Bridal Diet Plan: How to Eat Healthy and Look Great on Your Wedding Day
Every bride wants to look and feel her best on her wedding day. While exercise is an essential component of any bridal workout plan, diet also plays a significant role in achieving your fitness goals.
A healthy bridal diet plan can help you lose weight, boost your energy levels, and improve your overall well-being. In this article, we'll explore how to create a healthy bridal diet plan that will help you look and feel great on your big day.
The Basics of a Healthy Bridal Diet Plan
The key to a healthy bridal diet plan is to focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods. This means eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
You should aim to eat three meals a day, plus healthy snacks if you get hungry between meals. Try to avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of alcohol.
Meal Planning and Preparation
Meal planning and preparation are essential for sticking to a healthy bridal diet plan. Start by creating a meal plan for the week that includes a variety of healthy meals and snacks.
Make a grocery list and shop for all the ingredients you'll need in advance. You can also prepare some meals ahead of time, like salads or overnight oats, to save time during the week.
Healthy Bridal Diet Plan Tips
Here are some additional tips for creating a healthy bridal diet plan:
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized.
Choose lean proteins like chicken, fish, and tofu.
Include healthy fats like avocado, nuts, and olive oil.
Opt for complex carbohydrates like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
Avoid sugary snacks and desserts and choose fresh fruit or yogurt instead.
A healthy bridal diet plan is an essential part of any bridal workout plan. By focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods and avoiding processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of alcohol, you can lose weight, boost your energy levels, and improve your overall well-being.
With meal planning and preparation, you can stick to your healthy bridal diet plan and look and feel your best on your wedding day.
Remember, the key is to start early and stay committed to your goals. Good luck on your journey to a healthy, happy, and beautiful wedding day!

Well.... working on a plan to lean out a little.
Shredding for the wedding style, I suppose.
All right:
NO ALCOHOL
If doing CBD, make sure you have an anti-snack or a safe snack plan. 😉
Gummies are candy, use them as dessert.
Tea & Coffee: always have one ready.
Water: 1 oz per pound of bodyweight. If you are bored, do a sparkling water!
If you want something sweet & cold: beverage on ice.
ABM- Always Be Moving
Walk whenever you can
Biking/Elliptical + Movies
Aromatherapy
Distraction methods
You can add ACV to drinks like water n tea
Fiber. Pectin.
Keep food basic, easy to grab n go.
Electrolytes
Greens supplement
Protein powders- I have a ton. Make a pudding or smoothie.

In therapy today, I was talking about how some foods have such an association from my childhood as being *bad* foods and it’s so incredibly frustrating. Specific food mentions and associated negative stigmas under the cut.
For example, I LOVE microwave popcorn. It was one of my favorite after school snacks, but obviously the smell lingers. My parents would get home, smell it, and say “again? Really? Popcorn isn’t good for you. Can’t you just have cut up fruit instead?” Now almost every time I make it and smell it, I’m reminded of that judgment my parents put on it.
Another one was one time when I was a teen and my ED was already “out”, I begged my mom to order dominos for dinner bc she wasn’t sure what to make. I ate too much, and purged. I admitted it to her the next day. She asked “was it the dominos?” in a condescending tone and I just internally rolled my eyes. Like cool now we’re never gonna eat dominos again. I mentioned both of these to L and we both rolled our eyes so hard and laughed. Like it’s sad but also ridiculous. Food isn’t inherently bad!! I admitted that on St. Patricks day we had been day drinking and I got a big salad at like 4pm so I wasn’t hungry for a whole meal for dinner. So I ate almost an entire bag of chips 🤦♀️ and NOT a single serving bag, like a big fucking bag. Felt like such shit afterwards. L was like “as much as I love sour cream and onion chips, I’m sure if you checked in with your body, there was probably a point where it would have said ok, I think I’ve had enough, these aren’t as good as the first few bites.” But when I’m tipsy or high, it’s like I’m completely out of touch with my body. I’m not being ~mindful~ when I’m eating.
It just makes me sad that these memories have tainted some food for me.

I love Naruto so so much (unfortunately) (it sucks so good) but we’re in the last season now so it’s pretty much 99% filler and we got to the episode where they inexplicably have to …fight evil ninja chefs and make them ramen as ransom for the ramen chef’s daughter, who they kidnapped?? Having a great time because that concept is absolutely ridiculous and it’s just funny until the big punch line at the end where he gets his daughter back , but the joke is she’s been eating ramen all this time and is “fat” now.
I put fat in quotes because she really wasn’t drawn fat, like really more midsize than anything. She looked like me, honestly. She looked like me. But when they did the “big reveal” they literally played pig oinking noises over it and Naruto and the girl’s dad are horrified and almost puked when they saw her. Which was. Wow. Her, that looked like me. It was maybe probably the most fucked up fat joke I’ve ever seen , certainly in a kids show. Turned on Naruto to have a good time and it felt so personal lol (I also have the same hair color as the character which didn’t help).
It’s funny because I was literally Just Telling Cam with all my High Honesty that I’ve been fighting my ED making a comeback and have felt the urge to purge lately and how it sucks, how growing up in the early 2000s even thin celebrities were called fat and it had a big effect on my self esteem. So imagine my High Shock when THAT was the punchline of the episode. Oof. Lol

So I got one (1!!!!!) wisdom tooth extracted last week and it has been the most nightmarish experience and I’m taking to tumblr. Post extraction I developed some weirdo infection in the muscles around my jaw (da fuck?!?!) and was subsequently unable to open my mouth at all. I have barely been able to eat, and have grasped at brief interludes of sleep from a seated position for over a week between bouts of pain. I’m going insane.
I can’t survive on naps and mashed potatoes for one more day, but today I got to go have a SECOND surgery to clear out the infection and now I’m sitting here in fresh new different pain still unable to eat or sleep or live with no end in sight. In short: I am utterly miserable.
The only thing keeping me going is the brief moments of joy I get from reading peoples amazing fanfiction. Thanks for keeping a miserable chipmunk going.

It was a good day...until the wedding reception.
I shouldn't have eaten any of the desserts. Tasted, yes. But once I realized I didn't like them I should have stopped.
I continued eating to stay bus because I was uncomfortable, which was silly. And a habit I knew but didn't really KNOW, you know?
But I saw The Crow!
And didn't get movie snacks!!
And I turned down ice cream afterwards.
So it was really the only low part of an otherwise busy day
