omg ok so like my redflag is that i always start sentences or paragraphs with smth on the like lines of "stop
omg wait" "im crying" "omg what" "stop wait" "omg ok so" "omg ok" say "yk" 2 times, had way to many fucking commas, say "like" 20 times, and somehow always manage to say "lol" at like the end or somewhere in the middle lol

(this may be toxic…IDK IF IT IS) i always feel its better to feel too much than nothing at all. its all part of being a person. some days will be worse than others, but as time goes on you’ll notice those ‘bad’ times get wayyyy shorter until they’re just little blips. the same goes with certain patterns of thinking…eventually youll be able to kick out sucky thoughts and replace them with things that make you feel good about yourself. “i dislike so and so about myself” will turn into quirks of yours that you love :)
sometimes there are things that just aren’t meant to be dealt with alone. THATS WHY ITS GREAT YOU HAVE HYUNJAE ON YOUR SIDE☺️☺️🤍🤍 hope you feel better soon, you deserve happiness !
This is sooooo sweet. Thank you so much for sending this kind message to me 🩵🩵🩵 Youre lovely and i hope life treats you well <3333

its interesting to me how self-deprecation neatly ties into making others feel bad. like. if you constantly assume that you’re stupid no matter how informed or skilled in a topic you might be, people who are a bit less learned or skilled than you might see how you, someone who is obviously skilled, talk down about yourself, and assume that if you think YOURE an idiot you must think theyre an even bigger idiot and lose confidence or find you intimidating as a result. its fucked up. and its part of why it can be so important to break out of cycles of self-hatred--not just for yourself, but for people around you
