Is being straight wrong?
Hey Nonny,
Man, not gonna lie; this one sounds like a trap, but you know what? My give-a-F meter is broken, so here goes.
Nope, not a damn thing wrong with being straight. Anyone who says there is is just as fucked up as someone who says it's wrong to be queer. Just. As. Fucked. Up.
In fact, here's a little cheat sheet for those of you who are struggling.
It's OK to be queer, and it's OK to be straight.
It's OK to be trans, and it's OK to be cis.
It's OK to be poly, and it's OK to be mono.
It's OK to be aro/ace, and it's OK to be allo.
You know what it's not OK? Being a douchebag.
I'm not saying you're doing that, Nonny... I don't know your point in this ask. But I see too many people trying to push us into warring groups of "us" and "them," and it's so fucked up. At the end of the day, we're all just fucking people who have to share this big ol' earth together, and that's not going to change anytime soon. So maybe we should focus on being kind and accepting and seeing our shared humanity instead of hating each other for the things that make us different. But that's just Elsa; wtf do I know?
For the record - different is fucking awesome. Diversity is good. I'll take a vibrant rainbow over a monochromatic landscape any day of the week. So no, I don’t want us all to be alike.
Let people be who they are and mind ya business.
That's a lot of words, and you prob didn't expect that much; I'm just sick to death of some of the behavior I see on this hell site. Some of y'all parents truly didn't raise you right, and it shows. And that's all I have to say about that.

I have seen quite a lot of discourse regarding yandere x Reader with fem! And male! Readers.
I make no bones about the fact that I write first and foremost for myself. I am cis fem and I often write with fem attributes in mind. The Yandere theme is self soothing for me in many ways and I use my writing to help my own personal issues. I have been trying to make my writing more inclusive to all with non-gender coded readers and posting male!reader versions of my fics. It may take me a bit of time to get the male!readers out and I will primarily only do so if requested, but I am happy to make male reader versions of my works for almost all of my fics (minus a few that I am a tad too attached to on a personal level and on a thematic level that unfortunately will not work with a cis male reader).
I will say this now, I am happy to include others and make what is requested or asked for. I am quite pleased a large variety of people enjoy my work. However, being openly hostile to me for being fem or primarily writing fem will not fly well with me. Taking out your frustrations on me as a writer is a one way ticket to getting blocked and added to a list of perma-banned for myself and several other yandere writers. I do not play with hostility towards certain genders, religions, orientations, races, or people. That doesn't fly with me.
If you have no intent of blocking out afore mentioned groups or being hostile to those of that group, we are well met and you are always welcome here. If you intend to be jerks and try to demand these groups be excluded due to personal wounded pride, get the fuck off of my page and don't come back.
That is all.

While I'm still on hiatus, my ask box is open. Come talk to me, help me find my spark again. I won't be taking requests, but send me your thoughts, tell me what you think about my work, the guys, or whatever.

