probably Aureate, just because it is simply the most domestic fluff payoff in comparison to the inner turmoil Rook is put through lmaoo.

Um. This is hard, i’m gonna go with one that isn’t a Player Character/NPC. Probably Stucky, honestly. I was deep in the Stucky weeds and to this day I love them.

15) What’s the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Only on Holidays is Neve x Rook x Lucanis fic that I randomly get inspiration for but Emmrich has given me a lobotomy but like specifically scrambled the part of my brain that wants to write for any other companions. i can’t stop making Emmrook WIPS.

16) What are your writing strengths?

Uhhhh. I write the fucking parts pretty okay just judging on reactions. I’ve been working hard on dialogue and character voices, and think i’ve come pretty far there.

17) What are your writing weaknesses?

tbh i think my metaphor game is shallow, and my prose is also too expository and i often feel it is shallow too. And fight scenes. I really wish I could write fight scenes better.

18) Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in a fic?

If the character would use it, then do it! Do your best. I’m lucky enough to have bilingual friends to help me if i need it. (shoutout @flightlessangelwings 💜 you 5ever)

well. autism! asdgashdfhs but seriously--

he doodles!! a lot!! on everything!! his jeans, his shoes, his notebooks, and his hands are common targets. also micah's hands and arms <3

he also just traces shit with his finger. like absently off in thought when he's thinking. like grooves in the table or seams on his clothes

chronic yapper. then he gets anxious and yaps more and worries and yaps more and--

vocal stims gloreeeee. humming, repeating phrases he heard on tv, smth funny reg or javi said, lip trills, lil pops, whistles, etc etc he hatesss the quiet (bc he grew up in the quiet, all alone, and he hated it so much--)

he overexplains things quite a bit and rambles <3

he also has sensory issues (mainly with food and sound. especially when its like multiple overwhelming sources of stimuli) and he was very like. ashamed and stuff of it but micah's may not get it, but he'll always do whatever he can to help

i have this specific image of the way his nose scrunched when he smiles. i love mentioning it when writing him, eSPECIALLY when writing micah's pov of him 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ he thinks its so cute

oh my goodness charlie's birthday. :( okay so his birthday is march 3rd (2 days ago... i cant believe we missed it) so he's a pieces 🙂‍↕️ which is so so fitting to him tbh. like compassionate, creative, sensitive, kind, hopeful, emotional, trusting. like it fits him perfect (we had a whole conversation debating abt it tbf sooo we picked good LMAO). at the time of like. outsiders musical canon (like fall 1967), he's 16 and has been living in tulsa since like june and is a junior. idk crap abt his tarot card or the other zodiac stuff though lmao

also charlie's birthday in general is just. ☹️ so fucking sad. he never celebrated before. his parents never did and well. he wasn't gonna make no big deal of it. it wasn't until micah's birthday (January 12th) (and charlie didn't learn abt micah's birthday until the Day Of lmao bc micah wasn't gonna tell... ive tapped abt micah's birthday before it should be under his character tag) when micah was like "wait charlie when's your birthday??" and he was just like "uhhhh uh uhh" and avoided the question then micah got suspicious.... lets just say charlie's never been. celebrated before (shout out parental neglect! and autism!) sooo yeah. ill yap abt his birthday later if u wanna know more >:)

💘 HEART WITH ARROW — what and/or who do(es) your oc consider the most important to them?

100% his family. and then charlie, who is immediately a part of his family. like. his lil siblings, tommy and theo and rosie, he would do anything for them. and he has. he dropped outta school, he kept them alive when their mama died and their dad went off to bars and god knows where. he kept them afloat (god him and darry would get along so well. fun fact: the fosters and the curits's lose their parents at basically the exact same time!! jan 1967...). like micah would and has done anything and everything to keep them safe and fed and protected. at fucking 17. barely. and he's been taking care of his family for a long time before that, cause his mama got sick right after rosie was born and their dad was always working multiple jobs to keep them afloat

when charlie comes along... god he just somehow worms his way into micah's heart and stays there and Micah couldn't get him out even if he wanted to. and suddenly "protect rosie theo and tommy" becomes "protect rossie theo tommy and charlie" LIEKE. his family is the most important thing in the world to micah, even if he doesn't say those world out loud. its through his actions, through his heart, what he does. even if he has that tough, closed off, guarded exterior

