📖FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS📖

Regarding asks, I typically avoid:

stacked questions (asks that have more than one question, so honestly, sending them one by one is better than writing a bunch in one go)

hyperspecific scenarios (while I enjoy answering these, some can get incredibly specific to the point where it doesn't even feel fun anymore)

questions that have already been answered (obviously)

To manage the blog, I usually queue up asks instead of posting them instantly, so it might take several weeks for me to respond. Please be patient! And while I appreciate the time and thought taken to writing me a message and the growing interest in the game, understand I'm still one person and will sometimes leave a message unanswered. Thank you. ❤️

Below is a compilation of questions I get a lot, so if you have a question feel free to check if it's already been answered! The list will update as needed:

🎮 F.A.Q ABOUT THE GAME 🎮

1. What is Mushroom Oasis❔ What is the rating❔

Mushroom Oasis is a visual novel made in Ren'Py that was initially released for the 2023 Yandere Game Jam. It's currently still in development as a solo project. I post updates almost exclusively on this tumblr so if you're interested in the game, you're in the right place. The rating is 16+. How did I come up with the concept?

2. How many days will the game have❔ When will it release❔

I initially planned it to have 4-5 days! But with some new ideas and routes I'm considering, it might extend to 5+ days. As for a release date, it's done when it's done. So please allow me the time to develop it at my pace <3

3. Will the game be translated to other languages❔

I'll be honest, I had no plans to. However, a few people have reached out volunteering to. I'll say for now I'm open to the idea, but I prefer people asking permission first. First and foremost, ask first.

4. Will the game be available for mobile❔

For now, a hard no. I have zero clue how to make it available for mobile. Maybe I'll consider it once the game is fully released, but it's only for PC and Mac for now, as those are the default builds in Ren'Py.

5. Is NSFW content allowed❔

Considering the main love interest is an adult, that's fine. However I'd appreciate proper filtering of NSFW content considering the game's age rating means there's more than a few minors in the fandom. NSFW questions aren't allowed on the blog.

Keep it where it's meant to be with proper tagging separate from the '#mushroom oasis vn' tag. Using '#mushroom oasis nsfw' should be enough? I hope.

NOTE: Now, I understand some people are really passionate about Mychael being asexual, but I can't bring myself to police people for mischaracterizing his asexuality, nor would I want to gatekeep him either.

He's a fictional character first and foremost, and while representation is important!!!/gen /srs I don't want to bring attention to any such content in case it brings unwanted harrassment on that creator for posting such content.

Please don't do that. Let people make what they wanna make. It's unfortunate, but fandom will be fandom.

6. Will there be other love interests? Will it have multiple endings❔

Due to project scope, the only romance-able character for MO is Mychael himself. The game will have multiple endings however, ranging from romantic ending, platonic ending to creepy/bad endings (because, y'know, yandere).

7. Will there be official merch?

As a college student and soon-to-be fresh graduate, the income would be nice haha. As I keep working on the game (and once I'm done with college in March) I'll definitely look into making them someday!

🍄 F.A.Q ABOUT MYCHAEL🍄

1. What are his pronouns and sexuality and age❔

He identifies as male, uses he/him pronouns and is a panromantic asexual. He's older than you think. ::-)

2. What is his height❔

He's 6'2. He used to be 5'8.

3. When is his birthday❔

Initially it was 15th February! Simply because I happened to start designing him that day, hence his 'creation'.

I might pick another date though; for now, his birthday is undecided.

4. Favorite food and drink❔

He loves fried mushrooms and tomato juice! He hates spicy food though, as the smell and taste makes him physically ill.

5. Do you have a voice claim for him❔

Initially it was Jonathan Groff, specifically his role as Kristoff in Frozen. But nowadays I'm not sure. Feel free to give suggestions! Do note I imagine him sounding as an older male in his late 20s.

6. What is Mychael's love language❔

I explain it in-depth here!

TL;DR: He likes giving gifts, and likes receiving words of affirmation.

7. How is Mychael's affection towards MC (blog-centric only)❔

So for context, as I manage the blog sometimes Mychael makes an appearance in answered asks. His answers can change depending on when you ask at the current state of the demo:

The Future of Lil Miss Rarity

Hello everyone, this is Jay Tonique (formerly known as Lil Miss Jay), the writer, artist, everything other than the music in the Lil Miss Rarity animation for the blog "Lil Miss Rarity."

As some of you know, Lil Miss Rarity was an ongoing outlet for my physical, verbal and emotional abuse I was suffering prior to and leading up to Lil Miss Rarity's release, October 11th 2011.

The blog took off so heavily that my entire artistic career became a viable future for me, allowing me to profit from my art, build a huge loving fanbase, and even allowing me to become something of a celebrity in the Brony community (even very much hated by a large portion of the community).

It's needless for me to say that Lil Miss Rarity not only changed but saved my life. I was on the verge of taking my own life around the time the blog was started, due to the abuse I was going through, and if it weren't for the success of the blog that fateful October week, I would certainly not be here, typing this right now. I owe my life to you all, and the support you've given me for this blog.

However, it's time for the news I know very few people want to hear. In fact, I'm sure just reading this line right here has people's hearts sinking, but please, don't be anxious, please read the full post.

I would like to say: Please read the full post, I am going to be very clear about the future.

Moving forward, Lil Miss Rarity will no longer be updated, and the blog is officially entirely over, as of this post.

I am still looking for a musician to commission a new song for the remake of the Lil Miss Rarity animation on YouTube, which will be my final major update involving the blog, and then I will be putting the blog entirely to rest. The animation will serve as a fond emotional farewell to Lil Miss Rarity.

