Consider anonymizing your prints.

Most printers leave dots that give identifiable information on the prints. The dots on the prints can be decoded by forensics.

The identifiable information when printed can be prevented with a software called DEDA.

DEDA - tracking Dots Extraction, Decoding and Anonymisation toolkit

Document Colour Tracking Dots, or yellow dots, are small systematic dots which encode information about the printer and/or the printout itself. This process is integrated in almost every commercial colour laser printer. This means that almost every printout contains coded information about the source device, such as the serial number.

On the one hand, this tool gives the possibility to read out and decode these forensic features and on the other hand, it allows anonymisation to prevent arbitrary tracking.

No Turning Back tells a tale of an alternate universe where Imogen, an aspiring bard, meets a town commoner, Laudna, and falls in love with her; it’s not long after that their story meets an unexpected twist of fate, and Imogen travels to the Shadow Realm where she receives a proposition to undo a tragedy. Laudna took a few tentative steps into this clearing and listened to the music, beginning to realize that it was originating from somewhere up in the treetops. She approached one tree in particular, and peered up into its branches. There, she found a songbird, but not like one she’d ever encountered before. As she watched this bird sing, it took a moment as she was enraptured by its song for her to realized that it was not sitting on the branch, but rather, was the branch. “What the—“ As the words escaped her lips, one of the massive roots of this tree moved at her feet, making to wrap around her. Quickly recognizing now that she was in danger, Laudna dropped the sticks and berries she held and began to flee. She ran back across the clearing as several similar looking song birds continued to chase her untethered to any other wildlife or growth here. As they chased her, she looked over her shoulder and watched as their shape changed to that of several taller, ominous shade creatures; long spindly arms and clawed hands at their ends stretched out reaching for her. “Imogen!” She cried out searching for her partner, but not hearing any response as she continued to run. She stumbled over other tree roots and across stray rocks and plants, keeping to her feet as best she could. “Imogen! We need to run!”

Introduction to My Personal Canon!

We begin exploring the world through the perspective of someone who doesn’t belong to it. Alex, known as SCP-231-4B, is the protagonist of this canon and the primary narrator of its events. The name of the canon reflects Alex’s struggle with derealization—a condition rooted in early childhood—as she tries to adapt to the "normalcy" offered by the SCP Foundation. Or what they want to make her feel.

Surrounded by characters like Dr. Alto Clef and original creations such as her researcher in charge Samuel Gagnon, former psychologist Calem Rowan, Akal as SCP-963-1, and SCP-682, the story primarily focuses on the secret relationship between SCP-231-4B and Clef. Alongside this central theme, the narrative also delves into topics related to the Scarlet King and how trauma manifests in different ways for both of them.

This canon is a fun personal project, primarily expressed through drawings and videos that I share on my Tumblr and YouTube pages. You can also check my Ao3 where I wrote more of the story!

So turns out a DNA deletion on the X chromosome affects arhgap36's gene expression, which is why male cats are all orange & female cats are tortoiseshell or calico (in skin cells, one of the two X chromosomes in females is inactivated, which makes it grow black or orange on tortoiseshell or on calico, they have that plus something like vitiligo).

Okay so, I know I’m super late to the party BUT I wanted to try my hand at a Gravity Falls AU. What if Stan successfully followed his childhood dreams of being a cartoonist? With a future for himself in mind, the science fair incident never occurs and himself and Ford stay on good terms during and after college. Stan has fun making his comic but is looking to stretch his creative muscles, and is feeling stifled. Luckily for him, when Stanford decides to move to some nowhere town in Oregon to do research he invites his brother along. Now on the other side of the country, Stan uses the anomalies they research as inspiration, and Ford works to prove his scientific metal. But, when the two end up entangled in the web of a dream demon, it quickly becomes they have no idea what they’re up against.