This new term I discovered is such a breath of fresh air. Peacefic, coined by @peacefiction.
God, yes, thank you. Holy crap.
Please, if people want to use this, use it right?? I like my labels to mean something. I can't comfortably call myself proship anymore because it doesn't signify the same thing to literally anyone. I have to reasonably assume that there's a significant amount of people who would genuinely think I'm just calling myself a MAP (I'm not -_-). Like, that's just how it is now. I can't change that. That is the reality of how that label is perceived.
I might start going with neutral/neuship/neufic anyway because I've um, discovered stuff about myself (and about antis) recently. And at least the word neutral is like, meant to be vague? That's fine?
The peacefic ideals are the most important to me. If I tell someone I'm peacefic proship, it should immediately disqualify the connotation of the creep who supports literally everything, even exploitative fiction, and the label combo should also keep the "fiction doesn't equal reality 1:1" thing.
But again I still might not even use anymore proship synonyms for myself because they're going to get fucked by the same problem where my label is meant to give people a quick idea of my beliefs, but it fails to do that and puts a target on me.
Not that I'm the center of the universe or anything. I'm kinda just ranting to the void.
Also this is like completely a shower thought, so feel free to disregard it as me being obsessed with labels and compartments actually, like that's true regardless if I have a point or not lmao—
Why haven't I been calling the types of antis and the types of proshippers I really REALLY don't like "rad-shippers"? Like, we already have this kinda tier-list I've been seeing of inclus, radinclus, and then radqueer. And those terms make sense to me.
So yeah, like...
Proshippers that can't fucking handle criticism of media or how we engage with it, who support explicit rpf of minors, who are free speech absolutists, who jump onto any post that possibly states a dislike for their kink and antagonizes the OP, who think it's okay to trigger antis on purpose, etc.... rad-proshippers.
Antis who think depiction = endorsement no matter what, who think every kink and ship is a direct line to your most raw beliefs and intentions, who think having taboo fictional interests like incest ships or whatev makes you a morally reprehensible person, who reject critical thinking about how and why a story may be insensitive, and/or who think it's okay to harass people for their tagged, properly filtered, or private dark smut... rad-antis.
I dunno! I think it fits. Hell, even ignoring any mention of harassment: I'm so sick of antis who push the narrative that you must NECESSARILY be morally bankrupt and/or predatory for having a rape kink or something, and I'm so sick of proshippers who jump out of their skin at the mere mention of criticism/responsibility and shut down discussions of it.
We're just weirdos on the internet! Just because one person says "I think things should be like this" doesn't mean it WILL be like that if you don't Challenge™ them, and also it doesn't even necessarily mean that person wants the authority to make all their opinions enforceable! I dunno man.
I'm going through a metamorphosis lmao.

Behold me resentfully researching punnet squares and eye colour inheritance because someone decided to get shady about other people's fanart in the notes of the epilogue of their fic.
"I don't like when people dra-"
"Well statistically they would have had to have 100 children to have a chance of one of the-"
Shh. Stop. Maybe mendellian inheritance doesn't apply in this universe where platypus bears and giant 6 legged flying bison exist. One guy's girlfriend turned into the moon. You are not the fanart police, please let people enjoy creating their fan works just like you enjoyed creating yours and stop applying real world science to them in such a snotty way.
BUT. If you are going to insist on sniping from your notes, and then arguing at length in the comments... at least get the basics right? Don't bring up your masters in biology and then get high school level punnet squares wrong.

I can't really speak on anything since I'm not a poc, but I will say, if you think sending death threats or even just dog piling on creators on twitter is in any way acceptable, maybe you need to touch grass and accept that not every show is for you and even a show you used to like could be no longer for you and move on. Or at least seriously evaluate the way you interact with media and consider not consuming anything that isn't finished yet ever again if you're going to get like this.
P. S. The decision of what happens to a big overarching plot is not in the hands of the writers in charge of an specific episode. Paul Simms or whoever just dropped by, told them "this is what needs to happen here" and they did what they could. And episodes go through many eyes on the writing team we don't even know about before they get approved, because that's how tv works. So the harrasment is not only shitty, but also misguided.

Do the most randomest thing that first comes to mind. If it includes murder and arson then I'll either help you or I'll just chill and watch the chaos ensue...

Note to all Lovies; please be patient with the people bringing groceries to your car. Where I work we don't get to sit unless it is our break and we get real moody come the end of our shift (we don't even have chairs to sit). Please don't throw things at us or yell at us, there isn't much we can do either and we are just as exhausted.

Hi what are your policies on your art?? I just saw someone use your pfp as their pfp and I wasn’t sure what your boundaries were when it came to your art and your ocs (and whatnot).
I've got no issue with people using my art for stuff like pfp! (like obviously don't get into shit while using it, if you're gonna be an ass you ain't gonna do it with my art as the thing people see)
I do however not condone using my ocs as pfp or for anything personal

Not gonna say much on here. I just like chatting with people. But I'm not a fan of fandom drama, political drama or people just wanting to be toxic entitled idiots. If you think attacking me is a good idea, I'm one who refuses to yield and I go for the throat.
Words can be like a double edged sword. So many can use your own words against you. I follow this philosophy of "do unto others as you wish done upon yourself" act civil and civility is given, act like an A** and I can be the well deserved swift kick in the pants.

Motherfuckers be like: "[Insert character] is Not bi!!!"
WRONG! I am currently passionately making out with them, coating them in my bi cooties.
And because we're obviously working on kindergarten logic since you can't see an opposing idea without throwing a tantrum, this clearly means they're bi now :p
