You have to find a few spaces in your life, a few moments like oases in deserts, where you simply close your eyes and go beyond society, move into yourself, into your own womb... Simply close your eyes and forget the society, and become alone. No rules exist there, no character is needed, no morality, no words, no language. You can be loose and natural inside. Grow into that loose-and-naturalness. Even if there is a need for outer discipline, remain wild inside. If one can remain wild inside and still practice things which are needed in the society, then soon he can come to a point where he simply transcends.

I won't finish my essay. But I will continue to work on it and when it is finished, I will have already found that inner freedom that I lack, the freedom of noon, the strength, the silent joy, the one that goes beyond happiness and unhappiness.

I don't mind what happens. That is the essence of inner freedom. It is a timeless spiritual truth: release attachment to outcomes, deep inside yourself, you'll feel good no matter what.

There are some emotions and situations you must fully experience to truly understand. No matter your heart posture and the amount of compassion and kindness extended, it will never compare to the words from a person who lived it. There is an unspoken language and unprecedented empathy that comes with connecting with someone who has faced the same mountain as you. The emotions, thoughts, and impact their valleys impressed upon them are unique. The wisdom they gained, used to testify from the hills, undeniable. That is why learning your lessons, sharing your testimony, and becoming the type of person you needed at your darkest times is imperative. In a world where everyone judges, assumes, and condemns, you have the influence to empower, educate, and encourage. You didn't overcome your obstacles for yourself alone. Let your life's journey be the map that leads another person to their road of inner freedom.

The Convergence of Stoic Apatheia and Buddhist Upekṣā: A Philosophical Blueprint for Emotional Transcendence
The intertwining of Stoic apatheia / ἀπάθεια and Buddhist upekṣā / उपेक्षा (equanimity ) reveals not merely a philosophical alignment but a profound existential blueprint for transcending reactive emotional turbulence and achieving a state of imperturbable clarity amidst the chaos of samsaric existence. The Throne of Illusions
How the Mind Deifies Itself The mind constructs its ruler—a sovereign draped in reverence, sculpted from ideals we exalt but refuse to embody. This deity is not an external force but a projection of the highest aspects of ourselves, polished and placed on an altar beyond reach. It is the sum of virtues we admire but disown, an illusionary monarch fashioned by the governing voice of the…

Soft light highlights the curves of the body, covered in a delicate pastel bodysuit. The relaxed pose and challenging look speak of inner freedom and confidence. This is an image of femininity, where tenderness and passion are harmoniously intertwined. Sensuality permeates every curve, every movement.

What Freedom Really Means
Freedom is not, as many believe, the absence of obligations or responsibilities. Quite the opposite—freedom means taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It is this responsibility that gives us the power to shape our lives instead of merely reacting to them.
You have the freedom, in every single moment, to step out of victimhood.
Freedom also means surrendering to change—the ability to believe that anything is possible at any time. By remaining adaptable and open, we experience the vastness of true freedom. And I’m not just talking about major life events like breakups, losses, or moving to a new place. I mean the small shifts—new ideas, everyday realizations, changes in your mood or the moods of others, the release of expectations.
You have the freedom, every second, to shift your focus.
You have the freedom, every second, to adopt a new perspective.
Freedom is the ability to let go of resistance. When we learn to recognize and release resistance—whether toward thoughts, emotions, or external circumstances—we reach a state of acceptance, and within it, true freedom.
But be careful: Letting go of resistance does not mean suppressing or ignoring emotions. It means giving them space, allowing them to be felt, and then letting them pass. You are allowed to be sad, angry, or frustrated. You are allowed to have expectations.
But how quickly can you let it all go?
That is directly connected to how quickly you can release resistance.
Resistance toward a thought makes it persist.
Resistance toward an emotion makes it intensify.
Resistance toward external circumstances won’t change them—instead, it will create thoughts and feelings you perceive as negative, and, worst of all, you may meet those with even more resistance, keeping yourself trapped in the cycle.
So, the key is awareness.
First, become aware of your resistance. Then, of the automatic cognitive patterns creating it. Freedom requires a certain level of consciousness—once we see our automatic responses clearly, we can begin to question them. We can shift our perspective—and that is what truly sets us free.
Acceptance of what is, without resistance, is the key to freedom.
True freedom exists only in the here and now. It is deeply tied to our ability to live in the present and detach from the illusion that we will somehow be more free in the future.
Because every single second gives us the chance to change our perception and make a new choice.

Neti Neti Series No. 9: Overcoming Self-Doubt in Meditation
Question: For many years, the mental events that disturbed me the most were those that questioned, “Am I doing this right or wrong? Am I achieving anything beneficial, or am I just wasting my time?” But today, these doubts had no effect. I simply said, “Not this, not this,” recognizing them as just mental events arising. This mantra is bringing me a freedom from years of anxiety and self-doubt.…
