Hi I love the struggle father au and I have one question is wukong rasing the baby when he choose mk as his successor or before cause I can totally see Yan Hao seeing mk as an older brother

Actually he is!!

Wukong is raising Yán Hào while training Mk. Wukong got Yán Hào before Mk even found the staff and becoming his successor. Like when Mk came to FFM to give the staff (of course PIF taking it away) like Wukong’s face would drop and be like, “Oh! I totally forgot about that.” Then when Mk comes to train for the first day of being his successor Yán Hào would tackle Mk on the spot trying to bite him. Wukong would apologize for his son and Mk would be extremely shocked to know his idol has a son. Of course the king would brush it off saying. “Yeah! I have a son and he’s feisty as me hahaaa. Now let’s train!” With Mk struggling to get Yán Hào off him in utter shock to know Monkey King has a son.

Oh! Yán Hào would see Mk as competition because his Bába is focusing on this mortal and not him. Don’t worry Mk would have Yán Hào warm up to him and he’ll start seeing Mk as family.

Today we're thinking about Tony, Happy, and Peter

Thinking about that time when Tony said to Peter, “That’s odd. Happy told me you quit band six weeks ago," and the fact that Happy would never have offered that information on his own. Like there is no way in hell Happy decided, with zero prompting and totally of his own volition, to bring up a change in Peter Parker's class schedule.

Meaning one of two things. Either (1) Tony asked Happy for that information, like he went out of his way to ask questions about Peter's life (and let's be real, how many follow-up questions do you think it would take to pester Happy into bringing up that detail),

or (2) Tony already knew on his own because he helicopter-dads stalks the hell out of Peter, and he's using Happy as an excuse.

Head empty only thoughts about the alternate timeline Grumbot/Rift

Grumbot starts off by saying that he's from an alternate timeline where Mumbo became mayor.

1. How does he know Mumbo was not mayor in this timeline

2. Why is he so different? (Besides the obvious answer of literally coming FROM another timeline)

He seems to be less emotional, and is not calling Grian and Mumbo dads. (Granted, Grian didn't talk with Grumbot enough for a proper chance but still)

In season 7, Grian mentioned how everything goes bad when robots get emotions. Past Grumbot used to express their emotions often, being sad, angry, confused, and happy. Another thing is that Grumbot's brother, Jrumbot, is not mentioned. (Maybe he's still inside the rift or is not coming to this timeline OR, he doesn't exist) Keep in mind that Jrumbot was more emotional than Grumbot, being always happy.

I wonder if that's the biggest difference that helped Mumbo become mayor. The fact that Grumbot did not have emotions.

That phrase was something he left behind in his parents’ nonexistent graves, smothered in ash and dirt and tears to remain forgotten. Its tender echo did not belong to him, as he had scraped anything good from his heart when he was a mere child so that he could don Mandalorian armor and survive. It was something he heard sparsely in passing between naive mudscuffers who had only each other to cling to, stupidly getting attached to someone they were bound to lose to the galaxy’s treachery. If his hazy memory was accurate, it was the last thing his mother had cried before she was blown to pieces by a battle droid.

Soft, green ears twitched up when Din let slip an authentic smile that reached the warm brown in his eyes. Grogu had wanted to see it, even if his Force signature was bursting at the seams with enduring pain. Overwhelmed and inconsolable, Din brought him in closer, tucking him against his shoulder with a hand cradling the back of his head. “I love you too,” he choked, his eyelids clamped shut. To the edge of the galaxy and beyond, pure and unending. More than you could fathom. The foreign words abraded his tongue raw, yet they were so right that he repeated himself. “I love you, Grogu.”
