stinger, honestly how much fire do you really need if you alredy play with bombs, definitely wouldn't want to accidentally set of a bomb too early, and you need to be able to get in and out quickly to place bombs.

Gaz: for Gaz I have him with a Mystery Class dragon, the Changewing, and no it's not because people keep forgetting/replacing him :( (don't do that he is literally the only one in the 141 in with a braincell they will fall apart without him)

Anyway changewings have a the best camouflage of any dragon, and idk if anyone has noticed in the games but there aren't not time qhen Gaz has to take down a target in more public areas, so being able to lot get spotted for as long as possible feel Important (to me at least). They also have acid spitting attacks instead of fire abilities, which is much more discreet, and has the capability to melt through many materials including metal.

Thinking about that one HTTYD AU.... For MK1 ... by @m4nt1dr4x Thinking... Thinking sm rn... ... Thinking of Sub-Zero with a Snow Wraith, although it's impossible to train and achieve its cooperation, much less loyalty. What would stop Bi-Han from pushing past the expectation of the impossible to achieve what he wants? A powerful creature who works well in the environment of Arctika and is equally aggressive as the Lin Kuei Grandmaster can be. ... Thinking of Scorpion with a Singetail, considering that to ride/train one they usually have dragon-proof metal bridles that have chains, and you'll never guess who's good at using chains (along with the fact that Singetails are capable of defending themselves even when outnumbered)

.... Thinking of Raiden with a Skrill, although a complete contrast in personality. They both hold the capacity to exhibit extreme damage when their rage or aggression if left uncontrolled or unresolved, at least Raiden's godly counterpart did. I'd like to think of the Skrill as Raiden attempting to be good at "controlling" his anger. Plus, to tame a skrill, would require earning its trust through being willing to sacrifice yourself for its life, which I think Raiden is completely willing to do honestly. ... Thinking of Mileena with a Changewing--- why? Because I keep thinking back to the theory where it mentioned Mileena and Tanya sneaking out one night and having a dragon that can perfectly camouflage itself, is a perfect creature to help you sneak out to hang with your girlfriend. ... Thinking of Kitana with a Hobblegrunt. I don't know if I have a specific or deeper reasoning other than the fact that I think the creature would pair well with Kitana's fans and they just look nice together. ... Thinking of Shang-Tsung with a Dramillion, Death-Gripper, or even a Snaptrapper. Considering that Snaptrappers lure their prey in with an intoxicatingly sweet smell, which matches his manipulative tendency to speak with honeyed and enticing words that make you want to agree with everything he says. Dramillions work as well since they can copy other dragons' breaths, which pairs with his ability to change into other characters and use their abilities as well. As for the Death-Gripper, I think I chose that one mainly because I think Shang Tsung would've shared similar paths with Grimmel in utilizing their own venom to control them. ... And thinking about Ermac having an Armorwing dragon that died around the same time he did, only to come back as a Boneknapper which might be representative of his own revival. (I also am a firm believer that Armorwings are somehow the same as Boneknappers)

I’d feel great. Naptime forever! Also can I give the dragon kissies? I will give kissies!

And it’d be so easy to have my favorite hot drinks all the time since I wouldn’t need to worry about a stove or anything.

Can it be a fat/wide dragon like a hot burple, or thunderdrums? Though with thunderdrums I can’t have instant hit chocolate. Hmm.

I made this POS in my art class back after I saw the Hidden World for the first time.

The idea is that Grimmel found the Hidden World, and maybe there were more Night Furies in the Hidden World. I had a weird side idea that that is where Grimmel might have taken some to remove them from the clutches of other dragon masters.

Sorry for the glare. The background is the only thing I like. Idk what I was thinking making Grimmel wear green dragon skin. I was trying to give him a new look for some reason.

I always thought it would be cool to give Grimmel a sword. Even tho it's hard to see, there are beads and a feather on it, like some keychain😕. In my other drawings at the time the sword looks like this scimitar thing.

The rocks are pretty cool

Zodiac: Taurus (I just had a birthday! I feel ancient)

Languages: English. I can pick out a word here and there in Spanish, and I liked learning Spanish profanity when I worked in a deli, but I don’t speak it at all.

Nationality: American, of the Californian variety.

Favorite Season: Spring! Early spring especially, give my gray and rainy days with lots of greenery.

Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate: Tea!!!! I like black teas and green teas and herbal teas, not so fond of fruit teas. Hot chocolate is a close second, and coffee only if there’s plenty of milk with it.

Average Sleep Hours: usually 5 (because quarantine has been pushing my bedtime back more and more, but I’m still trying to wake up at the same time and it’s not working out) but last night I got like 14 hours and I feel fantastic today.

Dog or Cat person: Cat! I love dogs so much, but I will always choose cat when I can!

Number of blankets: One reason I don’t like warmer weather is I can’t have 4 blankets at once. I like my heavy blanket pile.