However, that's not the end of the twisted grimdark storytelling. I have decided to make a spiritual successor, a new IP, entirely my own and not using My Little Pony as a crutch.

I won't get too into it, but I left the Brony fandom long ago. It was both the greatest thing to ever happen in my life, and the absolute worst thing to ever happen in my life. I met great friends, but also met unbelievably horrible sick people, many of which I literally got FBI involvement to deal with and many of which are literally in prison now.

Due to this, and many many more reasons I'm leaving out, I cannot and will not continue to be a part of the fandom. This is just a few reasons, as well, that continuing to have Lil Miss Rarity exist as a My Little Pony blog just doesn't make any sense to me.

So what am I doing moving forward?

A brand new IP called "Melodi." It's about a magic school student who is part of a wealthy family who goes on a magical twisted adventure in a horrifying grimdark world.

It will have characters either very slightly or very heavily inspired by the characters of Lil Miss Rarity, with Melodi of course being inspired by Rarity.

It will also be an ongoing web comic, similar to LMR, and will encourage fan feedback just as much as LMR did, but will not be an Ask Blog like LMR.

I plan to release character concepts for the cast of Melodi soon.

Now, there's probably a lot of questions moving forward, so I'll try to answer them now, as well as in asks on this blog, though I'd prefer you send the asks about Melodi to my main blog at http://www.jayisbutts.com/ask

Here's some questions I think will be asked, and I'll answer them here:

"Will this blog be on Tumblr?" - Yes, and on Patreon. Each update will be on Patreon first. When an update comes out on Patreon, the previous update will go public at the same time on Tumblr.

"Don't you think the LMR fanbase you've garnered for 12 years are gonna be upset about this?" - I'm 100% certain they will be, yes. However, I hope that most people who hear this news are excited to see Melodi in the future. I'm very proud of what I've created with LMR, and happy about how many lives I've changed and how many people have told me how much they love LMR. People with the heart-brand tattoo, people with LMR tattoos, people who cosplay as LMR, LMR fanart still being made regularly to this date, real-life Opal dolls, fan-dubs of the comic, fan animations, Anime Music Videos, etc etc etc. I love each and every one of you and I hope that I can one day garner the same amount of love for Melodi as I received for LMR. Thank you all so much for your support.

"What if someone else wants to carry on the LMR blog or use the characters to make their own?" - Please, do. LMR is officially Public Domain as of this post, and I strongly encourage LMR fan-fiction, fan-blogs, etc. I would love if someone could do LMR better than I did. I will very happily use this blog going forward to showcase new LMR blogs and fan-content that I like, and I will very gladly be a guest artist from time to time on an update or two to those blogs. You all have my blessing to take LMR and do with her whatever you want.

"Are you still remaking the LMR animation?" - Yes, I'm still actively seeking a musician to make an official LMR theme that will play in the background of it. It will be a glorious farewell to LMR.

"Is the heart-brand still a thing in Melodi?" - Absolutely, yes. The one incredibly major staple being carried over to Melodi is the heart brand. That symbol has become synonymous with LMR.

"What about the eye scars?" - Probably not. There will be facial scarring of some kind, yes, but considering the new story will not involve killing a cat (not yet anyway), she probably won't have the eye scars.

"Black eye with white pupil?" - We'll see! (It is a sign of Malice's corruption to have a black left eye, so almost certainly yes, but we'll see!)

"Ponies? Humans? Furries?" - I haven't fully decided. In my head, Melodi is a human, but I could also see her being a cat. I'm not sure what I wanna do just yet. However, she will not be a pony. She's gonna be far more human shaped. With boobies.

"Is this one gonna have porn?" - Nope! Not directly as part of the blog, no. Sexual encounters are going to happen in a very fade-to-black way, or a cropped-off-screen sort of way, yes. And there will be sexy characters, like monster girls or demon girls, and I'm sure people will find Melodi herself sexy, too. However, the blog is not going to contain actual porn. No full nudity. It will have what some would refer to as "fetish content," as with LMR, but it's not porn.

"Final question, so... LMR is just... dead? As of now?" - In terms of receiving updates from me, all that will be made is the LMR animation. But no, I certainly hope LMR is not dead. I would love to see the blog live on through other artists I've inspired. You all have my blessing to keep her alive forever.

The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update 05/April/2023

So it's not Friday obviously! :D

But I wanted to get the update out early this week as we'll be releasing post-release content on Friday that I didn't want to disturb with the update.

I sent the final-final files back to Hosted Games!! Oh man, it took a lot to stop myself looking at them but it had to happen at some point. But from this process I am pleased that I already have a new editing plan in place for Book Four. Definitely want it with how big these games are now!

Obviously we'll let you know as soon as the game is released tomorrow! We'll be checking all day for when it releases on the different platforms (hopefully they'll all release at the same time but I'm not sure if that will happen) so as we can let you guys know!

It's hard to work out how I feel at the moment. It almost doesn't feel real that we're finally here after I poured so much of myself into it for so long! But at the same time, my body is just a rush of emotions from intense excitement to extreme nerves which makes for quite the rollercoaster, hehe! Doubt I'll be getting much sleep tonight :D

So this is really it! The final countdown is pretty much in hours now :D

I'll talk to you all after Book Three is out!!! Thank you so much for all being here with me through this immense journey!

Update on...Life?

Hello, my lovelies! I can't believe I haven't posted since...early December 2023? and now it's almost February! The time has flown so fast, kinda crazy. I do apologize for the lengthy absence, but as you'll find out, life has been hectic for me recently.

