Torturing my characters with painful prophetic visions is a full time job, it doesn’t pay well, and it’s dishonest work but... wait where was I going with this? Oh right *is suddenly struck by a glimpse into the future that instantly knocks me out cold and prevents me from finishing the post*

Thank You
This kind of differentiates from my usual posts, but I just wanted to say how much I actually adore David Tennant. In all, complete seriousness.
I don't remember how old I was, but I had just come to terms with my gender identity. I was terrified of anybody finding out.
I tried to combat it by surrounding myself with toxic media. Every day, I would read stories about radfems and transphobes and try to align myself with those opinions. I tried so hard to be something that I'm not.
And then I saw a post about David Tennant being an ally and it quite literally changed my life. I had no idea who he was, but the idea that somebody accepted me for who I was brought me out of a really, really dark place.
I usually joke a lot, but I don't feel like that's always appropriate. I just want to say that DT might literally be the only reason I'm alive right now.
Thanks. A lot.

I hope Bakugou is using all that ammo to blow up those freaky hands. They're just so nightmare fuel... 😖

stinging nettles were enclosing part of the path where i walk the dog, so today i remembered gloves and clippers--but i'm an idiot and didn't wear long sleeves, and also there were CLOUDS of mosquitos, so now both of my entire arms, neck to wrist, are covered in bites and nettle-stings 🙃

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.

You guys rlly don't realise how much knowledge is still not committed to the internet. I find books all the time with stuff that is impossible to find through a search engine- most people do not put their magnum opus research online for free and the more niche a skill is the less likely you are to have people who will leak those books online. (Nevermind all the books written prior to the internet that have knowledge that is not considered "relevant" enough to digitise).
Whenever people say that we r growing up with all the world's knowledge at our fingertips...it's not necessarily true. Is the amount of knowledge online potentially infinite? Yes. Is it all knowledge? No. You will be surprised at the niche things you can discover at a local archive or library.

the way people online talk about autism is getting really weird, like do they know that neurotypicals still have interests? that someone being passionate about a hobby doesn't mean they're autistic? you guys know that right
