Also, if you are a landbastard and refuse to rent to a university student because you're "afraid they don't make due with rent" and "cover the bills", perhaps you should find an actual job, because being a leech is clearly not something you excel at.

If I'm a student and this 1 bedroom studio isn't meant for me, who is it for? A family of 3 with stable income? An elderly person living in a space so cramped they can't move?

Conservatives love to tell on themselves, like "if we bussed a bunch of homeless people onto your property you'd be pissed! You're a hypocrite and a parasite!" When it's like yes, if I had an entire fucking house I wasn't using I would not care at all if homeless people lived there. If I had a bunch of surplus food that would otherwise rot I would absolutely want the starving to eat it rather than throw it out because "muh property!!!!1".

It's called basic fucking decency and conservatives are pretty much incapable.

My landlord just walked into my 30 m2 room and said "Im always jealous when I walk into this room, its so spacious"... Sir you own 6 buildings... I pay you a lot of money.... You cant just come down from your castle, walk into the hovel of your serf and go "this earthen floor sure is nice and soundproof, my hardwood floors are so noisy, I'm jealous" and then fuck off back to your castle...