My boyfriend was in town from Dec 23rd til Han 1st, and then him and his mom left. The 2 weeks after he left were absolutely so difficult for me. As I've been unmedicated since early December due to insurance issues, my depression ramped up as heavily as it could and I pretty much stayed in bed those 2 weeks until my job started having us come back as the semester was going to start soon.

Once I started going back to work, I felt so much better. And now that my classes have resumed, I have more moments where I truly feel like myself despite still being unmedicated. But because my job is still pretty short staffed, I'm working a lot right now to both help out my job and make some extra money. Since my semester has only been started thus last week and a half, I am able to work this much but geez, I am so tired all the time right now.

I did finally get my insurance back! I have to pay over 150$ USD a month to maintain it, but I'm just excited to get back on track with my mental and physical health!

Things are slowly looking up for me at the moment and I'm honestly excited for what 2024 is going to being for me.

That being said, I am fully planning on coming back and posting regularly again! I missed this community more then I realized I would, and since the semester has started and I'm getting back into routines, what better way to keep myself accountable then to utilize my blog!

I am keeping the same theme, I love the pink feminine aesthetic still, but sometimes I may switch up the color theme, I'm not sure yet! And I will be resuming my challenge! I believe I got to about 30 days before I stopped, but due to the long hiatus, I will be basically starting back from day 1! I think I will resume the challenege either on Monday, January 29th OR Thursday, February 1st. I am not too sure yet.

also, please feel free to send me any questions you have about... anything, honestly! I will, alongside my challenge posts, be posting my goals for this semester, my study routines, stuff revolving around any hobbies I pick up, or my new *improved* routines.

Pacing around the living room, hands on her waist, she breathed through a contraction. Once it passed, she noted it was quite stronger and more painful than the previous ones she felt throughout the day. Her due date was only three weeks away, so the contractions shouldn’t be this intense, right? Both Pierre’s parents and hers aren’t scheduled to fly out until a week before the baby is due and she didn’t have any friends staying with her, so if her water broke, she’d have to find a way to the hospital herself. A new fear unlocked.

She looked over to the TV just in time to see Pierre drive past a tractor that was on the track. The weather already made her feel uncomfortable prior to the race starting, but seeing just how close he was to hitting said tractor made her heart launch into her throat. Did the FIA not remember what happened in 2014? Were they trying to have a repeat? What she finds funny is they speak so much about driver’s safety and it being their top priority yet have tractors on the track while the race is still ongoing. They should’ve just canceled the race after Carlos crashed out if they wanted to practice what they preach.

The FIA collectively as a whole is her 13th reason.

A sharp pain shot across her belly, followed by a gush of liquid running down her legs. It was times like this where she wished she had someone with her. 

“No, no, no. This can’t be happening.” 

Moving carefully around the puddle at her feet, she frantically reached for her phone, calling Pierre hoping he answers. But of course he doesn’t, so she tries again and again. Nothing. He’s most likely doing post-race media. The next person she tried calling was his performance coach, Pyry. Fortunately for her, he answered.

All in one breath, “MYWATERBROKE.” 

“What was that?”

“My water broke, Pyry. I tried calling Pierre, but he didn’t answer.”

“Are you sure?”

“I know I didn’t just piss myself, Pyry,” She snapped. There was some shuffling in the background before the phone was handed over to Pierre.

“I’ll be on the first flight out, mon ange (my angel).” 

“It’s too early, Pierre.” She cried, “They're not allowed to be this early.”

“Everything will be okay. I’m going as fast as I can.”

“Please hurry.” 

Pierre’s heart ached hearing y/n’s quiet whines of pain. If he could, he’d take the pain away from her and put it all on him. As he left the circuit, he had one thought and one thought only; I’m going to be a dad soon!

Meanwhile, all the way in a hospital in Italy, y/n adjusted herself on the rather small hospital bed, trying to get comfortable. The contractions were practically on top of each other, and the last time a nurse checked her she was about four centimeters dilated. It was shaping up to be a long night and a long labor. 

“That contraction was off the charts!” Charlotte remarked. After settling in, y/n called Charlotte and without asking her to, Charlotte dropped everything and drove the three and a half hours from Monaco to Milan to be with her. She also did her a favor by calling both her and Pierre’s families.

“And I felt every second.” she winced, “Is there any update on where Pierre is?”

Charlotte pulls out her phone, tracking his flight. “He’s making his way towards Beijing right now.”

“I want him here.”

“I know you do, but don’t worry about it right now. Get some rest, you're going to need it.”

The sound of thumping from the monitor lulled her to sleep. After a couple hours worth of sleep, the nurse on call woke her up to check her dilation. She went from a four to a six. When the nurse saw the frustration on her face, she recommended taking a walk around the room or the labor and delivery floor. 

Taking their advice, her and Charlotte took laps around the nurse’s station. On the fourth lap, she turned to Charlotte, “Did I ever tell you how I told Pierre I was pregnant?”

“No. I don’t believe you did.”

Ever since the first positive pregnancy test, she thought of how she could tell Pierre. She didn’t want nor need anything big and elaborate. The more simple the better. Balloons in the shape of a pacifier? That would be great, but she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to suck the helium out if it, which is the fun part. There was also maybe the thought of sticking the positive test in a box full of grass from an Easter basket, but that can get messy and she didn’t feel like cleaning that up.

Just then a proverbial light bulb went off above her head. A simple card with a nice little note written on the inside. But then she remembered there was an unused birthday card in the drawer in her office desk. Heading off to her office, she opened the drawer in the middle, searching for the card, and once in her hand, she reached for a pen and began writing the note.

