Blob Meditation
It was no surprise that Sam had the worst temper among the three of them, Danny thought it was because she worried too much, Tucker thought it was accumulative stress. The thing is, nothing she did helped with calm her down, which was why she suggested her friends to leave her alone for a few minutes, she didn't want to punch them.
They agreed and Sam sat on the castle stairs, she was stressed about her parents, college and Danny's safety. She was thinking about how to get him to move with them to Gotham, where Jazz was working but Danny wasn't comfortable with that. He wanted to help as much as they did, and it was obvious he wouldn't be able to contribute anything if he moved.
The fact that he had to hide from vigilantes who never paid him any attention before also frustrated him.
As she was thinking, some blob ghosts came bounding up to her, she pushed them away and continued on, but they swarmed and enveloped her. In a few seconds all her stress was gone and Sam looked at the blobs in dismay, though they gave her an idea.
Frostbite commented to her that the Blob ghosts were relaxing due to the fact that they purify, negative emotions were part of that. Sam smiled and offered Danny his business idea, the halfa looked at Sam doubtfully but hesitantly accepted.
Soon there was a new business popping up in Gotham. A relaxation and meditation center run by a young man, although it seemed to have a confidentiality agreement if you became a member. Strangely, both Rogues and regular people were attending.
The Batfamily became suspicious and sent Red Hood to investigate. A few days later, Jason was a member and was as calm as they had seen him in years, not even angry with Tim or calling him replacement for a whole week. Bruce began to worry that he had been caught in some kind of mind control.
Sam was happy that the business turned out good, seeing the room full of Blob ghosts was not surprising, they all floated around Danny and his "clients" happily, she guessed they were feeding well, Danny also seemed happy to contribute something to pay his University and their shared department so everyone was winning.

Danny goes on Vacation and leaves his job to his Co-workers
So! Danny hasn't had a break from his Hero Career since the day he turned into a Ghost. He has been constantly fighting battle after battle against his worst enemies one after the other.
Even after joining the Justice League, he didn't really have a chance to take a break. He never really asked for help because it didn't seem like a big enough deal to bother them with. He just kept on working.
Until the day he accidently mentioned this to one of his Co-workers, and they practically Force him to take a Vacation.
He has been fighting Crime, nearly every single day since he was 14, with at most a day or two in between battles for all that time, and he is now entering his 20's. They are horrified that he never asked them for help, no matter how easy the job may have been.
After a while of convincing him, they eventually get him to agree to tale a Month-Long Vacation.
He actually gets really excited after he agrees, and he is planning on exploring deep space for the entire month. He is actually really looking forwards to it now, and seeing this everyone who volunteered to take over his Patrols all promise that they will absolutely not bother him until the trip is done.
So, Danny leaves for his Vacation and the other Heroes set up shop in Amity Park.
Danny left them instructions on how to deal with Ghosts, how to pacify specific Rogues, and how to sent them back to the Ghost Zone when they are done. They feel like they are fairly well prepared for their Month Long Mission, especially since Danny described it as a very easy job.
Then the first Rogue Attack happened.
The team dispatched there, made up of a few mid-level JLA Members and some JLD Members for safe measure, takes nearly an Hour to defeat the Ghost. And they barely manage it.
They are surprised at how hard it is, but are even more surprised when they find out that the "Box Ghost" is labeled as a Low-Level Nuisance.
So, they call in a few higher level members to help. They do not want to interrupt Danny's Vacation.
Then they have to call in more JLA members, and again, and again.
By the time Danny managed to get back from his Vacation, the Founding Members and all JLD have been called in.
He thanks then for the opportunity to finally have a break.
Danny: Seriously, thanks guys. This was the best break I've had in years.
JLA: *out of breath and haggard* yeah dude...no problem...let me just sit down for a minute...whew!
Danny: Oh, I can't wait for the next time I can go on vacation!
JLA: *looking like this: 😐* ...yeah sure bro...

Prompt 71
Klarion is delighted, excited, impatient, and so very happy. He’s found a friend, not the justice league baby-crew who don’t know how to make friends properly or the order-magician who doesn’t play right, but another realm-being his age! They’re even around the same death-date, his is just a couple years earlier! But to beings who aren’t adults until they’re well into the hundreds that’s practically nothing!
His new friend even has a familiar too- even if he has to explain what a familiar is- and, and even shares his two other friends with him!
He’s been in this world for what feels like so long trying to make friends and he’s made three in just a month! And they even know how to properly play and wrestle without targeting Teekl like a certain order lord who he doesn’t like.
Oh! Hey it’s the justice league kiddy-crew! Were they feeling neglected or something?

Having a Rogue Trader that's an Iconoclast in both the "mostly decent person" way and the "Xenoheretic" way makes Heinrix's romance so beautifully dysfunctional. He loves her. They're not on speaking terms this week. He's sorry, can they make up? Is it time to have her Aeldari executed yet? No? Fine, no killing but he will verbally slap-fight with them during missions. I adore him.

Look the showrunner called Rogue/Gambit the OTP in an interview (er...before he got fired) so they're clearly going somewhere with this and it's FINE and I can be patient and wait to see where that somewhere is and it's FINE.

Btw I have no idea if it’s known about in the wider fandom, but there’s a sizable amount of riddler-centric fics on AO3 where he adopts Steph after he kills/otherwise maims her father. There isn’t a point to this I just thought you all should know about it

Update on my very personal opinion on the characters:
- I've been asked why I never talk about Argenta, the truth is that she's not part of the team since Act1 lmao. I grew tired of her very quickly, idk why,
-Idira is in the psyker box. I belive she's still alive but I'm not sure, anyway I don't care, she was problematic.
-I really like Yrliet, however now that we are close to escape Commorragh, her obsession why finding her people is starting to annoy me.
- Heinrix was annoying too in this act (but it might be because I'm making myself an Aeldari harem - ops - so I can understand that) and I'm glad I let Marazhai tell him the truth about his friend, at least now he'll be quiet for a bit.
- I'm still worried about Pasqal situation.
- I'm curious to see more of Ulfar. For now he has both some bad and good points, so let's see if I'll like him or not.