😊 SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES — what are your oc's career/general life desires? what do they want to get the most out of life?

man... micah's always like. 'known' whats set out for him or whatever. he's a greaser. he doesn't have money. he had to drop out sophomore year of high school. like. he's been so focused on raising his siblings, getting them through school and into life, supporting them, he never once stopped to think abt himself. the thought of a ged or college or anything like that never crossed his mind. he never thought abt leaving tulsa (until charlie goes to college for education and becomes a teacher and years down the line, when all the kids are graduated and moved out, they have money to move to oregon, back to charlie's home town). that was never an option for him. if he had the option of staying in school and going to college, definitely something science related. i think we talked about astronomy once :) he used to obsessed over space with his mama, he got so many astronomy book over his birthdays and christmas, until more kids came along and they couldn't afford it :(

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 FAMILY WITH MOTHER, FATHER, SON AND DAUGHTER — how many people are in your oc's immediate family? how many people are in your oc's extended family? do they have aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc? who in their family are they closest with? are they close with their birth family, or do they have a found family?

hmmmm. im gonna talk abt tony (mathew's soc) and ollie (jpc's soc) cause ive never rlly talked abt them before <3 tony's family is like a big big money family, owns the movie theater, has a huge reputation etc. tony has 2 older brothers (like 7 years then 4 years) and they all had to work at the family movie theater (which tony does too and that's how he met ollie bc ollie LOVES movies) but yeah. there's lots and lots of pressure on tony's shoulders and that's part of why everything goes to shit between him and ollie <3 (if you wanna get a vibe of their relationship.... listen to 'why did you invite me to your wedding' by kaven atwater... perfect summary of their story through ollie's eyes :() and why he ends it all near the end of senior year. in the end, he meets cathy (hailey's soc) and they do a lavender marriage <3 tony figures his shit out eventually, but not without hurting ollie bad

ollie... :( he's got his mom and dad, but his dad has always believed ollie should be a more traditional man, meanwhile ollie's an artist and goes to the movies and listens to musical records with his mom. he finds tony, grows close to him, they have a super super secret relationship until tony breaks it up (on CLOSING NIGHT of his show) which just. destroys ollie, tony acting like it was all. just nothing. he goes to college in nyu, majors in business for his dad, feels like he's fucking dying, but eventually... he finds his people. he finds the queer community in nyc, finds friends who get him who arent ashamed of him, who like being around him... he heals, he has his found family. i do think eventually, far in the future, him and tony talk and understand they were both just scared kids and tony did hurt ollie but tony was a scared lonely kid too. like. i think they both heal, even if they couldn't heal together. they are not end game I'm afraid but that's okay

uhh im gonna yap random stuff. OH we just decided micah is italian 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ solely stolen from trevi speaking italian on that one soc Saturday LMAO. on his dad's side. he has an american ass last name bc his dad changed his last name at some point

theres also javi (henry's greaser) who's cuban and his family very much embraces their roots. he has a big connected family like his mom and dad, his older brother and his partner, his nephew, his older sister, younger sister, younger brother, they all live together. its like. suchhh a contrast to nico (victor's soc) who's columbian, very hidden and down low about it because. its different for them. if he lets that accent slip, he loses everything (which... man. the lore for these two :( breaks me.) but they're so <3 they go through so much together i love them

oh also also charlie is mexican and is mostly fluent in spanish and he accidently teaches rosie a swear in spanish (he stubbed his toe or smth) and she wont stop repeating it and he's mortified and micah's just like ???. but he has cute lil spanish nicknames for the kiddos and javi. well. they're nicknames. they ain't cute and sweet but! well the only nickname that's sweet are the ones he calls rosie.... javi will say jokes and jabs in spanish and charlie has to hold in his laughter while the rest of the gang (mostly jesse and reggie and sometimes marcus) hound him on what javi said. (jesse - cole's greaser, reggie - jordan's greaser, marcus - wonza's greaser)

omg also also also. micah is so not a pet name person. but like. for charlie..... maybe a few things in Italian slip out. bellissimo (beautiful) is a very very common one that makes charlie smile and MELT. micah like he gets so embarrassed and acting like its just whatever but UGH THEY LOVE EACH OTHER SM. literally in the library reading up on his Italian and he's like. what the fuck am i doing.