Dear Daddy, 

I am small, not yet born. I am a blessing, a gift from an unseen friend. I’ll bring you endless amounts of joy, love and laughter. I love you and momma oh so much. I can’t wait to meet you.

Her hand softly ran over her lower belly. She refused to believe there was a whole new life inside her. But then again, she could. Pierre and her could never really keep their hands off each other and there has been once or twice where they were reckless as far as not protecting themselves. It was only a matter of time before something like this happened.

The sound of keys in the door alerted her to Pierre coming home. “Mon amour (my love), I’m home.”

“Hey handsome! I got something for you.”

“Oh?” Pierre’s gaze went to the pink, glittery birthday card in her hand. “You know my birthday was weeks ago, right?”

“I know, but you should open and read it.”

He started reading the card as he was told. As his eyes scanned the words on the card, the smirk that was on his face turned into a broad smile. And when he got to the finish, his head snapped up.

“Are you serious? Please tell me you aren’t joking?”

“No, I’m not joking. We really are pregnant!”

Pierre wrapped his arms around her in a hug, careful not to squeeze her too tight. He pulled away, resting his forehead on hers, “Je t'aime, y/n. Je t'aime.”

“I love you too, Pierre.”

She and Charlotte went back to her room once she said she had felt immense pressure in her pelvic area. A nurse came in to check her and announced that she was fully dilated and ready to push. 

“But Pierre isn’t here! I want him here! I can’t do this without him!”

Charlotte grabbed y/n’s hand, “While it’s unfortunate that Pierre isn’t here, but I am. You can do this, I know you can. Now, let’s have ourselves a baby, yeah?”

Nurses came in and out of the room, prepping and getting things ready. The doctor followed soon after.

“On the next contraction, I want you to take a deep breath in and push downward, holding it for about ten seconds. Okay?”

A familiar pain washed over her, and she did as she was told: she pushed. Her attention kept going towards the door, hoping Pierre would walk through. But she didn’t have time to think about him not showing up because another contraction hit and she pushed through it.

“That was a good push, y/n.” the doctor smiled, “The baby's head is out. All I need is one real good push. Think you can do that for me?”

Nodding her head, she took in a breath and gave one final push. Suddenly, the pain and pressure was relieved and a loud, piercing cry rang throughout the room. 

“It’s a girl!” the doctor announced. They placed the screaming baby on her chest.

“Hi! I’m your momma,” she said, tears rolling out of her eyes. “And this is your godmother, Charlotte.”

“What? Why? I mean, I’m honored.”

“Charlotte, you’re one of my best friends. You also dropped everything you were doing and drove all the way here to be by my side. I feel that naming you as the godmother is well deserved. Besides, Pierre and I were planning on naming you and Charles the godparents, anyway.”

“I- thank you. This means a lot.”

The two friends stared down at the beautiful baby with tufts of dark blonde hair. Her eyes were a dark blue, hopefully getting to the same shade of her father’s. They also had Pierre’s nose and lips. This baby essentially looked exactly like Pierre.

Hours later, the door to y/n’s hospital room opened, and Pierre stepped in. She raised her finger to mouth, quieting him so as to not wake Charlotte who’s asleep on the couch at the end of the bed. 

He sat next to her on the bed, “I’m sorry I missed it.”

“You were on your way, and that’s all that matters.” 

“Can I hold them?”

“You can hold her all you want daddy.”

“Her? It’s a girl?” Pierre carefully picked his daughter from y/n’s arms, “mon petit ange (my little angel).”

The Tales of a Little Tiger: Chapter 7- Wandering Tiger

I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to update this story. I plan on writing a Christmas chapter soon, but I'm not sure if I will be able to post it in time for Christmas. I hope everyone has a lovely holiday.

Wanda packed a backpack for you full of diapers, extra clothes, and breastmilk. Today your aunt Yelena and Kate were going to take you to the zoo. This would also be the first time since the daycare incident that you would be away from Wanda and Nat. 

“I think you’ve packed enough for y/n to spend the week with her aunts.” Natasha joked as she winked at Wanda who just rolled her eyes. 

“I want to make sure that they have everything they need to take care of y/n.” Wanda responded as she placed your backpack next to your stroller. She was nervous to let you out of her sight. 

Natasha wrapped her arms around her girlfriend, “she’s going to be in good hands. Besides, we get to have some time to ourselves.” She said as she placed a kiss on Wanda's soft lips.

“Ugh gross… You can’t even wait until we’ve left to start your fun.” Yelena walked into the apartment shielding her eyes from Wanda and Nat kissing. She pretended that she was grossed out; but she found it cute that her sister was happy. 

Natasha laughed as she pulled away from Wanda who was blushing slightly. “I’m going to go get y/n. Wanda is going to go through everything that y/n might need.” 

You were dressed in your tiger onesie sitting on your play mat quietly stacking blocks. You jumped a little when your mama leaned down to pick you up. “Mama.” You babbled happily as you clung to her. 

“Hello my little tiger. Are you ready to go to the zoo with your aunties?” Natasha asked you as she carried you to the living room. 

You squealed in excitement and clapped your hands as you saw that your aunt Kate and Yelena were also wearing tiger onesies to match you. “Mama!” You looked at Nat with happiness as you pointed to your aunts. 

“I know, little one. Your aunties have dressed up as tigers to match you at the zoo. I want you to stay with your aunties at all times. Make sure to stay in your stroller or hold their hand. Do you understand me, little tiger?” Natasha asked you as she handed you over to her sister. 

