Humans are stupid part: 1

We do things that no one on gods green earth is asking us to do. We go into space because something MIGHT be out there. Space can kill us in so many ways, and yet we insist on getting into tin cans and blasting off into god knows what. WE WENT TO SPACE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO BE THE “BEST���. And don’t get me started on deep sea exploration. It’s the same concept as space travel but we know that there are other worldly horrors in the deep sea.

Does anything have real meaning to people anymore? If you had told someone in the past "it's fine if you're too busy/tired to worship your Gods regularly, they will understand" they would have thought you were insane or something, because that would mean your crops would fail for the season, etc. Have any of you thought maybe that's part of why everything is dying? Because modern people think these things are a silly game, or choice of what people think they want to do, or just a second to your busy capitalist life.

People are desecrating the last of what's left of these Gods/deities/etc sacred places and people still think it's all good, just whatever you have time for, the Gods are only good and loving, of course... (heavy sarcasm)

Ok i don't know if anyone thought of this before but :

What if aliens don't have taste ? like they didn't have to develop taste buds for some reason and they only eat to appease their hunger ? Or maybe they don't feel hunger and only eat for nutrition ?

And when aliens will visit us they may get a handle on our anatomy and what is healthy food so everytime they see a human eating something with high levels of sugar they would just throw the food out cuz Sugar in the aliens perspective is technically poison to human wich leads to a conversation like :

Human : Sugar isn't that unhealthy

Alien : the Sugar that you humans make is poisonous, Especially in such high dosage.

Human : yeah but it tastes good !

Alien : tastes... good... ?

Human : yeah and it also releases dopamine !

Alien (who knows what dopamine is and is tired of humans self destructive behavior) : of course it fucking does.

Humanity is pathetic, like, you litterally live off this planet and youre like "oh the world is warming up, i know how to fix it, air conditioning, driving everywhere and buying bottled water! this is gonna be a bit of a vent, but i just gotta let it out

yknow how if a puppy or a kitten is lost near your house, you'll usually do what you can to help it out? you'll leave out food or contact someone who can care for it or if you're lucky enough even keep it

but if you find a bug (native, not invasive) like a moth or a beetle or a grasshopper, you'll usually kill it, right?

if you find a wild animal (again, native, not invasive) roaming around where you live, you'll want to have someone capture it or even kill it, right?

who gave us the right to do this? why are we as humans destroying the world around us bit by bit?

you didn't kill it for food, you didn't kill it for safety. you killed it because you didn't understand it.

did you know that there's only one species of snake that is dangerous to humans where I live? and yet I've seen one getting stabbed for simply stumbling into a rural house

did you know here only two species of spiders actually do pose a threat to humans? and yet every time someone sees one, they scream and want it dead immediately

did you know bees, even honeybees (that are considered somewhat an invasive species where i live) are so important to our surroundings that without them we'd go hungry? and yet everyone is only worried they might get stung instead

who gave us the right to take their lives? they might not be intelligent, but you can't prove they don't have consciousness. how would you like if your life was suddenly ended, for no other reason than because someone didn't like you? or was erroneously afraid of a threat you didn't pose?

it's stupid, honestly. if it were humans it'd be murder, but since it's just bugs, just pests, who'll miss them?

i will, even if no one else will. I'll mourn them for being misunderstood.

As much as i try I am unable to comprehend travel for turism as something ammusing. You must conceal yourself in a space where you cannot nearly move for several hours. And then there what? This spring, I accidentally tested this. I’ve been on my asthma medication for years now, and both I and my physician agree that I’m well medicated and symptom free. So, as you do, I have been having that irrational feeling that I exaggerated my asthma, and was it really that bad before I was diagnosed and medicated?

Well, this spring, I realized I had run out of my daily dose of asthma inhalation, and when I went to get it refilled the prescription was out of date. Darn. By now it was late Friday, and I couldn’t contact my physician until Monday, and with processing time I didn’t get a new prescription until Thursday. Let me tell you; it was a long week of not being able to breathe properly, being winded by going upstairs and having the “asthma cough”.

So, you know, apparently I have asthma. No shit. And we had it right, I am well medicated! And I definitely need to be. Because it really was that bad.

I started using Head and Shoulders ten years ago for itchy scalp and dandruff, and then for ten years I have not had itchy scalp and dandruff, so I thought “why do I still buy shampoo to combat itchy scalp and dandruff when I do not have itchy scalp and dandruff,” so I stopped buying the shampoo for itchy scalp and dandruff and can you guess I have now? Can you predict what currently afflicts me? It’s alright if you can’t because apparently I fuckin couldn’t either