I know everyone loves to choose to duel the Arishok because thematically it's great, lots of drama, but I absolutely love what happens if you don't too.
Like getting in a giant brawl with all the qunari vs your friends to protect Isabela (and Kirkwall) is just such a Hawke vibe. It's messy. It's not heroic and perfect. And of course Varric would look at that and decide he needs to make it more dramatic.

Amity Parkers in Gotham
Casper High students graduated. As much as they loved their town (which now included ghosts as recurring residents) they knew they had to go. Not because Phantom didn't do a good job, or that ghosts attacked daily (on the contrary, after Phantom's intervention the destruction became concentrated in the Infinite Realms), but they had to go to a university. That's why most of them applied to Gotham University, it seemed right.
Sure, Gotham wasn't as cool as Amity, nor did it include dimension travel to the Realm of the Dead (Amity Parkers had access to the Infinite Realms as long as they abided by Walker's rules), but they had a great scholarship program, and the city was so chaotic because of its heroes and villains that it felt...like home.
The problem was that no one taught Casper's ex-students some basics: Feeling afraid, avoiding your attackers, not attacking back. Things that seemed like common sense did not go through their heads. After years of dealing with ghost attacks they had gotten used to it, and knew how to counterattack.
So, after their arrival they were knocking out rogues, stopping robbery, and looking bored at the prospect of dying. That made Batman suspicious of a secret society of young soldiers, although it didn't really make much sense, was someone training teenagers? The batfamily was worried at the prospect.
At some point, there was even an "undead" attack in what was called the Justice League; Of course, the Amity Parkers were the first to establish a secure site and prevent the invasion from advancing. At the end everything seemed lost and the undead epidemic was about to spread out of Gotham, but Dash snorted and said that he would "contact a friend that can help", which raised the suspicions of the League.
Danny, who was taking a year off before starting his university studies, raised an eyebrow at the group he had with his old classmates. He shrugged before transforming into Phantom and going to the place, in a few minutes the invasion was over and Bruce was 90% sure that there was a secret society training a teenage army.

Take the idea that “Bruce Wayne is friends with most of his Rogue Gallery”
and shift it into “Batman doesn’t kill because he believes in second chances”
and then you get something along the lines of “Even when everyone believes they are irredeemable, Bruce personally knows his Rogue Gallery and genuinely cares about them and their well-being, so he’s willing to give the benefit of the doubt and second chances to even the worst of the worst because he can’t be biased and believe the best only of the people he is friends with. Everyone has the potential to do better and do good and be kind even when it’s not obvious because Bruce personally knows the Rogues that have that potential.”
And also “Bruce’s goal later in his career isn’t to pursue revenge but to prevent crime and save as many people as possible, including his rogues. He can’t reverse the damage and the lives taken, but he can try to make things as livable as possible. Batman is a symbol of fear, a deterrent of crime, and a front-line first responder, but Bruce Wayne is the one actively helping Gotham.”
But I also raise you “Gotham is legitimately cursed” and “Joker is the only Rogue who Batman doesn’t know the real identity of. Batman is partly convinced that Joker isn’t even a real person but the physical manifestation of a curse that will forever plague Gotham”

Hmm, trying to find a good screeshot where he doesn't look mildly concerned is tricky. I know there'll be one, but given that there's usually some variation of this expression on his face, this'll do nicely. Handsome chap. Sturdy. I have zero idea how he survives in that many layers. Impervious to so many things, which is useful if Lewes is your C.O.. He's always there, somewhere, but fits unobtrusively into the scenery, so to speak. He looks like he's lurking with intent, just waiting to give a hug to anyone who asks for one. No one has yet asked him for one, though. He lives in hope. Perhaps this is also why he is so loyal to Lewes. He naturally gravitates towards whoever is in need of hugs, but is too polite to just give them one. Like one of those anxiety service dogs coming up to you in the waiting room to comfort you, if he's loitering just on the edge of your personal space you should probably hug him. It's for his benefit. And yours. He can sense your need.
Looks: 10/10 Huggability: 9482324/10 Derangement: 8/10 Utterly essential upport character vibes: 108/10 Other: -4 for making me concerned with that heavy jacket Total: come-here-and-hug-me/10
You just want cuddles, don't you

20k?!?!? I've always been kind of stocky so I figured in a fight or flight situation I would need to at least look like I can put up a fight hence my goal toward pull ups and broad shoulders but damn the stamina you must have (in a non sexual way)
my dad was kind of a long-distance running champion when he was younger so he used to take me out on circuits and then i did cross-country running in school (predictably because a girl i liked was too scared to join up by herself. same reason i played basketball and camogie for years lmao) so i guess i built it up over time.
the long runs are really nice actually and sometimes a 5k can be harder because with the long runs i fast to carry as little weight as possible and after about 8-9k it doesn’t feel like running at all, like an airplane reaching cruising altitude. it’s the first few kilometres that you have to fight through.
and yeah there is a pace that just… might as well be a stroll to me. and you have to maintain it really carefully especially with uphill/downhill. can’t charge up cant let yourself breeze down the other side. but there’s nothing more peaceful than 12k into it out in the plains with my music or just the wind. i’ve missed it so much 🥹