You nodded your head in understanding. Right now your headspace was around two years old and you were able to walk and say a few words. You always understood what you were told; but talking came harder to you in little space. 

“Please take good care of her. She has a habit of wandering off when something interesting catches her eye, so please keep an eye on her. She is slowly eating solids again so make sure to offer her snacks throughout the day. I’ve also packed breastmilk for her if she refuses to eat or becomes fussy. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to call us.” Natasha said as she buckled you into your carseat in Kate's car. She was beginning to feel panicked about letting you go. 

“Relax Natasha. Y/n is in good hands. We will take care of her and she will have a great time with her aunties. Now go and have fun now that you have the apartment to yourself. You’ve been kind of moody and tense lately.” Yelena joked with her sister. 

Natasha laughed as she closed the car door and yelled out to her sister, “I have not been moody.” 

Wanda grabbed Natasha’s hand and pulled her towards the apartment. “You have been a little moody and tense.”

Yelena and Kate bought you a balloon in your favorite color and tied it to your stroller as they pushed your stroller through the entrance of the zoo. You were so excited to see all the animals, especially the tigers and big cat exhibits. 

It was the fall so it was the perfect temperature outside, you loved feeling the wind blow against your face. Kate made sure that she offered you snacks and water throughout the day, but so far you had refused everything given to you. You were much too excited to see everything to bother eating. 

You had started to feel fussy as you had been sitting in your stroller for what felt like hours and you wanted to get out and explore the zoo for yourself. You let out a fussy cry as you kicked your feet. 

“Malen'kiy (little one), what’s wrong?” Yelena asked as she stepped in front of the stroller and gave you her full attention. 

“Out.” You whined as you tried to unbuckle yourself. 

“Oh, you want out. Okay I’m going to get you out but you need to hold onto Kate’s hand. There are a lot of people and we don’t want you to get lost.” Yelena spoke firmly to you as she unbuckled you from the stroller. As she lifted you out, she noticed that your diaper was full and that you were due for a diaper change. 

Kate laughed at Yelena who was making a dreadful look at realizing that you needed to be changed. There wasn’t much that the blonde couldn’t handle, but diaper changes always got the best of her. “Here my love. I will change y/n and we will meet you at the bear exhibit.” She said as she took you in her arms much to your aunt Yelena’s relief. 

You babbled happily as your aunt Kate changed your diaper in the private little/caregiver bathroom. It was a family bathroom equipped with a changing table made specifically for littles. It also had a toilet and sink for caregivers to use. 

“Are you excited to see the bears? Are you having fun?” Kate asked you as she tickled your belly before zipping up your onesie. 

“Kitty!” You squealed as that was what you were most excited to see. You loved bears and the other animals; but you were getting restless. You wanted to see all the big kitties. 

You held Kate’s hand as she walked you out of the bathroom. “Kitty.” You said on repeat as you pointed at the sign that had a picture of a tiger and a lion on it. 

“We’re going to see the kitties later y/n, but right now we need to meet up with Yelena at the Bears.” Kate said as she led you the opposite direction away from the big tiger sign. 

Kate looked around her surroundings as she tried to figure out where the bear exhibit was. It had only been a second that she had let go of your hand. She reached into the diaper bag and pulled out the map of the zoo. By the time she had figured out what direction to go you had already wandered off. 

Frantically she looked everywhere trying to spot you in a crowd full of people, “Oh god. Yelena, Wanda and Natasha are all going to kill me!” Kate said as she called out your name and looked everywhere for you. How hard was it to find a little dressed as a tiger?

Yelena and Kate were running around the zoo freaking the fuck out as they still couldn’t find you. They had informed the zoo staff that you were missing and they had left several voice messages on your girlfriend’s phones. 

“My sister is going to kill me.” Yelena said as she looked down at her phone that was ringing in her hand. Taking a deep breath she answered her phone. 

“What happened? Have you found her?” Natasha’s voice trembled as she hoped to hear some good news. 

“We haven’t found her yet. Tasha, I’m sorry. We’ve let the staff know and the police have already been informed.” Yelena said as she held Kate's hand. She felt like she had let her sister down. 

“We’re on our way.” Natasha said as she tried to calm down. It took everything in her not to yell at her sister. Fighting wasn’t going to help them find you.

Loud screams of panic caused chills to spread down Yelena and Kate's spine as they looked towards the chaos. 

“Fuck!” Yelena cursed as she ran towards the big cat exhibit. She felt her heart sink as her eyes landed on you petting a tiger within the tiger exhibit. The blonde continued to curse under her breath as she fought through the crowd that had formed around the exhibit. 

You sat in the middle of all three tigers and ran your fingers through the largest tigers soft fur. You giggled in delight as you felt the rumble of his purrs and happy chirps. You covered your ears as you looked up and saw people pointing and yelling at you and your tiger friends. 

Your tiger friends stood up and let out a protective growl as they walked around you and gave displeased looks towards the zoo staff and the crowd of people surrounding their exhibit. To them you were one of their cubs and they would protect you at all cost.

Wanda did her best to keep calm the moment she saw you sitting inside the tiger exhibit. She could tell that the crowd of people was only making matters worse as the noise was causing you and the tigers stress. “I need you all to get the crowds out of here. Nat, I’m going to need you to get the staff to stand down. We need to keep y/n calm so that the tigers don’t view us as a threat.” Wanda said firmly as she instructed Natasha, Yelena, and Kate. 