the first time it slips out, it's 'amore mio' which is 'my love' and like that ones rlly easy to understand and hear especially for charlie who's fluent in spanish so like. his head WHIPS around 'what did you say?' Is your closet disorganized? It's not at the moment. I do have a great talent at slowly making it more and more chaotic lol, but when that happens I just do a hard restart and fix it back to how the clothes should look like.

Have you ever been to Times Square? I haven't but I would love to. I feel like I'd really enjoy my time there.

What TV shows do you watch on a regular basis? The only show I really ever enthusiastically rewatch would be Friends. I can't do that now, though, since they took it out of Netflix a few days ago. :( It's moving on Max when it launches in the Philippines later this month, and since I already have an HBO Go subscription (which will apparently rebrand into Max) I think I won't stay Friends-less for too long.

Have you ever accidentally left something valuable at a shop before? Not a shop, but I've left some stuff behind from events and never got to recover them. The things I feel most sorry for losing would be my pink Hydroflask tumbler (which I've had since college, so I was very attached to it huhu) + my power strip that I had bought just the day before.

What makes your life remarkable? Idk but I'm generally proud of myself for achieving as much as I have at 26 considering how shy I used to be or how much I really doubted myself since childhood. I still do...but I guess I'm just good at faking it till I make it.

Alright, so I have decided that since I'm still pretty far behind, I'm just going to post these when I write them, lol. I mean, not day 31 yet, because it's not the 31st, but every other day I haven't gotten to yet? Fair game imo!

This is star wars, it's also an alternate universe where the Jedi won, but uhhhh... I did not go much further into that. Just know that that's why they're partying lol. It was originally going to be a Crosshair fic but Fox calls to my inner insecurities and angst so much more!

My mutual made a post that mentioned how second POV is the most initmate, and it inspired me to write one. Hence, we get this! I love writing second POV, I should do it move often tbh.

I did reach pretty far into my own insecurities and shit for this, so it's never getting reread by me ever again bc holy hells i feel exhausted after writing it.

You don't know why you're here. All these loud noises, echoing around the room - you can't remember how you got here, either. You're not bothered, and it feels wrong, but you don't know why. Something bright enters your vision and you flinch back - oh. It wasn't even that close.

There are others here, all sharing the same face. Your face. You don't know if you can claim it anymore, not with everything that's happened to it. You barely recognise yourself, these days. You think they called to you, to join them, but you can't hear anything through the faint ringing in your ears. There is noise, but it won't register, and all you want to do now is run.

But you promised you'd stay. At least for an hour. Who did you promise it to? Thoughts of white and red and gold enter your mind, but they won't focus enough to tell you. Your mind won't complete a thought, but you don't worry about it.

Someone pushes past you from behind. You stagger forward, just a little, barely noticing the momentum. They move further through the crowd, but you stay where you are, pinning your gaze onto their back. You watch the crowd swallow them up, but don't bother to try too hard to follow them.

Your prescence wouldn't be welcome anyways, you know. You've known this for so long. No one really wants to be around you, not anymore. Maybe it was different, once, but it had been so long since then. The memories had faded, and been replaced in your mind by the grimaces and scowls and yells and insults that are all you know now.

You miss the happier times, but you do not remember them. The others around you tell stories, and you listen, but you do not remember them in the way they do. It is only through their stories that you know of them at all, and you feature so infrequently in the stories that it is possible they never happened for you.

There are so few people that will talk to you, now.