As the crowds got smaller you had slowly calmed down enough to uncover your ears. You patted the grown next to you and smiled when your tiger friends relaxed and sat down next to you. You rubbed your eyes tiredly as you cuddled into their soft fur. You thought your ears were playing tricks on you when you heard our mommy’s voice say your name. 

Wanda spoke gently and calmly from the entrance gate that led into the exhibit. She didn’t want to spook you or the tigers that had fallen asleep next to you. “Y/n, it’s mommy. Can you crawl towards me?” 

You smiled when you found your mommy who was waving at you from where you had entered into the exhibit. You babbled happily as you crawled towards Wanda who was smiling at you the closer you got to the gate. As you got closer to your mommy you turned to wave goodbye to your tiger friends who were sleeping, you hoped that you would get to visit them again. 

“That’s it baby, come to mommy.” Wanda spoke softly as the zoologist unlocked the gate. Wanda let out a sigh of relief as she picked you up in her arms. She was overwhelmed with emotions at finally having you safely in her arms. 

You let out a tired cry as you rubbed your face into the crook of Wanda’s neck. You loved cuddling with your tiger friends, but there was nothing as good as being in your mama and mommy’s arms. “Mama.”

“Mama has you baby and mama is never ever letting go.”

Hollowed Minds Progress Update 5/08/23

Hi! I know I failed at making a progress update last month, so first of all, apologies for that! Things have just been busy tbh and life has been too stressful that at some points I just couldn't write. It's why I've been a bit inactive here as well, and why I've been barely answering the asks I've been receiving.

I cannot report yet how many words I've written for the update so far because I haven't really taken a look at it myself, but I will do so at the end of the month if there's still no confirmed schedule by then. My eye health has just been very consistent at making my life harder as well until recently, and here's hoping I'll at least be able to function properly for a whole month🤞

For Chapter 2's Part 2:

Everything still goes as planned, except now both routes are expected to be fast-paced and action-oriented, though one is still more intense than the other.

This will be a massive one, not because of the word count but because of the variations that will play out. There won't be much issues in arranging the transitions to Chapter 3, so there's at least that, but your choices will matter a lot. So you might have to be careful with them.

One of the routes gets Alonzo actively involved, but please be assured that this doesn't mean you have to romance them. I actually encourage you all to check out both routes once they come because you'll gain more discoveries that way. 👀

Alonzo's route will be so memeworthy, I have to admit. Please try it.

There's an info dump in Chapter 2's Part 1 that I'm not really a fan of, so I'll be moving some of those to this part instead if needed.

For the overall IF:

Alex will now have a set skin tone if a lighter one is chosen for the Ripper. I will discuss this in detail soon, but I just wanted to emphasize that Alex and Ripper's mother are canonically PoC.

You will have options for your Ripper to wear contacts or glasses (or neither ofc).

You'll be able to bring a weapon with you in Chapter 2 depending on your choices so far.

You might remember a section of Chapter 1 where you can choose what your Ripper had been doing for the duration of the five months. I might reduce it to a few, just so I could have them properly recognized in the story.

There will be a couple of changes in the character descriptions in the game's stats page, with plans to make them shorter, too, for easier readability.

I will make sure you'll have saves at the end of this. So please don't be surprised if there'll be more page breaks in the future, as well as more choices (that are still as meaningful.)

In connection to above, I also plan to make the in-game descriptions snappier and easier to read while still maintaining the quality they should have. Your feedback will be very important for this, and this also applies to the beta testers (sorry I've been so silent. I swear I'll get back to you all soon lmao)

Not really too related here, but I also plan to be more consistent with my updates in the future. It's just that my irl schedule is still a huge mess, and it's very hard to be consistent when that happens.

Just a last piece of my mind. Some anons have been very aggressive with harassment the past few months, and I really have no interest for more drama right now. So if you have issues, if you think you can back your own words, send them through a DM or at least turn off anon so we could have a proper conversation.

It's honestly tiring. Being an Asian in this community can already be so tiring, so I am begging people to be mature and responsible with their words. After all, I've repeatedly said that you can always come to me with your concerns or whatever you have against me. As long as we can actually talk about it.

A/N: Hello everyone. This will be my first post on this account. I hope you enjoy because I spent days on this.

Tony Stark has been taken hostage by enemy forces.

Those words have been on the TV screen all morning. You've been sitting there on the couch with Happy, using Tony's laptop and working tirelessly to try and find him. You called Rhodes earlier in the week to tell him where Tony's cell phone location last showed up but nothing was there except for wreckage.

Not one sign of your multi-billionaire boyfriend. 

"He's going to turn up. We both know it." Happy tries to reassure. "Until he's back in my arms, I'm not going to stop looking." You say standing up and walking down the steps to his work area.

"Jarvis, let me see the map of Mr. Starks last known location." You say. Jarvis brings it up and you make the scene bigger, looking for some sort of clue to help you. A deep huff falls from your lips, scratching at your eyebrow as you search. 

Hours pass for what feels like eternity, nothing comes up. You have looked all over the map several times and nothing has popped up yet but you haven't lost hope.

"Jarvis, is there any new updates on Mr. Stark?" You ask. "I'll turn on the TV,  ma'am. There's something going on that might be in relations to Mr. Stark." He says turning the TV on. You look at the TV confused, watching as you see a war base on fire.

"Captain Rhodes is trying to get in touch with you. Shall I let him through?" Jarvis asks. "Yes, thank you Jarvis." You say as you answer the phone.

"We found him and we're bringing him home as we speak."

Happy drove you to the airport as soon as he received word that the plane was fixing to land. You watch as the door opens, seeing Tony sitting there in a wheelchair. He stands up and walks towards you,  smiling softly when you run up and hug him.

"Miss me, sweetheart?" His smooth voice fills your ears, a small smirk on his face. You fight the urge to roll your eyes, kissing him softly. "Don't scare me like that again." You tell him with tears. "I don't plan on leaving you again." He whispers, kissing you again.

"Happy, take me to get a cheeseburger." Tony states as he opens the car door open for you. Once settled, Tony starts rubbing your thigh. "So, I heard my girl took charge of everything while I was gone. Must have been a sight to see." He smirks as his hand moves up on your thigh.

You smack his hand away and notice a little look on his face but he doesn't say anything. Instead, he looks out the window  as he grips your hand tighter.

The rest of the drive is sat in silence and you worry that you've upset Tony, noticing he's zoned out pretty bad. "Take the rest of the day off, Happy. We're not going anywhere and if we do then I'll call." Tony states as he grabs the bags of food and helps you out, leading you inside.

"Jarvis, lock the doors and turn off the phones. I don't want anybody to disturb us until I'm ready." He calls out. You help set the food on the coffee table, sitting down on the couch. Tony kneels on the floor in front of you, wrapping his arms around your waist as his head buries itself in your neck.

Soft whimpers fill the house and you feel your neck getting wet. "It's okay, baby." You whisper. "I was so scared, sweetheart. The whole way home I was scared shitlesss that someone was going to  attack again." He cries.

Your heart shatters hearing his confession and you start playing with his curls to try to calm him down. "Please don't ever leave me, sweetheart. I need you in my life for as long as I live." He whimpers. "Baby, you will never be able to get rid of me." You push him back, kissing him softly.

Tony stands up, grabbing your hand and leads you down to his workshop. "I was going to do this before I left but I didn't have the correct amount of time.." He trails while looking around and grabs a box off of one of the top shelves.

"I had to hide it so you wouldn't find it but I spent many months learning how to make this so you would have a perfect one." He continues and smiles when he sees your confused face. Tony gets on one knee in front of you and brings up a custom made box.

"I want to marry you, sweetheart. You have been my rock through everything in my life and I know I've taken you for granted at times but honey, I have always been all yours just like you've been all mine. Nobody can take that away from either of us. So please, marry me." He says, looking at you with hopeful eyes. 

"You know I will, Tone." You smile and he picks you up, kissing you deeply. "I love you until my last breath, sweetheart."

SVLPO Update!!

As you all know, I've been working on revising the first part of SVLPO and posting revised chapters for my patrons. I originally planned on finishing the revisions before going on with season two, but I've now decided to begin work on new chapters, probably within the next week or so, since I miss writing this fic!

New chapters will come out slowly for awhile, with patrons getting early-access to them before they are posted to AO3.

As for the revision, I have decided to divide the first part into two separate sections-- Chapters 1-35 being volume 1, Chapters 35-73 as volume two. Revised chapters will be updated to AO3 one week after the revised chapter 35 is posted for patrons, and I hope to make an ebook and PDF-print version of each volume (with illustrations) available at some point.

How long this will take depends quite a bit on my financial status, of course-- the more patrons I have, the less I have to work my day job (which is a massive strain on my physical and mental energy), so please consider becoming a patron if you can! Either way, new chapters, revised chapters, and ebook and print versions will be made available for anyone at no cost or (in the case of the ebook versions) pay-what-you-want options after early-access period, so I'm excited to get back to this story!

Weeks have passed, and after an eventful summer, Coraleye has been doing her best to attend her last year in University. Unlike her previous years, however, she doesn't have Mira or the rest of her crew by her side, and life is really starting to get her down. Needing to talk to someone, she invites her friend Sid out for coffee and a study session.

Sid: Well hello, you! Thanks for the coffee. I haven't heard from you in a while... How's it going? Coraleye: Oh you know... It's going, ha. I'm sorry, I haven't had much time for friends or sprites or anything I'd planned on doing this semester, honestly.

Sid: Hey, no... No need to apologize. You've got a lot going on right now. Loads of homework, drama back home, and... [frowns] ... your poor granddad. How is Seymour, by the way? Any better?

Coraleye: Well... He's been able to talk some. But my mom is saying he doesn't have much more time with us, and here I am, on the other side of the world for [gestures at stacks of books on table] THIS. I should be spending the little bit of time he has left with him. Sid: Well I'm sure he'd want this for you, Cor.

Coraleye: Well, that's the only reason I'm putting in the effort. I don't want to be in Britechester right now. I just wish-

Coraleye hunches over, her face dropping into her palms. Coraleye: [Voice cracks] I just wish I could be stronger for him.

🌕Momo's Note: Hello friends! Just wanted to ramble for a bit here. I'm starting to feel a bit better so I was hoping to get back into storytelling here soon, hence this update♥ Unfortunately, I'm starting to feel like I really need to do a cc/mod overhaul. It takes far too long to load the game, there's a lot that's broken for me, and I honestly just need a fresh start. I have a HUGE unorganized journey ahead of me though, and I'm still not too certain how I'm going to tackle it, so the blog will most certainly be a lot slower when it comes to updates and activity. I have a few more posts I could make from previous screenshots, but after that it may be a while before you see daily posts again. I've been continuing to work on Winning the Peace for the past few months, though life has gotten in the way a lot. Very busy with a surgery, planning a wedding, running two games, general exhaustion, etc.

It's been mostly working on layout and making player sheets and references. While the game jam was very good for getting the content written, it really did not prepare me to actually put it together into something more readable, which really doesn't make for good update posts. Also, the events oracle is like 20 8.5" x 11" pages, so it's very unwieldy in its current state, so I'm making a truncated reference that basically just has the mechanical effects.

I did get the opportunity to playtest it though with my local group due to some scheduling issues meaning we couldn't do our planned Girl by Moonlight game. A lot of things went well. The core voting system worked really well, and community creation runs smoothly. It looks like each year will take about an hour of play, so a full story/campaign should take roughly 3-4 sessions of 3-4 hours each. Some of the moves needed clarification, and a few need complete reworks of their fictional triggers. There's a few sections that need updates though.

In their current state, Representatives are functioning less as characters and more like stat sticks. I'm playing around with a few ideas to make Representatives more impactful and actual characters, and I'm playing around with a few things with that. One part of that is limiting the number of Debate Moves that can be used per year to make the choices more meaningful. The other part I am workshopping right now is having players define Representative's drives/personal values, and having those interact with the dice rolls for Debate Moves. Basically, if a Representative is taking an action in line with their personal beliefs, the roll is improved, while taking an action in opposition makes the roll worse. And these values aren't necessarily aligned with the Community's interests or needs, and don't affect the placement of votes, only Debate Moves. Still workshopping the exact mechanic though.

The other part I want to look at is the Event resolution. Currently, Events are resolved in whichever order the table chooses, largely because I was concerned about difficulty, but the issue is that a lot of Community Moves will then almost never trigger. So I'm planning on testing events drawn in order, or maybe having events resolve in suit order. Again, it's going back to the drawing board.

Once I have these changes written up, alongside the play materials, I'll post another update and get everything uploaded to Itchio. Life is going to continue to be super busy for the next few months, but I am hoping to have all of this done by June/July. So keep an eye out for all that.

guess who!!!!

hai everypony!!!! i know i took a pretty long hiatus (oopsies) but in the time i took off, i've been thinking a lot about what i want to do with my page. i also wanted to explain why i took a hiatus in the first place.

i've been noticing im not too happy with the content i've been putting out, specifically for total drama and scott pilgrim. in short, i've lost my passion for these fandoms, and writing for them just isn't as fun as it used to be. that being said, i'm going to be retiring them (for now). i know this might come as a surprise and/or be disappointing, and i'm so sorry if it is :(( if you've sent me an ask for either of these fandoms, i will be answering them soon!! but after that, i won't be taking any requests to write for them.

part of the reason why i stopped writing for a little bit is because people in my ask box were being unnecessarily rude and demanding. please remember that there's a real person behind this account!! i'm not an AI who can produce content as soon as you ask me to.

another reason why i stopped writing is that people continued sending me asks after i explicitly stated they were closed while i caught up. i made multiple posts about it and i stated in my bio that they were closed. the only reason i didn't close my ask box sooner is because i wanted to give people the opportunity to communicate with me without making requests.

i'm going to be doing somewhat of an account revamp. i'm thinking about changing the way my account looks and i'm going to update my "about me" with the fandoms i currently write for!! i'm planning on finishing all of my current asks and reopening my askbox by the end of the week, that way i can communicate with you guys again!!

hi everyone! just a little update from my side.

i've finally finished my exams, which means i am finally done with high school and therefore have no work for a little while!! i will be using this time to focus on my many pending fics (i am hoping to get the teaser for my changmin fic out very soon) and i will continue to leave my requests open for a bit so please keep sending them in <3

i do still have things to do so this unfortunately doesn't mean i will be on here always, but it will definitely be more often than i have been these past couple of months. with summer break starting in two weeks, i hope to grind out all of my fics because after i start uni this fall, i will not have as much time as i did these past couple of years to focus on my writing. however, i do not plan on leaving this blog or my writing anytime soon. just as it is now, my writing will be sporadic but still present, so please look forward to everything i will be putting out in the near future!

and lastly, thank you for the constant support on this blog <3 even if you are a silent reader or a very interactive one, i appreciate you very much and please know that your presence is the very reason i am on this website writing! thank u to all my mutuals as well, i am definitely the most awkward person on the planet and incredibly un-interactive but somehow i have friends on here that are willing to spam my inbox.

Idk if anyone wants to know or if anyone is still waiting for it but I finally (finally) finished Wonwoo's part for Tales from Camp. Yeah, I know it's been years lmao trust me. It's been agonizing for me not having this done. But if anyone wants to be tagged, please let me know. I wanna start by saying sorry I haven't been updating Hiraeth. I've been working on these other, much older pieces but updates with Hiraeth will resume shortly. I've been job hunting like crazy.

Once I finish the last part of the Bet, I will no longer be actively writing for Monsta X. I haven't kept up with the boys since Wonho left the group. I will still write if something comes up and works for one of the members but I won't be actively writing pieces for them. The same goes for EXO, got7, and BTS except for a series that is part of my Colonization Project. Space Sweepers will be the last BTS series I actively write.

I've already written something for Yesung and I have a story planned for Heechul and Leeteuk but it's not high on my list right now.

Another announcement is that I'm going to start taking requests again but please note that getting them out will not be my priority. My series will come first and requests will come second. I miss interacting with you guys and I'd really like to bring interaction back. Whether it's hard thought, soft thoughts, not kpop related, etc. I just ask that you keep your messages kind and free of politics, religion, etc. This is my safe space and I'd like for it to be safe for others as well.

Finally, I'm going to be remaking my masterlists in the coming weeks and they will probably go up after the first of the year as the holidays are always so hectic. I will be making a priority list at the end of this post so you can see what my priority pieces are.
